Friday Wrap-Up with Bob: 4th of July Weekend Edition (Transcript)

LISTEN TO BOB BARNEY’S 7:11 BROADCAST: FRIDAY WRAP-UP WITH BOB JULY 4 WEEKEND EDITION

Good morning, it’s 7-11 Friday wrap-up time.

This is Bob Barney with The Plain Truth Today, and we have different stories to go over today for the week, some of which I guess everybody is listening to, you know, like Joe Biden…and is he going to back out…and could it be that Barack Obama does join the ticket as a vice president?

Just a few people have talked about that, but I would keep that in the back of my mind, but I will admit now after the very poor debate performance by Biden that it is possible that Barack Obama would not join the ticket as the VP because of the fact that Biden is going to lose. With the way things are right now that will most likely be his fate and I don’t think Obama wants to go down as a loser, so it’s going to be interesting in the next week and the next month. Keep an eye on what the Democrats are going to do to overcome this almost fatal shot!

I want to take a minute to say one thing that I’m starting to believe. I was starting to get quite worried about if was God was going to listen to our prayers and if there were enough people in America that was going to commit to fasting and prayer to God and ask God to help this nation when this nation has turned its back on Him. America’s leaders especially have turned its back on God, and that’s both the Republican and the Democratic leaders. The Democratic leaders honestly are pure evil, whatever they say is a lie, you know, they’re like Satan and Satan is the father and the author of all lies…whenever Satan speaks, he’s lying, and most Democrats or probably all Democrats whenever they’re speaking, they’re lying. Now the Republicans are the enablers, they allow them to get away with what they get away with.

For example, after the Supreme Court ruling, which I will say, I will amend my report from last week when I said they cut the baby in half like Solomon because if you take the time to read the decision from the Supreme Court it’s actually a pretty good decision in that it does not, (as the mainstream and the liberals try to tell you), it does not let a president get away with murder or anything else of the sort, but what it does do is it protects a president from any official action that he does as president.

If this was not taken up, then Barack Obama would be prosecuted by a Republican in office for killing U.S. civilians in an airstrike when he was president in, I think it was 2010. Yes, he ordered the airstrike knowing there were civilian prisoners there and he allowed them to be killed, and that could be considered murder in the first degree; he could be held on trial. Some of the things that some of these liberal Democrats and the mainstream media just aren’t thinking about is there are more potential trials against Democratic presidents, with the exception of maybe George, King George Bush II as I affectionately call him, than any other president in American history. Why? Because they have, you know, Bill Clinton with his baby milk factory bombing back in the 1990s, and the attacks that Osama, I’m sorry, that Barack Obama, I sometimes confuse him with Osama bin Laden, I think Osama bin Laden would have been the same kind of a president as Obama or Biden…but back to the point I am trying to make, the idea that they are protected from their official actions as president is the right decision.

Now, one of the things, again, I said in the beginning of this program, I’m a little upset with Republicans because they are enablers. With this SCOTUS decision something should happen because what it said was a president has immunity in any action as his office requires him to make decisions, and any decision he makes for the national security, or any decision he makes as a president, carrying out the duties specified in the Congress for being a president. He’s immune to any prosecution and no one…no court can use testimony from people who should have immunity, and spoke, and actually no trial judge should allow in evidence any testimony from a person in the realm of the presidency. That includes any advisor or anyone else and compel them to testify about things that the president did when he was acting with his authorities as president. With that said, the New York trial should be just thrown away right now. They used Hope Hicks who has executive immunity, and she had no right to give up that executive immunity. They used Hope Hicks as part of the trial against Trump and part of the conviction and so all of that has to be thrown out.

