Yesterday we were talking about Biblical Misconception and we also featured a video from Garner Ted Armstrong. Showing that there are things that are believed to be in the Bible but they really are not in the bible.
I am just going to touch on a few more Biblical ones in general.
Misconceptions that people have concerning the Bible has to do with the idea that Christ and God the Father aren’t desperately trying to save you from your sins. It just isn’t the case. It isn’t that you are not important to God, it’s just that he isn’t desperately trying to do anything. God can do anything in the blink of the eye. If he wanted to defeat the devil, he could do it right now. He can stop the devil. This is just another lie. This is just what mankind, the holy roller ones, trying to deceive you to get you to believe and deceive you, doing the devil’s bidding. The devil would love to think that God is having trouble and struggling with the devil. He could defeat him in a millionth of a second.

Another misconception that people think regarding heaven and hell. Hell is a simple word mistranslated in the Bible. It is a GRAVE. All hell is a hole in the ground where dead people go and await a resurrection from the dead. in 1 Corinthians you will see a very simple explanation of what death is. It is the great enemy of mankind and Christ came and conquered it for our mortality. We are not born immortal. We are born like any other animal made out of flesh and blood and when we die we go into the ground and turn back to dust. The spirit in us waits for a resurrection of our physical body or our spiritual Bible. If we are Christian, we come back as a spiritual body and we are the son, the little child of God, we are a god ourselves. If we are just a normal person we come back to live to be judged. If we are judged righteous by our actions by what is found in the book of Life, we will be given another chance. If we are not Christians, we are not doomed if we didn’t accept Christ before we die, like churches promote, we will have a chance, we will have a chance to have a life without the devil in our life. Without a demon sitting behind us whispering in our ear, tell us we should do things that we shouldn’t. We have a chance. We can choose life or death. If we choose death we will be burned up and there will be nothing but a memory of us. We do not suffer in torment in some eternal burning hell.
God says that we must forgive everyone that has been done against us. But He will forgive those that have. He will not repent, he will forgive them but he is going to kill them and take away their immortality that they could have earned but He’s not going to make them suffer. That is not what God is about. God is love.
Would you believe if you were in God’s shoes, would you take one of your children that did not follow and obey you and torture them for the rest of their eternity? Is the loving God that you would be? Well, God is billions times better than you are, so why wouldn’t you think that God would be the same. He will just put people out of their misery once and for all. So you have a choice between life and death and God tells you in the Old Testament, to choose life and not to choose death. IF you choose life, eventually you are going to get it. IF you choose to diligently search for God in this life with the chance that you are going to have in the life to come, then you are going to find God, who will be there for you and give you eternal life. Death will have no stake in you. That is the real truth of the Bible , that is the real good news of the Bible, the hope of eternal life and the end of pain and suffering and the end of death, especially. Death is the great equalizer. Death is the greatest enemy of mankind. Death awaits us all. It is something we have to overcome but we cannot overcome it by ourselves, we need God to do it for us. Jesus came and lived a perfect life that we can never do. Died for our sins, not for his own, and was resurrected back to life in three days. Three days and three nights in the belly of the earth, then was resurrected. He was the first born of many brethren.
The first born is what they called him in the Bible, he was born again. Born again as you heard the other day is not a religious experience, it is the physical thing that is going to happen to Christians that are going to be born in the spirit and be God’s literal children. It means we are coming out of the womb of the church into new beings, spiritual beings. This is when we will live forever and be immortal. The Bible says that only God has immortality. The devil doesn’t even have immortality, only God.
When we become God’s when we are born again, we will have immortality like Christ has.
Like the Father has. A much better story, a much better ending then what you are taught in churches by people who are just trying to con you. Most of these people don’t even probably believe what they teach unfortunately.
Now getting back to more misconceptions. Nowadays, in modern revisionist history, one of the misconceptions that we have is that our forefathers who wrote the constitution and the Declaration of Independence were either all atheists or agnostics and that they weren’t really strong Christians and the ones that claim to be strong Christians many of them had affairs, sinned, maybe cheated on their expense accounts…there was a book written many years ago when I was going to college, entitled something like George Washington’s Expense Account. It was kind of funny because he fudged like most salespeople do, the books…he was commissioned to take over the army, the continental congress had no money…it was broke, and Martha, his wife, was very wealthy, so she bankrolled George’s army. HE was promised if he itemized what he spent of her fortune for the army he would be reimbursed after the war was over. This is how the expense account went, it was humorous, he would say, Breakfast with the Troops, 1.98, lunch with the troops, 2.10, miscellaneous for the day was 1 million dollars. HE itemized the smallest things he could prove but threw in at the end of the day some big big number that the continental congress when it was over was going to have to pay it back.
