If you’re turning the page, you’ve been in office for three and a half years. And Donald Trump has been running for office. You’ve been the person holding the office. Come on, come on. You and I both know what I’m talking about. You and I both know what I’m talking about. I actually don’t. What are you talking about? What I’m talking about is that over the last decade, people have become… But listen, over the last decade, it is clear to me, and certainly the Republicans who are on stage with me, the former chief of staff to the president, Donald Trump, former defense secretaries, national security advisor, and his vice president. One that he is unfit to serve, that he is unstable, that he is dangerous.
Harold, at that point, I really didn’t know what she was talking about. She was going back a decade and talking about Donald Trump. So, thoughts overall.
Well, my thoughts were overall.
(1:00) Hi, this is Bob Barney with the Plain Truth at 7:11 in the morning. My first thought was that I was kind of mistaken about this interview. Brett Baier did not seem to pull any punches. He did the best he could with somebody who was trying to play defense for the whole 30 minutes; she came into the interview combative. She allowed the bitchiness to show that anyone could testify she is all about that knows her. On top of that she didn’t have any good answers. Brett Baier tried his best to get to the bottom of her non-answers and she kept trying to change the subject.
(1:37) Using the example above…the answer to that question, she made a statement which I think is one that if people take it over and over again and think about it, she talks about how for the last ten years, everybody in this country has gone through hell. Well, six of those ten years were under a Democratic rule. Two were under Obama and four were under her and Joe Biden. So, in the last ten years, the problem the American people have had, has been with the Democrats in Congress. The first two years under Joe Biden’s administration, when she said there should have been all kinds of laws passed for the border bill that Donald Trump stood in the way of when he wasn’t president and the Republicans did not have the Senate and they did not have the House…the House of Representatives under Nancy Pelosi did not move forward toward any amnesty bill or anything to do with the border of Mexico and the United States. The Democrats were in charge, not the Republicans. There was not a Republican House leader.
(2:39) It was Nancy Pelosi that led the Democrats to filibuster the so-called amnesty bill that would have given 11 million illegals amnesty, the right to vote before long, and all of these government benefits. She did a very poor job.
(2:56) Now we get back to what I asked yesterday afternoon. Was this a plan by the Democrat strategists who wanted to rid the party, in my humble opinion, I believe sane Democrats, and there are some sane ones behind the scenes, sane Democrats do not want Bernie Sanders. That’s how we got Joe Biden. They could have had Kamala Harris in 2020 in the disguise of Bernie Sanders, and they did everything they could to make sure that Bernie Sanders was not the Democratic nominee.
(3:32) This time around, they had a candidate in Robert Kennedy Jr. that would probably give Donald Trump a run for his money if he got the nomination and would be far ahead of Kamala Harris in the polls against Donald Trump today if he got the nomination. If they opened up the primaries evenly to Robert Kennedy and Joe Biden, Robert Kennedy would have won probably the majority, if not every primary there was. But the Democrat party does not want the Robert Kennedys, the Bernie Sanders, or the squad members, AOC, or Kamala Harris to really lead their party because they see that the more liberal faction of their party is not where the American public really is right now. Now, being the time when the economy is in the crapper. So, what I think you’re still seeing is the reality that they sent her into the lion’s den knowing she would fail…because she did fail. She was bitter. She was arrogant.
(4:38) She showed everything that the average person in the public is not going to like. Now her rabid following, those rabid communists on MSNBC that love her, they’re going to think she did a great job standing up to Baier, who is probably the most mild, timid person on Fox News to interview anyone. He in fact had a problem trying to keep his cool with someone who absolutely could not take the heat. I still think the Democratic party is doing to her what they did to Joe Biden in July.
(5:12) That’s my take of everything and we’ll have to see where we go from there. The Fox poll, after the interview, they released the new Fox poll that not only does it show Donald Trump doing well in the swing states, and other polls show him winning all the swing states, that now he is leading by two points nationally. Now, leading the national polls do not mean anything because the Electoral College means everything. The idea now that it looks like you’re going to win in the Electoral College and in the national voting says a lot. It shows that there is a big cognitive dissonance move going on with the American people that seem to be swinging in the opposite direction of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and communists in the Democratic party. And I think that’s what these polls are showing
(6:05) I didn’t think I was going to come this morning with the show on the interview last night, but I watched it. I told you yesterday I wasn’t going to watch it, but my wife had it on. I watched it, and I was walking away when I listened to the combative nature of her and then Bret Baier doing a good job coming back. I ended up going back and watching it. I didn’t tape any of it. I taped the segment afterwards with Bret Baier talking to the pundits that were listening and even the Democrat side admitted she didn’t look too well. I went to CNN, and CNN was split on it, which means she didn’t do too well.
So, anyway, that’s my briefing this morning and on the great interview last night.
