Is America headed for a Civil War? 

This is a subject that The Plain Truth has had a lot of articles about over the last 15 years. In today’s show we are going to talk about the lawlessness in America, the dissension between the different groups in America, the Bill of Rights and the history of freedom and liberty. We will explore how this  is going to affect your future. It is possible that it seems like what we are looking at is Obama’s Fundamental Change for America. This will not be good for the individual at all. If the dems and many republicans get their way…

There was a case called Palko v. Connecticut in 1927 in which the state of Connecticut arrested a man for first degree murder of two cops. He was found innocent by a jury and the Connecticut did not like the results of the decision and retried him, finding him guilty. Of course, his lawyer appealed all the way to the Supreme Court that this is double jeopardy and that the constitution, and the Bill of Rights says that a citizen cannot be tried twice for the same crime. The contention of the CT Supreme Court was that the 5th Amendment to the Constitution did not apply to state governments, only the federal government.

Can you believe in 1930 all the way to 1969, that from the founding of this country all the way up to 1968, it was better for you to live in a territory of the United States then the United States. You actually had more rights living in the territory of Wyoming then you would ever have in the state of Wyoming. Why? Because in a territory the federal government’s laws were in force but if you lived in a state, state law took precedence over federal law, including the federal law including The Bill of Rights. That is very disturbing. Poor Palko fought this case all the way to the Supreme Court and a very famous decision came about that CT was right, double jeopardy did not apply to state government and the BOR did not as well…that meant you did not have the right to bear arms and any state wanted to outlaw that, no right to free press or free speech if the state outlawed such things. The Supreme Court at the time agreed with this decision and it took until 1969, Benton vs Maryland where this was actually reversed by the Supreme Coutts where it was decided that The Bill of Rights, all of them, applied to states and local governments as well as the federal government…that was the correct decision even though it was a very liberal court back then.

The idea that this man was convicted after being acquitted and then died as he was executed for the crime, did not have the protection of the Bill of Rights causes pause as there is a very important lesson to learn here…if we do not learn from our history here we are going to repeat our mistakes….I am afraid that is what we are learning now, or not learning now…and repeating the bad parts of history. 

You see, The Bill of Rights was intended for all Americans whether they live in state or a federal government territory, that you have a right to free speech, free press, the religion of your choice, your right against incriminating yourself or double jeopardy of being tried more than once until the state got the conviction that it wanted.  This is a sore example of how the court system can be good or really be bad for the liberty of Americans.

What we have today is a very politicized court system and that is in state court, federal court and all the way to the Federal court. We are witnessing this now with the many trials of our 45th President, Donald J Trump. He is not being given any of his rights basically that any other person should have. He is being tried because he is not liked. He is being convicted because he is not liked. This is not the America that our founding forefathers really wanted to live in. This is a country that is becoming a Banana Republic under the democrats and becoming lawless. People who can murder, rape, maimed and torture, then let out on no bond, they disappear, allowing millions of people to cross the border with zero idea of who or what they are and what is in their mind of what they are going to do to us, and this lawlessness is going to lead to a reaction.

In physics every action has a reaction. A jet pushes propulsion out the back which makes the front go forward, the same thing happens when you have a government that allows lawlessness. When this is allowed for a long duration, you are going to get a switch in how the people vote, rebelling against lawlessness and vote in people that are for law and order…or you are going to vigilantism which is going to result in the deaths and the making and harming of many innocent people. You do not want mob rule. I go over this many times about what democracy is. Our government is not a democracy; democracy is mob rule. What we live in is a democratic republic, a republic form of government where we elect leaders to do the right thing and then we have a checks and balances system between the 3 branches, the Executive, legislative and the Judicial system to make sure the individual person has individual rights in force. The mob rule cannot override the will of a person’s rights.  This is what we are seeing with DJT. He is not being given the rights that the Constitution protects us all with. It is obvious you can hate him, you can love him, but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that he is being tried and convicted because of who he is and not what he has done. A woman named E. Jean Carroll claims she was assaulted by him but cannot remember the year this happened? Not just the day can she not remember, but the YEAR?  Yet, we have a woman who was raped by Joe Biden and her mother within two weeks of the rape called into the Larry King show and talked about her daughter being raped by Joe Bide and that person was not believed because it was always hands off of Joe. He always had his own personal gestapo, the FBI. You go after Joe; they go after you. The truth is that there is a lot more smoke with Joe’s victims then Trumps if there even was a victim at all.  This Carroll is a liar. 

She went on CNN many years ago that “rape is sexy”, yes, that is the truth, that is The Plain Truth. We are going to have a court system based on if you don’t like the guy, you are going to take away all the assets he has worked his life for, and due process is not happening for someone you just don’t like.