Yes, he might have been a little bit of a shyster with his accounts but that doesn’t make him an atheist or an agnostic or non christian. George Wawshington read the scriptures every day of his life and knew God was in control and was a devout believer in God. So were most of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. Many of them were ministers and knew who Israel was and that we were the new Israel. Many knew that this was the country that God ordained from the time of Genesis. So, the idea that our forefathers were mainly atheists and agnostics is a misconception that is portrayed in our schools and universities by a group of anti God atheists w to promote revisionism and not truism.
I will give you another misconception that people have. People think the theory of evolution is proven science. That we came from lovesick amebo, eventually an orangutan and chimpanzee, and that is what our forefathers are. We have pictures on the wall of the forefathers and our mothers and fathers and somewhere up there we have a picture of a gorilla. I don’t think we do.
When I went to school it was a theory of evolution. Today, it is a fact, the science of it. There is NOTHING to prove evolution. Evolution like global warming is the biggest con job that was perpetrated on science, there really was nothing scientific about it. Science shows you that evolution is impossible. There is something in science called the Law of Entropy. That everything in creation, everything breaks down. Like, if you put a piece of steel out in the weather it is going to rust away and in centuries will maybe be gone. Even plastics made by human beings which is killing us…but if you throw it out into the ocean, it will last four or five hundred years before it finally breaks down…it may be even longer. Everything has a lifespan that breaks down with time, all animal life, all plant life, it all breaks down over time. They age and decay and decompose, and die.
Evolution tries to tell us that things get smarter and better and uphill over time. The Law of Entropy proves that that cannot happen.
Another scientific principle that dispels the theory of evolution and the thing that people that taught you about evolution just did not tell you..is where did the first animal of life come from. They try to tell you it is this emonious soup in the ocean that got struck by electricity and it came alive. That is what is in the evolutionary books, my friends, this is what they believe. They may not get into that if you ask them that question, which btw, I asked my biology professor in college and got an answer I did not want to hear. The truth is that they believe that life came from non life. That is what the middle aged idiots believe. They saw maggots come out of flower, so they thought flowers gave birth to maggots, they didn’t know that a fly got in here and laid eggs they couldn’t see and then became maggots. They believed in spontaneous generation. And what did time prove, that there is no such thing as spontaneous generation. That all life has to come from a former life, life does not come from death, with the exception of when God brings you to life from death.
This is one of the misconceptions that people have. They believe that now evolution is a science. They promoted it for so long as a theory they sort of morphed it into science. There is absolutely no proof that evolution occurred and everything that is a scientific fact proves that it is not true yet they got everyone to swallow it. And really in your mind, you became an atheist which was and is the purpose of teaching you evolution. Now we are into this global warming, another great hoax like evolution. There is no scientific fact of global warming, if we are in anything it is a global cooling and that is the scientific fact…but this idea that man made global warming is going to do away with life on earth and we have to give up our liberties and survive as a speicices…ridiculous.
In 1975 when I was in college, the big thing at the time was that we were in a global cooling phase and by 2020 the earth would have no life on it at all. IT would be one big giant iceberg.That is what they taught.
Then when it looked like the earth was warming in the 1990’s and the early 2000’s, they had to change their theory to now oh no, it isn’t cooling, it is warming, then the earth will heat up and all life and earth will become a desert. That by 2020 everything is going to be gone. Well, it came around and everything pretty much looks the same other than the pollution and junk we have caused on this earth.
It is time we wake up to the fact that we are being lied to. The government lies to us, the scientists and even our clergy lie to us. We need to start using our brain. God gave you a brain to think. God did not give animals a brain to think. Most animals don’t sit around pondering Plato and read the Bible and wonder about their fate. They don’t sit around amused like what am I going to do today. But God put in your brain the ability to think, and plan, and to understand history and to be able to make your life better through your thought process. There is no animal like you. We got into this yesterday. You are born into this earth just like an animal and you are made up of the same elements of an animal and you are going to die like an animal and you are going to rot in the ground like an animal. But your brain is not like an animal. It is like Gods’ You can think and plan and know right from wrong. You are to use that brain God gave you to research and to hold fast to the truth, to reject what it’s a lie.
That is what God wants you to do.
And when you look and study real science, it actually proves the existence of God. Life can only come from life itself. Two people get together, if you are a mother and a father, when the first child was coming along, I don’t think any of you thought it was going to go . I don’t be a new species coming out of you. I don’t think you believe that one bit. You know that what is going to come out of you is a human being. Not only does life give birth to life but life gives birth to the same exact species of life. A horse gives birth to a horse, a pine tree gives birth to a pine tree, this all proves God. That proves, that scientific proof that evolution again, is a total lie.
