Hi, Bob Barney with a Friday wrap-up, May 29th, 19, or I was going to say my birthday, May 29th, 2026. Today is Pentecost and we’ll talk about Pentecost a little bit towards the end of the show.This is the weekly wrap-up and it’s also my birthday.We started the show with a little bit of music box dancer and I’ll give you a little background. Way back in May, 45 years ago, way back in May, actually 46 years ago, I guess, no, 45. Way back in May of 1981, I started thinking about doing Plain Truth Today type shows.I did, when we were living in Florida, and it was just a few months really before Tammy and I got married, a few months, I did four or five shows, half hour shows that was professionally recorded in a sound studio in Miami and never really broadcast. I forgot about them, but we started out the show using music box dancer and we ended the show with it. We had a professional announcer who made the show sound really good and I put those tapes away and probably when we moved from Norfolk to where we are today on the farm, it was probably 16, 17 years ago, I found those and they’re probably packed away somewhere and I listened to them and they still sounded pretty good.That was a long time ago and it was a long time before we really got the PlainTruth.com going.That didn’t start until 2008, some 25 years later, and we didn’t start the Plain Truth Today broadcast, I think it wasn’t until 2022 or 2023. But today is a special day and it’s Pentecost and like I said, we’ll get into that afterwards and we’ll also, like I said, it is also my birthday and I’m 71 years old and my best birthday present other than my wife, Tammy, and I think the love of my God, was this, what they call a PIC, which was a catheter that is put into your arm that goes all theway to your heart with a catheter that you inject the antibiotic that I had to take for this infection that I had that was not treatable by any other oral antibiotic.They tried them all over two or three weeks, nothing was working. It was raging out of control. I really had like the last five weeks of lost week.And then finally, I got to a special infectious doctor and she’s very, very good. And she said, well, we’re going to have to put what’s called a PIC in your arm and your wife three times a day is going to have to inject in the treatment, which was an antibiotic, which you start out by flushing with saline and then you put in the antibiotic over five minutes. You can’t do it quickly because it’s right in front of your heart and your aorta where it comes out with that catheter.And then you have to follow it by more saline and you have to follow it by heparin and three times a day. And each time took about 20-25 minutes. It was a tedious thing.My wife is the best thing that ever happened to me and I know that. And so my birthday present today, at least from the Lord, was getting this thing out today and my bacterial infection is gone.How long it’s gone for, I hope forever, but we’ll treat that as we go.But for the weekly wrap up, I guess the news really before we get into other things is the new attacks threaten the ceasefire supposedly and the peace deal they’re working on. I think it’s all nonsense. I think we got into a war.There was no planning. I listened to an admiral this morning. He’s a pro-Trump admiral and he was talking and when I heard him talk, and of course nobody questions him by some of the things he was saying, and I agree with a lot of the things he was saying, but the one thing I heard, what really, really disturbed me was that he said, well, Iran really kind of changed the momentum of the conflict when to a surprise to us, they closed the straits, which we didn’t expect.How in the world did planners in the military not think that they would do that when they’ve done it before? And now we have it where anytime Iran wants to get the world’s attention, all they got to do is do what they did before and we’re going to give them their money back. That’s going to happen. You can see that we’re going to unleash their money a la Obama that everybody in the megafield used to have a problem with.Now all of a sudden I’m reading comments on Facebook and on Daily Mail comments where all of a sudden these mega never can do anything wrong Trumpers say, oh, it’s okay that they get their money back because Donald Trump’s doing it. It’s not the same deal as Obama. We’re going to make sure that this never happens again and it’s their money anyway.Well, that’s not how these people talked about a few years ago, not at all. So anyway, right before they were to meet, and I actually believe all of this intervention, all of this strikes by the United States forces to the Iranians during this ceasefire right now, all has to do with the manipulation of oil. I’m sorry to say this, I’ve been saying this for a long time now and I know it aggravates people and it bothers people, I’m sorry, but I have a spirit of God I believe that’s driving me to have to mention corruption when you see it, especially from your leaders.Because if you have corrupt leaders, then you have a corrupt nation. Read Chronicles and Kings in the Bible. Whenever you had a good king, you didn’t have to worry the people were good.Whenever you had an evil bad king, the people themselves turned evil and bad. You know, the fish does rot from the head and I’m afraid to say this, but it seems like the manipulation, and I get in a little bit after this one, the manipulation of oil prices, people are getting rich. A last report that I saw, I forgot what website I was on, it