Flock cameras, and your liberty at stake

Hi, Bob Barney for another edition of The Plain Truth today, brought to you by theplaintruth.com,and we’re going to talk about a subject today called FLOCK, F-L-O-C-K, cameras and what itmeans to you. And I know probably a lot of people listening to me don’t even understand what a FLOCK camera is, but I can tell you something right now. Your government knows what it is and it’s been tracking you illegally, in my opinion, for many, many, many years, at least going backprobably five, six, seven years, and really what’s going on.

And if you think you’re aware of what’s going on, you’re not. And this is just another deep state big brother move to take away all of your freedoms and all of your rights. Back when I was going to the University of Connecticut in 1974, actually 73 through 1977, my major was political science, and we had a lot of different courses.

I’ve talked about them in the past, but one of those, of course, was that on communism. And why was mainly, like in Soviet Union, why was the party secretary really the person with all the power and usually the prime minister or the premier, they called it, or president of Russia really oftentimes was just a figurehead? Well, it turned out, as Professor Schlesinger pointed out to us, that information is more important than anything else in the world. Why did J. Edgar Hoover have so much power over politicians? Because he had all of the information of what they were doing wrong and all the secrets they wanted to keep.

So when you know the secrets of people, you can blackmail them, you can be in control. And that was the case of the Soviet Union. And that is what our government is trying to do to you and me today.

And we have what your government is trying to tell you are safety cameras and all of these roadways to catch speeders or people running stoplights and stuff like that, especially through school zones. Sounds good, sounds great, but you just don’t realize how bad it really does sound. I got my email on, I better turn it off or to keep making all those noises.

But the truth is, and I’m going to play some outtakes from different things. There are a lot of people now in the process of suing these flat cameras and the company, the one company behind it, because the truth of the matter is it’s unconstitutional, number one, and you should not want Big Brother in control of what they are tracking you doing. It’s nothing to do with you being a criminal and you’re trying to hide.

Again, I’ll quote Ben Franklin. Those people who want to trade their freedom for security deserves neither. And if you think these cameras are good because they’re a safety measure, what these cameras are doing, you have no idea.

And we’re going to get into that in this program. But here’s a case of lawsuits. There are lawsuits.

The Institute for Justice sued Norfolk, Virginia, on behalf of residents Lee Schmidt and Crystal Arrington after one was tracked 526 times in just four months by the city’s 176 plus ravens. A federal judge initially let the case proceed, calling the setup notably similar to cell site location data, which the Supreme Court determined in Carpenter may require warrants. But in January 2026, the same court granted summary judgment to the city, dismissing the case brought by the people ruling that this dragnet was constitutional under the facts of the case.

You got that right. Federal judge declaring that flock surveillance is constitutional. I wonder if there was any conflict of interest there.

The judge warned, though, that future expansions could cross the line. Now, the plaintiffs appealed in California. A couple of plaintiffs filed a class action lawsuit in San Francisco Superior Court in February 2026, accusing Flock of violating the state’s A.L.P.R. Privacy Act by letting out of state federal agencies access California drivers data more than 1.6 million times in seven months from San Francisco.

If you do not think that’s a problem, that the government is spying on you, where you’re driving, where you’re going, again, you are somebody who just simply does not have a very good understanding of what communism is all about, what totalitarian states are all about. It’s about limiting your travel, limiting your movement, and tracking everything you do. Pretty soon, you might not need a license to vote, but you’re going to need a paperwork to go from state to state, town to town.

I’m not kidding you. If this is not stopped, and I’m afraid it’s not going to be stopped, because I think America has lost its liberty, liberty which is on every coin ever published in America, but liberty is the last thing your politicians in this deep state want to give you. They want to make sure they control everything you do, everything you eat, everything you take into your body.

They want total control. And it’s about time the American people wake up and realize their liberties are going to waste really quickly. And when it’s all over with, you’re going to find out what’s wrong when you trade your security for your liberty.

You’re going to find out what’s wrong, and it’s not going to be a pretty sight. And I’m going to get into some more of these outtakes here in a minute. But I just want to say again, these Flock cameras are tracking you across the country.

If you were to leave, let’s say you were to leave Connecticut to drive to Florida, you’re going to be probably on somewhere around 20,000 cameras on that trip. They’re going to know everything you’re doing. But here’s the worst part about that.