That is why even the prosecutor in New York, the dummy that he is, allowed the defense lawyers to get the stay of sentences that they did, because they realize their trial’s in trouble. I don’t know what this judge is going to do. He’s so compromised. He’s so corrupt that I don’t know what he’s going to do, but if he were smart, he would just overrule the entire case…call a mistrial and be done with it. Then let Alvin Bragg decide what he’s going to do from there. One of the things that this Supreme Court decision did do was it did not shield the president from unofficial acts when he’s president or before he was president, and therefore, there is no such thing as executive immunity or executive privilege when it comes to any cabinet member or any advisor to the president and when it comes to personal matters. This is very important because if you remember Merrick Garland invoked executive immunity about the Hur investigation of Biden’s criminal activity as a civilian or a vice president, but especially as a civilian from 2017 to 2020, he was heads over heels in corruption with China taking money from China, taking money from Ukraine, taking money from Russia, and so the Hur investigation therefore has to do with criminal acts of Joe Biden when he had no authority as a president to have any immunity, and so the records that he kept, the top secret records that he kept in his home, The Hur investigation, none of that would fall under executive immunity, so therefore Merrick Garland refusing to hand over the tapes as executive immunity is now by the Supreme Court illegal. So where are the Republicans demanding Merrick Garland be arrested? They should Monday morning come back into Congress, and they should say he either releases the tapes or we will indict him and send the sergeant of arms to arrest him and hold him in the Capitol jail, there’s a jail in the bottom of the Capitol, until a special prosecutor is put in place by Congress. This they have the right to do, and prosecute the man for breaking the oath of his office by not cooperating and being found in contempt of Congress, which the Supreme Court’s decision would not protect him from doing because again he was not acting as the lawyer for the United States and for the President of the United States, he was really acting as the lawyer for a citizen, Joe Biden, when he was holding no office whatsoever.

So just a little note there about this executive immunity claim and what the liberals are saying about it. I am here to deliver what the plain truth is about it and that is that it does not protect Donald Trump or any other president from what they do as a personal person or even as president in regard to what they do in personal matters.

Here are some examples. If a president goes out and shoots and kills somebody out in the street, then the executive immunity does not apply. If the president orders maybe an assassination, that’s a different story as there are laws that apply there, but ultimately really the Supreme Court decision requires, and this is important, that it really takes the lawfare away from Democrats or any opposing party and it requires Congress to impeach a president for crimes and misdemeanors. It’s that simple. It puts it back to the hands of Congress; they have to impeach and then the Senate would have to remove and that is the way the Constitution and the Founding Fathers meant it to be. That’s the way it is and it’s that simple.

Now the next thing I was going to talk about briefly and just briefly because I talked about it already, the disastrous debate by Joe Biden and the results is I now do believe that Joe Biden will have to leave the presidency. This will probably turn it over to Kamala Harris but I really don’t know what’s going to happen. I cannot predict accurately what’s going to happen, but I cannot see the Democrats knowing they’re going to lose the Senate, they’re going to lose the House, they’re going to lose the presidency because of this moron in the White House and that they’re going to allow it to happen. Democrats above any other party care about their own personal power and not any person that’s part of them. They will stab in the back any Democrat that stands in their way of holding their power and Joe Biden is that person they’re going to have to stab in the back. I do think you’re going to probably see that happen in the next week or two. It depends if they think they can get the press turned around in time to start covering for him again after the 4th of July weekend and we’ll see if that can happen, but I don’t know because too many people watched that debate and they already know what happened.

