Friday Wrap-up with Bob Barney August 16, 2024

Good morning, it’s Friday again, here with the Friday wrap-up on The Plain Truth Today.

This is Bob Barney, and I want to go over the stories of the week and some of the ideas that I have or the thoughts that I have about some of the things going on that I think some people are not aware of.

We try to get into the things that some people or the mainstream media just don’t seem to. Apparently, rape is okay in the courts of America. A Guatemalan immigrant convicted last month of raping a Maryland resident was arrested yesterday by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officers. A 19-year-old Guatemalan, Henry Aguada Tobar, whose arrest came after he was sentenced, listen to this now on July 3rd to 20 years in prison for second degree rape. Now you have to admit that sounds like a pretty harsh sentence and that sounds like a judge who knows what he should be doing. But there’s a second part you must know. After sentencing this guy to 20 years in prison for rape, the judge suspended all but 190 days of a 20-year sentence.

And then the man didn’t end up even serving one day of that 190 days because the prison wouldn’t accept him which allowed him to be released again and raped a victim after somebody else raped the same victim and was arrested again by Immigration. According to ICE, an immigration detainer is a request to a state or local law enforcement agency to put a hold on a person who was set to be released so that the ERO can assume custody for removal purposes in accordance with federal law. However, this request was not honored by Charles County Detention Center which meant Aguada Tobar was released without serving one day of his 190-day sentence.

This is the America, the Biden America we’re living in today.

It’s called lawlessness. If you want to know about lawlessness, we’ll get into that a little bit here.

According to ICE in this press release I’m reading, the 19-year-old was first apprehended in May of 2019 after he entered illegally into the United States near El Paso, Texas! Now, in another case, this is even a worse case, a woman was raped at knife point by a suspected migrant next to the Coney Island boardwalk in New York over the weekend.

We also had another woman who was raped, and her boyfriend was beat up or held and detained while she was raped, I think, twice by two different guys.

I’m going to read something out of Deuteronomy 28:30. I always say, and I have said in a few programs as well as I have stated in quite a few articles on The Plain Truth about Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 28. They say the same things. It is for America because America is the Israel in your Bible, just always remember that…and God gives to Moses blessings and curses for those who obey the law and those who reject God’s laws, which the United States of America who has rejected God and God’s laws. Deuteronomy 28:30, this is what it says, quote, you will be pledged to be married to a woman, but another will take her and rape her. You will build a house, but another will live in it and you will not. You will plant a vineyard, but you will not even go in to enjoy its fruit.

Does that sound like America today with the alien who lives amongst us?

Another quote from Leviticus 26, the alien who lives amongst us will rule over us and we will live in terror, terrorist by the illegal alien that comes in amongst us.That is the state of affairs that we’re in today. And I just wanted to start the program out by showing what happens when you do not follow God’s laws. This is not a religious program, this is a news program, but the law has to be followed.

American law has to be followed which the courts are not even following. American law, if you look at this rape case, clearly God’s laws are not being followed. In fact, God has basically been kicked out of this country in most governmental capacities and we are reaping the harvest that we have sown.

The next topic I was going to get into which is going to move kind of quickly as we have a pretty long interview coming that I am going to share. If this interview I have teed up does not shock you, I don’t know what will. That’s going to be about a 60-year-old grandmother with 18 grandchildren who was put in jail by our Governor Walz from Minnesota. But before I get into that, Christians and Kamala…and now that’s a joke if not blasphemy for that matter because you tell me what sort of Christian would support a baby-killing communist dictator like Kamala Harris? Well, her pastor, for one! Yes, Vice President Kamala Harris’s pastor, Dr. Amos Brown of the Third Baptist Church of San Francisco. A man who blamed the United States for the terror attack on September 11, 2001. He said it was our fault that this attack happened and not the people who perpetrated it.

Do you remember another pastor who said that, and it just so happened to be another president’s pastor who said the same exact thing? Yeah, it was Barack Obama’s pastor, what was his name, Wright, Jeremiah Wright.

This is the false Christianity that is a constant theme in the New Testament especially by the writers like Paul and Peter who are talking constantly that these false prophets and these false ministers of God are really ministers of Satan…that they’re demons disguised as ministers of God. They are teaching another gospel. And Paul warns about people that are listening to and following another gospel, not the gospel of the Bible. If you’re not following the Bible you’re not following the true gospel. Many Americans even those in what they think are good churches, are following a false gospel.

So, we’re going to get on to the next topic which is going to take quite a bit of time here…I call it Errol Walz, you know, like Errol Hitler. The real Nazis to be worried about are in America today…no, not the skinheads that everybody talks about because they don’t have any power. Too many times people are compared to Hitler. So, I don’t know if Walz should be or not. After all, like Walz, Hitler did go and he actually did fight in World War I and was wounded by being gassed. So, he was a patriot, and he was a war hero for the Germans anyway which is something Walz cannot claim. He ran away when it came to the idea of going to fight. When his troops were called to go to Afghanistan, he hit the door and he went out and he decided he was going to go back to China, Tiananmen Square, and be paid for by the Chinese.