They are not really tracking you to see if you’re speeding or running a stoplight. No, they’re tracking your movement because Flock compiles every time your car goes through one of their cameras, hundreds of thousands of cameras, and they put it in a database that the government can access. And this is some of the things that’s happened in the past.

For example, cops have tracked their girlfriends, their ex-wives to brutalize them. Yes. When you go to court, the three biggest liars in court, in order, is the prosecutor, the cop testifying, and maybe the defendant who’s guilty.

They’re the three biggest liars. If you want to give prosecutors and liars the ability to track every movement you do, you do not understand communism. You do not understand what AOC and the Democratic Socialists of America want to bring you.

But you want to know what? The Republicans are bringing it to you right now. And the rest of the Democrats are bringing it to you too, in the guise of safety, when the safety has nothing to do with it. Yes, the small towns want it because it’s a great source of taxing their people.

It’s like a T-tax. You’re going to go through their camera. You’re going to get taxed because they’re going to say you’re speeding.

And I’ll give you an example. In our own example, we’ve had about a dozen of these. A hundred dollars a piece.

That’s pretty good tax. You say, well, do you need to slow down? No. One picture, they have the picture of our car that is surrounded by tractor trailers.

There’s a tractor trailer on the left. There’s a tractor trailer in front of us. There’s a tractor trailer on our rear bumper.

And there’s a car to the right of us in a two lane highway. Did everybody get a ticket? Well, try to call the flock camera people and ask them that question. And they refuse to answer that question.

They said they would need a court order. And I think if you were to start a class action lawsuit and find out what’s happening, cities in cooperation or cahoots with flock cameras are now making up fines to raise money. And that’s what keeps the cities willing to keep these cameras.

Because really the deep state wants these cameras in all these cities. But the city government has to approve it. So how you do it? You bribe them with money.

And when there’s not enough money and everybody knows there’s a sign, there’s a flock camera and everybody slows down. I’ve been there. Then what happens when the revenue stops? That you promise these cities.

Well, then you go to them and say, well, look, we’re just going to write tickets out. And if people take it to court, we’ll just drop the charges. And lo and behold, I was talking to somebody who’s a lawyer who told me it’s exactly the case.

Every time he takes a flock ticket to court, it is summarily discharged, erased. Here’s what’s even worse. When you get the violation, it says pay the $100 fine or you can go to court.

But be aware that if you pay the $100 fine, it will not be reported to your insurance company. But if you go to court and found guilty, it will be given to your insurance company. That’s blackmail.

That is absolute blackmail. And by the way, if it was for public safety, as they say, wouldn’t you, as a good citizen, want that fine be reported to the insurance company if the person is really guilty? Would you not? But that’s not what’s happening. What’s happening here is the deep state, in cooperation with these little communities hungering for money, because the tax base is drying up and federal money to these little cities are going away, they need to find a to get their money.

And they’re doing it through all kinds of ways. Many is just bogus ways of writing tickets that really are not violations. I’ll be right back.

ThePlainTruth.com is the place to go to, to find out what’s happening in this nation around the world. And some of the things you need to be aware of, like this program that we’re doing today on the flock camera, you need to be aware of the liberties that you’re losing every day to a deep state that is lying to you about their purpose. They’re not trying to protect you.

In fact, they’re trying to enslave you. And ThePlainTruth.com and The Plain Truth today, the broadcast that you’re listening to right now, it is our purpose to inform you of the plain truth of what’s going on with governments that are becoming or have become your enemy. Go to ThePlainTruth.com every day, go to the message board, help be a reporter for The Plain Truth and put up stories that may be interesting to other people.

Listen to these podcasts. And of course, the main page of The Plain Truth, where your story mightend up. This is a Bob Barney for ThePlainTruth.com. Thank you for listening.

And we’re back and I’m gonna play some more things that you may not be aware of about these flock cameras. Another report from a person where AI and the flock camera absolutely harassed him for a long time. Just listen to this.

Man, I’m pissed off. Just went through an hour and a half traffic stop because of this. This license plate was reported stolen by the Malibu Police Department in California.

It turns out an agency lost the plate in filming. They told the Malibu police officer about it. They filed a police report, say the vehicle was stolen, flock cameras pulled up, and this report is stolen.

