This is Bob Barney with the Plain Truth Today broadcast, brought to you by theplaintruth.com. It’s Friday wrap-up time again, and I want to get into several subjects for the week. Of course, the big story is this Garcia guy that was sent to an El Salvador prison. Is he a gang member or not? And I get a laugh out of both the administration and the pro-Trump media saying, well, he is a gang member, and we have proof of it, and they keep coming out with proof.

But that’s not the problem.

The problem is you have a Supreme Court ruling that agreed with a lower court that Donald Trump had to facilitate the return of the man from an El Salvador prison. And the reason for that being was the judge originally ruled that he could be deported to about 183 countries, but he could not be deported to El Salvador. So when the Trump administration decided to deport the person, what did they do? They sent him to El Salvador, thumbing their nose at not only that judge, but the United States Constitution and the separations of power. And of course, you have a right to do that as president to a lower court, so you can appeal it. Well, he appealed it, and he appealed it all the way to the Supreme Court, which agreed with the lower court ruling, which is the real story here.

The story is not if the guy’s a gang member. I don’t know if he is or not. There is no proof of it, but he may be. But that is not the story. The story is the separation of powers. The story is when Joe Biden refused to listen to the Supreme Court, when they ruled against his student loan forgiveness program, these same people who are ever Trumpers and the media like Fox News that can find no fault with anything Donald Trump does. I saw one of the persons on RAv this morning on Instagram write an article comparing him to Jesus Christ. He was the last man that everybody persecuted who was perfect, implying that Donald Trump is perfect. This is the problem. They had a problem when Joe Biden refused to follow the Supreme Court, and these same people talked that was an impeachable offense. Now, all of a sudden, it’s not. You had the congressman from Tennessee, Burkett, who I think is an absolute moron, idiot, liar, but that’s neither here nor there, who goes on TV.

He doesn’t have a problem going on to Chris Cuomo show the other night and say he doesn’t care what the Constitution says. He doesn’t care what the Bill of Rights says. The American people want these people deported. And regardless of the president, I’m sorry, the Constitution or the Bill of Rights or the Supreme Court, no one should listen. Donald Trump has the right to do whatever he wants to do. This is what the man said. The man took an oath. He took an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States, which means what he said on that Chris Cuomo show, by saying that the Bill of Rights has no authority over President Donald Trump’s actions, shows that he lied when he took that oath. To me, he should be expelled from Congress for lying under oath, because that’s what he did. It’s almost a treasonous act, because when you become a congressman or a senator or a president of the United States, and you take an oath to defend the Constitution, if you do something against the Constitution, it’s treason. George W. Bush committed treason with the Patriot Act. Barack Obama committed treason. So did Joe Biden. But now, I’m sorry, so are a lot of these Republicans in Congress, in the Senate, and in the White House, doing treasonous acts if you’re going to refuse to follow the separation of powers that is the cornerstone of American democracy.

The freedoms that we all enjoy in this republic form of government depends on all three branches of government following what the Constitution says. If you don’t like what judges do, then you remove them through impeachment. But you know what? This administration knows they can’t impeach these judges. They don’t have the power. They think they have a mandate, which they do not. They do not even have, right now, 40 percent of the American public agreeing with what they are doing. And this is a bad precedent being started, because what we’re going to have, and it started with Joe Biden. I’m not giving the Democrats a pass here. Joe Biden refused to follow Supreme Court decisions. The last president that I know of that did that was Andrew Jackson, which caused a constitutional crisis.