And that’s another thing I just can’t get over…how is this a military person, someone that is in the military…going to China every single year being paid for by the Chinese Communist Party! Bringing schoolchildren with him indoctrinating him with the Communist Party Manifesto, and is still and was at the time an active member of the National Guard of Minnesota. I mean, if you talk about a conflict of interest, you talk about something that is traitorous, that is treason, that’s your Minnesota Governor Walz.

But this is a little tune that I want to play that reminds me of our Governor Walz, now our Vice President candidate under Kamala Harris exposing his true nature. I think you might find it funny because I certainly do. It’s called Running Away. Running Away well that’s from Monty Python and I think that could be sung for our Governor Walz, our new Vice President candidate for Kamala Harris….Brave Tim Walz…or I should say Sir Tim Walz who bravely ran away from going with his troops to Afghanistan in a very cowardly manner and has the gall to get on TV and absolutely double down on the fact that he is a war hero! That’s what he’s trying to say. That he served his country proudly. Well, he did not serve his country at all when you’re needed, and you run away.

You spend 24 years in a service when there’s no wars and you take all the benefits that the service gives you, the GI Bill, the college education you want to get, you name it…there’s all kinds of bennies you get from joining the service, and then the second war breaks out and you run away. You run away and you run away, and that is not service. That is a coward. That is a person that is only thinking of themselves. Here is an interview that I think if it does not bother you then you need to vote Democrat and I mean that right now.  This is an interview on Fox News about Walz, and before I get into the interview, I do want to talk about what I was just saying about how he went every year for some 20 years to China taking school children paid for by the Chinese government while he was still in the service, being and doctoring those kids into the communist way of life that he thinks is so great. In fact, he thinks that the Chinese people are so great. He actually decided to get married in China at Tiananmen Square where scores of people were murdered by the Chinese government in one of the most horrific scenes on live TV. You could see, I remember back in the time when you see that one guy standing in front of a tank, and who knows what ever happened to him, I’m sure he was butchered. But this woman, Lisa Hansen, was a former small business owner who was sentenced to 90 days in prison for violating an illegal, unconstitutional Minnesota law, executive action taken by Governor Tim Walz’s COVID-19 lockdown order, and warns of future tyranny if this man is ever elected as Vice President of the United States.

This interview is 9-10 minutes long, so here it is from Fox News:

 
America needs to know my story concerning Governor Tim Walz and what he did to me as well as so many other business owners in the state of Minnesota. So I’m a regular American, wife, mom, grandma, and very proud and thankful to be all of those things. I’m a hardworking business owner along with my husband for more than 30 years. We have owned and operated businesses and have always followed the law. I think the worst thing that has ever happened to me was when I was a teenager. I think I got a speeding ticket. Otherwise, you know, we’re just law-abiding people like most Americans are. Of course, we all know, and we’ll never forget the year 2020 when COVID happened. And in the state of Minnesota, my business that was located in the state of Minnesota, Southern Minnesota, was a lovely wine and coffee bistro and it had been in operation for going on eight years by the time that my business was shut down and destroyed. And when I say it was destroyed, I’m speaking of being shuttered and not being able to survive that because of what Governor Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison did to me and to my business as well as our employees. And so what happened is that with the first shutdown, we didn’t really know what to do, what was going on. And we did comply. And I hate to say that, you know, looking back at everything I’ve stood for, but we did comply because we didn’t know what else to do. He never fully opened up the state to point this out. Who did he shut down? Governor Walz shut down only some of the businesses. The essential businesses got to stay open. So, I guess that means that we were a non-essential business. But so he shut down bars, restaurants, gyms, dance studios, hair salons, etc. Who did he not shut down? Who were the essential business owners? That would have been your big box stores with hundreds and hundreds of people coming to visit through their doors a day, mingling and being close. He did not shut down liquor stores.

He did not shut down strip clubs. I think we can take a pause in this interview and just mention what you just heard. It was important to keep the big box stores open because they have political power. And most of them, Home Depot and all these are really, excuse me, liberal organizations anyway that support all kinds of gay rights and you name it. And that’s probably why a lot of them, these big businesses like that are having problems getting new customers because a lot of people are boycotting these big box stores. But the idea that you would close down restaurants and small boutique shops and small hardware stores that were a lot less likely to spread any disease than a big box store, you found that strip clubs, strip clubs was an essential business. Just think about that for a minute. You tell me how this guy has Midwestern values. You tell me how this guy has any values. How in the world do you declare a strip club? You know, we’re topless dancers, topless, bottomless dancers, pornography of all types. You tell me how that is an essential business. And I’ll vote for Harris if you can convince me. But I can tell you right now, you’re not going to convince me. And you’re not going to convince any sane American who hears this story and what this woman says and the things this governor did when this lockdown happened in Minnesota. And by the way, for those that don’t know this, and she’s not going to say this, so I want to fill this in right now.