And I got pulled over by Scottsdale, Nebraska Police Department. I don’t believe anybody about the situation except for the Malibu Police Department needs to update their damn records. So the plate stolen was 34-03, but see this right here? Yeah, that is 08.

So the system didn’t put these two digits in. So now AI, in its brilliance, and the flock system is identifying every Jaguar Land Rover plate that says 34 on it, then DTM, right? But see, this is a vehicle manufacturer plate. This is a fleet plate.

There are consumer plates that you get at DMV. There are dealership plates. Then there’s fleet plates.

It’s above that. Fleet plates are put on any Jaguar Land Rover. They come to us, the media.

We get these, all these vehicles. That fleet plate, you probably saw on numerous vehicles over the years because it doesn’t pertain to any vehicle. No, they just throw them on there.

It doesn’t matter. It’s not registered to a vehicle. It’s registered to the company.

It’s a whole different fleet plate. Why take an hour and a half for my traffic stop? Because the officer is trying to verify the VIN number of this vehicle existed. Well, it doesn’t.

No, these vehicles I get to review, and they’re the ones you see on YouTube by the journalists like myself or people like you saw Joel Fetter had a story on drive.com where he hit him and his wife got pulled over by four police officers because it’s BS. This VIN number isn’t registered. Fleet vehicles are never sold.

They’re not sold to consumers. They don’t go to the VIN system as far as entered into the DMV. They don’t go to dealerships.

This never went to a dealership at all. That happens with all Hollywood cars, by the way. They do not have VIN numbers.

There are many cars that they send out for testing to reporters and things like that that are never sold. They are like advertising for the car companies. They do not have VIN numbers.

There was a story that we had on the Plain Truth 20 years ago when it first started about the car that Steve McGarrett, Jack Lord drove on Hawaii Five-0 without a VIN number that ended up in somebody’s possession, and he got it actually titled in the state of Florida, I’m sorry, Texas. Even though it did not have a VIN number, the motor vehicles department made up a VIN number for it, and they gave him a sticker to put on the car. That’s a true story.

We have it on the Plain Truth. You probably can still find it. That was at least 15, 20 years ago.

There are just so many things that these cameras and this mass surveillance is really the real reason for all of this, is doing to your rights, your constitutional rights, that you’re throwing away. We have soldiers dying for liberty and freedom throughout the generations of this country. We’re celebrating the 250th anniversary of this country’s Declaration of Independence, and our founding fathers would be rolling in their graves to know about the liberties that we’re giving up in this guise of safety and good government.

It’s nothing but Big Brother. Here is another report about flock cameras in general that I think it’sworth listening to, and we’ll be right back. We are getting flocked.

Now, maybe you know what flock is, maybe you don’t know what flock is, or maybe you just don’t get it. You need to watch this because I’m about to explain to you exactly how bad flock and mass surveillance really is and where it’s going. They’re even bringing flock right to your neighborhood.

You won’t even need to be out in public. Just a quick catch-up for those of you who don’t knowwhat flock is. That is a flock camera.

Well, it’s a 3D print of a flock camera. Flock Safety is a private company that is turning these out by the hundreds of thousands, if not millions, very soon, and they have contracts with both private and public entities. They’re putting these cameras all over in cities and towns, and their stated primary purpose is license plate recognition, but it goes way further than that.

There’s companies like Lowe’s or Home Depot that can also use flock, or any private company can have a contract with flock. They even want to monitor you at home with your homeowners association, and it’s all linked together in one big network. That’s your problem.

You go to Home Depot, you go to Lowe’s to buy something, and they want to know everything about you. What they do is they have a contract with flock, and they say, well, where does he leave after he leaves Lowe’s? Does he go to Home Depot? Does he go to Walmart? Where does he live? Is he living in a place that buys from us or buys from Home Depot? Where does he go on vacation? Flock is giving this information that you have no knowledge of to Lowe’s, to Home Depot, to Walmart, and to big brother federal government, state government, and local governments. You are being tracked.

Your buying habits are being tracked by what stores you go to. You go to Kroger, or do you go to Amazon Whole Foods? Do you go to Winn-Dixie, or do you go to a little independent grocery store? All of that information is very valuable to other stores trying to get your business and trying to find a way to attack you. That’s what they’re doing.

They’re attacking you with your own information in order to capture your sale. I’ll give you an example, and if anybody out there has had this experience, I wish you would email me because I have this experience, and most people I talk to have this experience. You got your iPhone, that innocent thing that’s sitting on your desk right now as you’re listening to this show.

