Good morning, this is Bob Barney with our Friday show on The Plain Truth Today broadcast from http://www.ThePlainTruth.com.
I want to go over today’s news, what it means for your family, and I want to give you what I think about tomorrow’s news. We try to be a program that not only gives you the news of yesterday, but what is going to happen tomorrow. A lot of this insight comes from the Bible. You do not have to be an evangelist or all that religious, all you need to do is to know the Bible, believe in Him and be a news person’; this allows you to tell the news of the future. You have to of course believe that scripture is the news of the future, and that God has already told us what it is going to be. The Bible tells us what we need to know and apply it to our everyday life, seeing how it is going to help us and our families.
I am going to do a little bit of a different show today than normal…tomorrow, Saturday, we are going to have a broadcast about the Bible, about Bible history…I hate to use the word religion because believing in the True God is not a religion, it is a way of life. I try to show that, especially on the Saturday Sabbath program. A good amount of them may be YouTube podcasts. We will do more videos down the road…. I am trying to get my office prepared so I can get my videos recorded in my office. Don’t be horrified when you see this old man over here, you know, I am not a smooth-talking, good-looking actor type, but I do think this show is very informative and I think it is good for people to listen to, to make you think.
One thing I really would like from my audience, whoever is listening to me, and please know I am not an egomaniac thinking I have a huge audience…I see the statistics and it is a few that do listen to us…but those that do, have an insight that they are not going to get anywhere else. I am not always saying to listen to what I say as fact, I believe it is, I ama not telling you something purposely that is not fact, but I do ask people to always keep an open mind and look up what I say, research it well of course, and see if I am not right. This is all I ask. This is how we learn and educate ourselves as well as improve ourselves.
So today I would like to talk about future shows and what I would like to do. One in particular will be discussed today…. I have had some people over the years, even from before and by the way, I have every email and message saved in a folder on AOL, I am at PlainTruthToday@aol.com is how you can get a hold of me. I have had questions over the years and have responded with making a broadcast based on what I believe. This show is NOT about me. I want to make this plain. Sometimes, when you give what your ideas are, I do believe I have a point of view that some other people do have, and I do think I know some things. You do not get to be 68 years old, this age, and not learn something unless you are really just plain stupid; I am many things but not stupid. You do not get to be almost 69 and be quite successful in business or successful in life without knowing some things and learning some things along the way.
You know what, obviously they found it was, they listened to Paul who actually became a great contributor to the New Testament of your Bible. So, I am not trying to make a show about me, I give personal antidotes, I talk about things that are personal to me because I think it may help people out there realize that they are not the only ones that go through what they are going through. I have gone through a lot of the same things as millions of people around the earth, we are all in this together. Unfortunately, when we watch too much media that is bent on a WOKE liberal junk and has an evil message, they are trying to drill into your brain…. many times, we feel that our problems are uniquely ours alone, that no one is experiencing what we are; therefore, we feel inferior to everyone else. We think we only have these problems, but I don’t care what problem you have right now, someone else x a million have the same problems. You are not alone in this world. The host of this show, Moi, has made every mistake you could make, well, almost every mistake, I have never taken any illegal drugs, never even occurred to me to do so, never wanted to put my brain on display as being an idiot…I think if you take illicit drugs, you become an idiot even if you didn’t start out as one; it takes away your mind. SO, anyways, I do think I have a perspective that I should be listening to and maybe by example and examples I give from the Bible, maybe people can see that I have a correct one on many issues. Things like topics we have gone over before, what are our politicians all about, what is our economy like and what is coming down the pike, how American can come out of the trouble that we are in today, like going to God in unified prayer and praying for the salvation of American society; God would do so overnight folks. God is a God that is willing to save America if we want Him too as a group of people. IT doesn’t take 100% btw, God was willing to save Sodom for Abraham’s purpose if He could find 10 righteous people…He could not, there was only one, LOT. I believe if there were 20 or 30 people who fast and pray to God the same day to save this country, I believe He will listen from Heaven and heal our wounds and stop what is happening to us right now. The Bible is clear that America is going to fall from the tribulation, but it doesn’t mean that we cannot change God’s mind.
Look at Jonah, why is the book of Jonah in the Bible? He gives us a clue through Jonah how long Jesus was going to be in the tomb, and btw, it wasn’t from Friday to Sunday, part of Friday part of Saturday and part of Sunday which we talk about with easter which is a total pagan holiday, having nothing to do with Jesus at all, it has to do with fertility and paganism. It has nothing to do with His resurrection at all. Easter is even named after the pagan goddess Astarte; it is the German version of Easter. Easter is the name of a female goddess, totally pagan.