was not an American website, I believe it was an India or possibly a European news site that I was checking out for stories and it was pointing out that people made by buying oil when it was low, selling it high then shorting oil and selling it as it went down and doing the same thing over and over again.This report said that something in the neighborhood of $187 billion was realized by people sellingshort and then also buying low by less than a thousand investors. You do the math and how did they know that was gonna happen when it did? That tells me there is insider trading going on that is coming out of the White House and there should be a problem there. And then on a side note before we even get into that, how about the story of the CIA agent who was caught with $40 million in gold bars plus a lot of cash.He was a CIA agent and how did he get it? He just simply asked his superiors that he needed it for a special project and I guess he couldn’t tell them what it was because it was so secret that he needed $40 million in gold bars and a lot of cash and they gave it to him and he just got arrested.Listen to the CNN report and see if you don’t have a problem with what’s happening here. New York Times is reporting on what is just a stunning arrest of a CIA official after investigators found hundreds of gold bars worth more than $40 million stashed in his Virginia home.The CIA and FBI say the arrest occurred last week after the agency alerted the FBI about potential violations of the law. Potential violations of the law. You know, hey we gave this guy $40 million worth of gold unaccounted for.Maybe we shouldn’t have done that, huh? And according to court documents, the official who is identified as David Rush asked for and received a significant quantity of foreign currency and tens of millions of dollars in gold bars for work-related expenses in recent months. When agents searched Rush’s home, they found approximately 303 gold bars, each of which weighed a kilogram, approximately two pounds, and investigators also seized $2 million in American currency and nearly three dozen luxury watches, many of them Rolexes. I’ll note that a lawyer for Mr. Rush declined to comment to the Times and a woman answering the phone at Mr. Rush’s house hung up on him.I guess she would. I guess you can be in the CIA and you have no accountability at all. Hey, I need, I need 300 gold bars, 2.2 pounds per bar, worth about $40 million.Just send it to my house, I’m going to keep it there until I use it. I’m doing a special project and I don’t want to tell you about it. This is what’s going on.We have corruption everywhere. And it starts at the top. And when it starts at the top, everybody thinks they can do it.I’ll be right back. The U.S. and Iran once again exchanged fire overnight, sending oil prices rising and casting new doubts on peace talks. The latest exchange started around the Strait of Hormuz, which Iran closed after the U.S. and Israel attacked the country three months ago.Iranian media report Iranian forces first fired warning shots as American ships tried to passthrough Hormuz without authorization, and that the U.S. military responded with strikes. An American official described the strikes as self-defense, shooting down multiple Iranian drones threatening American forces and commercial shipping, and attacking a control station inside Iran.Iran’s Revolutionary Guard says it then responded by launching missiles at an American base in the Gulf.State media releasing footage, it says, shows that attack, although there’s no way to verify when or where the footage was taken. Kuwait, where many American troops are based, said its air defenses engaged incoming missiles and drones. There were no reports of casualties.You notice it says no reports of casualties, but it did not report did the missiles strikeinfrastructure. I did a report this week about all of the aircraft lost, like seven KC-135 refuelingtanker planes worth tens of millions of dollars a piece, destroyed. That’s not being reported in America.You got to go overseas to get all of these reports. So they say there was no casualties. What damage did it do to aircraft, to ground equipment, or buildings? They didn’t say that.If you notice, the American news coming out of the military is more propaganda than what we’re getting out of Iran, and it should disturb people. Let’s go on. President Trump, speaking at the White House before the overnight clashes, the second in three days, threatened military escalation if diplomacy continues to fail.They want very much to make a deal so far. They haven’t gotten there. We’re not satisfied with it.They really want to make a deal. Does this sound to you like they really want to make a deal, or does it sound to you that we have a U.S. president that is doing nothing but bullshitting the American public and getting rich when he does it? You know, 3,700 stock trades that he has made, not his sons, not his daughter, but Donald Trump, since he became president, made 3,700 stock trades, and let’s listen to one of them right now. I want to thank the Dell family.It’s a great family. He is amazing. She is amazing.They’ve done such a job, such a job, and they put up a lot of money, too, put up $6,250,000.That’s somebody. And he started making computers on his bed in college and selling them because they were better than other computers, and he just, I said, how did you do that? He said, well, I did it, and I just never stopped.It just kept going. So go out and buy a Dell. They’re great.Meet computers