Friday Wrap-Up with Bob: October 4, 2024 (Transcript)

Hi, it’s Bob Barney and today is the Friday wrap-up show on the 7:11 broadcast on theplaintruthtoday.com and brought to you by theplaintruth.com.

Well, today is the Feast of Tabernacles, day five. All week long we’ve been talking about what the Feast of Tabernacles means and each day of the seven-day feast we’ve been mentioning that it’s a time of like a vacation for the people of God. God wanted us to have a vacation and He wanted us to enjoy ourselves which we are trying to do right now. Tomorrow will be number six on the Sabbath and we’ll have a special feast show on the Sabbath day broadcast at 7:11. Then Sunday, I don’t have a show planned for Sunday yet. Then Monday is the Last Great Day of the feast also known as the eighth day of the feast. We will have a show about the Last Great Day, what it means and why Christians need to follow these holidays. Understanding them helps us to really see the plan of God and what God has planned for everyone. Because God has awesome things planned for the people who listen to Him, obey Him, and to do his will.

So, let’s get into what’s going on this last week that we covered on the Plain Truth.

The first thing I want to talk about are the striking longshoremen. They are looking for a 70% pay raise over six years, I believe it is. What I wanted to say here is, I have some sympathy for these dockworkers and especially those who voted for Trump in 2020, whom their union did not vote for. However, I would venture to say that like a lot of liberals…a lot of democratic voters, you’re going to find that probably 65 to 70% of the longshoremen in 2020 voted for Joe Biden. In my opinion, they are reaping the rewards of their vote. I do not have sympathy for people who continuously vote Democrat, only to then complain about the policies that they have to live with after they vote Democrat.

 (2:36) There is no way, no how that you can say that what’s going on in the economy and in everything that they have a problem with, and they can’t keep up with this inflation. Well, I got news for you. The inflation that they’re suffering from, that they’re so upset about is caused by none other than a person that their union followed and endorsed in 2020. If they had Donald Trump, there would have been no runaway inflation, and their pay would have been still quite strong in the marketplace. They’ve lost most of the gains they made over the years as longshoremen in a union because they voted for, and their union endorsed none other than Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. And that union, I believe still to this day is endorsing Kamala Harris. So how do you feel sorry for people who bring upon their own heads their own problems? This is not going to be popular with some people. It may be with others. But it’s like the people who live in New York City or New York or Northerners in general, who through years and years and years of voting Democrat, they can’t afford to live in the areas where they were working their whole life. What do they do? They go to Texas, they go to Arizona, or they go to Florida. You would think they have learned their lesson. No, they go to Florida, they go to Texas, they go to Arizona, and they still vote Democrat for the most part.

 (4:06) Then they cry and moan about not being able to keep up with the economy, with the inflation, and with the food shortages that are coming. All I can say is I remember a sign when I lived in Florida that mentioned happiness. This is to Floridians who are born and raised in Florida or the transplants of Florida, like me, who did not vote Democrat. The sign said happiness is a Yankee going back home with another Yankee under each arm, meaning happiness is three leaving to go back up north. That was happiness to the Floridians, because the people who moved to Florida to get away from the high taxes, the high property taxes, the high state income taxes, and all of the goods and services they voted for were under the Democrat policies. Then they run to Florida when they retire because they can’t live in the north controlled by the government that they put in place. Then they go to Florida, and you would think they learned their lesson. You would think that they would vote for Ron DeSantis and all the Republicans. Nope. For the most part, when you look at the polls, they’re still Democrats. They’re going to bring the same policies to Florida that they voted for in New Yor and they’re going to make life impossible to live in Florida. They don’t learn their lesson. 

It’s pretty hard to have sympathy for people who reap what they sow. Let’s just put it that way.

Another story I wanted to get onto that we have talked about all week long is this terrible hurricane that hit Florida. This hurricane destroyed Cedar Key, but most of the damage went to Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. There’s one tragic story after another. This is the region that most of these people do not deserve what happened to them because most of these people do vote Republican and are not Democrats in any way.