So, the result of this lawlessness is going to be Americans voting these people out which will take a long time because many are appointed for life in the court system…I think the rational fear is that what the other option is, is mob rule taking over where the masses reject the democrat and even the RINO’s (Republicans in Name ONLY) lawless attitudes and take the law into their own hands…beat out justice in a way that is not going to be good for America. It is possible as Pat Buchanan predicted almost 15 years ago that the balkanization of America may occur. What is balkanization? It is like the Balkin states, once Yugoslavia, they were different people who couldn’t agree on anything. There was a great Muslim population and a great orthodox Christian population that could not get alone; there were mass slaughters between them both.  It fell apart into all minor countries. Buchanan thought that if Americans cannot get together and agree on basic principles and the Bill of Rights, America will find itself in the same shape Yugoslavia found itself in the 80s. All broken up.

There are people today that believe, and this is a possibility that America could break up into three or four different countries in the future. A new civil war breaking out where  states are sick and tired of the liberal lawless rule of their politicians in Washington…Revolutionary type war civil war type action, forcing a war with our own military like what happened in the Civil War between the North and the South; this time I think it will be the east coast, the west coast, versus the central part of America ,Texas, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, and yes, Colorado has some liberal people in it, but mainly the state has a very conservative population in the rest of the state around Denver. You may see that states begin to actually talk about seceding from the Union; we will have a bloody civil war if the leadership in the country does not wake up. We are on the verge of absolute total collapse which by the way, our enemies will enjoy.

This all will make you wonder if the people that are taking us to this brink, the democrats mainly all of em, half the Republicans at least, they are really taking us to this place are not really on the payroll of foreign governments that want to see the destruction of America. We have enemies all over the world. I am not one to believe that Russia and China are the big enemies that we are being fed on TV. I know eventually the main threat will be based on scripture which we talk about a lot, the end times players are the King of the North, which is a unified Holy Roman Empire, the King of the South, which is a great united states of Islam, North Africa to the Middle East Arab nations, and then this power from the Orient which seems to be China, but I think it will be a China dominated by a rearmed Japan, a la WWII. But right now, you have to wonder if these politicians in Washington are not on some other payroll to do us harm from other governments. Those trying to do the most harm right now is Iran, Hamas in Israel, I won’t call it their homeland because it isn’t, it is Israel’s, and it really should be called Judah…because the name Israel belongs to the USA and England and the Lost Tribes…Judah was the southern tribe taken into captivity by the Babylonians so modern-day Israel should really be called Judah….but the property of the whole area from Sinai to Lebanon all the way to the west bank, really belongs to Judah, to the Jews. That is the way God intends it and it will end up being that way in the future.

So yes we have enemies who want to see the destruction of America who have a lot of money; from oil, a lot of the Muslim nations in fact, and a lot of money that they use to support terrorism against the Jews and especially against the Americans…it is quite clear in my opinion that many of our politicians are traitors.

We already know that Joe Biden takes money from both Ukraine and Russia and a lot of money from China. This is TREASON.

He is a politician. He was vice president of the United States of America….his position was being bought and paid for by foreign governments. This is a classic treason.

That is really it. There is nothing else you can call it.

So we have leaders selling us out and American people asleep at the switch. The rest of the world is waking up to tyranny, farmers protesting in the Netherlands, in France, Greece, Italy, Germany…all over Europe marching and showing up with their tractors. The liberal governments that have tried to outlaw farming, because they want the people to starve to death obviously. They outlaw farming techniques in Europe and these citizen farmers are raising their hands against this and taking their tractors to the streets and protesting what is going on in Europe. Out of this is going to come a man who brings law and order to Europe >Unfortunately this man is going to be an antichrist figure, a man of lawlessness eventually, with his power coming from the Holy Roman Church. That is the prophecy of Daniel and Revelations. This is the end times beast. He will be in Europe and not friendly to any America if it is even in existence at the time. But right now, we are in bad shape as a country because of a minority…we are led to believe by the mainstream media that it is a majority, but it is really a minority of Americans that are left, communists, that want to see the destruction of America and turn it into a communist nation with a communist leader like Mao or Stalin. That is what communism is. It is not a collection of people making decisions, it is another form of totalitarian government, an elite class that has their will over the rest of us.

The amount of people looking for that has to be about 5 or 10 percent. It is like the homosexuality of America, the trans nonsense which is absolute bull we are being fed are really only 2%. That is basically by science and testing up until recently…there isn’t 35 to 40 percent homosexual. That is what is being taught though. Most likely that won’t even happen to get up that high.  It is a lie just like most Americans want socialism, which is a nice name for Communism. The Silent Majority is too silent therefore this very vocal minority is gaining control over our government, over our court systems, over our factories and big businesses and big pharma…big medicine even and big media…they are winning day after day, taking away your fundamental free rights, your liberty.