Now on a different point there was a very interesting situation that happened…as you know we cover the Catholic Church. We have it usually on the Message Board more than anywhere else, but we have news about the Pope or just Catholic news in general there. As you know it is our position by reading the Bible and it is also the position of our Founding Fathers and most biblical scholars in the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th century that the Antichrist and the false prophet come out of the Catholic Church. That a Pope is an Antichrist or a false prophet. Either definition would work for a Pope. We had an incident happening two weeks ago where an Italian archbishop says he faces a Vatican trial over Pope Francis’s criticism. He actually criticized Pope Francis as being a communist basically and a person that is opposing Catholic doctrine. This is a story, I think we have it on the Plain Truth, a former Catholic Church diplomat and a critic of Pope Francis has said that the Vatican is putting him on trial, they’re going to excommunicate him by the way, for denying the pontiff’s legitimacy. He actually said that Pope Francis is not a legitimate Pope because he is not even a Catholic! Carlo Mario Vigano, 83, an ultra-conservative who was the Vatican’s ambassador to the United States from 2011 to 2016, said the powerful Department of Doctrine had summoned him on Thursday to hear the charges against him. In a post in several languages on X, Vigano said that the Doctrine for the Faith had set out accusations having committed the crime of schism that is the splitting of the Catholic Church. He was also charged with having denied the legitimacy of Pope Francis, of having broken communion with him, and having rejected the Second Vatican Council of the 1960s which set the Church on a modernistic path. The retired Italian archbishop said he was facing excommunication basically at an accelerated process and he goes on to quote, I repudiate, reject, and condemn the scandals, errors, and heresies of this Pope. And he also said, not using the Pope’s name there, but his real name and not his Pope’s name. The Vatican did not immediately respond to what Vigano said, but the ultra-conservative did call for Francis to resign and basically condemned him for his actions as Pope.

This Pope is a communist, this Pope does not follow traditional Catholic doctrine and he is really an insult to any Catholic who has tried to follow the Catholic faith. As you know, we may say what the Catholic Church represents that they are the beast, the woman riding the dragon in Revelation, we know what she is…but in that same Revelation chapter, it says, come out of her my people. He’s saying come out of Babylon. The Catholic Church is the mother of Babylon. She is the mystery religion, the false pagan Christian religion that Christ warned us about. However, in that same chapter, God is calling the people within the Catholic Church saying, come out of her my people. God calls these people his people. And that is because, because you are a Catholic, I am not condemning Catholics in any sense. If you believe in Jesus Christ, and you know that he is the Son of God, and that he was an existent God before, and he created all things, you believe every word of the Bible, and you will follow and obey Jesus Christ, and you know that he is your personal Savior, and that no matter what any man, including a Pope, says on earth, that Jesus’ words in red in the Old and New Testament, which you can get, by the way, with the Plain Truth Bible. You can find that on Amazon. Put in the Bible in its original order by Bob Barney, and you will come up with the Plain Truth Bible.

It’s five volumes, or you can get it on Kindle, and you will see the right order of the Bible. But what we did in that Bible is we put every word of Christ in red in both the Old Testament and the New Testament, because as I keep saying, the God of the Old Testament, the God of Adam and Eve, and of Noah, of Moses, of David, who spoke to the prophets, who appeared to Ezekiel on his throne, that is the God who became Jesus Christ. That is not God the Father ever spoken about, basically, in the Old Testament. The God of the Old Testament is Jesus Christ. And so, every red-letter word in the Bible, Old and New Testament, has precedence over any man, any other opinion. I know many people believe that all of the Bible should be in red, because all of the Bible is the Word of God, but the Bible does have positions of people. You can’t read James, and you can’t read Paul, and not realize they’re disagreeing with each other. It’s Scripture, yes, but they’re disagreeing with each other. They do not agree on certain topics. But everything that is in red is from the mouth of God, and it is what we have to follow over any other Scripture or any other person’s interpretation.

If Jesus says, this is black, then it’s black. If Jesus says in red, this is white, then it is white. There’s no gray, there’s no off shades of white or black. It is exactly what the red-letter Bible says and it’s an original meaning because many of the translations of the Bible have different meanings, and I want to make that clear, because of the translation errors. But in its original text, and you can easily, with today’s internet and Bible concordances and dictionaries, you can find the original words, and you can find for yourself what Jesus said as Old and New Testament gods, what he said in the original language and what it meant.