Let me give you a little story about Andrew Jackson and what happened. There was a Indian nation called the Cherokee Indians. And unlike the Apache’s or the Sioux or the Iroquois Indians, the people that you may know about as being Indians with feathers in their hair and live in tents, the Cherokee Nation prided themselves on being called the civilized nation of Cherokee Indians. They wore top hats like Abraham Lincoln and dressed in suits, Western suits, the suits of the day with bow ties. This is how they dressed. They believed in the American government. When Andrew Jackson was a general in the Battle of New Orleans, fighting the British in the War of 1812, his allies, who literally saved his butt, was the Cherokee Indians who decided to side with the United States over Great Britain, even though most scholars at the time, most people at the time would assume Britain would have won the War of 1812. We were a nothing little republic, had just got our freedom 20 years earlier from the British, and they were still the greatest power on earth. And they burned Washington DC to the ground.They were winning every battle on the East Coast. And the Cherokee Indians, to their credit, decided to support the American cause, not the British cause, which would probably have been a boon for them if the British won and if they had supported the British. But no, they supported and helped Andrew Jackson.He won the Battle of New Orleans, ironically, 12 or 20 days after the peace treaty was signed. It was not a war that should have been fought, but that’s what happens when you didn’t have, you know, telephones or telegraphs back in 1812. But anyway, to make a long story short, later on, Andrew Jackson, as president of the United States, rewarded this Patriot-type action by the Cherokee Indians by deporting them to Oklahoma.

They, unlike other Indians, didn’t take up arms, they took up the American court system. And every court, all the way to the Supreme Court, sided with the Cherokee Indians, said they could not be moved to Oklahoma. And Andrew Jackson said, well, the Supreme Court’s made its decision, let’s see if they can enforce it.And he sent the entire Cherokee Nation to Oklahoma, to what’s called the Indian Territory, where women and children, it’s called the Trail of Tears, died on the journey to Oklahoma. It was one of the biggest national tragedies of American history, and it’s something that I don’t think we should be very proud of. And Andrew Jackson, I think, was a good president in many regards, but that certainly is not a good moment in his history or the history of the United States in its dealings with people who wanted to be Americans, and they did not want to be Indians.It’s just, you have to know your history. If you don’t know your history, you’re bound to make the mistakes all over again, over and over and over and over again, which we tend to do. We have right now, in my opinion, probably the most uneducated American public we’ve ever had since the founding of this country.

It’s just amazing. And my idea is, people need to get educated. And I guess I’m just a voice out in the wilderness here, because I don’t think there’s too many people on my side of the aisle. I’m not talking about liberal Democrats, there’s a lot of those, but they’re as idiotic and moronic as is the ever-Trumper. But people on my side, conservative populist side, who do not see what’s happening to our constitution and to the future of this country, you need to wake up. You need to see what’s going on. You cannot have a president practicing lawlessness. The problem with this country so far is the lawlessness that has been going on in the streets and in government and in business, and it’s continuing to this day. And now you’re having the president of the United States practicing lawlessness. And that’s a crime against you, me, the constitution and God, because the law of God applies to rulers as well as it applies to paupers. Remember that. The king in Israel was under the same 10 commandments as was the pauper, the serf, the peasant, even the slave. That’s a basic cornerstone of the American constitution and the American way of life. Well, changing subjects here, we’re going to go on to the next thing, because what today is, not only is it Friday Wrap-Up, it’s what most Christians, so-called Christians, call Good Friday. It’s the day they believe Jesus Christ died on the cross.

Why they call that Good Friday, I don’t know. I don’t know what would be good about it if you think your Lord and Savior was butchered to death on this day and you call it Good Friday. But anyway, Christ did not die on a Friday. He died on a Wednesday. He resurrected on a Saturday night, probably before midnight. The tomb was already empty a Sunday morning when the women got to the tomb before it was even the first day of the week. That’s what the Bible says. And so the idea of Friday and Sunday being Easter is just total nonsense paganism. And unfortunately, the churches promote this paganism, and the American people really don’t want to know what God has to say about it. The truth is the American people really don’t care. They have their holidays they want to follow, and they really do not care what God thinks of his holidays. It’s the plain truth. And we’ve gone through, it’s not even like it was when I first discovered this 50 years ago. Today the information is everywhere. The name Easter, for example, this Sunday is going to be Easter, which is a pagan holiday that you can find in the pages of your Bible.2,000 years was being celebrated before Christ walked this earth as a man. That’s the truth. You go back to the times of Joshua. This is about what? 1,400 BC. That’s 3,500 years ago. And you see the word in most of the translation is Osterothpole. It is Easterpole. That’s how it’s even pronounced, Easterpole. And God had all kinds of problems with it.