I had a show on liberty as being the most important word for the Revolutionary War…because they fought for Liberty. Not taxes, not whatever else you are being taught. When the US Mint started printing coins in 1794, they decided to put every coin right on the front and had to have the word LIBERTY. Many people do not know that that is the real reason why the Revolutionary War happened. Colonial Americans wanted to be individually free from a King and a foreign government even though they considered themselves British at the time, they really collectively became considering themselves Americans. Not British anymore. The British were 3000 miles away and their government and rules happened 3000 miles away and their liberty was at stake. So our forefathers understood the meaning of liberty and why it is important or why it WAS important for us to fight a war to free ourselves from the tyranny of a king and no individual liberty. 

Getting back to the Palka v. Connecticut to where the Supreme Court even sided with that the Bill of Rights did not apply to state government and state courts which thankfully was overridden in 1969 that the Bill of Rights do apply to any state and any city in America. This was the right decision as I said earlier. We are fighting for our individual liberties, and we have people, a minority of people who have because of the mainstream media, have convinced you that they are a majority or a large minority which they are not. They want to take away your rights and enslave and imprison you, make you work for slave wages under the guise that you belong to a union that really does not represent you. They represent big business and any union that claims they are for their workers that follow and vote for a democrat and support dem people who want Chinese goods over here and want foreign trade which the democrats are bought and paid to give them…they are selling out their own union members…There is not a union that I know of that the leadership is not communist in their thinking selling out their own members. Unions have a place in history, and I am not anti-union, but I am anti-union leadership because they are bought and paid for by others and do not represent the people that they are supposed to represent. Just like your congressmen do not represent you, they represent those that give their money to him or her to run again and be elected. That is big business, big pharma, big media. That is where they get their money from and who they are beholden to.

So, keep listening to The Plain Truth every day, especially when you see we are headed to a civil war because I am afraid my friends that that is what we are headed toward. It will not be pretty. I will tell you something else, those that are itching to get a civil war started think they are going to win against Bubba with his rifles and shotgun, they are in for it. There are many veterans of war from Vietnam and Afghanistan who know much better how to fight, and the libs who want to take control of these so-called rednecks are going to find themselves fighting an enemy that is much tougher than they planned on. They will find out that these people know how to play…you keep poking the dog…that dog is going to turn around and bite you and bite you hard. That is what is going to happen if America’s leaders continue down this road of tyranny and take away our rights, including Donald Trump’s. 

That is the broadcast for today and I want to remind you that this broadcast is at 7:11 we are having a broadcast that will be mainly about God and religion because the Saturday is the Sabbath Daddy and we do observe what God mandates…we follow the Ten Commandments and if this country would just do that it would turn this country around. I had a show on prayer recently and I believe if millions of American would do a fast and a prayer and ask God to give us our country back and thwart the leadership that is doing all of this damage, that God will spare this country for longer before our total destruction which is prophesied to happen to this nation.

This does not have to happen now if we have enough people…it seems like you know, it only would have taken 10 people in Sodom for Sodom not to be destroyed, only ten…and it only turned out to be ONE….LOT HIMSELF. Not even his family was God fearing. Imagine if 1 million people let alone 25 million people who still believe in God and His Laws and His ways and went to Him in fasting and prayer for this nation, for this nation is founded by God Almighty…predicted to Jacob and to his offspring 3000 or more years ago…we are that fulfillment of that promise and God would save this nation if we collectively go to God in prayer and ask for that to be done. I hope that this happens this spring long before the election this fall…that maybe God will interfere and not allow a stolen election. Is there anything too hard for the Lord to do? He says this. We think His hands are tied and think things are too hard…but if a million Americans were to go to God on a single day and fast and pray for the future of their children and this nation, God would listen to us from above and heal this nation from its wounds. He would put this nation back on top again. That is what I am calling for. I have a very small audience. I do not self-deceive myself, but hopefully enough people will get this going and other channels where more people will listen and get this happening because this is the only hope you have for surviving the next ten years. If this country keeps continuing the way it is going under this rule of the democrats and Joe Biden, and it isn’t JOe Biden running things, it is the people behind him like the Soros group that is forcing this communism on us and the loss of liberty…if this degradation of our country does not stop quickly this year or the next, we are done for. Our children and grandchildren will know firsthand that we are done. It is time that Americans stand up like the Europeans are doing, unfortunately they are standing up will lead to more trouble but in our case if we stand up and go to the real God, ask Him to heal this nation and to forgive our sins God will listen from Heaven and He will do what HE promises He will do…and that is heal us.
