There was a book out when I was in college by Victor Lansky (1975) entitled, It Didn’t Start with Watergate which dispelled all the myths about Watergate and what scandals really were.

Hi, this is Bob Barney. Welcome to another Plain Truth Today’s 7:11 broadcast in the morning…this week, this is Monday, we’re going to start a series of programs about scandals you are not aware of.

It seems that in the last 60 years, the mainstream media and the Democratic Party have picked and chosen which scandals they want to report on and how often…you will find out in a little history lesson about scandals in politics and other places that many of the scandals you thought were scandals really were not…crimes you thought were crimes, were in fact, not. They were what we have witnessed with Donald Trump where Democratic operatives along with the mainstream media have been setting up people to be indicted and to be put in jail or removed from office… or by other means to put an end to any opposition that the Democrat Party and the liberal mainstream press deem necessary.

That happened with Richard Nixon and it happened even before Richard Nixon, it also happened since Richard Nixon…they tried to do it to Ronald Reagan with an assassination on top of that. That was a scandal that attempted to remove Ronald Reagan initiated by the deep state. I believe even George Bush’s vice president was in on it and we’ll go over some of those this week.

I think you’ll be very interested to learn about some of the stories we’re going to prove to you are real, or, I should say, prove to you stories that happen to be The Plain Truth!

So, before I start with this Richard Nixon thing, I want to go over some of the shows of this week, or at least one or two of the shows of this week that we have already programmed to play. Some of these will not be me, there will be other people sharing the stories and some of them will actually be YouTube videos, and you can see for yourself the proof of what’s going on.

You know we had a president of the United States that was so corrupt he actually acted like a mobster. He had a hired hitman on his payroll who actually killed people that were his opponents way back since the 1940s. He became president of the United States and that hitman killed many of the opponents to this president. He even was ordered to kill the president’s sister who had turned against her brother and started telling people about all the scandals and all of the crimes that he was committing in his home state.

This will be aired on Wednesday and you’re going to want to listen to this because I’m telling you right now, you are going to get a shock. You want to think Donald Trump is bad? If you’re one of those never-Trumpers out there, well I got news for you. There are other presidents that make Donald Trump look like a Boy Scout or even better than a Boy Scout. You’re going to find fractured history that you simply do not know about and there’s a reason you don’t know about it because there is this unholy alliance between the communist left-winged media and the communist left-wing Democratic Party.

The Democratic Party has been turning communist now for over 50 years. Little by little, any of the Democrats who were not communis who were old-time Democrats and who were still patriots to the United States…they were liberal when it came to social issues and some other issues, but those Democrats have been purged from the party. Many of those Democrats have become Republicans in some areas, and many of them just have gone away. You’re going to find out that the scandals of the past are so awful that you’re going to be surprised to see that this has never been reported even though there is proof of everything that’s going to be presented on this show.

When we get to Richard Nixon and Watergate, I knew back in 1974, I don’t know why I knew this, but I guess I just had a brain, I knew that the Watergate scandal was made up. I also knew there was no Deep Throat. It’s the simplest thing in the world to make up somebody, and you can just give quotes to somebody, but you don’t have to reveal the person’s identity. There was never a deep throat and the person after he died that they claimed was deep throat was not. Deep Throat was just a… Woodward and Bernstein are nothing but liars. Remember, Woodward’s the person who claimed he had these dying bed interviews with CIA director Casey, which was impossible. His family said he was in hospice care the entire time. No one came to visit him but family. Woodward had no chance to interview the guy and yet Woodward to this day is celebrated as a person of honesty and integrity. This person is nothing but a deep state liar who was Navy intelligence before he went to the Washington Post whom Tucker Carlson even exposed that so well on his show when he was still on Fox…you can find that in different stories on The Plain Truth today and other places on The Plain Truth.