Let’s get back to the point of this broadcast. It is important to talk about my point of view and that is why i Do this broadcast. I am a very private and shy person. You wouldn’t know that if you knew me at my work…I look like I am outgoing and let everyone in my circle. That is not me. That is really NOT me. It is what my business face is and people do what they have to do to make a living for their family. I would rather be alone with my wife or my family, or my best friends; mainly alone with my wife Tammy and enjoy our farm. We don’t have animals anymore, but we do have a beautiful estate here out in the countryside. We enjoy our porch and looking out at nature and the birds and the deer to come to our pastures. It is just very relaxing to me and proves God to me. You cannot look at nature and not understand that God is behind the whole thing.
I have said this in a previous broadcast, I actually believe that animals and nature probably see God more than we do. I think God reveals Himself to the animals. I have told this story before, how when the Israelites were ready to go into battle and were afraid of their enemy, it was prayed to God that He would open their eyes and allow the warriors to see what was with them to help fight the battle. All of the sudden, when they looked up, they saw millions of angels with swords in their hands. They could see them; the angels were always there but their eyes couldn’t see them unless God uncloaked Himself. He didn’t realize that there were that many angels there to protect him in the battle. They went forward to help him and they won.
I think animals can sense God more than we can. We have a certain whistle that a dog can hear, the dog can hear this, but we cannot hear it. Why is that? Because dogs have a different sense than we do. Dogs can see things we cannot see; they can smell things we cannot smell. Animals probably can see the angels in my opinion. This is not found in the Bible, but it just makes rational sense to me. Why> Because nature is following God. They are not corrupted like humans are. God in order to bring them peace and understanding of their own nature, that they probably can see things we cannot see like the angels and other spiritual things. I just believe that. Don’t take this to the bank. There is no such thing as Bob Barney chapter one verse two. I believe God gives this sense to the children. When you watch a bird start eating worms in the lawn, that bird is the same and doing the same things that the very first bird of creation has done. Sings the same songs…ones that are particular to its same type and the same sounds and same mannerisms. The lifecycle is the same, the mating process is the same from the first bird God created. Think about that for a minute, when you watch animals in nature and even insects or any kind of animal, you are watching the same intelligence level of that animal when it was first created. That is not the same with human beings because we were made in the image of God, not made in the image of our own kind like animals and insects. Cattle were made after the cattle kind, not the horse kind. You cannot make two cows procreate a horse. Man was not made after humankind; he was made after the God kind. Let US, they said, there were two there, LET US make man in OUR image. In both of their likeness. God the Father and Jesus the word, the Godhead, made male and female after their own image.
Yes, my friends, we are someday if we want to be, BE GOD’S. We are going to literally be the children of the two God’s. The Father and the Son. That is the most wonderful news anyone could ever listen to in their whole life and believe and it is THE PLAIN TRUTH.
WE ARE GOING TO BE GODs in another life if we want to choose that life and not death, eternal death by the way, not an existence in hell suffering and burning like a sizzling steak over a flame; that is pagan nonsense a church teaches to control your mind and get your money.
However, what I would like to ask for, I would like to do a show, several actually, on questions. I started this broadcast talking about how people have emailed me at PlaintTruthToday@aol.com and have asked me what I have thought about this or that, or how I came to this or that conclusion. A lot of people have listened to the Armstrongs, there are a lot of offshoots of their churches…they have about 90 percent of what I believe I accurate. There are things they have gotten wrong that I believe I can show you the truth for. Like the calendar, one is the holidays, God’s calendars, which is going to be a show we are probably going to do in the spring, that is only a month away…the God’s calendar is nothing like what the Jews or the Sabbath Day Christiana’s follow…you are going to find that the day does not start in the evening like most Sabbatarians do. The sabbath does not start on 6pm on Friday night. It starts on Saturday morning at sunrise. The day is counted from sunrise to sunrise, and I can prove that so quickly…so that when you listen to that you will ask yourself how on earth did, I ever follow that? It is because you are following a pagan Babylonian day and not the day of God. You are also going to find out that God has a perfect calendar where the same events, the same date, like Passover, always is on the same date of the year. The Holy Days of God land on the same dates each year because His Calendar is perfect because God is perfect. He doesn’t have a lunar calendar with one month showing 30 days and another month being 31 days…or one year where you have 12 months and then 3 years later have one that is 13 months, its just insane when you think about the Jewish calendar that the Sabbatarians keep. The calendar is so obviously pagan when you look at the names of the month…they are pagan names…if that doesn’t tell you something I don’t know what would.