Minnesota, like New York under Cuomo, had more people die than any other state from COVID. The Democrats love to see people dead. They want to see you dead if you’re not one of them. And they are evil monsters. Let’s go on with this interview. So think about the contrast there. He shut down a lot of the mom-and-pop shops, those folks that were just trying to make a living and provide a great product and a great service. In contrast, he allowed big box stores, et cetera, to stay open. Really incredible, an incredible use of tyranny against the people. It was in November that Governor Walz shut the dine-in restaurants down again at 100% level of no dine-in whatsoever. There’s no way we can survive this. We actually joined in with an organization or a group called Open Minnesota, I believe is what it was. And we thought it was a great idea. We had been looking for something like this because we knew we had every right to be open. We had God-given constitutionally protected rights to be open. There was no statute. There was no law that allowed Governor Walz to do what he did. He really did step outside of statutory law, but even more important, constitutional law. Because we have that right to be able to run our businesses and conduct our lives as we see fit. Of course, staying within the rule of law. And as I’ve already mentioned, I followed the rule of law. I did. Our Governor and Attorney General did not. So we opened up.

I can’t tell you for sure how long we were open, but immediately within 24, 48 hours, the state came down on us with a vengeance. They attacked me, a woman, small business owner, as well as other small business owners in the state of Minnesota. They came down. They sent the health department down. They sent everything they could against us. They employed all of their resources against we the people, just trying to run a company, serve a cup of coffee to a willing customer. And they said, nope, you can’t do that. And mind you, there was never an injury. There was never an infection of COVID-19, nor was there ever a death that occurred because I had my doors open. And willing customers came in to patronize me. So it was about the first part of January. All kinds of, I think it was five civil cases were thrown at me and two criminal cases were thrown at me because of what I did. Because I supposedly violated these illegal and unlawful emergency executive orders. Again, that Governor Walz had no right implementing. I went to court for the criminal charges and for the civil charges.

There have been, I’ve incurred tens of thousands in court fees, in legal fees. There have been upwards near 100,000 levied against me in fines, fees, et cetera. I went to court. I was found guilty, was precipitated. And put on me by the, you gotta go all the way to the top. That again, that’d be Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison. What happened to me was no accident. And they absolutely wanted to make an example, right? All the way down through the local court system. I was found guilty. I was not allowed to present my defense in a court of law. I was given a sentence to 90 days, which was the max sentencing. And I was also fined $1,000, which was the max fine for this supposed thing that I did, where I was standing on my rights and totally protected by the Constitution of the United States of America. But when you have rogue judges, rogue government, Attorney General, et cetera, they’re all in lockstep with each other. It doesn’t go very well for the people. This is what we need to be standing against.

And this is the story that America needs to know. This is the story that America needs to hear, that Tim Walz is not some cuddly, joyful coach life. All the things that the MSMs are calling him, or some of the things that they’re calling him, that is not who this man is. This man would like to take your rights away. He will take your rights away, because what happened to me couldn’t happen to anybody. What happened to me will happen to you if we don’t get things turned around in our country and become a republic again. Now, that doesn’t happen just by itself, and it certainly doesn’t happen overnight. And yeah, there’s a price to pay. I have paid a dear price. My family has paid a dear price. While I was in jail, I missed out on Christmas with my family. I missed out on my wedding anniversary. And I also missed out on the birth of one of my grandchildren. And that was wrong. I can never have that time back. That time was stolen from me. My business was destroyed. My business is gone after everything that happened. Tim Walz and Keith Ellison destroyed my business. They wrecked my life. They separated me from my family and my American rights, my God-given rights. They did that to me. They’ll do it to anybody. I’ve heard some people say that Tim Walz is a real nice guy. Yeah, well, he’s not. Take my word for it. I’ve gotten to know through this whole process, I’ve gotten to know other people that similar things have happened to them when they were trying to run their business and survive. Mostly women, by the way. So Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison really like to go after women. They’re bullies. They’re bullies. And they like to go after women and torment and destroy women’s lives. This is what they have done in the state of Minnesota. So let America know, you do not want Tim Walz as vice president. You do not want tyranny at this level. I have seen firsthand, we, the people of Minnesota, have seen what Tim Walz, the type of evil he orchestrates. If he is elected as vice president of this country, he, in lockstep with Harris, who is also evil, will perpetuate this same type of evil on the American people. We do not want that. So this is the truth about Tim Walz.