There’s another person who just wrote an op-ed, and his name is Jeff Shepard and he served for five years in the Nixon White House and he also was a deputy counsel on the Nixon’s Watergate defense team. Now he’s an author of a new book called The Nixon Conspiracy, Watergate and the Plot to Remove a President and I really recommend people if they can find this book to go get it. I think it’s important to realize that this person, like many other Americans, was convinced after defending Richard Nixon that Richard Nixon was guilty based on the evidence that the prosecutors and the White, I mean, I’m sorry, the House impeachment inquiry uncovered about Nixon’s lies that he himself for 30 years believed that he was wrong to defend Nixon and Nixon was guilty. Then, lo and behold he gets access to deep state files in the Library of Congress and other sources that were declassified but well hidden away from the public so nobody would ever find them. Mr. Shepard ended up finding them and he found out that every single thing, every single claim made by the people against Richard Nixon be it the prosecutors, Leon Jaworski, Judge Sirica all of the so-called evidence was made up a la Donald Trump and the Mar-a-Lago affair, made up, and it’s not like it’s new to us today. But Jeff says in his writing, well, I’ll start from the very beginning because he says if Donald Trump had hoped to understand what he would have faced upon becoming president of the United States and entering into the White House in 2017 he would have done well to study what happened to Richard Nixon nearly 50 years before him.

Richard Nixon was a staunch anti-communist and that was his problem because we have been taken over and the Democratic Party specifically has been taken over by leftist communist influences. One thing you have to realize about communism, communism believes in lying to get their way. They believe in no-holds-barred. They believe in lying, killing, stealing, whatever it takes to make a government fall into communist hands, totalitarian rule, and they have no problem lying to the public, they have no problem committing crimes, they have no problem doing anything to further their goal. The father of lies, according to your Bible and my Bible, is Satan the devil. And the closest thing on earth today of Satan the devil, other than the demons that roam this earth for Satan, is the Democratic Communist Party.

This Communist Democratic Party has had power along with the media, the press, the educational system, especially higher educational system, has had their way for over 50 years now getting their story out which is based on nothing but lies. Satan is the author of lies. Every lie comes from Satan or someone associated with Satan. As I say often, when you see a Democrat’s lips moving, they are lying. They are lying to you just like Satan the devil lied to Eve and is lying to you if you listen to what Satan has to say. 

Richard Nixon was a staunch anti-communist, and that is what made the press, especially, and communists in general hate his guts. Everyone opposed him when he became president in 1968 and took office in early January of 1969. He had no friends in D.C. at all. The entire deep state was against him. The executive branch that was under him was against him. The federal bureaucracy was against him. All Washington think tanks and lobbyists were against him. Law firms in Washington D.C. would never even represent him. They hated his guts because, again, they are part of the deep state and they get their money from the deep state. So everyone opposed Richard Nixon, and I remember this as a young teenager quite well that Richard Nixon had an uphill battle to climb and to win. Vietnam was saddled around his neck and he had a lot of blame for it. It turned out he had nothing to do with getting us into Vietnam. It was John Kennedy who was going to pull us out of Vietnam and probably was killed over that, but it was really Lyndon Johnson. We will get into Lyndon Johnson scandals later on this week, and you are going to find out some of the scandals you will not believe. But Richard Nixon was hated by the press and so they were going to do everything they could do to unseat him and his presidency. And this article goes on, they were out to get Nixon from the start, even more after the landslide election in 1972.A moment of silence here, or a note here on the side. The 1972 election to this day is the largest landslide election in American history, political history, for the presidency. Ronald Reagan did not beat, many people think he did, Richard Nixon.To this day, Richard Nixon is the most popularly elected president of all times and yet this deep state got him removed within two years of that election.

Think about that. The deep state fooled millions of people, I’m even which many Republicans believe to this day. I told my wife Tammy yesterday that even Pat Buchanan about five or six years ago, and I don’t know he’s in retirement now, thought that he was wrong about Richard Nixon and Richard Nixon was guilty of many of the crimes that he was proven to be guilty of, which we’re going to find out in this article that it’s just all a lie. 