I’ll give you a brief example before I go back to this cardinal, or archbishop, I should say. We all have heard the story of Jesus walking with his disciples and how hard it is for us to get into the kingdom of heaven. He gives some examples, and the disciples are horrified, and they said, how can that be? I mean, how can anybody make it? And Jesus says, with God, anything is possible. With man it may be impossible, but with God is anything impossible. But he then goes on about the rich man, after the rich man asked him how he can have eternal life. Christ said, it is harder for a rich man to make it to the kingdom of heaven than a camel going through the eye of a needle. And so that translation is actually wrong even though word for word it is right. If you understood the idiom, a camel through the eye of a needle, you would understand what Jesus was actually saying because no camel can go through an eye of a needle. So, it is not that it is impossible for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God. He didn’t say that, but that’s what that interpretation in the King James implies…that rich people can’t find salvation and they have a resurrection from the dead and inherit eternal life. That’s not what it says. The idiom comes from camel hair thread. It’s very big, very thick, and very hard to work with. So, when you’re going to sew camel hair, you know, remember John the Baptist wore a camel hair coat? In order to sew camel hair, you had to take camel string, which is very thick, like a burlap almost, and you have to try to put that thick thread through the eye of a needle. And it is very hard to do. It is not impossible to do, but it’s very hard to do, and you have to work at it very hard. 

What Jesus really said in that quote was it is as hard as someone trying to put camel hair thread through the eye of a camel hair needle than for a rich man not to go to heaven but to have eternal life. What he was saying is, it’s not impossible but it was very hard to do, because it was so hard to put that thread through that needle. That’s what it means, and it’s been so misunderstood because many times a word-for-word translation of the Bible is not accurate, and I’ll give you a reason why.

In modern English, we think awful means terrible, but two, three, four hundred years ago, awful meant full of awe, beautiful. So, you could say, that is an awful flower, and that means a beautiful flower five hundred years ago. But today, if you said it’s an awful flower, you would think it’s a terrible flower, or that’s an awful beast. You would think that’s a terrible beast that’s going to kill you, when five hundred years ago, that word would have meant, it’s a beautiful beast, full of beauty, full of awe, awe-inspiring. Think of the word awe, and that’s how words can be word-for-word translation, but it’s not a thought-for-thought translation.

Therefore, many times in a Bible that has a word-for-word translation, and by the way, again, the Plain Truth Bible, which you can find on Amazon, tries to give both a word-for-word and a thought-for-thought translation, and it’s full of notes, it’s full of commentary. That’s why it is five volumes because of the commentary. There’s probably as much written commentary in that Bible as there is the Bible explaining all the different words and all of the different meanings and what they really mean. Therefore, when you’re studying the Bible, you need not only a word-for-word translation, but you need a thought-for-thought translation and that takes a lot of research.

Getting back to this archbishop story, it just shows you that there are people in the Catholic Church that are ready to come out of her, my people. So be aware of what’s going on in the Catholic Church at all times. We know what the destiny of the leadership of the Catholic Church will be in the future and we know its fate, and we know it is an alliance with the Holy Roman Empire that’s going to be reborn. It will become the King of the North, the Antichrist, and the beast government of Revelation. We also know the Arab nations to the south are going to be the King of the South and they’re going to be just as evil. They are going to be defeated by the King of the North.

If you notice, in Germany this last week they actually outlawed Muslims from having peaceful demonstrations against Jewish people.

There can be no anti-Semitism in Germany as of last week. They passed laws that if anyone marches or protests the State of Israel’s right to existence or marches against Zionism they will be put in jail. I have told you since I’ve been on this program and long before in writing that in the future the new Holocaust is coming in Europe when there becomes a Holy Roman Empire. The new Holocaust of Europe is going to be the Europeans slaughtering, innocent mostly, Muslims. And the Jewish people are going to be protected by the King of the North, by the Antichrist, and in fact, so well protected, they are going to consider him their Messiah. He is going to guarantee the right of the Jews to live in Palestine, in the land that they call Israel, that really should be called Judah. The Antichrist is going to be a hero to Jews everywhere who do not understand Jesus Christ is their Savior and their God and the God of their Bible and they do not understand the plan of salvation. They will be led astray by the Antichrist. They will follow him. They will worship him as their Messiah just as Jesus predicted. Therefore, we are going to see a switch in Europe.