(3:24) I do feel sorry for these people and unfortunately bad news maybe is on the horizon because as of this morning, I’m looking at the potential, at least according to the weather, that another tropical storm is going to move into the Gulf of Mexico and probably become a very high wind or high event hurricane. It may, and they don’t know this yet, but it may follow the exact same course that unfortunately Helene followed. This would be terrible for the people if another rain event even if it’s half the magnitude of Helene, heads back through Georgia, the Carolinas and Tennessee. I’m sorry to say, I think tragedy could be on top of tragedy and more deaths and more destruction and more flooding in a ground that’s so soaked with water now. I just hope this doesn’t happen. I pray to God this doesn’t happen for those people. They don’t deserve to have anything like this to happen again.

I’ve been mentioning that God is seeming to be sending one thing after another to wake Americans up. To get people to change their direction to go back to Christian beliefs of doing good things and not only serving oneself. You have to start thinking about other people and other people’s money. You cannot continue following the policies where you confiscate everybody else’s money for your own self. Then many people do this, mostly the liberal Democrats, the ones I just talked about that moved to Florida and moved down South from the North.

I have a friend of mine who I haven’t talked to in years. I just found out something about him in the past, but I won’t even mention his name. He is a diehard liberal. He hated every Republican that came along. (8:07) He was proud to say that he loved living in Connecticut. He loved the high taxes, and he made a lot of money. He was a mechanic. But you know, the funny thing is he’s moved to Florida because he couldn’t afford living there after he retired; he couldn’t afford to live in the county, in the state that he thought was so great. He thought that the Democrats were the only party you should ever support and now the man’s living in Florida to try to save money. It just never seems to end. These people, like I said, they reap what they sow as Jesus said.

Another thing I predicted, and I predicted this back in, do you remember back in, I believe it was August, when the polls were showing that Harris went from a 26% approval rating to a 48% approval rating overnight. I said, do not believe the polls that the media are giving to you. The polls are always pro-democratic in the months of July, August, and September, and mostly in October. But I said, because they want to keep some sort of credibility, you will start seeing these polls become more accurate as we get closer to the election.

(9:24) And you’re going to see the plain truth that Kamala Harris is not very popular at all, and that she’s going to go down in defeat. Unless, of course, they can steal 20 million votes, which I don’t know if this time they can really do, but they’re going to try maybe. Already we are seeing the polls start to shift, showing that Trump is leading in all but one swing state and some polls have him leading in every swing state. They also show him leading nationally now by two points, which is a game changer if he wins nationally. That includes states like New York and California with all the population. Now we’re seeing these polls start to show that he is starting to run away with this election. And J.D. Vance did a great job encouraging people to continue to vote the Trump way and the Republican way, because he did a phenomenal job during this debate. When the liberals know it, they don’t like it. And it’s just what’s happening. As I predicted, you’re going to start seeing the polls swift shift to more accurate polls, because the polls you’ve been watching and maybe believing for these past few months are all media-hyped polls that are only polling and over polling Democrats, under polling Republicans and independents.

(10:46)  They knowingly do so because they try to change an election the way they want it to be. These mainstream media outlets have proven, we saw with the ABC debate, David Muir lost a million viewers after that debate and to this day has not gotten them back. Now, a lot of those viewers have moved to CBS Evening News, maybe some to NBC, maybe some to Fox, because Fox has really grown and Newsmax is growing unbelievably so. You have to remember, many people in this country do not have cable TV or satellite TV, and they only have what’s over the airwaves, and that’s ABC, NBC and CBS. So what’s happened after the CBS debate the other night between Vance and Waltz? Well, again, as I predicted, now all of a sudden, it’s only two days into the new Nielsen ratings, but the CBS Evening News ratings plummeted after that debate. And Nora O’Donnell, by the way, is no longer going to be the anchor of the CBS Evening News. he’s already been replaced. That happened actually before the debate. She was already going to be out because her ratings were already dropping, but they dropped like ABCs into the basement after this.