The whole thing was a setup concocted by the hostile media, a partisan Democrat party, a deep state network including the CIA, the FBI, and whatnot, operatives across the government to force a popular, in fact the most popularly elected president of all time, out of office. Does this sound familiar to you? Does this sound what happened and like what happened in 2019 with the fake COVID story and all of the mandates with COVID and the election stealing that COVID laws to allow all of these unchecked ballots to be counted and 81 million votes for Joe Biden, which is an absolute impossibility. It did not happen and everyone that really is honest with themselves knows that Joe Biden did not get 81 million votes. He didn’t get 61 million votes, friends. He did not. He didn’t beat Barack Obama’s votes. Just think of a minute. Be real.

Many new documents Jeff Shepard has uncovered has purposely been spirited away and improperly, that’s hidden, by a Watergate prosecutor or by the Watergate prosecutors. These documents tell a story, a one hell of a conspiracy, says Shepard, but it was a conspiracy organized not by Richard Nixon, as we’re led to believe, but by those people who were against Richard Nixon. We now have definite paper trail, according to Shepard, that Mr. Nixon was driven from office and senior members of his administration were imprisoned. Does that sound familiar, Steve Bannon, Peter Navarro? Does that sound familiar, imprisoning the people that are not guilty of anything in order to get to the top? These documents tell the story of one hell of a conspiracy, but it will be a conspiracy organized not by Richard Nixon, but against Richard Nixon. We now have definite paper trail to show that Mr. Nixon was driven from office and senior members of his administration were imprisoned through actions of a cabal of specially recruited and highly partisan prosecutors who secretly conspired with vindictive and unethical judges. Again, does that sound familiar? Hey, New York City trial with Judge Marchan who is totally corrupt and probably belongs in jail himself and Democratic congressional staff members not even the Democrat congressmen, but their staff members who colluded with these agencies to make up a prosecution against Richard Nixon.

Jeff Shepard has uncovered evidence that these prosecutors held secret meetings with Watergate judges improperly timed indictments so the chief judge could name himself to preside on the trial. Think a minute, you have judges now deciding back then they were going to conspire with prosecutors without any defense attorney being there. Does that sound familiar again? And make sure they get the trial under their supervision because they want to be the judge because they already have made their mind up who they’re going to side with because they’re going to convict Richard Nixon because they are out to get him.

This is an illegal, not only an evil and immoral act of a judge, but it’s also illegal for judges to conspire with prosecutors. But that’s what they did. And going on with this, through actions of a cabal of specially recruited and highly partisan prosecutors who secretly conspired to get Nixon. He goes on to say not only did they go and try to and did imprison Nixon staff members but they came up with what was called a prosecutive memo. It was for actual legal purposes, it was a roadmap that roadmap, I’m sorry, that they would follow to get Nixon…this roadmap was shared in these documents that he uncovered in the archives of our Library of Congress to impeach Richard Nixon or prosecute him. Honestly, what they tried to do first was to prosecute him. But then they realized impeachment was better. Shepherd goes on to say, once this cabal of conspirators decided to pursue Mr. Nixon’s impeachment, instead of criminal prosecution, prosecutors hit upon a way to get grand jury evidence, which had been gathered with an eye towards prosecution to Congress, to use as a basis for the House impeachment proceedings.

That’s against the law, just to let you know, and they did this to Donald Trump in the New York trials. They met secretly with Judge John Sirica to work out how this might be done. In secret, presentment prepared for grand jurors in Congress, the roadmap prosecutors laid out their evidence of Nixon’s personal involvement in decisions to make key hush money payments to E. Howard Hunt, something that is a blatant lie. The case was entirely circumstantial. Not a single witness could be found then or since to testify to Mr. Nixon’s involvement in the Watergate breakup before or after coverup activity. Even worse, where a critical piece of evidence was missing, prosecutors simply lied about its existence, just like what happened in Florida with the documents case at Mar-a-Lago. We just found out that the prosecutor, who is a scum of the earth prosecutor…remember Enron that was overturned by Congress, the man is unethical. He’s a criminal himself and belongs in jail as he made up evidence and took photographs of evidence that they claim they got from Donald Trump…they doctored the evidence.