Then you go another seven, 800 years to about 700 BC. That’s again, 2,700 years ago. And you go to Ezekiel, and you actually see a sunrise Easter ceremony talked about in the temple of God. And you see what God’s reaction to people following an Easter sunrise service where they’re worshiping the sun as it rises. Well, where does the sun rise? It rises in the East. They are worshiping the sun as it rises, according to Ezekiel and God has a problem with it. And they’re weeping for Tammuz. Well, when you know mythology, you know Tammuz was married to Esther, Astarte, and that he was killed and he was resurrected again, Allah, a fake Jesus, an antichrist type figure. The people of the Jewish people at the time, this is not Israel, Israel’s already in captivity. The Jewish people at the time at the temple in Jerusalem was following an Easter sunrise service in 700 BC. Think about that.700 years before Christ even walked the face of this earth. There is no excuse of people not knowing what Easter is and what it stands for. And all one has to do is do a very thorough search on their computer and they will learn all of the history.

And they will look at what God says in the Bible about people who take pagan holidays and put his name on them. Doesn’t like it very much. This is not me.This is not Bob Barney coming up with something. You can find this, you can prove this, you can look in the Bible and prove it. You will not find the word Easter in the Bible.You will not find the word Christmas in the Bible. You will find the word Passover in the Bible. You will find the word Feast of Tabernacles or Feast of Tents in different translations in the Bible.You will find the Day of Atonement in the Bible. You will find the Feast of Trumpets in the Bible. The only New Testament holiday that the churches follow that you can find in the Bible, you find in both the Old and the New Testament, is called Pentecost, which means 50 days from when? Passover week, not Easter week.And it’s just amazing that people refuse to follow God. Is it any wonder? Why? We have a president refusing to follow the Supreme Court, which is his duty to do when he swore an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States. It’s lawlessness.God despises lawlessness. It’s the one reason if you lose your eternal life, which you have hanging in front of you like a piece of meat on a string in front of a dog, eternal life is not something you already have. You do not have eternal life.

You do not have an immortal soul. You’re going to live forever as a reward for obeying Jesus Christ and believing on him, or you’re going to die. You’re going to be wiped out of consciousness. You’re going to be gone. You’re not going to suffer forever in a hellfire. You’re going to be gone.You have dangling in front of you eternal life. And your lawlessness, your refusal to follow God and God’s laws and God’s ways is the one way you can make sure you doom the chance of you getting that eternal life. It’s the only way.It’s so easy to follow the right way. Read the Bible. Do yourself a favor.Read the Bible and see what the Bible has to say, and then see if you can do the things you do today with a good conscience. Another thing this Friday we have to really delve into a little bit is the state of the economy, the state of Wall Street, Main Street, what these tariffs are doing and what they’re not going to do. And the future of you, me, and everyone in America and the world, but we care about America. We are America first, I thought, and America first is going to be paying a lot of extra money. I did a program earlier talking about how certain items that I have to buy for my business, because there are many items of this world. We had a program about the things that the uneducated American who believes what’s going on with these tariffs is not going to cost them any money out of their pocket. It’s just going to break China, or it’s going to break Europe, or it’s going to break Canada, and Trump’s going to continue to win. They do not understand there are products that we just simply cannot make in America or grow in America. The other day I was talking about you can’t grow a banana in America. The climate even in South Texas or Southern Florida can’t bear a good crop of bananas. You can’t grow coffee in America, just can’t do it. You can’t do a lot of things in America that’s in other places of the world. For example, most diamonds are found in South Africa. That’s why De Beers out of South Africa controls the diamond industry. Now there are man-made diamonds that you can make, but China has the technology and they’re doing all of that, by the way. But there are certain things that this country cannot do, or for example, this country cannot produce a peach in February, even in California. This country cannot produce any fresh fruit in the wintertime in this country, no matter if it’s in Florida or not. You just can’t have it. 

