Feast Day 4: Bob Barney Discusses the Debate, The Flood, and the War (Transcript)

The tragedies coming out of North Carolina and Georgia are unfortunately plentiful however Florida, I will admit it doesn’t seem to be getting the coverage maybe that it deserves.

My thought is that this may be because frankly everyone knows Donald Trump’s probably going to win Florida and so it’s not a battleground state; politicians on both sides seem to ignore the states they don’t need or the states they can’t win.

I hate to say that.

This is Bob Barney by the way and this is the Plain Truth Today broadcast and I want to thank everyone who are listening to us and to encourage you to continue to do so.

Today we’re going to mainly talk about some of the things going on around us in the world but especially we have to talk about this storm. I am going to probably have a special Why Did God Make This Thing Happen type of a broadcast, soon. I’m thinking about it now and I’ll just explain a little bit about why I want to do something like this. It’s because of this little boy named Mickah, who along with his grandparents were sitting on the roof of their home waiting for rescue. Unfortunately, their home collapsed, and they fell into the water and all members drowned. I am going to do a more detailed story on this tragedy.

 (1:35)  You know, I’ve done many Oh God, where were you when I needed you type stories and I tell you what God says in the Bible and what the Bible says, and I want to get into that further especially concerning the people around this storm that are suffering. I made this point yesterday morning while Kamala Harris was having her beef wellington and lobster tail and whatever desserts they had and caviar, raising money for her campaign in Hollywood while people were literally drowning. Joe Biden was spending the week again at his beach house and not in Washington D.C. where the nation expects him to be as people were drowning. You may be one of those who say and I used to be somewhat this way, I’ll say this right up front that you get cold when you’re younger, you have a colder attitude and as the great grim reaper enters into your destiny, as it gets closer and closer, you start thinking about things that you didn’t think about when you were younger. I used to probably say and I’m pretty sure I remember myself quite well that no matter where the president is, the president is in constant communication with his staff and his people. He doesn’t have to be in the White House in Washington D.C. when these tragedies happen. I’m sure that you can do just as well from your beach house or maybe not as good from your party in Hollywood raising money and that’s a little different story but the idea that Biden stated with this beach house probably 30 years ago would not mean the same thing that it means today and I know people are going to say well that’s because he doesn’t like Joe Biden.

(3:31) If it were Donald Trump, he’d find an excuse for it and honestly, I don’t know how many people read what I wrote on The Plain Truth five, six, seven years ago when Donald Trump was president. I don’t think too many people understand that The Plain Truth is exactly what it says. It’s The Plain Truth. When I had problems with Donald Trump and I had quite a few problems with Donald Trump, even though I’m a strong Trump supporter and I have been from the beginning. I think he was the greatest president in my lifetime possibly, neck and neck with Ronald Reagan if not greater. The only thing he wasn’t greater at was getting himself back in office the second time like Ronald Reagan was but what I wanted to say is I saw many of the mistakes that Donald Trump made whilst he was president. I called them out and I actually wrote an article that said are ever Trumpers as moronic as never Trumpers because one of the things about the never Trumpers that has always gotten me is the fact that they have never been able to find one thing that Donald Trump could do right. No matter what that man did, nothing was ever right. I made a joke one time that if he was to be able to bring peace to the Middle East, which he ended up doing, if he brought peace to the Middle East and Christ didn’t have to return for another hundred years, that somebody would have a problem with it. I mean everybody who’s a Donald Trump supporter understands the never Trumpers but I wrote an article about the ever Trumpers, too. They are the select few who were so involved with Donald Trump that they lionized him, they made him a god-like figure. Somewhat like the liberals did with Barack Obama. 

