The Fair Tax (Transcript)

Are you aware that God thinks that ten percent is fair for him? You know when ancient Israel was set up, it was a theocracy and led by God. He was a king before any kings and the people were told that they were to tithe; all tithe means, as many people do not know this, tithe means it is old English for a tenth.

God wanted a tenth of your increase each year. That was what God thought was fair taxes. Today, we have people paying anywhere from a low of maybe 4 or 5 percent taxes to 35-50 percent of taxes. When you talk about taxes you have to understand there are many forms of taxes, not just income tax.

I have railed that income tax breaks The Ten Commandments. It covets what your neighbor makes and it is about stealing through taxation. On top of that there are so many different taxes that the American people face today, again ,if we were to go back to 1776 and the people in PHiladelphia were all of the sudden transported to america in 2023 and they saw the tax burden that the average citizen has, they wouldn’t believe it. They wouldn’t believe that we would stomach it or take up arms frankly and start a revolution.. 

The people in colonial America had probably 9/10ths less taxes then we have today. You have income tax, many people have state income tax, sales tax, personal property tax and if you live in VA on things that you own. Many people listening to this may not be from VA but if you own a car worth less than 45 thousand dollars which is not that big of a car today. that every year the state of VA is going to tax that car and it’s probably going to be in the 2000 dollar range. YOu are going to pay more money in personal property taxes on a new vehicle then you are going to pay for insurance. I know people that have big trucks worth over 100 thousand dollars, they have a 6-7 thousand dollar property tax on their vehicle!  On top of that you have taxes on your property like i have said, everything you own is taxed. For the most part bank account interest is taxed and if you are a farmer for example, all of your equipment is taxed. Plows and tractors, even your livestock is taxed. If you figure out the tax burden on say the very rich of everything they really produce in taxes between property and possession taxes, income tax, dividend taxes, they probably pay about a third of all of their income in taxes. They are actually maybe lower than some of the poor middle class people that are in the 50-60 percentile. Not everyone is fortunate to live in Florida where there is no state income tax and no personal property tax on your vehicle, but many people live in VA, MA, CT, NY CA, where the tax burden on the middle class is just absolutely stifling. It is causing people to go into debt and not to be able to have a good lifestyle because of taxes. How much is enough taxes? They say death and taxes, well, I got news for you, the tax rate in America is causing deaths of many people because many people have a heart attack when they open up their personal tax bill! 

THe money is given to a tax that is unfair!  Another question?

Do you own any property? Well, I can guarantee you if you are a USA citizen, you own no piece of land, ,you rent it from the government, proof? Don’t pay a 200 dollar tax bill on your property  and in about 4 years you will see your property auctioned off by the county or the town and sold and you evicted. WHy? Because you don’t own that property, the state or the local government owns it. 

Anything you pay tax on you do not own, you are renting. Is that fair? Is that what the forefathers had in mind and what God has in mind?

God says in HIs Word that everything you have comes from God. Everything you earn is because of a blessing from God and He only expects ten percent. You government leaders who are not God and they are the farthest thing from God you would ever find as they are immoral, sexual deviants most of them, they dont think ten percent is enough, not even 50 percent. 

People like Elizabeth Warren want to go back to a 90 perc rate. Of course she will excuse herself and say she is an American Indian. She is about as much Indian as a turkey is a bald eagle. 

Taxes are stealing this country and it is one of the many things that is driving this country into poverty. People are going into poverty!

Now there are some answers to all of this by the way. I have mentioned this in an earlier broadcast about what I would do, if I were president. And I am not trying to be, by the way, I wouldn’t want that job. But a president could turn the economy around in a millisecond, by abolishing the IRS and income tax. This tax is regressive, forces people not to work, for people to go to an underground cash society and not pay taxes therefore the government gets less revenue with an income tax then they would do if they had some other form of taxation. The only kind of taxation honestly that is fair is a usage or a tariff tax. That is what our forefathers had. If you want to go and buy something then you pay a national sales tax. For example, if you go and buy a coat and live in a state that has sales tax, you will pay up to 9 percent sales tax on it. There is an organization called the fair tax out there promoting the idea that people should not pay income tax and the IRS should be abolished.

NO one would have to worry  about income tax day, what comes out of their payroll, whatever their check is from their employer they would have 100 percent of it, nothing would go to social security, medicare or FICA. They would keep it all.

In fact, they would receive from the government on top of their pay, they would receive a check for anywhere from five hundred to 750 dollars a month per person in a household.