As I pointed out in an earlier show, when I was growing up in the 1960s and a teenager in the 1970s, when you went to your grocery store, you did not find the things in the grocery store then that you can find today because of global trade. Because again, in the wintertime here, when you can’t grow the certain crops of the products you want to eat in January and February, they are growing in South America or the Southern Hemisphere, because when it’s winter here, it’s summer down there. So this gives you the ability to have the fruits and vegetables all year long that you simply cannot have if you only depend on America. These are the things that Americans I don’t think are educated. You know, I remember one time listening to a program that was saying that most city kids, and this was a long time ago, and I don’t know how true this would be, but it probably was, most city kids did not know where milk came from. They thought it came from a grocery store. They had no idea of cows and being milked. And many people, many children, when they were asked questions about their food supply, where things came from, had no clue because they’d never even been to a farm, especially those from the inner city. They’d never seen a farm. They’d never seen tomatoes growing or cucumbers growing or any other. The only thing they knew was what they saw at a grocery store. They just simply didn’t know things because they never experienced it. Well, unfortunately, in my take of things, that’s what’s happening to the American public today. The school systems have done a miserable job educating people for the last 50 years, and people just simply are ignorant of many facts, but that doesn’t stop them from making decisions based on that ignorance, not knowing they’re ignorant.

I get a laugh. My brother talks about this all the time when we talk on the phone about today everybody’s an expert at everything. People tell rocket scientists they’re wrong about how to launch a rocket because they’re experts because they saw it on YouTube or they read it in the newspaper, and so they do not trust a rocket scientist knowing what he’s doing when it comes to rocket science. And there’s a good reason for that. They can watch a rocket science on Jeopardy, miss a rocket question, and some housewife can answer because it’s all fake. It’s fake TV. There are no real game shows that aren’t rigged and faked, but that’s another story.

But this is the problem. We have reality TV on TV shows. There’s no reality to it. It’s all fake TV.

Do you really think they wife-swapped and all of this stuff? It’s all nonsense. But unfortunately, when I was a child, by the way, I remember this old guy that was a farmer that we knew quite well. His name was Gus, and he loved wrestling. He thought wrestling was real. The old day wrestling, well, it’s just like the modern-day wrestling, I guess. He really thought these people were fighting. Well, that’s what happens when you’re not educated on certain things about reality. And unfortunately, too many Americans, I think most Americans now on the left and the right, and most of them in the middle, have their heads in the sand. Simon and Garfunkel had a song, Sounds of Silence, and it had a great line in that song. A man hears what he wants to hear and then disregards the rest. And unfortunately, when we go through and we read a newspaper, which most of us don’t, or watch a TV news show, the things that we agree with, we listen to and say, hey, listen, he’s agreeing with me. He’s a great guy. And the minute somebody else talks about stuff and proves it wrong, we don’t want to hear that. It’s like I was saying, all of thr sudden the narrative on this Garcia guy changed from being following or not a court order which said he had to be returned. But he’s a gang member.

We know he’s a gang member, even though it’s never been proven in court.

And that’s the conversation of all the media that wants to support Trump. No one wants to talk about the actual fact that the Supreme Court said bring the man back, and then he can be deported to any other country but El Salvador. It’s that simple. If Donald Trump really was a patriot, he’d bring the man back, which he can do, and he’d deport his butt to somewhere else instantly and nothing could be done with it. He would have followed the law, but he’s not trying to follow the law.

And that is where I have a problem.

I don’t care. Anybody, I’m not going to worship a man, which I’m not going to hear a worship. I don’t have, you know what the word, you know, I idolize Donald Trump. You know, I’ve heard people say I idolize him. But do you know what the word idolize means? It comes from the word idol. See what God says about thou shall not have any graven images. A better thing for the Ten Commandments would be thou shall not have any idols. So once you idolize somebody, you’ve turned them into a graven image, and you turned them into breaking the Third Commandment of the Ten Commandments.

We don’t idolize anything but God, Jesus Christ, and the Father. That’s it. We’re not to idolize any person.