 (5:33)  Remember back in 2008, I think it was Time magazine had him as the Buddha or whatever he was on the front of their cover like he’s some kind of a god, I think they even called him a god, but these ever Trumpers, they put Donald Trump on a pedestal so high that he was equal to Jesus Christ! Even God the Father! Honestly, I really took that type of people to task, that Donald Trump had many flaws, many flaws that all characters, all human beings have, and I think some of his flaws actually exceeded what they should have been. He’s a successful businessman, he’s up there in age, you are what you are at a time you’re 75 years old for pete’s sakes, you really are what you are so I understand Donald Trump for what he was but I wrote articles about his arrogance and how God hates arrogant people. That unfortunately, Donald Trump’s arrogance has caused him a lot of trouble and caused him trouble with voters but has also caused him trouble with his own impeachment. Trouble with his own even as he allowed people around him that were evil people, he allowed RINO Republicans around him. It was his arrogance in believing that he could just control everybody and that everybody would listen to him.

(6:54) When he first came into office and he set up many of his own enemies around him to later go after him and try to destroy him and you have this history which was brought up in a debate, the vice presidential debate, about how many people that work for Donald Trump, his Secretary of War, or Defense I should say, his Secretary of States or two of them all came out against Donald Trump. There are two things that Tim Walz hasn’t lied about in his whole life and that was the fact that people that work for Donald Trump in high levels like the Department of Defense and Secretary of State blasted him and said he should never be allowed to be president again. These people that work for Donald Trump were every bit as bad as any never-Trumper I’ve ever heard and my idea and I wrote this back at the time was that a man should not surround himself with enemies thinking out of his arrogance that he can control the situation. He actually got into these debates, talking about modern Donald Trump, he got into these debates and I was against all of these debates and you could say oh yeah well he got rid of Joe Biden in that debate, well what good did that really do him? What it did is it took a demoralized Democratic Party that was stuck with Joe Biden and Donald Trump by allowing that debate to happen earlier than the convention allowed the Democrats to put in a pinch hitter that they could just control the press with.

That is what they did with Kamala Harris.

(8:38) You take a woman who was absolutely hated by the Democratic Party, a woman that they wanted to replace as the vice president nominee right a week before she became the nominee, if you remember right, I don’t know how many people remember and Donald Trump falling into the trap and it was a trap by CNN because I am convinced that CNN and the deep state Democrats had a plan to oust Joe Biden and they used that debate as a way to oust him and what that meant to Donald Trump, he believes out of his arrogance that it was his great debate style that outed Biden, that got Biden replaced when in fact all Donald Trump did was fall victim to an already in place attack on Joe Biden from his own party because they were going to replace him and Donald Trump arrogantly thinks it was his actions that made it work and did not realize it was already set up and he was just an actor in the play and they already knew how he was going to be and they already knew how Biden was going to be and they already knew the results before it happened. You may want to believe that, you may not want to believe that but that is the plain truth, that is really what happened and so Donald Trump therefore went into the second debate with Kamala Harris, first with hers but the second debate he did with the same attitude, I can do anything anytime, your place, my place, I don’t care and he, the worst negotiation of a person who claims he’s a great negotiator of all time.

 (8:38)  He absolutely capitulated to every requirement that the Democratic Party and the mainstream press wanted him to recapitulate to and they set him up to destroy him in that debate which they tried their best to do. I think Donald Trump kind of held his own in that debate with Harris but there was no two ways about it, that he went into the lion’s den and many people who do not know, keep up on the news, who watched that debate thought he lost, thought he lost his school. I mean it did not do him any good. If he was a great negotiator and I believe he can be but sometimes his arrogance gets in the way of his negotiation skills. If he was a great negotiator at this particular time in this, he should have said I will not debate Kamala Harris unless she debates me on either Newsmax or Fox. She can pick one of the two stations but one of the debates happened there and I’ll debate ABC, CBS, wherever else you want me to. I’ll even debate you with my mic turned off, but I have to have a Fox or a Newsmax. That is what a real negotiator would have done and if he walked away from the debate and did not agree to a debate, I guarantee you right now his poll numbers would actually be higher. They would actually be higher than they are today because everybody knows that a good negotiator doesn’t go into a debate that you know is three to one against you going into it. Everybody knows it. The Democrats know it. Mark Halpern, who’s a Democrat strategist, predicted the whole deal.