That’s in every single report.

Even the mainstream media reported that. They didn’t have a problem with it, but they even reported that. That the evidence against Donald Trump, that this prosecutor, and I won’t even give you his name because he doesn’t even deserve to have any name mentioned he just deserves to have a prison uniform and he should replace Steve Bannon in jail…he should be in jail for like 30 years. But anyway, going back to the Nixon case, they followed this roadmap and the circumstantial evidence which was totally made up and they lied about its existence and they met secretly with the House Judiciary Committee staff to review their case against Mr. Nixon, against illegally, including a specially prepared memo, which when surfaced at the National Archives, turns out to contain a series of deliberate falsehood and misrepresentations. Same thing they did to Donald Trump. I don’t need my degree from Harvard Law School, he goes on to say, to tell me that this is prosecutorial misconduct. It wasn’t just Mr. Nixon himself that was railroaded.

My research has uncovered flagrant and due process violations in the prosecution of Nixon aides, many of whom went to jail. For instance, the key prosecuting witness, and you know, in all of these cases, what Democrats do is they find a rhino Republican that they can turn, or someone on the side of the person they want to get, you know, get Trump, they find somebody that they can bribe, they can control, they can threaten, and the person therefore becomes a darling of the left when they turn on the person. And that person in Watergate was John Dean, Nixon’s personal lawyer, who everyone believes was forced to tell the truth, and that he, you know, he was sentenced to jail. And now, if you watch John Dean today, by the way, and he still makes pundits, you know, he started what Iran-Contra called it worse than Watergate, just to let you know. Then he went on with every scandal that every Republican’s ever done, and he said it was worse than Watergate.

When Bill Clinton’s scandal came, he said it was not a scandal at all. When this Biden thing, he’s backing up Biden, he’s on record to say that Biden’s one of the greatest presidents of the 20th century. Does this tell you something about John Dean? Huh? Well, turns out that the prosecutors made sure, and the judge colluded with John Dean to have him turn evidence against Richard Nixon and lie in court about what he knew, and they were total lies, and they sentenced him to one to four years in prison in order to make everybody believe that this was a true criminal, and that there was no collusion with the government, and they were going to be harsh on him and give him one to four years in jail. There’s only one problem. He never went to jail. In fact, he was put in a witness protection program for three months during the impeachment program during Congress, and then he was released immediately after that, spending no time in jail and given a clean record by the judge who sentenced him. Did you know that? That’s how they get people to turn on others that they want to get, and they lie, they break the law, and they fool everyone because all you hear is the news you get from the mainstream media, and this was worse during Watergate, by the way, than it is today. There was no alternate media in 1974. You had ABC, CBS, and NBC. That was it. You didn’t have any type of conservative radio. You didn’t have any type of conservative media at all.

You didn’t even have conservative newspapers for pity’s sakes and so what happened was all of the evidence against Richard Nixon that was actually made up…made up and lied about…the leftist communist media reported as facts and everybody including many Republicans and unfortunately, including even Pat Buchanan started reading these things and said they have to be true.

Nobody could lie.  You know, the prosecutors can’t lie this bad. They have the judges on their side. They didn’t realize they were judges were on their side even before they had the case in front of them, so the prosecutors made a secret agreement with the chief judge that would enable him to appoint himself to preside over the former White House staff trials. Donald Trump all over again. They also failed to disclose all the exculpatory evidence to the defense council revealing prosecutor discoveries that would help their client. They didn’t reveal it. Again, that’s required by the law, and to top all of this off, these hyper partisan prosecutors were involved in stacking judicial panels to ensure there was no reversals based on due process. This is what they did. They made sure they went to a court. Let me make this as plain as possible and see if this did not happen and is not happening right now in New York State. They would go after Nixon’s people in a particular district that they had the judge already on their side, but not only did they have the judge in that case on their side, but there was also a district that the appellate court was also conspirators to get Nixon, and the appellate court therefore would rule with the lower courts. It would have to go to the Supreme Court before anything was done, and unfortunately, even back then, the Supreme Court was worse than the Supreme Court is today, and there was absolutely no justice being done. This is the story about Richard Nixon you are not told.

