The Plain Truth about Many Charities, Billionaires and Biden Attempt to Destroy the Supreme Court (Transcript)

LISTEN TO BOB BARNEY’S 7:11 BROADCAST: THE PLAIN TRUTH ABOUT MANY CHARITIES, BILLIONAIRES, AN BIDEN’S ATTEMPT TO DESTROY THE SUPREME COURT

Good morning, this is Bob Barney with The Plain Truth Today, brought to you by theplaintruth.com. 

Those of you who have been reading the Message Board now for a long time, especially those that pay attention to certain topics that we cover over and over again, there’s an article I’d like to point out, Why Billionaires Give Their Fortunes Away.

The plain truth of the matter is that billionaires do not give their fortunes away and that’s the whole purpose of the article that was brought to my attention many years ago.

Tt was also something that I saw yesterday morning again whilst reading the news that Bill Gates Foundation has revealed that Warren Buffett has changed his will and is not leaving any money now to the Gates Foundation as he promised.

You may wonder what all this means, but let me tell you, about 15 years ago, when Barack Obama was president and you had to remember just as a side note that all these billionaires are nothing but rich liars who rob and steal from you the taxpayer, and they’re lining their pockets with the tax breaks that they get at your expense….so do not believe for one moment that these billionaires are really giving away their money like they claim they are. In fact, it was Melinda Gates who let it be known yesterday that Warren Buffett decided that he is not going to leave the balance of his money to the Bill Gates Foundation as he ha promised.

We had an article that I put up on the Plain Truth many years ago, why billionaires give their money away, or so you think. And the whole purpose of the article was to reveal to you or our reader just what is the purpose and what is the motivation for these billionaires to be so altruistic. You may be surprised to find out that they are not altruistic at all and that there is a financial benefit for billionaires to claim they’re going to give all of their money away to charity when they die. It sounds good for the newspapers and if they’re Democrat donors then these people get very good press when they say they’re going to do it. But what they’re not telling you is they’re lining their pockets with tax breaks that they get at your expense. Do not believe for one second that any of these billionaires really care anything about you or the world. They only care about themselves yet with very few exceptions, billionaires are greedy, selfish, and just lousy tycoons who make money off of your misery! Then they have the nerve to deduct what they do from their taxes. 

See, about 15 years ago, Warren Buffett, as I said earlier, said he was going to give everything that he had left in his entire fortune to the Bill Gates Foundation when he died. I told you then, as I have been proven right many times and I’ve been proven right again today, that this would never happen. It was just to appease the liberals and the Democrats who lionize these billionaire crooks because they want their money for elections and for favors that they get from them…and they give it all away. Or at least they try to tell you they are. It’s just a lie.

It was announced yesterday by Melinda Gates, who has since left the Gates Foundation after the divorce she had from Bill in my opinion, due to his pedophilia and connections to Jeffrey Epstein, that she found out that Warren Buffett is not going to give away his money to the Gates Foundation when he dies. I want to explain today what is going on with these charitable trust foundations that you see on PBS, for example, or other places that you think are doing good for mankind, when all they really are doing anyway is saving themselves tax money and they’re cheating the government legally out of money due to them at your expense.

They’re not paying their fair share of the taxes. See, a very little-known secret law allows people to set up a family charitable trust. Now, this does help some smaller, middle-class families defray inheritance taxes that would eat up their small fortunes that they want to give to their children and grandchildren however, to be frank, that is not the reason why this law was passed in the first place. It was passed for billionaires like Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, and the Jeff Bezos of Amazon types. The statute that regulates charity family trust actually is nothing but a big dodge loophole for billionaires, a tax dodge. I think many people understand the law because they’re not rich, or do not understand the law because they’re not rich. But let’s say you have a $10 billion you want to put away, and if you did not, you would have to pay maybe like $3.8 billion in taxes on $10 billion, and then another $1.2 billion in local and state taxes unless they somehow find a way to get that $10 billion tax-free. What do they do? Well, this is what the law allows them to do. They take the $10 billion and they put it in their trust while paying no tax on it for 100 years. I guess you can figure out by now, regardless of what they think about themselves that they’re not really going to live to be 100 years old or more since they start their trust. The law only requires that they give away 1%, by the way, of the total dollars invested per year for 100 years. That equals 100%. 1% for 100 years. Yeah, you heard me right, that you have 100 years to divest yourself of $100 billion without paying any taxes whatsoever.