on his bed. Go buy one. Hi again, everybody.It’s 5 o’clock in New York. That should never be normal, but there’s a reason Donald Trump strung together those nonsensical words and near sentences, Donald Trump telling people to, quote, go out and buy one, a Dell, a Dell computer. It’s because it’s a company that he’s personally invested in to the tune of at least a million dollars, and while he’s using his office, the office of the American presidency, to urge you to, quote, go out and buy one, this thing that he made on his bed, to buy from his preferred companies, the federal government, which he sits atop, is simultaneously handing companies like Dell massive government contracts.Yesterday, 19 days after Donald Trump urged cash-strapped and stressed-out Americans to buy his political patrons’ computers, the federal government inked a nearly $10 billion with a B-dollar contract with, wait for it, Dell. Of that, CNBC reports this, quote, the Department of Defense announced a five-year, roughly $9.7 billion deal with Dell to provide a suite of software to the U.S. military. It comes after Michael Dell, the founder and CEO of Dell Technologies, pledged $6.25 billion, which Trump mentioned there, to fund investment accounts for children known as Trump accounts.A Navy spokesperson told reporters this, quote, the vendors were all evaluated based on competition, sure, an overall chain of value to the department. Going through the process of evaluation, they came out on top. They just happened to come out on top, I guess.The timing seems suspicious to you. Just wait. There’s more.Forbes reports that back in February, Donald Trump purchased between $1 and $5 million in Dell stock. As of Tuesday, when Forbes compiled the numbers, that stock had gone up by 142 percent, with a median value gain of $4.3 million. So, in, what, three months, Donald Trump made at least $4.3 million from a stock investment that he personally made, not even his children.And then he turns around and tells people they need to buy Dell computers from the Oval Office.Then on top of that, a week after that, he tells his Pentagon, obviously, to buy $10 billion worth of Dell computers for the government, using your and my money. And he makes a ton of money in the deal.Now, I want you to be honest with yourself, because there’s so many people defending DonaldTrump that just simply are not being honest with themselves. If this, if you just changed the name from Donald Trump to Joe Biden and then Hunter Biden, or if you change the name from Donald Trump to Bill Clinton or to Barack Obama, you would be angry. If you’re a Trumper and you’re an ever-Trumper, you would have been angry to hear that news, as you were and as I used to be.I was angered at the corruption of Bill Clinton, who sold our ports in California to the Chinese to talk about national security. I’m not a Bill Clinton fan. Bill Clinton was a lousy president.And if you ask me, Bill Clinton, the second George Bush, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden weretraitors, traitors to this country, which I still think, I didn’t read this lately, but I believe the Constitution says if you’re convicted of treason against this country, it’s a death penalty. And that’s what I think Bush, Obama, Clinton, and Biden was. And I am consistent.I’m not being inconsistent like ever-Trumpers that find ways to make excuses for what is absolute corruption. Having a war, putting American lives in danger, killing at least 14, maybe there’s more not being reported, how many were wounded that’s not being reported, and making billions.That’s right, billions of dollars personally of a war that he refuses to engage in and win.He’s playing the markets. I don’t think he’s got dementia yet. I think he’s got personal health problems, mainly heart problems.You can see that from his ankles. But I believe that all of this going back and forth, back and forth, including him losing the House, which I think he’s going to do, and maybe the Senate, he doesn’t care because he plans on pardoning himself. He plans on pardoning his children.And he is going to make as much money as retribution to the money he spent. And he should not have had to because his prosecution, I am being, I’m straight down the middle. I am, I’m not like God exactly, I will tell you that.But Bob Barney is the same yesterday, today, forever. I am consistent when I see people who used to agree with me about Donald Trump now disagree with the principles that I used to talk about, about we need someone above corruption to lead this country. The first Bush, I’m sorry, the first Trump administration, Donald Trump lost a billion dollars being president.And who made out? The middle class, middle class businesses like my own and a lot of middle class people. Every woman made more money in business. Hispanics made more money.Black people made more money. People of color made more money. And Trump 1.0 and the people who did not fare as well.Don’t listen to Democrat politics. The people who did not fare as well with Trump 1.0 were the billionaires. Well, when I saw the billionaires wrapped around Donald Trump’s White House desk inTrump 2.0 in January of last year, I told my wife and she did not, she was a Donald Trumpsupporter as I was.She did not want to believe that what I was saying was true, that this, the new Donald Trump president has a whole new way of being president. He’s there to personally hobnob with the billionaires and get rich and become one of them himself. Because Donald Trump, even though he called