You know you have a pond and they say this fish evolved into a frog. Well unless in that same pond, another fish evolved into a frog of the opposite sex, what did that frog mate with. Because once it became a frog it was a different species because it could no longer mate with the fish that it once came from. You see when you break this down, It all falls apart. They try to tell you about the Bible.
Couldn;t be any father then from the truth. Today they cannot even tell you who a woman and a man are. So many people don’t even know who they are or what sex they are, they cannot even look down and see something or nothing and know who they are. That is why I said at the beginning, I hope you know who you are. You need to use your brain, you might find truths that your government or your minister or your leaders do not want you to know> That is to dis God God is in control of your destiny ultimately and the short term you are in control of your destiny and other godless people around you are in control, but if you were to find the real God, He is also trying to find you right now, to open the door and take my words and go to the bible and see if I am telling you the truth or not. Try to prove God, try to search for him diligently He promises you that you will find him. He is not hard to find if you do the work. It isn;t free like the holy rollers want to tell you. You have to do something. He wants you to work hard to find him and there is a reason for that. The harder you work for something the more you treasure it. The more stuff is given to you the less you treasure it. Just think of wealth and think of people who work for a living. Someone who works hard to look ahead, treasure what they take. THey take care of their powers, their homes, their positions . They know how hard it was to get it. Those who are just given stuff either they are rich or poor, the poor get it from the government and the rich get it from their rich dad, they abuse it. they do not justify how they got it. They don’t care how they got it. They dont see the value in what they have. They live a miserable existence because they dont see it. They turn to drugs and booze and perversions and end up dead, a lifeless merciless life.If they only had been able to use their brains and work and study and work hard for something, they would have appreciated it. That is again one of the greatest misconceptions people have That God has given you freeze love. No matter what you do you can be forgiven, it is a lie. Just like evolution is a lie. This idea that this all loving God will just forgive every sin that you do is a lie. Sin is what God is not going to allow himself to live in. You want to be with God, you have to strive to be sinless, not that you won’t be sinless in human form, but you have to admit it. If you do it like a drunk, he has to admit he is before he gets sober. When you are a sinner, you break laws and work your way back to GOd. aGAIn that is what the Bible tells you you have to do, you have to start with your own mind with the brain that God gave you, to do your own research, open up the Bible and read something. If you dont understand, look in the concordances and in Bible commentaries, see if they seem to be telling you what God says or if they are just following some religious dogma. Do that for yourself and you will find GOd.d It is a biblical concept that God is going to find you no matter what you do and forgive you no matter what you do because that is lawlessness and lawlessness is a house divided against itself and it cannot stand. It is that simple. So, I just wanted to get there and talk about the things you have been taught since you were an infant, much of it is a lie. I found that out many years ago and like you, listening to me right now might not want to hear it, you might not want to believe that so much stuff you have accepted as being the truth is not the truth, it is a fake world fostered upon you by people who want to control you and manipulate you, and make you do things they want you to do.
This is what we try to do at The Plain Truth. To use your brains and do the homework. We put a lot of different stories for you to look at. We are a news organization, not religious. We want you to see that God is a part of the news and GOd has things he wants to say and he has predictions that he has made that are coming true every single day. We don’t know who we are in the Bible, what our identity is. We dont understand who the real God is. We don’t understand the difference between God the Father and Jesus Chrsit and who the God of the old testament was, and who the Holy Spirit really is. We are confused, because our leaders want us to be Confused people are enslaved. People that are free are no longer confused, they have things figured out. That is what I want for you to understand. You need to take control of your destiny. Take control of your destiny. You need to take control of what is going on in your life and you can do so. God will come to you. God will present himself to you. It’s going to take a while, there are times in my life that I am so far away thinking that God has abandoned me. It has happened my whole life. THere are times I have been in real despair and told him to get out of my life. But I knew the next morning when I woke up that God is real, I cannot wish him wway, I cannot wish away what he wants done, or what is sin or not sin. You have to face reality. Face what your mind and your body tells you. Realizing that God is real and evolution is not real. That God has a plan for you. It is a good plan and you can succeed and you can overcome this world and the devil and you can find true freedom and true liberty and find eternal life. Which you do not have until you earn it. Yes, earn it.
It’s not free.
Your eternal life is something you have to earn. I am sorry, you dont want to believe that and you think that the bible doesn’t say that but it does. Your forgiveness is free, again, if you accept Jesus Christ. In everything you do, you have to do something with it.
I am about out of time today and we have exhausted this subject and maybe we’ll get into more as there are so many misconceptions…we can explore the government, the history in government, things that didn’t happen that you think happen.