You have the iPhone basically off. It’s on, but you’re not making a phone call or you’re not using any tool. You start talking to your wife about you need to buy a patio set for your new pool.

Then that night, you go to your computer, and you go on Google, and you start looking up theplaintruth.com. All of a sudden, all of these patio furniture stores are in the right-hand corner advertising they have patio furniture. How did they know that you talked to your wife about patio furniture? If this hasn’t happened to you, and I guarantee it has, you just maybe didn’t pay attention, that should concern you. It should concern you that your conversations with your wife by your Apple iPhone is being sold to people that they consider wants that information for sales purposes.

Turn your phone off, it still happens. I got news for you. Talk in front of your TV set with no phone in the room, no phone close to you, and talk with your wife about something that she wants to buy.

You go to your computer the next day or your iPhone the next day, and guess what shows up?What you were talking about to your wife in front of a TV set that actually is spying on you. Guess who makes those TV sets? China. We’re so worried about China and everything else, but we’re not worried about China in our living room? I’d rather worry about China in our living room than China trying to take over Taiwan right now when they have an army and a navy that is actually a little bit more hype than reality.

But we’re going to leave that subject alone. Our government is watching every move you make, and if you think that’s for your benefit, for your safety, this is the same government that lets rapists go free, that allows people to vote without a license, a proof of who they are. Your government doesn’t care about you.

There is not a politician that cares about you except winning your vote or stopping you from voting if you don’t agree with them. That’s the plain truth, and I’ll be right back. Again, theplaintruth.com is the place to go to.

We’re doing a special show on Big Brother here, and Big Brother is a problem. It’s a major problem. Unfortunately, most Americans don’t see the problem, and that is a big mistake that many Americans are making.

They assume that the information the government is collecting on everybody is only to find terrorists, only to find bad people. They don’t care about Joe and John Smith, or Joe and Jane Smith, I should say. In this world, maybe it is Joe and John Smith, but anyway, they don’t really care about your safety.

They prove that all the time by letting rapists out on the streets again. Some people who do crimes are found guilty 20, 30, 40, 50 times. We had a case in California where a drunk driver, three times arrested drunk driver, was just appointed as spokesman for the police department.

Do they really care about your safety when they do things like that? No, and the Plain Truth’s mission, part of the mission, is to tell you what God thinks about all of this lawlessness, but also to inform you what your government is doing to you that you just don’t get listening to other stations and other podcasts. That’s theplaintruth.com. Go there every day, and I’m going to play a few more things. I’m going to wrap this show up.

I hope massive lawsuits ensue. I hope a lot of lawsuits become class action suits, and everybody can join and sue the bejesus out of every single local town with these cameras. Sue them where they have to pay out more money to you and others than they ever made raping the people.

Our forefathers threw a lot of tea overboard in Boston Harbor in 1773 or 72, and when the revolution was just beginning because of what the British was doing was tyranny, and what’s going on in this country today is tyranny. We just have to wake up, friends, or we don’t have a country left at all. A popular police surveillance tool used to catch violent criminals can now also be used to track innocent people, and it begs the question, who’s watching the watchers? Welcome to Behind the Investigation on Atlanta News First Investigates.

I’m investigative reporter Andy Parati. Joining me now is chief investigative reporter Brendan Keefe. Brendan, this is a really fascinating series that you’ve been doing that I think a lot of people have been talking about.

I know have been reading about it online. Bring us up to speed on this part of the investigation.Well, first, it has to be said that this technology is incredibly powerful.

It’s incredibly powerful to catch suspects and to convict criminals of crimes. It’s used every single day, and it’s so powerful, it’s actually changing the way policing is conducted. It is allowing investigators to generate leads and then to follow up on those leads to quite literally catch rapists, murderers, and then to convict these suspects of those crimes.

But it’s powerful in anyone’s hands. It’s powerful in the hands of a good cop, and it’s powerful in the hands of a bad cop. This isn’t hypothetical.

They’re getting arrested virtually every week. There’s a new case where they’re using it to stalk their exes or a love interest and even going back in time to track their movements using their official police login to this database. An advantage they say is priceless.

Just help them get a dangerous man off the street. They tracked his car down using slot cameras. The cameras take a picture of every car that drives by.