him a billionaire, in cash, I bet he don’t have more than two, $300 million.Now he does. But before, all his assets were really in assets like land and property and buildingsand things like that. Real billionaires like Elon Musk and Bezos and Warren Buffett, these people can come up with a billion, $2 billion, $3 billion in cash if they need to.They are not only stock rich, land rich, and commodities rich, they’re also cash rich. Donald Trump wasn’t. And that poor excuse for lawfare against him drained his resources of cash, paying for his lawyers, and I said he wants to get even.He wants to put those people in jail, which he’s trying to do, not successfully, by the way. But more importantly, he wants to make himself as rich as anyone else. He wants to be the richest man in the world.And he thinks, and I’ve seen reports where his sons have told people, insiders in their private club in Washington, D.C., by the end of his presidency, that family is going to be the richest family in the world, surpassing the Walton, Walmart family, Sam Walton, yeah, the Walton family. They’re going to be richer than them. I think they’re worth about $600 billion as a family.And that’s what they plan on being. And Donald Trump wants to be like one of the richest men in the world. That’s what it’s all about.And I’m sorry, but if you supported Donald Trump as I did and cannot call this out, you’re not being honest. And one thing God says, if you read the Bible, Old or New Testament, what does God say about when you’re on a jury or when you’re judging someone? You’re not to see if they’re rich or poor. You’re not to worry if they’re a poor widow or an orphan child or even a foreigner.God is consistent. God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. That’s why we’re alive and we’re not destroyed, because God has made a promise to a man named Abraham.And that blessing is now worldwide through Jesus Christ’s ministry. And if God changed his mind, we would all be in trouble. But unfortunately, too many people don’t stay consistent to their beliefs.They can see what you’re doing right now is you are turning a man into an idol, into a God. And I got news for you. God is not going to have competition from any man.Read the Bible. I say this over and over again. This is not a religious show.This is a new show that recognizes that there is a God and that God is the God of the Bible and the God of the Old Testament of the Bible is none other than the God that became Jesus Christ, that walked on this earth, that died for our sins, was resurrected from the dead and came back to life again on the third, after three days, and is God again sitting on the right hand of the Father and all power, all power has been given to Jesus Christ from God the Father now. Think about that as today is the day of Pentecost. And what is the day of Pentecost? Well, we’ll get into that right now.The day of Pentecost is the birthday of the New Testament church. It is also Pentecost in the Old Testament, the birthday of the Old Testament church, because on Mount Sinai, on Pentecost, Jesus Christ as Lord God, as the Yahweh God of the Old Testament that some people would call Jehovah, that God who appeared to Moses and appeared to the people in a pillar of cloud and of fire at night was none other than the God who became Jesus Christ. And you can prove that in your Bible.And I have many shows to prove it. You can go back and listen to them or just go to John chapter 8 and you can see who he claimed to be. And he is the I am that I am of the Exodus, the God who wrote the Ten Commandments with his own finger on this day, May 29th, some 3,500 years ago or more.This day in the Old Testament church began. The Old Covenant began when the Ten Commandments was written by God on this day by his own fingers. And then some 2,500 years later, 1,500, 1,800 years later, I guess it would be during the time of Jesus, he died and was resurrected.And 50 days after firstfruits came the day of Pentecost. And you can read about that in your Bible.And when that day came, that is when the Holy Spirit came to the church members in Jerusalemat the time.And the New Testament church began where the Ten Commandments that were written on stonesome 1,800 years earlier on the same day by the finger of God. Now God says in his word that he is going to write those Ten Commandments in your hearts and in your minds and in your spiritual Holy Spirit that was imparted on the church on the same exact day as the Ten Commandments were written. And we have so many people say, oh, Jesus came to do away to law.He did no such thing. That is lawlessness. Well, we got lawlessness in America right now.What good has that done for you and me? Are you feel safer when you walk down the streets in New York in a lawless society? So you want lawlessness within the church of God? Think about what you’re asking for. Well, I’ll tell you right now that this day, Pentecost, is very important to people who are Christians because it’s their birthday, not Bob Barney’s only. It happens to be my birthday by some quirk of nature.Nothing special for me, but it is special to me because I share my birthday with the that was founded in A.D. 30. If you want to know, May 29th of A.D. 30, this day, 1996 years ago. Yes, May 29th, 30 A.D., is 1996 years to this day that the church of God was born.And if you’re a member of the church of God, this symbolizes your birthday and the beginning of the Holy Spirit being given to anyone who asks for it and who wants to obey the words of Jesus Christ.