(11:55) Halpern said, you know, the DNC could not do a better job moderating a debate than ABC and what happened to David Muir? He lost a million viewers. So, the people are mad. So there is repercussions to what the mainstream media did but again, it shows you an arrogance of Donald Trump that can cause trouble. I still support Donald Trump 100% so before everybody emails me and tells me I’m some kind of a monster for not, I support Donald Trump more than anybody you know because I know God supports Donald Trump because God sees right now that he’s the only person that’s in the running that can do anything.

(12:38) Now, J.D. Vance and his debate absolutely impressed me a whole bunch and I watched the movie about his life story. I can’t remember the name of it but his he really is the American character of the old Hollywood movies. He’s a kid that grew up in poverty in Appalachia in a very low class, what people in my industry, the paint industry would call low-life whites, that his mother was a drug addict, his grandmother raised him, but she spoke like a sailor. He grew up in a situation that he should never have been able to get out of. Most people who grow up as J.D. Vance did ends up on drugs, dead, or just a destroyed, their life ruined even after they find Christ or anything else. They never go anywhere. This kid is an exceptional person and if you watch that debate you saw an exceptional debater and an exceptional person and, in my opinion, when he follows Donald Trump because I believe it’s going to be a hard person to get off the presidential running is J.D. Vance. I believe that when Donald Trump’s term is over there’s not going to be very many Republicans who are going to be able to run against J.D. Vance and win because J.D. Vance is the real deal. He is a self-made person, he is a politician, a lot quicker than you know like a self-priced like Trump but maybe by the end of the Trump administration we’re going to need to go back to a more polished politician who’s honest, who remembers where he came from, who cares about the little person, who can be like another Ronald Reagan. Reagan, someone who gave us sso much…who saved the 1980s after Jimmy Carter.

 (14:35)So anyway that’s where I wanted to talk to you about you know the ever-Trumpers and never-Trumpers and my idea about Donald Trump but getting back to the point on hand and I’ll get into some other news especially with Israel and the Middle East but when you go to the message board and you can find the story it’s still near the top of the grandparents and the little boy whose house collapsed in this last photograph of these three before they were swept away to their deaths. I’m going to do something on that.

 (15:09) I’m still thinking about it because it grieves me to know the story there and what that little boy’s last words were and we’ll get into that another time, but we got to remember these people, these people and like I said in North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida which like I said basically has been forgotten about it seems like. I know Cedar Key was wiped off the face of the earth so there’s got to be some tragedy there but there was very little loss of life in Florida. It was not the windstorm. It was not really in my opinion the category four storm that really means category four means wind not rain that they made it to be but what it really was this incredible flooding water storm probably one of the worst in 50 years or more that by the time it got to North Carolina the hills of North Carolina where all the water’s got nowhere to go but down from the top of the mountains and they take a lot of dirt and people with it and homes and bridges and you name it and the suffering of the American people right now while so many people that are of the elite class, the deep state elite class, the Washingtonian class, these people are partying, raising money and going on their day-to-day lives. I was really heartened to see the response of some of the Florida congressmen especially his name escapes me right now but who’s gone to all over the Middle East and rescued hostages and Haiti rescued hostages and now he’s up in Boone area, Asheville area of North Carolina rescuing people. He had just rescued them when they had him interviewed on Fox the other night before last he had just rescued an 83-year-old man who needed medicine, insulin and got him to a hospital. there are some of these Washingtonians that really don’t belong there because they’re not part of the swamp and it’s not really a swamp because someone pointed this out to me and I thought it was very accurate that a swamp is what God made.

This is more like a man-made sewer in Washington, DC.

(17:27) It was built on a swamp but man, corrupt, evil, Satan-inspired men turned it into an absolute sewer that’s infected with every kind of disease and bacteria and just stench that you could even imagine and it’s just terrible.