So, let’s say you are a family of four and you are making 50 thousand dollars a year. YOu would take home a 1000 a week check without anything taken out of it and receive a 2000 check from the government. Every month. Just for being an American citizen. How could this happen? You may think this doesn’t make any sense. Where would the money come from? Well, I am not a republican or a democrat spending your money. YOu put it in a national sales tax, most people say would be about 15 percent so no one pays income tax, no one has to worry about accountants or the IRS showing up on their doorstep with threats of taking away everything you have. The IRS you know yet no one seems to care, but you have to prove yourself innocent. Our system of justice is that our system has to prove you are guilty. I have never but maybe after this broadcast I will, but if you have a problem with them you are not going to find too many attorneys that are going to fight for you.

A friend of mine, many years ago had a problem with the IRS and the IRS was wrong and my friend was a corporation and was going to fight it. THe judge said that he cannot represent this corporation. That he had to hire a lawyer.  A little known fact that you may not know, if you are running a corporation or you own a corporation, this is a living being according to our government…you cannot go to court and represent that corporation. Lawyers love to take care of their own. You know, in the law, if you are a corporation you must hire an attorney to represent your corporation and law. So if you are going to sue anyone then you have to have an atty. IF you are going to sue the IRS saying they have no right levying a find on you that you don’t owe. YOu cannot fight this yourself, you are a corporation but you can if you are a 1040 employee. Good luck trying to find an attorney in this particular case.  When my friend told me he knew he was right and was told by the judge he couldn’t represent himself or his corp and 35 attorneys turned him down, one admitting that if he took his case, he would be audited for the rest of his life. FEAR. Even attorneys have fear of the IRS.

THE IRS is like the gestapo of an American justice system. And it is about time that people find out  and read about the Fair Tax and learn what it is all about and abolish the IRS, get rid of every IRS agent, employee, and go to a national sales tax. THis is how that national sales tax works.  You get a check if you are a family of four and your wife and yourself maybe make 1000 a week, you are going to take 1000 a week. So you start with roughly 50 thousand a year, then you get a check for 2000 dollars if you have two kids. That makes your monthly income on avg 4000 dollars with no taxes taken out to spend however you want to spend. Now when you go to a store including food purchases, anything you buy would have a 15 percent tax. That is where the money comes from.

How’s that going to work> I am going to pay more money that way. Only if you are a drug dealer. Or a prostitute isn’t good for you, or a criminal, or Hunter Biden and you can hide everything and not pay taxes.  The rich definitely would not like that idea because everything they buy would be a 15 percent tax. Now you understand where the money would come from, from consuming, not working, not labor.

You want to be tax consuming, not labor. When you tax labor, you cause harm to the productivity of an employee. How many times, and I think most people who are listening to me are most likely hard workers.

unless you are spending in the 25000 a month category, you are actually making money paying the 15 percent. The majority of the American people would do well. Illegal aliens wouldn’t do well, or a lot of poor people who don’t pay their fair share. DId you know that 50 percent of people in America pay no income tax? Is that really fair to you if you are barely getting by now but you are paying your fair share of taxes? The Fair Tax does away with that and the money, 

I am a proponent of the Fair Tax and was ever since the first time I heard about it  with h15 years ago. It is the only Fair Tax system that makes sense. I believe God would say it makes sense.

The idea again is that Americans are paying more taxes today than they did in 1775 when they decided to have a Revolution against England over taxation and over liberty of course which was yesterday’s broadcast.

That was the real reason for the Revolution, liberty, not taxes.

I encourage you to do your research and put in The Fair Tax in a search engine, read everything you can find about it and you can write to me, telling me where that isn’t good for America. It would make this economy bloom. Make us the strongest nation in the world again and a major blessing.

Taxes have stifled the American people. Like I said earlier, when you do not own anything, you just pay rent to the government, it’s a non incentive. Just something that is not going to make people plan ahead. There was a time in this country and we hear this is a country of opportunity where you can be poor and you can become a billionaire with hard work. That isn’t really true anymore. We don’t have the same society that we had 150 years ago. Back then we had personal liberty and we could go where we wanted to go and the sky was the limit with how much you wanted to make, no worry about permits and taxes and licenses and government red tape!  You could make a good living and most likely with some luck, get rich. That is what America is about and we stopped that.

Our leaders have stopped it.

They hate free enterprise, they hate capitalism, they hate the American way of life and are trying to turn you into a bunch of serfs. We are going back to the Middle Ages where there are going to be lords. Guess who the lords are going to be? Not you and me, the people in DC and your state Capitols. The serfs will be you and me. 

The mass rabble who does all the living and working and dying in this country will be turned into slaves.

