Bob Barney: My View on the Secret Service Mess (Transcript)

LISTEN TO BOB BARNEY’S 7:11 BROADCAST: MY VIEW ON THE SECRET SERVICE MESS

Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle has some problems again this morning which she will probably have for quite a few mornings to come.

Hello, this is Bob Barney with the Plain Truth Today broadcast, and I wanted to talk about what is still the aftermath of the Donald Trump shooting…the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. Specifically, the reaction of the Secret Service chief, Kimberly Cheatle and some of the spokesmen for the Biden administration.

One of the things that I’m going to start off by saying is that right now as this program is airing and maybe things will change, but as of this moment the Biden administration and the Secret Service are not cooperating with a congressional investigation that is soon to be underway. The congresspeople in charge of this investigation are already saying on television and in the news in the morning that they are not getting any cooperation from Kimberly Cheatle and the Justice Department or the Biden administration in general.

They’re just trying to deny all the reports.

Here are some of the facts that were at first reported by the press and were denied by the Secret Service and turned out to be true.

Saturday night for example there were people who were saying they saw a man with a rifle and with a ladder climb on top of a roof which was very close to the stage…within 130 yards now they’re saying…and that he was there for over a half hour to an hour. They claimed they tried to tell people including the police and within the Secret Service and nobody did anything about it.

Instantly, the Secret Service denied that report and said there was no such occurrence…That no one saw the person on top of the roof until the person started shooting and then the Secret Service sharpshooters were able to kill him quite quickly. Well, you know, within two days that was backed up by about six or seven witnesses who all took videos of the guy climbing on top of the roof…there were plenty of videos and photographs of him on top of the roof. Then when they come and they talk to Kimberly Cheatle about it, the director of the Secret Service, or I should say the Director of the EOE, or the DEI…a director of the Secret Service that has no business even having the job…and many of her hires shouldn’t either including several of the women around Donald Trump for protection…they all had no business being Secret Service agents.

Let’s break down the why on this…for example the one woman that I see looks fat, and it’s not because of her bulletproof vest, her face is fat. She does not look fit. She looks to be about 5’4″, maybe 5’5″, with a president whose 6’3 or 6’4″. It doesn’t even make sense. The very first thing that a reporter announced or admitted on Sunday afternoon in that program was that when Barack Obama became president because he was a tall man himself according to the Secret Service, was probably the most endangered life in America…they beefed up his Secret Service detail because they thought he would be a target for assassination, none of which I’m ever aware of, by the way. However, that was the claim. There was a mandate that no one could be in his detail that were not taller than him. Just remember that.

Now, with this Cheatle woman, she puts in two female agents on the Donald Trump staff to protect him who do not even come up to his waist. Then there’s that famous photograph of her, the one that I’m talking about, ducking and hugging up against Donald Trump. The fact that she’s ducking makes her even smaller, so she looks like she’s no more than 4’11″…thus actually exposing more of Donald Trump than if she stood taller because he was ducking down. If she stood straight up then maybe she could have covered him but it looked like she was more worried about her welfare than the president’s welfare. That is not supposed to be the priority of the Secret Service.

So that was lie number one from the Secret Service where they denied that anyone had any reports of any person with a gun on the roof. A total lie.

Then Monday comes along and what does Kimberly Cheadle say about the guy on the roof? When confronted with why were there not Secret Service people positioned on that roof? She says, in another lie, that she could not put Secret Service people on the roof because it had a pitch to it, and it would be too dangerous. That is what she said on TV! You can play that on YouTube or anywhere you want to find it, and she will say exactly what I said, that the roof was too pitched. Well, when you watch the video of the roof, it looks about as flat as any roof I’ve ever seen. There may be a six- or seven-degree pitch to get the water off but as Donald Trump Jr. joked in a sarcastic way, I don’t know how much of a joke it really was…but that his four-year-old daughter could easily go up that roof without any danger. And the roof, as he pointed out Tuesday night, the roof on which the sniper that took out the shooter was on was probably twice or even three times the pitch of the roof that the sniper was on.

So there goes another lie that Kimberly Cheatle gave to the press as the official spokesman and director of the Secret Service about why she didn’t put people up on the roof, and therefore, because of the pitched roof, she had people behind Donald Trump on a roof that was even steeper pitched and that was safe to do. Total lie.