 (12:08) I think you’re going to see that these ratings drop for CBS Evening News and are going to continue as retribution to the unbelievably biased moderating they did between the debate Tuesday night. It was unbelievable. They said they wouldn’t fact check, but they tried to fact check. Thank God JD Vance calmly would not allow it to be done to himself and rebutted the fact check with the real plain truth fact checks to show that these so-called independent moderators at CBS were nothing but trolls for the Democratic Party. Trolls that were trying to help Tim Walz in every way possible. I think anybody who watched the debate saw that. That is why Vance’s approval rating went from a 65 percent negative rating among independent voters to now a 75 percent positive view. And that all came because of that debate. They saw a man that the news had tried to make into a monster, some Adolf Hitler type monster. And they saw a man who came up through the school of Harnack, Knox and Appalachia and made a self-made businessman, made a movie about himself and a book. They saw a guy that was pretty darn rational and pretty easily able to defeat Tim Walz in that debate and made Tim Walz look really out of touch.

So, everything is starting to backfire for the media and it’s just going to magnify.

Another story that hit yesterday, I didn’t have time to put it in yesterday’s show however it is on the Message Board which you can get to from the main page at theplaintruth.com. It turns out that Kamala Harris’s husband, you know that new sex symbol, which is a joke, yes, they’re trying to make him into a new male sex symbol. Well, guess what? Now it reports that there are many people who witnessed him with a former girlfriend that he slapped her so hard in front of people that she spun around from the slapping.

(14:35) This is the party that claims the Republicans have a war on women.

I have had a series of articles on the Message Board and on the Plain Truth for years now starting all the way back with the Romney 2012 election about how the true war on women has always been about the Democrats and not Republicans. The Hollywood stars and all these people, the producers, all these people have abused women, they abuse children, they’re pedophiles, they’re homosexual pedophiles as well, and they have abused women something terrible. Jeffrey Epstein was a Democrat. He wasn’t a Republican. We keep seeing whenever women are being abused or sold into sex slavery, like what’s happening to the women coming over the border, and the children, by the way, the Democrat policies of releasing them when they have, especially the children, when they have no caretakers, they end up in the sex slave trade or in the drug trade, and the women end up in the prostitution trade. This is what Democrats bring to women…their true war on women.

Never forget that this is the Democratic Party. Even the abortion issue is a war on women, because abortion is really what liberal men want more than liberal women want. Why do I say this? It is because men want to have their fun and they don’t want to have to pay the fiddler, as the saying goes.

(16:09) The war on women…never forget this, the war on women is because of and from the Democrats and never the Republicans. Republicans have affairs, they have problems with women, but I don’t see very often that it is the Republicans that are beating up women in public. However, you see this with your Democratic-supporting rap stars. You see this with the Democrat-supporting sports stars. Quite frankly, you see that these people are nothing but anti-women. They’re all Democrats. 

Now we’re going to go on to the next subject. This is going to go fast-paced today because we have a lot of subjects to cover for the whole week, more probably than I can even cover, like the war with Iran and Israel that probably by next week is going to even ramp up more, because remember, Israel is going to retaliate. I hope they take out all of Iran’s oil fields and I hope they take out their nuclear capabilities which they could do if they wanted to. That will probably cause a great dissension in Iran against their ayatollahs and maybe even a revolution. The problem with a revolution under the Biden administration, it’d be the same thing with a revolution that happened under Obama where Biden and Obama will not and did not support the protest movement against the ayatollahs in Iran, and they were butchered to death back in 2010.

(17:36) If it happens before Trump becomes president, then I think you’ll see a lot of innocent Iranians killed by this regime trying to stay into power.

But the thing I wanted to get to is about the Democrats having lost the debate between Vance and Walz.