The cameras are designed to catch criminals, but they also create a searchable database of every car that passes. All day is just reading tags. They’re continuously recording.

This is a tool to help us catch criminals. We’re going to catch everyone. We have cameras everywhere in town.

You can’t get a breath of fresh air in or out without us knowing. Chrisana Elzer learned the power of Flock firsthand. You were in town from 1152 until 1209.

Exactly. Like I said, nothing gets in or out of the town without us knowing. When a Colorado police officer showed up at her door holding Flock snapshots of her truck.

And here’s when you left at 1209. That’s when you left town. To get.

No, to stop at Ridge Trail. Wait a minute. And take a package.

Well, there’s no shushing. I don’t need to be. Yes there is.

I need to know where this is. The first thing he pulled out on the bodycam is that Flock picture. The clear photograph of your car.

But here’s your vehicle in the neighborhood many, many times apparently casing houses because you just can’t drive through for work or visit other businesses. You can only be casing houses. It is her.

It is 100%. It is locked in. There is zero doubt.

I wouldn’t have come here unless I was 100% sure. 100%. It is certain.

It is on video. You’re obviously welcome to go to court. Chrisana was charged with stealing a package, but it wasn’t her.

The porch pirate was somebody else. Multiple times you tried to show him your video evidence. He didn’t want to see it.

When I called him back, he said, that’s not my job. You looked at a time of a crime. You saw myvehicle entering in the Flock.

No, no. What I did was I did an investigation. You called my wife a liar.

I have video evidence. I don’t know what you want me to say. The charges were dropped afterChrisana spent weeks trying to get the police chief to look at her evidence.

Timestamped video from her truck and a neighbor’s doorbell camera showing she wasn’t at the scene of the crime. Does that not bother anybody listening to this? Can you imagine you going through this? Is this the country you want to live in? There’s another one. There’s a guy right there.

Bob Sklar believes the government is following him. It’s as if the government was tracking you,put a GPS on you, monitored everywhere you went, when you went there. Not just around this small Indiana town, but across the country.

This is where the camera is. Amid the rows of corn, license plate reader cameras are cropping up, connected to the nationwide Flock Safety Network. Did you start to see the police in your rearview mirror more than you would expect? Only one officer.

How are you? I would come into town and all of a sudden he would be there, like he was waiting for me. It started to be more than a coincidence. It just kept happening more and more.

I didn’t understand why or how he knew. And then that’s when I learned about the Flock cameras. Why are you out here patrolling in the county? Huh? I don’t know.

Or did you just come out looking for me? No. Is there any reason they would be legitimatelytracking you? Not that I’m aware of. So how much is the budget going up? Bob regularly criticizes the North Manchester government and its police officers.

Does that tell you all you need to know? Do you want to live in this country that does this? Then don’t complain about communists taking over this country, because they already have. They have in the disguise of Republicans and Democrats. Don’t blame AOC for the Flock cameras.

Don’t blame the Democrat Socialists of America. Blame your politicians who claim they believe in free speech and liberty and democracy. Does that sound like democracy to you? Does it sound like a republic form of government that our forefathers brought us and that many Americans died to keep? My friends, this is a big problem.

I’m going to do a lot more on this. Probably Flock cameras will be following me if enough people are listening. But I’m sure everything that goes on the internet is listened to, even if it’s not by a human being.

There’s a reason why there’s class action lawsuits starting all over this country, and why our Constitution and the Bill of Rights, the Fourth Amendment against illegal searches, was put there by our forefathers, because they lived through it under British rule. And they knew it had to stop, and our government would not do it. And it’s doing it today in the disguise of safety, and you are the target.

You think you’re a law-abiding citizen, but this government can make anybody a criminal when they want to. And they can lie, cheat, and steal, as Dr. Fauci did about COVID, right? How many people died with that lie, cheating, and stealing, huh? This is what your government is. Your government has become your enemy.

Your government’s worse than Russia. Your government’s worse than Iran. Your government’sworse than China, because your government is trying to enslave you, and we’re voting for it, and we are oblivious to what really is going on.

This is Bob Barney for The Plain Truth today, and I hope people wake up about flock cameras, and they get involved locally, and demand those things be taken down. They are not for your safety.Until tomorrow, Bob Barney for The Plain Truth today, saying thank you for listening.

Bye-bye.