Then there’s the next bombshell that came out Monday morning that I did not have time to put on the broadcast, but it turned out that witnesses claimed that the police and the Secret Service were using the very building with the attempted assassin on top of that roof of that building, they were using that very building as a staging ground for protection of the president. That means, if these reports are true and we’re going to show you that they are, that means that when they were inside of that small building, it isn’t that big of a building by the way, when they were inside that building on top of the roof they probably could hear somebody on the roof as it looks like to be only 30 foot ceilings or less. This is nuts. The shooter was on the roof while they’re inside of that building making strategy and plans to protect the president or the ex-president of the United States and hopefully the future president of the United States.

So, then the first thing that comes out Monday afternoon is the Secret Service denied they were using that building, and then after the local police said they were using it, and the Secret Service was in there courting with them… then they had to change their story a second time. This is not good, my friends. This is the stuff conspiracy theories are made out of and I have to tell you that sometimes where there’s smoke there’s fire…where there’s a conspiracy going on there is a reason going on… a scandal going on that may be far worse than people are going to want to believe, and I think too many people are starting to believe this.

Now we get to the third lie and then the exposing of the lie and then the follow-up lie, and then the exposing of the follow-up lie,

It’s a report that I think maybe a lot of people listening to this program right now have not heard but if you look this up you will see that I am right. Guess who was in town when Donald Trump was given his speech?

Well, it turns out Jill Biden, Biden’s wife, was in town at the very time that Donald Trump was giving a speech. Now that alone maybe, maybe not, but it’s always amazing when a person is going to be assassinated that their opposition’s in the same town, but we won’t even go there. We’re going to go somewhere else. The report from Trump’s people that was quickly denied by the Secret Service was that because Jill Biden was in that same town they had to take members of Trump’s Secret Service team to protect the First Lady, so they took them away from the Trump team. The Trump team the Secret Service people on the Trump team objected to this another denial by the Secret Service head, Kimberly Cheatle, but it turns out Jill Biden was in town, and it turns out yesterday that it comes out as factual, that they did move other agents that were supposed to be watching and protecting Donald Trump over to protect Jill Biden. The in fact did not replace anybody on the Trump detail leaving him more exposed which is yet another lie that gets uncovered. Then they come back and say, yes, she was in town, but we didn’t take anybody away but like I said then it’s proved and then they come back and say, well, they just took a few.

Then the Trump people came out and said for weeks they had been asking for more security and personnel on the Trump Secret Service team, which again, the Secret Service quickly denied as being not factual until the facts were released. Then they had to step back and say, yeah, but there’s budget cuts and we had other things we had to do.

What I’m saying is that in every single case in this shooting incident where there’s been a statement made that seems preposterous, the Secret Service and the Biden administration deny them all vehemently as being a made-up lie or misreporting of the facts… only to find out within 24 hours that what we thought was absolute nonsense turns out to be absolute the truth. the plain truth as I like to say. 

Why then does the Secret Service constantly come out and deny everything and then the next day be forced to admit everything? What are they trying to hide? These are the questions we need to be asking ourselves.

Now we come to the point that I started this program with. The Republicans that control the House of Representatives which is in charge of oversight of the Secret Service and anything else, any other agency in the executive office, are planning an investigation and a thorough one at that. They will be diving into this shooting incident because they do not trust the FBI on doing an independent investigation. That’s the Fox guarding the hen house.

You’re going to take the same FBI leadership that wanted to put Donald Trump in jail where it turns out in Miami that they conspired with an illegal special prosecutor the judge admitted was illegal when she threw the whole case out and conspired with this special prosecutor to lie about the evidence they got at Mar-a-Lago. They actually lied.

They took photographs of evidence that was not even evidence. They made it up… and what they said was in the evidence was a lie. And that came out, and Judge Cannon was absolutely disgusted when it first broke that most of the evidence that they held up and they showed in photographs that were in these top-secret documents, envelopes I should say, they were not there at all. It was a lie. It was made up. It was totally bogus. So why are we as the American people thinking for any moment that we should trust the same FBI who remember with the two lovers there when Trump first got elected in 2016, said there was a plan B just in case the small chance he did get elected to get rid of him. Turned out there was a plan C and a plan D. Plan C was if he got elected, you know, plan B was to try to impeach him. Plan C was to try to get him criminally prosecuted. plan D evidently maybe is to get him killed with a bullet.

It looks like quite a few people might have bullets coming their way.

Some of these witnesses I’m kind of worried about coming forward and with the videos. And these videos coming forward are very telling, and they are more than anything exposing the lies that the Secret Service is trying to propagate on the American public. And that is exactly what’s going on here. So, I just wanted to point out today the inconsistencies in the Secret Service reporting of the facts, which turns out to be nothing but lies.