How do you know that to be the case? The day after the debate, when all of a sudden everybody admitted that the Democrats were in trouble, and the polls started swinging against Kamala Harris, and the true Tim Walz showed that he was incompetent…so what happens? Jack Smith, Democrat operative and special prosecutor against Donald Trump, reissues the January 6th prosecution. He goes back to the grand jury; he gets more indictments for the same four things he indicted originally that the Supreme Court kicked out. He did the same thing, and this judge, another Democratic operative, is allowing it to happen! He allowed it to be filed and publicly released before the election in an effort to get all of this evidence out that makes Donald Trump look terrible in what will be a bunch of lies, just like the Russian collusion hoax was a lie…just like the impeachments were based on lies, and as we know, what happened on January 6th is all based on lies. What happened again this week, the day after the terrible debate performance by Tim Walz, and we see the Democrats going to their special operation team, and they must have got on the phone with Jack Smith and said, you got to do something, and wham, out comes four more brand new indictments.

 (18:25) This judge allowing these indictments in the light of the Supreme Court ruling shows you the lawlessness going on in the judiciary of this country.

The next thing we’re going to talk about that we did have on the Plain Truth is something I’ve been saying again since 2019 about the COVID hoax. Many people do not know that government scientists and Harry Truman allowed something significant to happen because, listen to this, because at the time government employees, especially government scientists were wooed away by big business, and the government was losing its brain power….So what Truman allowed was that government scientists, whatever they invented on the government dime, they could keep the royalties to. They also could patent these inventions as long as the government said they didn’t need it. Well, guess who has all the patents on the COVID-19 vaccines? What person do you think has all those patents? Same person has the patents on the HIV treatments. The same person who has the patents on the bird flu vaccines. The same person has the patents on the HPV vaccine that is being mandated for children to have forced on them!

Guess who that person is?

None other than our old friend, Fauci…the Hitler of our day. This is someone who is probably responsible for the deaths of millions of people around the world for following his advice…advice he gave in order to line his pockets. Guess how much COVID-19 lined his pockets in the last four years, based on royalties of his vaccines that he had the patents on, and also kickbacks from drug manufacturers? Turns out, a report came out last week that Fauci earned an astonishing $300 million, $300 million from COVID. Think now, maybe the man belongs in prison with a murder charge. I do. I have been saying that for the last five years, and I’ve been right, and I’m going to be proven right that Dr. Fauci is a monster and should have to face trial for the things he did in order to make more money.

(20:38)  The last thing I’m going to talk about today is a story you would think came from Russia, or China, or Eastern Europe, or even Europe in general. You would think this because of the way Europe has become so anti-Christian…but this happened in good old Arizona…in a state that is still considered a border state and a swing state. This is where a grandma was put in prison for what crime? She did a crime that was so bad that this grandmother had to go to prison over. No, it wasn’t praying outside an abortion clinic where many people have gone to jail for doing that, and that’s a travesty in its own right but do you know what terrible thing she did? Well, it turns out this little town in Arizona passed a law that you cannot feed the homeless. Yeah, you heard that right. You cannot follow Jesus Christ’s example of taking care of the poor. You remember Jesus had made this little statement that when you took care of me when I was sick, you fed me when I was hungry, and you clothed me when I had no clothes, and the disciples said, when did we ever do all this stuff for you? We never did that for you. And He said, when you do it for the least of my brethren, you’ve done it for me. This is to everybody that has just a basic idea of Christianity…it is to do what exactly? Feed the poor, give alms to the poor, take care of the downtrodden.

So, this woman decided she was going to feed, as she’s done for some 20 or 30 years, she was going to feed the poor. Now she was warned that this city ordinance made it a crime to give away food. She didn’t even give away money. She gave away food to the homeless and to the people that had no food. She said, all I want to do is help people in my community so they can survive and get back on their feet. It makes no sense for the city to prevent me from doing so. The Institute for Justice reports a new ruling from the U.S. District Court that concluded that that county or that little town’s law, in Bullhead City, Arizona, is constitutional. It states that they had the right to make a crime out of someone helping the poor. You heard that right. That is what they’ve done, and this woman is in jail for feeding the poor…for doing exactly what Jesus Christ tells us all to do.