(17:45) But getting on to the last point here is the war going on in the Middle East. I said this and I’ve been saying this since I’ve been on the broadcast, which is now, I think almost a year and a half, maybe close to two years now, that we are closer to World War III than I have ever been in my lifetime. I’m nearly 70 years old whereas some people would say I’m in my 70th year. I’m actually 69 and a half but in my whole time and I grew up in this duck and cover time, this World War III era of the early 1960s. This was where in the classrooms and in school you were taught how to duck and cover or go into air raid shelters and the school that I went to, Pettibone School in New Milford, underneath there was this tunnel. It was a water tunnel I believe that connected Kimberly-Clark to the John Pettibone School and we would go down in this tunnel when the air raid sirens went off as a test to make sure that we could survive, which is kind of a joke when you know better. A nuclear blast that would occur when they took out, the Russians would take out Washington DC, New York City, the big cities and of course where I lived we were just 75 miles as the crow flies from New York City and so if they took out New York City and the surrounding areas of New York City, that little town that I lived in would be well within the blast of the radiation. We would have had a horrible death and so that air raid shelter would not have done anything to help us but that’s just another story. We’ll get into that another time but that’s what I grew up in.

S (18:07)o, I grew up in this idea that World War III could be at any time, and I remember the certain scientists had this clock, where are we with the nuclear World War III clock and it was always that we were at 20 to midnight and then it became nine minutes to midnight at one time. Well, I think we’re one minute to midnight right now with the Biden-Harris administration. We are closer to World War III and we are closer to World War III because in the 1960s there were two countries really were the focus of World War III. It was the United States and the Soviet Union. If we lobbed missiles at them with nuclear bombs, they would assuredly destruct us and vice versa. If they launched on us, we would assuredly destruct them and so there was kind of like this stalemate before it even started which prevented World War III.

So people in the know kind of realized World War III probably wasn’t going to happen because people who had the control of the button, you know, the bomb, wasn’t going to use it and with a few exceptions we really never got close to using it. Maybe the Cuban Missile Crisis and maybe in 1984, but the point being today you have all of these monstrous governments, mainly Arab Muslim-run governments, with the bomb or going to soon get the bomb or are trying to get the bomb desperately now and these people are not the same type of people that the Russians were, and the Americans were. They are willing to do anything they can do to rid the world of every last Jew in Palestine and if they try to do so and Israel, who also has the bomb and probably the hydrogen bomb, well they’re going to go back and they’re going to get even and they’re going to annihilate whoever tries to do that to them.

 (21:27) The Bible, by the way, proves that the Jews are not exterminated in Israel in what we should call the land of Canaan because they’re going to be around when Jesus returns and they’re going to look at the one they pierced. So, all of this Muslim idea they’re going to get rid of the Jews in Israel, it’s not going to happen. God’s going to protect these people, not because they’re good, because they’re not, but he’s going to protect their people because they’re one of his chosen 12 tribes.

(21:56) It’s that simple. So is America, so is England, so is France, so is Netherlands, so is Denmark, so is Scandinavia. These are the people of the lost 10 tribes of Israel and God has a special protection for these people and so the idea that they’re going to destroy all of Israel, the land of Israel, is not going to happen, but they may try and the response could cause a war where Israel starts sending nuclear bombs back to Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, maybe Russia if Russia tries to support them, then Russia has more missiles and atomic bombs than any other nation on the face of the earth, including America, so we could end up with exchanges between Russia and the Middle East and then Europe gets involved and then America gets involved and then all of a sudden missiles are flying all over the world. Next thing you know we have a nuclear World War III holocaust. That is what we’re facing. Do not be deceived. That’s how close we are and unfortunately because most Americans today are under the age that they knew when we grew up, we knew what nuclear radiation would do. We saw the videos, we saw the TV shows, we saw all of the documentaries. Kids today and many people under 50 years old today just have not and so they think World War III is survivable and that makes them dangerous. Also. that makes the world more dangerous now than it was in 1963, for example, so that’s where I’m coming from on that aspect so do not be deceived. we are on the verge of a massive human life extinctions war on this earth and that is, you know, that is biblical. Don’t think that it’s not.