That’s pretty amazing. That’s about $5 or $6 billion profit. Would you rather pay $3.8 billion in taxes, or would you rather pay $0 in taxes and give away, all you got to give away is $100 million a year for 100 years? Think about that for a minute. Just think about the scam that we’re talking about. Instead of paying $3.8 billion on your $10 billion income, you pay $100 million. That’s what this law, this loophole in the law allows them to do. They establish these charitable family trusts like the Rockefeller Foundation, which itself is a charity, so they can decide however they want to use it. They also don’t tell you they can pay their family members a salary of any amount they want to pay them to manage these charitable trusts. It’s a way that they can spend money without paying taxes and give money to their family. For example, Bill Gates gives money to vaccine companies to vaccinate the world to save them, or so he says, from diseases. At least that’s what he claims, right? And so you may think that. But the truth is that Bill Gates is given that money that now he deducts from your tax money that you have to now pay to vaccine companies that he actually owns himself, most of which are overseas companies that pay no U.S. taxes in the first place.

So he gets a deduction for a charity to give money to one of his profit-making overseas companies, that sounds pretty bad, but it gets worse because Bill Gates himself, and you can YouTube this, I don’t think they’ve scratched off YouTube yet for a reason, I can’t figure out, but he says he wants to vaccinate the third world, especially Africa to control population growth. You have to ask yourself a question here. How do vaccines control the population? Well, I think the answer may be obvious about the real reason of these vaccines other than the tax break. Number one, but number two is a tax break, but number two is there’s no altruism at all in this. It’s just greed, profit, avoiding taxes, making money, and having the mainstream media cover it all up for you as you’re some great donor. This is what all Democrats are behind, and many Republicans are involved as well allowing these people to milk this country out of billions of dollars in taxes. You think that I am a Democrat Elizabeth Warren type, but I’m not. Just don’t even think that. I am not. Elizabeth Warren is a liar and a crook herself, and though she talks the game of making people that are rich pay their fair share she makes sure they do not so they can send her money. She herself has gotten rich off of charitable family trust donations and her own.

They are all liars, my friends. That’s what is going on. So the next time you asked to give someone some charitable family trust some money and I don’t care if it’s a race car driver or a sports hero, or many so-called great charities that you may think that are great you’re just not aware that many are just tax avoiding schemes that do nothing but help the people that they intend to help, or they claim they’re intending to help. Warren Buffett owes the federal government right now over a billion dollars in taxes that he has not even tried to pay in the last 10 years, and this is the same man that says he doesn’t pay enough taxes that has a secretary who pays more taxes than he does, and that rich people are not paying their fair share, and they should be taxed more. Well, I say actions speak louder than words, and I’ll leave it there. You make up your mind. But with very few exceptions, be careful on who you want to give your money to and what charities you choose. Look up their websites. Look up a website called Charity Navigator, for example, and see how much money they actually spend on a charity, and how much money goes to indirect causes like salaries.