Slavery is on its way back. It’s just going to have a new name and be talked about differently but right now0 you are a slave to your taxes, a slave to your government. It is time that Americans wake up. If 10 percent is good enough for God it should be for Uncle Sam. 

I want to get into the plain truth, every day you come to our site you can go to the Message Board where there is a link on top. We also have a place to get some great health information that you just aren’t going to get at many other sources. We search high and low for our content. Saying that, also, on the main page of The Plain Truth you can get the main stories of the day. YOu can comment on the stories as well as the Message Board and learn things that are going on that you flat out need to know. You need to know what is happening to your rights, your liberties and you need to know who we are in history…specifically who God says we are in the Bible. If you do not know your national identity you are doomed to be a slave.  God is behind this country because He made a promise to His best friend, 3500 years ago, to bless his offspring.  WE are the offspring of not only Abrahamf but the offspring of Joseph.  We have a blessing and the blessing came from God.  We need to wake up and see what is happening in this country and stop it before it is too late. It probably will not be stopped because many prophecies in Isaiah and Ezekiel are the prophecies for America. WE are going to go into total captivity and enslavement. That is destined to happen. The Bible says so. However, it doesn’t have to happen now. If enough people cry and mourn what they see, the decadence, the ungodliness, the evil around them, and they cry to the Lord in prayer, God promises to heal the nation. Let’s take Him up on His Promise!If God would return to his people if we return to HIm. We have pushed him out of everything, our courts, our schools. our lives, we are fooling around with our neighbors spouses, how do we expect that God wants to even listen to our prayers. And I have news to you, we may be at the point where God is not going to listen to our prayers, there are times in the Old Testament where God told His prophets to stop praying to Him because He isn’t listening anymore. God is not always listening. If your mind is not right with God and you are not trying to satisfy God and not trying to obey God in obedience and worship God in the proper way, God isn’t going to listen to you.. If you don’t want GOd in your life, He isn’t going to want you in HIs. It is that simple. But if we as a country see these things that are around us and we return to God, btw, this is not a religion, this is not church, i am not a minister, we are about the news that says there is a God and the God. His promises are to everyone if you are a black person who is not an Israelite, an Oriental,, if you are a gentile, if you are an Israelite, a jew, if you are any race on this earth, if you go to God and accept Jesus Christ as your savior and God, btw, because JC is the God o the Old Testament, and you put yourself right with God and obey His Laws and His word, He promises to heal you and forgive you and to be your God.  God says in His Word that those who seek diligently for Me, will find Me. God is not a liar. People are liars. But God is not. God will come to you if you really want Him to and He can come to this nation if we want Him to.  So, I hope every day you go to the Plain Truth.com and look at the top stories on the main page and then you go over to the Message Board as there is more information there then on the main page. Usually 7-15 new stories there and people commenting and posting stories they think are important for people. Your Health Today Online again is a very good place to go all week. REad the real origins of Covid or medicines that work that you don’t even know work. Health news that the mainstream news doesn’t want you to know because they are paid by Big Pharma. Then there are the broadcasts we have labeled as podcasts. You can go back to all the previous topics and I think they are kind of interesting and I really do hope that you tell your friends about it and more people come and listen.

Frankly I will be honest and tell you that I don’t think that The Plain Truth will have this huge audience because we are giving a message of God that people do not want to hear. People, no matter what they say if they go to church on Sunday or not, or synagogue on Saturday or not, people really do not want to have God controlling their lives. The message that I am giving you is not a popular message I am afraid. It is a message that many people don’t want to follow or hear. I understand. I was there forty five years ago. I first listened to the plain truth to the message of God, what was wrong, what I had to do, and for four years I did everything I could do to explain it away and not believe it. Unfortunately if you come across logically and you don’t sit there and shake your head like some charlatan minister and you speak the truth and make sense and can prove what you are saying…someone doesn’t have to hand over their brain to God, they have to use their brain that he gave them and do research so they can learn things that they never thought they knew. THat is what the plain truth is. I do not expect us to have 100 thousand people coming on every day but I hope you are going to be one of the few and your family and friends. We invite you to come in with welcoming arms. Think about the message we are trying to give to you. It is not too late, America. It is not too late for you.

But if it is and I am wrong, then it still is not too late for YOU. Because here is the good thing about God. If America goes over to totalitarianism, we have a God who can protect us from the worst beast in the world. He protected the Christians against the romans, he protected Daniel against Nebuchadnezzar, he can protect you even if this country goes under. Find God. It is the God of the Bible. Read the Bible, it is real. It’s the real thing, it is the real deal and God is talking to you. You can listen and you can obey, and you will find God if you search for Him diligently.