This is a story about Watergate you are not told, and I got news for you…what’s gone on under Bill Clinton’s Administration, under Barack Obama’s administration especially, and we might get into that this week if you keep tuning. We probably have something on Barack Obama the person, the first person that I know of, there may be one other that was born in Canada that claimed a Vermont citizenship or birth as a president, but Barack Obama was not qualified by the Constitution and by Supreme Court decisions of the 1800s to be president. It’s provable. You can prove it all day long if you want to be honest with yourself. He is the first false, fake president of the United States, in my opinion, and the scandals that should have gotten him impeached are many, but we get to Joe Biden, and Joe Biden almost takes the cake. He is not as bad as the president we’re going to talk about Wednesday, who murdered people, now probably so did all the rest of these people, but we know he murdered people who actually had a hit man on his staff, paid for by the government, and we see that it didn’t start with Watergate and it didn’t end with Watergate, and it isn’t a Republican problem. It is a Democrat scandal problem because we have a deep state that is a communist deep state that is trying to usurp power from the rightful leaders and from the people which derive all the power, and they’re trying to replace our Constitution and our government with a totalitarian communist government of Red China or the Soviet Union when it existed. It is what business leaders, big business leaders want.

They want a government in collusion with them to force all small business owners out of business, to force everyone to become slaves to the state and slaves to big business where there will be no middle class, there will be workers, and there will be elites, and that is the goal. And the other goal of this cabal, as rightfully said in this article, the other goal of these deep staters is to reduce the population of the world by some six billion people through death. Think about that. America’s population, which is now about what, 375 million? They want to reduce to 500,000, is it? I have to look that up. That’s up the top of my head. But there is this depopulation plot going on since the 1970s.

I remember learning this in the University of Connecticut in the 1970s, 1975 in a matter of fact, about the plot to lower the population on earth to save us from overpopulation, a notion again that like global warming, like evolution is total fake science proposed by communists that want to replace God and want to replace freedom and liberty around the world. You understand that freedom and personal liberty is what the communist people and the communist enablers hate the most about America and Americans. They absolutely hate the idea of personal liberty, freedom to travel. That’s why they want you to have EV cars that only can go 100 miles. They don’t want you to be able to travel from state to state. I have been predicting for years now that you’re going to have a time when you’re not going to be able to drive from Virginia to Connecticut without permission from each state you drive through. Mark my words, this will happen and will happen in some kind of a patriarch idea where it’s to save us from terrorism. Mark my words, it’s going to happen where terrorists will be able to go from get on an airplane in Florida and fly to New York and bomb the Statue of Liberty, but you won’t be able to drive or fly anywhere without permission from the states and from the deep state. That’s what’s going to happen.

The first thing you learn in political science 101 is in order to have liberty you have to have freedom of travel. That is why when you watch these World War II pictures about the Nazis, what is the famous phrase you always hear in these movies when people are moving from town A to town B? They go to a checkpoint and the guard with a gun points it at you and says, papers? Do you have your papers? And that’s what you need to do to travel in totalitarian, fascist, communist governments. And that is coming to America. Unless we wake up and realize we have been lied to for 50 or 60 years, our media is your enemy. Your big businesses that you buy from is your enemy. Your big government is your enemy. Everything big is your enemy. Globalism is your enemy. The people who believe in global warming and evolution is your enemy, and the enemy of God and God’s people. If you’re a Christian, you are the enemy of all communists. And that is where I’m going to leave off today. This week is going to be a very exciting week for people with an open mind. Everything’s going to be proven. You can look up this guy’s name. We’ll put up a link to it on this story, and you will see everything I’m saying is the absolute plain truth.