Unless they’re given over 90 or 92 percent, most likely you’re just pissing away your money when you give to a charity that is actually spending more money on themselves than anything they’re trying to help. Now, I do give to some charities, by the way, and I make sure from Charity Navigator they spend over 90 percent of their actual revenue on what they say they are spending it on. So I try to help things along by finding those charities that I trust and one of those for example, I give money to the Shriners Hospital. Other good charities that I give money to is the Danny Thomas’ St. Jude’s Hospital which gives 90 to 95 percent of the money they take into good causes that help children get operations they don’t have to pay for. Charities like that we do give money to because we consider that like a tithe to God when you take care of the poor and the indigent among you. We also give money to the Salvation Army. They used to be very good. I haven’t checked them lately and I haven’t given money to them lately, but they have always been pretty high up the rank of giving most of the money that they get back to the community again. Another one we do locally here is one called Union Mission which is a Christian organization that feeds the homeless and actually gives them shelter, especially in the winter months when it’s very cold outside in Norfolk area here in Virginia. every year, especially Thanksgiving time, we give a good amount of money to the Union Mission locally and I have checked them out. They do a pretty good job taking care of the homeless like I said, and the indigent type people. And we also have given money in the past to Meals on Wheels, which, you know, around holiday times, around every time, make sure that people have food.

Take heed to what Ronald Reagan always said, “trust but verify”.

So before you decide to give money to some charity, verify them. Don’t just trust them. So that’s my take there.

Now, switching gears, we’re going to talk about Joe Biden who’s trying to change the Supreme Court forever and destroy the third branch of our government. This branch was specially designed by our forefathers. I do not think with the present makeup of the House and the Senate that this will be able to be done by Biden. I don’t think they will be able to do it. I do not believe any executive action can apply here as the Supreme Court itself would probably rule it unconstitutional and it should. But if the Democrats win the House this fall and they win the Senate or keep the Senate and actually increase their numbers in the Senate, and Harris becomes president, you can bet you’ll have 12 to 15 members totally in the Supreme Court. There will be term limits as well to get rid of the conservatives of the Supreme Court. Then liberty as you know it will be gone forever, never to return. You can, again, you can take that to the bank if you want to or not. I don’t know a more important election issue right now in my lifetime than this election anyway, just in general. It’s not just for Donald Trump, by the way. You have to make sure that the House has an overwhelming majority of Republicans seated. MAGA Republicans at that, not RINO Republicans. There has to be at least like 40 or 50 plus gains in the House for them to be effective, an effective majority…I think it could happen. As for the Senate, you know, 21 out of 30 seats are Democrats up for election. There are 30 or 31 seats up for election this year and 21 of them are Democrats and some of them are really trailing. Hopefully if most of those 21 Democrats that are up for election lose, maybe 8 to 10 of them or more, then the Republicans will not only gain control of the Senate but they could get to that near 60 vote majority in the Senate which would be even more preferable if they could get the 66 two-thirds amount of the Senate, which probably is impossible, but of course, with God, everything is possible. But a 66 majority in the Senate would be an ideal in order to stop the democratic demonic transformation of this government for many years to come now.

The Supreme Court because they do have long terms they do stay there for a while, ensures that these radical Democrat, communist liberals, anti-God, satanic communist liberals, do not get their way with a popular election. So like I said, if you’re, like a lot of men out there, a lot of women out there who have not decided to go out and register to vote, a lot of evangelical Christians do not register to vote, a lot of people, especially your working people, they have given up on politics. They really have. They have given up on politics because they just think there is nothing that’s going to help them at all and who they vote for. They’ve seen the Republican party as a do-nothing party or part of the problem. And I think most working people who actually work for a living and pay taxes and have to pay in, I think most of those people who do not vote, do not vote because they don’t see their vote meaning anything. But I think in order to preserve the liberty that was given to us by our forefathers and that was fought for by all our soldiers who fought and died or were wounded for us or who fought for us so we would have this liberty, it is about time that we get off our keisters and we go and vote this Republican this fall. I’ve got news for you. I know many Republicans that are going to get in are RINOs. They’re liars. But get rid of the Democrats first. They’re the evilest. Get rid of them first. Term limit them out by your ballot box and then later on we can get rid of those RINO Republicans. You know, Douglas MacArthur had a funny thing when he was siding with Formosa, which is today Taiwan, against Red China during the Korean War and he says, I know Chang, meaning the leader of Formosa, is the devil, but he’s our devil and we can always reform him later. That is how I feel about the RINO Republicans. We can always reform them later. 