You’re starting to see it now.

Look at what happened to Macron in France. Look what’s going to happen. We’re going to know more today. Also, I didn’t study how the elections went yesterday in England to see if the liberals wipe out the conservatives like everybody predicts, or if Nigel Farage really can end up saving England from itself. I find it fascinating that God chose that July 4th would be the election for England as their Independence Day, possibly, or their Days of Enchainment.

I wanted to finish this program by saying something important as I got a little sidetracked. I want to express that when we saw this debate and as we are watching the Democrats fall apart in front of our eyes, this evil no good, evil anti-God people that are ruining this nation…as we are watching them falling apart right in front of our eyes I have to say that I believe that the June 14th, the Jeremiah3227 time of fasting and prayer seemed to have worked. I’m starting to believe this. I said at first in the beginning of the show that I was very skeptical it was going to work. I thought there were not enough Americans to cry out to God and ask God to help this country asking Him to forgive us of our sins which are so numerous! It seemed that enough people obviously prayed to God because we are watching a miracle taking place.

I don’t know if it will continue.

It depends if Americans keep staying with God or not, but God promises us that if we pray to Him and repent to Him that He will heal our nation and make us prosperous again. This in spite of the fact that no matter what the ultimate plan of this nation will be. If we humble ourselves before God, God will save us.

I believe we have watched a miracle in our lifetime. In one month’s time, we’ve gone from wondering if Donald Trump is going to jail because of an illegal and corrupt judge not listening to any reason, to now where all of the trials against Donald Trump have basically been put away. That Donald Trump’s election is almost ensured and so is the destruction of Joe Biden who deserves to be destroyed because he is an evil man in his own right.

Long before Joe Biden had dementia, this man for the last 40 years in Congress has stood for evil. He was for segregation. He was for the Ku Klux Klan members of the Senate. He was a racist himself. His whole life has been based on racism against blacks. He is an evil man and his chickens are coming home to roost and I am all for it.

We are also watching the destruction of this evil Democratic Party in front of our eyes. God worked that really quick. We’re not even a month away from June 14th. In fact, I don’t think, well, we’re two weeks away! We’re in our third week of June 14th, and God acted so quickly last week, starting with that debate and this week with all of the problems going on for the Democratic Party and what they’re going to do with Joe Biden, with Kamala Harris, who’s actually a worse bimbo and bigger dummy than Joe Biden is, the Democrats are fighting God. And if you fight God, you’re not going to win.

I hope it continues…and I hope Americans continue to pray to God, continue to pray for the deliverance of this nation from the evil grips that it is in with the evil leaders that we have. I hope we can continue to pray and that this November God takes control and stops the stealing of the election. That He will continue to bless this nation a little further down the road and that we have a chance to thank God for what He’s doing and to try to live godly lives…as this is a Christian nation. This is a Christian nation that our Forefathers knew was a Christian nation but allowed for rightfully for all religions to be able to exercise their religion freely. I am for Muslims being able to be Muslims in this country, and Jews being able to be Jews, and atheists being able to be atheists as that is our right, and that was the right decision. At the same time we must acknowledge as a nation that the vast majority of us must acknowledge that this is a Christian nation…that we are under God’s laws, the Ten Commandments and that that includes the Sabbath day, my friends.

And so that’s where I’m going to leave it for this Friday wrap-up.

Remember what this day stands for. It stands for 56 people signing a Declaration of Independence, and those 56 people went through hell. Many lost their lives, lost their possessions, lost everything they had, and they were well-to-do people before they signed that Declaration. These people put their life on the line for us today to be free, and we should remember what they did.