Then now we are finding out from the members of the Republican Congress in charge of the House of Representatives right now, and in charge of oversight over the Secret Service, that they’re saying as of this morning, last night and as of this morning, that they are getting no cooperation from the Biden administration concerning the role that the director played, the role of moving people away from Donald Trump’s protection, what DEI, or I always call EOE, had to do with putting women on protecting Trump that couldn’t even be as tall as him and couldn’t protect him in any way. It was pointing out that after he was shot in the ear, and they were huddled below the podium, that the women were totally confused. The audio proves that one of the women didn’t know what she should do and was verbally saying so.

Then it turns out there was a gate that had a padlock on it and no one had the key to that gate. That meant that there was no exit strategy if Donald Trump was severely wounded to get him out of that stadium through that gate. There was no exit strategy whatsoever. So, if he was shot and maybe could have lived with a near fatal gunshot wound, he would have probably died because of the seconds or minutes it took to open that gate.

Do you know how they opened the gate? The Secret Service couldn’t figure it out with all their might.

A sheriff, a deputy in the sheriff’s department, took his car and rammed a gate to force it open so they could get Donald Trump out of the area as quickly as possible.

 This is how bad this is, folks.

And it even gets worse.

It gets worse because now we know that, and I just cannot believe this last thing, which it just blows my mind…the roof in question was just barely outside the fencing of the area that the Secret Service claimed that was their responsibility. So, what do they do? They told the local police force that it was their responsibility to guard that building and that roof! That is why the local police force decided to infiltrate that building and do their staging from the building while the shooters on top of the building, by the way, and do all their coordination from the very same building. Why would a building 130 yards away from their target of an assassin be put in charge of the local police force and not under the charge of a Secret Service person? 

Anywhere a bullet can be fired from should not be left in the hands of a local policeman without the proper training that a Secret Service person is supposed to have. So anywhere, I would say within a half a mile or more, that could be a potential place where an assassin could sit should have been being manned by a Secret Service agent and not a policeman.

Now I’m going to blow your mind with something that dawned on me when I heard that first, the very first thing I thought of. Then I’m thinking to myself why I can think of this but cops and the Secret Service can’t think of this. So, we are supposed to believe, because it’s the plain truth, that when the Secret Service can’t man all the buildings within an easy chip shot of the president or the former president, they are to leave it in charge of the local police. They’re saying that’s something that’s often done.

Now I have a question for you. Let’s say this rally was in Detroit where probably a third to a half of the police force is made up of Muslims who absolutely probably hate Donald Trump. Muslims who we saw as service people in what, five or six years ago or seven years ago now remember in Fort Bragg, a Muslim and they tried to call it workplace violence, but it was a Muslim who killed fellow soldiers because he hated the Americans, and he hated the American military even though he was in the military.  So you’re telling me we’re going to put Muslims who may be planted terrorists in a local police force that does not go through the vetting, hopefully the vetting of a Secret Service agent. You’re going to put that person in charge of a building top that he has a clear shot himself with his weapon which is far superior to an AR-15 by the way. You’re going to put this person in charge of protecting the president and that person who may hate the president and who may be a terrorist himself within an easy chip shot of President Donald Trump.

That’s what they were telling us.

They were going to trust the local police.

I do not have problems most of the time when we talk about the local police. Oftentimes the local police know what’s going on in their community a lot more than the feds would know. However, when it comes to protecting a president or a presidential candidate or any high-profile person who may have enemies and the vetting procedure to become a deputy or a policeman is nowhere near the vetting that would go on to be a Secret Serviceman, hopefully. I keep saying hopefully because I don’t know under this Biden administration and this EOE nonsense of hiring. I don’t even know if Donald Trump’s safe with his own Secret Service people and if one of those aren’t going to pull out a gun.

Going back to this idea that you’re going to leave the protection of a president or a presidential candidate or any high-profile person within a chip shot of maybe a potential killer…a terrorist killer on the police force, is asinine. It is absolutely asinine. For that right there she should be thrown out of her office or impeached which they can do in Congress for malfeasance and stupidity.

It’s absolutely stupidity.

I’m going to tell you something, a story that was told to me and I won’t say who told this to me…but a very close member told this to me that when George Bush II, I always call him King George II, was president and he was absolutely despised by our military, contrary to what people thought at the time or what they tried to propagate to you, the military absolutely hated two presidents really in a row. They despised George Bush and they despised Barack Obama, believe it or not. But George Bush was so hated by his troops that whenever he showed up at a military base, they would take the bullets out of the guns of the guards of the military base. Like if they had a salute to the president and they saluted with their arms or rifles in their hands and they did their military salute to the president they made sure that none of those soldiers had a bullet in any of those guns. Why? Because they were afraid, the Secret Service were saying that he was so unpopular in the military, it would be very believable and probable that one of those soldiers would take a shot at him. That’s how popular he was. But that’s not the point. At least that Secret Service understood the danger to President Bush and that they would not allow even military people, even people supposedly sworn to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States that we’re sending off to war, that we are trusting our future to in the war that we were in, but we wouldn’t let them have a bullet around our own president in their guns.