You know, President Donald Trump is a human being like you, me. He makes mistakes. He does good things. I personally believe to this day, and I hope I’m right, that Donald Trump is a decent man, I think. I think he is thinking he’s doing right, and that makes you dangerous when you think you’re doing right and you’re not going to follow the law because, you know, what seems right to a man is atrocious to God. But I think he is a kind man. I think he does things to help people after the fact. I think when you meet him in person, everybody says how different he seems to be in person because he comes from where. Reality TV. He invented the Donald Trump figure, and it’s all fake TV. That’s really what it is. But is he infallible? Absolutely not. Neither are you. Neither am I. Is he arrogant? Absolutely. I don’t think I am, and I don’t think most people are, and I know God hates arrogance, and if I come across as being arrogant, I apologize. I sometimes come across as being factual, and that can be taken as arrogance, but I know that if God thinks I’m arrogant, I’m in trouble because God hates arrogance in a character. It’s called haughty in the King James Version, by the way, if you want to look that up. But Donald Trump is not to be worshipped.

He is not to be considered.

He knows everything, and when you listen to these people, it’s, oh, Donald Trump’s winning again. He’s always winning. Well, he didn’t win in 2020. He didn’t win when he got impeached twice. I heard this nonsense before, and we had then followed by four years of Joe Biden, who did the best he could do to destroy this country and disobey rulings from the Supreme Court, throw innocent people from January 6th in jail, what we are doing today, and it’s okay after we call them an illegal immigrant. We don’t have to follow the Bill of Rights, right, Tim Burchett? We don’t have to follow the Bill of Rights. We don’t have to follow the Constitution when we’re in charge, when it’s our enemy. Then piss on the Constitution. Well, I’m sorry. That is not what it’s about. That is not what’s going to make America great, and if you know who America’s identity is, and if you listen to this program, you know, and I’m not going to repeat it, we are a country that the Bible says is going to be defeated and going to lose our whole way of life. We’re going to go into captivity, and we are going to become slaves to the people of Europe. That is our destiny. That is our future. I was hoping that that future would last a little longer than my lifespan and that of my children, but I’m starting to wonder now if we have five or six years left in this country, and maybe not even that.

We are seeing the demise of this country, and I feel like, I’m sorry, but I do feel this way. Pardon my arrogance if you’re going to take it this way, but it’s not. I feel like I’m a lone wolf crying in the wilderness here, that people who should know better, who is helping this country be defeated, and I’m the only one talking about it. Nobody else wants to talk about it. Nobody wants to. Nobody who supported Donald Trump, who voted for Donald Trump three times wants to talk about the dangers that are facing us today. I know I’m the odd man out. He’s a Jeremiah. Look up the word, he’s a Jeremiah in a search engine. Jeremiah, a prophet of God, had nothing to say good about anything. His mission from God was to do nothing but tell people their sins and tell everybody what they were doing wrong. He would complain to God in his prayers to God and say, God, why must I always be a person of derision? Why do they always laugh at me and scorn me because all I can give is doom and gloom, doom and gloom, and then God didn’t have sympathy for Jeremiah. What did God say to Jeremiah? He said, you give this message, or I’ll find somebody else that does. Stand up like a man and do what you’re supposed to do. Well, I feel that’s where I’m at today. I’m saying stuff that I know nobody hearing my voice right now wants to hear, but by God in three or four years, you’re going to see that I was right. But I hope it isn’t too late to see that I was right. I am not going to stop.

As long as God allows me to talk, I’m not going to stop.

I am following what the Constitution says. I’m following the law. We’re to follow the law when it comes to our faith in God, excuse me, and we’re to follow the law when it comes to this country. This country was founded on godly principles. The law is based on the Bible. English law, American law is based on biblical law. Think about that.

 I pray for this country. I pray for President Donald Trump

I pray for you who are listening and who are not listening that we have time left and that this is not going to end in tragedy.

Right now, this is not going well from the economy to lawlessness from our top officials to the chance of World War III beinf closer than ever in my lifetime. It didn’t get better when we lost Joe Biden as president, who was bringing us to World War III.

Well, that’s the wrap up for today. It’s probably the worst one I have ever done when it comes to what people want to hear, but it’s what the plain truth is, unfortunately in my estimation.