I would like to see Tim Walz impeached. I would like to see him prosecuted for the crimes he has committed against the people of Minnesota. I don’t use that word loosely, evil. But the evil person that he is, it’s no wonder that the evil Harris picked him to be her running mate. Tim Walz has accomplished a lot of horrific things in the state of Minnesota in a very short amount of time. So as far as you asked about the burning of Minneapolis, horrific. Where was our governor?

 Where was our governor during the, the governor of Minnesota during that? He was happy to see the city burned to the ground. Some 1,500 businesses put out by the fire. This is the man that so-called Christian churches say they’re going to support. Well, I had a program a few months back and when I said, you know, the problem with many of the churches today is they’re like the Jews that, that were in the power seat at the time at the temple that condemned Jesus to die. And when Pilate said, you want me to kill your King? And they say, we have no King, but Caesar. And these so-called Christian ministers have no King, but atheism and communism and dictators like Caesar. And that is the plain truth. Now, I wanted to get into one last thing that just mentioned, this woman mentioned who was at the time, the attorney general, Keith Ellison. Now I want to tell you a little bit about Keith Ellison and his background. He was a man, a Minnesota Democrat, of course, that abused his mother in the course of their relationship.

Austin Monahan said he found a video of his mother’s computer showing that Ellison had forcefully tried to drag her off the bed and swearing at her the entire time and abusing her because he wanted to force her to do what she did not want to do. It was on video, but he was never arrested because he’s above the law. Democrats always think they’re above the law. And unfortunately, they are usually above the law. They think they’re God, they act like God, and they will continue to act like God. If you want to vote for somebody like that, then you are going to get what you deserve. This country will get what it deserves if it allows this ticket to go forward. I actually believe that people should so reject this ticket that she should lose by over 70% or more, personally. If not, this country is doomed. As Donald Trump said in his interview with Elon Musk, if they get in, the country is doomed. And if you don’t think the country is doomed, it’s almost doomed now in three and a half years of Biden. It’s almost doomed. Gas has doubled. The price of eggs has doubled. The price of food has gone up 30, 40%. The real unemployment rate is every bit of 12 to 15%. The other day, I was in a little market next to my paint plant, and I was in line, and there was a little black lady in front of me, and she had two $20 bills, and she had about seven or eight, maybe nine items. And they rang it up, and it was $48 and some change. And she said, well, I don’t have that. I only have two 20s. And she started looking at what she could put back.

And she had some chicken, I think it was, and some vegetables and some potatoes. And she was looking what she could get off the bill. And the chicken was probably $6, $8 that she needed to get rid of, probably her evening meal. And I said, I’ll pay the $8, ma’am. She goes, no, you don’t have to do that, sir. I appreciate it, but you don’t have to. And I said, I will. I’ll pay the $8. I have it. Maybe God will look good at me for doing it. And so I paid her $8, and I bought the sodas that I was buying. These new probiotic sodas are pretty good, by the way, for your health today, Pug. What you eat is very important. So anyway, that’s the Friday wrap-up for today. And I just want to finish, like I always do, saying that tomorrow at 7-Eleven, The Plain Truth will have a more religious Sabbath-type show that’s going to go up tomorrow that’s always very interesting for those who want to hear it. And as of last week, or it was last week, or the week before, I think it was last week, we started doing a Sunday video show. And we take, sometimes, I think last week was over an hour, maybe it was even an hour and a half, for those news junkies who, or any kind of junkie that really wants to know what’s going on. And it’s another point of view.

It’ll never probably be any of my programs. It’ll be things that I find on the internet that I don’t think anybody is giving attention to. And I think it’s a crying shame that this country is in the shape that it’s in. And we have a news media that is covering for Kamala Harris and the Democratic Party. They are not the news. They should have no protection of the free press, because they’re not the free press. They are another wing of the Democratic Party. They are the propaganda Goebbels wing of the Democratic Party. And they should be stripped of their press credentials because, like I said, they are not newspaper people. They are not the fourth estate. They are not trying to find the truth, the plain truth. They are trying to suppress and bury the truth. So a communist can take over this country and enslave the rest of America that’s not yet enslaved. And today, by the way, Kamala Harris comes out with her economic plan. You can see this on the message board. And guess what? She plans on having Cuban, Soviet-style price fixing on food supplies so we can have empty grocery stores like you see pictures of Cuba and Russia, empty grocery stores and people standing in line to fight over two or three pieces of fish. That is what her economic plan is. Total Soviet communism.

It’s not even Chinese communism, by the way. It’s Soviet, old Soviet kind of communism, which failed so miserably. But again, this is Bob Barney for the Plain Truth today asking you and thanking you for listening and saying go to theplaintruth.com every day, read what’s there, go to the message board every day, read what we have there.