(23:49) I’m not saying it’s the tribulation. I’m not saying it’s the end of the world but we know there’s wars and rumors of wars the entire time while it’s the end times and we are in the end times, you know, the apostles wrote we were in the end times in AD 60, so we’re still in the end times but we’re closer to the time of the tribulation than ever before. A lot of the world by the time the tribulation comes is going to be killed. There are verses in the Bible that suggest that 90% of the world’s population, that would be about 7 to 8 billion people are going to die between pestilence, wars, famine, and other causes.

Think about that.

That could happen in your lifetime. 

(24:37)  That could happen in the lifetime of a fruit fly. It could happen over just a few days if these countries start throwing bombs at each other because after war comes disease and famine and pestilence and death and that’s the four horsemen of the apocalypse. The Bible is coming alive. Do not be fooled. The Bible is coming alive and everything the Bible predicts is going to happen. It is the newspaper of tomorrow. It’s the headlines you’re going to read tomorrow you can read today in the pages of your Bible.

(25:14) Don’t be fooled. Don’t let politicians fool you. Don’t even let religious leaders fool you because most of them are corrupt and they are not believers in the real gospel of Jesus Christ and that’s what the plain truth is trying to do. The plain truth is trying to bring to you, the listener, the reader, every day the absolute truth as we see it. We may be making some mistakes but when we quote stuff out of the Bible, when the Bible says this is going to happen, we’re not making a mistake. It’s what God says is going to happen. See, unlike other people, we believe that the Bible is the Word of God, that God knows what he’s doing, God knows the future for the most part, only the thing He doesn’t know is what He doesn’t want to know, and that everything predicted is going to happen. So, we believe the Word of God. We believe the Word of God is the Bible.

It is going to happen and it’s going to be the news and your headlines when it comes to be and you can take that to the bank.

(26:07) So, when I say that we are giving you the plain truth, we’re giving you the plain truth, most of which is exactly the Word of God and what the Word of God says. And what we do try to do in this program and in our articles that we put up is trying to take today’s headlines and decide which ones are fulfilled prophecy or the Bible talks about and which ones are just everyday news that happens throughout all the time. You know, Jesus said, you always have your poor amongst you. So, every day that you see a poor person having a suffering or something like that, that is, you know, Jesus said, you always have that with you. That’s not the news of the Bible.

(26:55) That’s the news of mankind. That’s what man brings us. But when you see, for example, the plague of immigrants coming in and taking over this country, that is Deuteronomy 28 and Leviticus 26. That is what’s happening. I’m sorry, but it tells you that the alien amongst us would take over us because we stopped following God’s law. And it is specifically, it specifically is talking about lost Israel, which United States of America and England are part of. And it talks about migrants, aliens coming and ruling over us, eating our food, our crops, and taking away our children and our wives. Think about that. That is what the Bible is predicting. That is what you’re reading. When you read about the things going on in this country with the violence, the crime, the disease, you know, you read again, read Leviticus 26, and then Deuteronomy 28, when it talks about the disease epidemics that God is going to send upon our nation for not following his laws. You see that what we have today, the cancer rates are awful, the COVID that came, the other diseases that are coming. Some of these are manmade, like with the vaccine shots and stuff like that, and the food we eat, but they were all predicted by God some 3,500 years ago. 

You have to say that this incredible spiritual being named God knew what the heck He was talking about, or they were writing about, had the prophets write about. That is what the plain truth is trying to bring you each and every day.

(29:05) I think if you come here and you listen to these broadcasts and you read some of the articles, I think you will be more aware of what’s going on than ever before…anyone around you, you will end up being the people telling the news of tomorrow to your friends and your neighbors and to your loved ones, and maybe your churches or wherever else, or your fellow workers, wherever you work. 

You can then learn from what we are showing you and tell people when they’re sitting around the water cooler, why is this happening? Well, did you know the Bible said this? And turn the Bible from a religion, from a dogma to a newspaper headline. Tp a fact. Because that’s what the Bible is.