That is a true story. I think anybody in the military that was part of any honor guard around President Bush will admit that this is the truth. If you’re going to take the bullets away from the military when the president’s nearby but you’re not going to take it away from a police force that you have no idea who’s on it…and you have no real good background checks of the person…how many times do you read in a newspaper of a local cop or a sheriff, or even a highway patrolman, raping a woman that they stopped for a traffic violation? If you read the Plain Truth, we have this whole section of police brutality and police assaults on women.

Do you know that statistically, and we have this story, it’s probably four or five years old now on the Plain Truth on the main page. If I could find it, maybe I’ll put it up after this broadcast…but statistically a woman in any city including any violent city of today, and this now could have changed under the Biden administration, but at the time, and I believe this was in 2015, 16, 17, in that range, a woman was more apt to be assaulted and raped by a cop than she did any violent criminal in the city.

Please don’t think that I’m just feeding you BS information here. It was an absolute government study about the rogue policemen that really have been assaulting women that they were getting away with it, their word against her word type deal. Many of these cases have now come to light because what they do is they shut off their camera they have to wear whenever they stop a woman, and they give some reason for it at all. There’s been many high-profile cases in the last four or five years where cops and some of these cases may or may not be true, where cops actually are in jail today because they forced women to have sex with them in order for them not to be arrested on a bogus charge. This is the kind of corruption you have potentially in smaller local police forces, even larger police forces, because this particular one I believe was in New York City just shows you that you’re going to put the life of a president and a future president… put his life in the hands of a local cop that may be a terrorist who would be willing to, for Allah’s sake, to kill Donald Trump even if that meant the death penalty for him. Of course he would be considered a national hero on the left and probably pardoned by Kamala Harris if she became president. Sounds like when she tried to bail out and pardon every other criminal in the last three years that she could find.

It just blew my mind when I realized that the Secret Service actually said that they were giving security over to the local police within 130 yards of the president himself, or the former president who I think is going to be the president again. And if that is not something wrong, I don’t know what is. So you got to ask yourself these questions and I’ll end this show on these questions.

Number one, why are they stonewalling?

Number two, why are they lying about reports that they know are going to come true within, be proven true within a day? Why is that?

Number three, why doesn’t anyone in the media report, basically, that Jill Biden was in the same town? And how often is a member of the other party running against you in the same exact small, nowhere town, USA, and that happened Saturday?

Number four, why did they have to pull people away from Donald Trump’s security team in order to protect Jill Biden? Was she in town for the purpose of pulling away protection from Donald Trump because there was a planned hit?

My friends, I’m afraid that many people are going to come to the conclusion that what happened Saturday was a planned hit.

I said so on the broadcast back in February and I said it again in June and I played that to you the other day…The prediction that I made was that they were going to try to put him in jail and if that didn’t work that the deep state might be looking for the bullet to stop Donald Trump. That is appearing to be true and if this administration, the Biden administration, does not want to be a part of this cover-up they better get clean fast or too many Americans are going to come to the conclusion that this was a planned assassination attempt by none other than Joe Biden’s administration. That they did everything they could do to make sure he did not have the adequate protection.

Then you have to ask yourself this last question, who was this 20-year-old a shooter? Because we don’t really know that, do we? 

They take away a van that they said he came to the location in, and you saw that they confiscated the van. Unfortunately, every single eyewitness has said he was driving a Sonata and not a van.

How is that? I don’t hear anybody talking about that, but why are there so many inconsistencies about this person?

You know, in the Lee Harvey Oswald case there was another guy who had a rifle in a building who couldn’t shoot straight and that’s the plain truth, he could not shoot straight. Anybody who’s an expert marksman will let you know that he had no good shooting experience. The gun itself, the Italian-made rifle, was so inaccurate that the Italians would laugh about whenever someone said that he used that gun to assassinate a president. They said you couldn’t even assassinate a rabbit within 10 feet of it because it was so inaccurate. But anyway, Lee Harvey Oswald was a patsy and that’s what he was. Maybe this 20-year-old Crooks guy is nothing but a patsy, too.