I have had many questions over the year and have about 5 or 6 questions, but I would like to do a show or two on questions that you may have and wonder what my perspective is on these questions. It doesn’t have to be religion; we are not a religion. We are a news show, showing you the Good News, which is whet the word gospel means, it is old English for good news. Jesus Christ was a newscaster, yes, he was a prophet, yes, He was God, yes, He was a religious, if you want to use that word, man, but He also was a newscaster. He broadcasted the news of the day and of the future. AND THAT is the news you need to watch and listen to. You do not really need to know what happened yesterday. When you watch a news program you are watching what happened yesterday, maybe with breaking news you are watching in the moment, but you really need to know the news that will be happening tomorrow.
It doesn’t do you any good to look at yesterday to see what is going to happen tomorrow. You can look at yesterday when you ran five miles and felt great, and you didn’t know that you are going to have a heart attack at 7:11 AM listening to this program and die. That is the news you need to know. What is going to happen in your future…not what has happened in your past or worst yet, in somebody elses past. When you listen to a show today you are listening to what happening to the other people, not news about yourself. You are listening to what happened to the Israelites or the Jews in what should be called Judah and not Israel, or what happened to some neighbor in the same town you lived in that he might have gotten robbed, that doesn’t make any difference to you, you actually need to listen to new about you and what your life is going to be like int he future. I tried to do that, and The Plain Truth tries to do…we try and show you what is going on in your future.
I would like to know what the people listening to this program would like to know. Believe it or not there was a day we had 1800 listeners! The average is 20-50 and sometimes we have 100 or 150…100 is a great day…I will say that. I would really like those that listen to send me questions that they would like to have my perspective and views on. It can be about the economy, the election, what is going on in the Middle East, or what is going on in Europe, questions about Heaven or Hell, what do I think about what the Bible really says about certain subjects that I have some knowledge again about, a perspective that I don’t think anyone else has and I think I can prove my perspective but you need to see me try to prove it and then in response you can research it and come up with your own idea.. God gave you a brain. He did not make you a zombie, or a vegetable…He made tomatoes, vegetables…or you may call it a fruit…hah, but He made squash and string beans as vegetables, not humans after the vegetable kind. He wants you to think with the brain He gave you. God gave you a brain and He expects you to use that brain and common sense which is innate in all of us. God inspired common sense to come up with some conclusions. So, when you listen to what I say, look it up, and really well, because you will find many things to prove me wrong, but you will be finding things from bad sources, check my sources. I think most of the time you will end up agreeing and many times you may not. That is okay. God gives us a brain that can decide what is right and what is wrong; that is all I am asking…

I certainly don’t want to change just to be hip or modern and let go of the history of what I have. As long as there is an AOL I will stick to that unless I am forced. I am fascinated, The Plain Truth started its first online edition in December of 2008. We have been on a long time. I look back and see in certain folders at PlainTruthToday@aol.com and see some of the comments people have asked me…. the first one was in 2009, it was a woman who wrote me and asked how I came to believe what I believe. People have asked that many times on the Message Board and in emails over and over again. So, if you have questions or a statement to make and want me to say it on the air and give my idea about your statement, please send it to me.

The PlainTruthToday has been on now almost nine months that I have been doing these recordings we will get into doing some videos, more and more different types of shows, try and keep the shows to a half hour or less, 20 or 30 minutes because there is that boredom factor that I personally have…I cannot listen to things for hours at a time, some people can, but it becomes too boring for me. But we are trying to make this show more and more enjoyable to listen to. To find topics that interest the listener. Not just entrust me…I think what I am interested in, a million people are most likely interested in the same thing, but I may not be interested in what you are…so you may want to bring a topic up that is important to you and I welcome that to my email.
Tomorrow, on the Sabbath day we will have another Sabbath type of a broadcast for The Plain Truth Today. We have started this several weeks ago now, you can count on it at 7:11 in the morning…sometimes it will be me, but very seldom. We will play videos from Garner Ted, other people’s perspectives, on subjects we will call religious views, archeology proving the Bible is true which we had on last weekend, and I really think many people on Saturday morning or all day you can listen to it anytime actually, but whoever is listening to it will find them encouraging and informative about God’s plan for you, for your family, and for your offspring. There is a plan. You have free will to choose if you want to be a part of it you want to, just like with this show, you have free will to choose…but remember something, sometimes you have free will to choose but that can lead to your eternal death, I don’t want to see that happen, God doesn’t want to see that happen…God can help you with that…there are depressed people out there, there is hope for you, you are not the only depressed person in the world…God to God, He can deliver you from hat depression, follow HIs ways, ask Him to intervene, you would be surprised that God can do whatever you ask Him to do if you are in line with His will. You can get there, quickly.
Those who seek me diligently will find me says the Lord.