Your children and your grandchildren are in trouble and so are you if the Democrats are not stopped now. We can always stop the, like I said, we can always stop the lying Republicans later, but we cannot stop these Democrats later. The hypocrisy of these Democrats never amazed me more than that of Joe Biden. Here is an 81-year-old man, an 81-year-old senile old man, I should say, who swore he could be president for another four years, who wants to get rid of the Supreme Court justices. Why? Because they’re too old. It’s obscene. The man, I believe, now needs to be impeached right away in order to save this country and that’s what I really do think.

And if he doesn’t get impeached, I don’t know what’s going to happen. Changing gears for the last part of this show, I want to just go over the fact that watching the news last night, it’s just disparaging to listen to even Fox News and so-called conservative news that’s supposed to be able to tell us the truth about what’s really going on, saying how great Kamala Harris is doing in the polls when you know she’s not. The American people are not so wishy-washy that someone can have a 35% approval rating last week and now have a 47% approval rating. It just does not happen. She is still straddled with the Joe Biden fiasco that he’s been the father of the author of, and she’s just a part of that administration. She’s liberal. One of the things, they’re going after J.D. Vance because he’s pro-family and they’re saying, well, that’s awful because how about the people who don’t have children? Why should they pay more money than the people who have children? The ridiculousness of that is no one is telling you the motivation that they’re doing here, and the motivation is not very good. The child tax care credit, I said this yesterday, is on the table to be taken away. When the Trump tax cuts come to an end, and they are going to come to an end soon, if they are not replaced with a better one and a new one, then the childcare credit given to poor families, given to everybody, but who benefits is the lower middle class and poor families who get that money per child if they paid income tax or not. All they got to do is file. And Kamala Harris says she wants to take that away from the lower middle class. She doesn’t say it in those words, but I’m telling you what it’s really behind those words. She’s going to take it away from the lower middle class, the poor people, and they’re going to be in worse shape than they are today. And as I said yesterday, I think that the poor people in this country and the lower middle-class people of this country have never had it as bad as they do right now. I can’t understand how some of my employees, and we pay good money. Five years ago, it was great money. But now we see that all the money that they make is eaten up by their grocery bill, by their rent, by their gasoline, by their insurance.

You know, there are so many things that are in this inflation number that is not counted or even mentioned by the mainstream media. There are so many different things. The first thing I should say is home insurance. You know, you might be locked in at a low interest rate. You may not be at that seven and a half, eight and a half percent interest rate that new people are under. You may be very lucky at that. But at the same time, your insurance rate for that house is not fixed for 30 years, like your mortgage rate may be. Most people are shocked to learn in the last four years that their insurance for their house, their automobiles, and other things they insure have tripled in value especially if you live in the Sunbelt where you have a lot of hurricanes and things. People are paying money in ways they never thought they were going to pay money. And that is part of the inflation number, my friends. And no one’s talking about it.

So anyway, I just want to point out that this is going to be a major, major election that we have to make sure, as Donald Trump said sarcastically, although again, you know, the media has got to say, oh, he said, you only have to vote this time. You’ll never have to vote again He said it sarcastically to all the people out there who don’t want to vote. He said, I understand you may not want to vote. I understand you evangelical Christians may think you don’t need to vote, that God’s going to decide everything. But this is one election. You need to get out and vote. And I agree with it. You need to get out and vote this fall or the liberty that you take for granted, and I guarantee you most of us take our liberties for granted, is going to be gone. It’s going to be gone so fast. If they get the House, they get the Senate, and they get the presidency, the liberties that you have is going to be gone so fast, your head will spin. The money you have thought you’ve been able to save through this inflationary time will be gone like passing gas in the wind. It’ll be gone. I’m trying to clean it up a little bit. It will be gone and gone forever.

Your money be gone.

You’ll be broke.

You’ll be working for the government, or you’ll be working for some big corporation.

You will no longer have any of the freedoms that you have enjoyed. That is what is at stake in this election if you believe it or not.