Remember this if anybody goes to Bullhead City, Arizona. I’m afraid this is going to spread from city to city all over the United States and this ruling is probably going to have to find its way all the way up to the Supreme Court. I hope SCOTUS throws this law down and calls it unconstitutional because this is absolutely her First Amendment right and her constitutional rights to give her money or her food to anyone she wishes to; and it can be on public property or not.

(25:03) There is no way that this woman should have been turned into a criminal for following the words of Christ, and that is why this country maybe is having hurricanes.

Maybe that’s why this country is having all these tragedies.

Maybe that’s why this country is under the high inflation and the high disease rates, the inflammation, as Deuteronomy 28 calls it, that plagues us.

Maybe that’s why this country is having the plague of illegal immigrants taking away our food, our jobs, our children, and our women, and are raping them and murdering them and killing them and taking them and turning them into prostitutes.

Maybe this is the reason why God is doing this stuff to us, because we as a people are allowing God to be kicked out of our nation! That is exactly what this ruling did in Arizona that a U.S. federal court upheld. Think about that, that now the United States government and its judiciary system is at war with anyone practicing just the basic Christianity of giving food to the poor.

(27:15) Well, that’s what I have to say for the Friday wrap-up this week, and I just am just praying, and I hope the people listening continues to pray for this country. This country needs our prayers. It still needs our fasting if we’re going to save it. Gods got to hear from enough of us that we are sick and tired of the anti-God, the anti-Christian, and the evil rules that are coming out of our government, that are coming out of our legislators and that are coming out of our courts. We are a country that is in rebellion against God and we should not expect that God’s going to be pleased and give us good crops and good weather and peace and security within our borders. I encourage you to read Leviticus 26…I ask people to read it for tomorrow’s Sabbath day, you know I believe in the Sabbath because God tells us to follow the Sabbath and keep it holy. I think if you, on the Sabbath day, open up your Bible, I don’t care what version you want to read…actually, all the versions are good, even the easy reading ones like the New Living Testament or the Plain Truths Bible that I really try to push. Read Leviticus 26, and read Deuteronomy 28, and see if that does not tell you what’s going on in America today. Verse by verse, rule by rule, lawlessness by lawlessness, rebellion against God by rebellion against God. When you read Leviticus 26, and I ask you to do so tomorrow on the Sabbath day, even if you’re a Sunday keeper, do so.

Read what God warns us about for this country in Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 28, and you will see why we’re in the terrible condition we’re in today hopefully that can change November 5th. Hopefully and starting in our 2025 January of this next coming year. Well, tomorrow on the Sabbath day, we will have a show on the Feast of Tabernacles again. It probably will be one that we’ve already done from Beyond TV or something like that, which explains why Christians should follow the Feast of Tabernacles, and that will be on tomorrow’s show at 7-11 in the morning, and we’ll probably have another show or two up, maybe one other one for Saturday about the Feast. We’re going to concentrate on the Feast. Monday, I’m going to do a show on the Great Last Day, and that’s an important thing to understand if you want to know what God is planning for your life in the future, and then Sunday, we will have, which I have not figured out what it’s going to be, we will have our normal Sunday, kind of a longer type show.

Last week, it was an interview about the Democrats and taking away all of our freedom with Tulsi Gabbard, and this Sunday, we’ll have another show like that to try to wake up the American people to what is going on, because you still have the chance to change all of this. You can help God change His mind. God will change His mind when enough people ask Him to change his mind.

Moses got God to change his mind from destroying all the Israelites, which he said he was going to do, and Moses said, oh no, Lord, don’t do that, for the Egyptians will say, hey, he took them out of Egypt just to kill them in the desert, and God, it says in your Bible, God repented from the thing he was going to do to Israel, and that’s what we can still have done today. We go to God in prayer and fasting and ask Him to help this country overcome, and God will do so.
