Hi, Bob Barney for The Plain Truth today brought to you by theplaintruth.com. I want to talk about a subject today I talked about about a year and a half ago, but I think it’s just as important to always realize this, especially in the times that we’re living when it just seems like idiots andincompetence run everything and are in charge of everything. And believe it or not, many years ago in the 1960s, when I was quite young, I remember there was a book out, I think it was a study by a college professor, but it was a book out that explained why so many companies are mismanaged today by people who just simply do not know how to do the job. And it was called the Peter principle.

And it was where people were promoted whenever they did a good job all the way up to where they no longer could do the job anymore. And they were totally incompetent. The Peter principle was simply this, that when a company finds an employee that does a very good job, they promote the person throughout the ranks.

You know, the guy was a very good factory line worker and they make him a foreman and hebecomes a very good foreman and he puts out more production than any other foreman before him. So they make him a plant supervisor and he becomes a very good plant supervisor because he knows every aspect of the job. He knows what it’s like to be a lineman and a foreman.

Now he’s a supervisor and now he’s a plant foreman or a plant manager. And so he does a good job there and they make him a vice president of operations and he fails miserably. He can’t do the job.

He’s not used to all the paperwork. He’s not used to having a office job looking out of a window and not being near the factory and he stops producing. He stops doing what he used to do very,very adequately.

Now he cannot do anything correctly. And they leave him there in that position. And at the time General Motors was an example.

They had like 46 vice presidents and maybe five of those were really working the other 39 were writing their memoirs because they really had excelled up to a level they became incompetent in.And instead of bringing them back to where they were competent, they instead were left there as a reward for being good in the past, but now they were totally incompetent. It was called the Peter Principle.

And it was plaguing American businesses and the Japanese took advantage of it because they did not do the same practices as we do. And you were only raised to the level of your competency. And if they put you in a job where you were incompetent, they brought you back to where you were, where you were very good.

And so American businesses suffered. And I want to get into something today because businesses, government, every place you can think of today is suffering because we are now in a situation of the Peter Principle on purpose. When the original book was written, it had nothing to do with race.

It had nothing to do with being black or white or red or orange or yellow or pink or, or Martian green. It had to do with everybody fell into this situation in an American large corporation where they would do a very good job at one level and they would be promoted out of where they were good at and they became incompetent. And I think the book basically did a very good job pointing out it was hurting American business, American productivity and America’s position in the world as being a leading business economy.

Today we are in, in my opinion, this is just my opinion now. And, uh, today we are in a situation where I call it the Peter Principle on steroids because now we don’t only promote people based on the fact they were really good at what they did and to a level where they can no longer do the job and leave them there. We are doing something even worse.

We are promoting people who can’t even do the job well because of their race, because of their gender or because of how they identify themselves. We have a, you know, a man who’s an admiral, uh, who wants to be a woman and dresses like a woman in the Biden administration. Uh,that’s there because of what it is.

Uh, we have, uh, a vice president, Kamala Harris, who in my opinion could never have the brains to pass the bar exam. So either someone passed it for her, uh, for sexual favors, because that’s how she got where she is. Let’s face it.

She’s was, um, named in a divorce lawsuit as the reason why Willie Brown and his wife broke up.She slept her way to the top. She definitely, you just listen to the woman.

You realize there’s not a coherent brain in her head. There’s no way she took the bar exam and passed it. Either somebody took it for her, which is possible, or they just said she passed it when she didn’t because she identifies herself as being black when actually she’s just as much, uh,Indian, not American Indian, but from India, Indian and other, and even white as she in, in Oriental, I believe as, as black.

But anyway, that’s how she identifies herself. And so she was able to make herself as a, uh, from a prosecutor where she couldn’t do the job to a Senator, where she was horrible to a vice president, where she is beyond horrible. She’s probably the worst vice president in the, in the history of this country.

And we had some pretty bad ones and a heartbeat away from an old man who could die at any minute for being president. And believe it or not, have somebody stupider than Joe Biden and more incompetent than Joe Biden become president. This is why I call it the Peter principle on steroids, because this is what this is.

We take women, we take blacks, we take other people that we promote based on what they claim to be or what they are. If they’re black or if they’re a woman, or if they claim to be a man when they’re really a woman or a woman, when they’re really a man, we promote those people based on what they are and not what they know or how good they are at what they do. And that is the plain simple facts or the plain truth as I’d like to say it.

And it is destroying this country. It is destroying this country in so many ways. When you have people who are making decisions for millions of other people that are just just incompetent to do the job, how would you, honestly, you realize that back in the day they used to call it the black degree from Harvard.

If you were a black person, you got a degree from Harvard university, even though you didn’t do the right work, but you got it because you were black. And many companies discriminated against black people, wrongfully so, but rightfully so because of the fact they assumed that that black person really didn’t have the knowledge of a Harvard degree. It was just given to him because of his or her race.

And therefore when you had a very smart black man or very smart black woman, in a way she was or he was discriminated against because it was just assumed by businesses in the 1970s,especially that the person that was in front of them got their Harvard degree just because of their skin color and therefore were discriminated against. They were hired and they were at the time not promoted. They were just thrown into a corner somewhere of the factory or of the businessthat they were hired in, especially a fortune 500 company, but they really had very little chance.

And that was a shame, but it was the direct result of government interference and liberal interference of giving degrees to people based on their skin color from major universities that had nothing to do with their talent or their knowledge. And you know, it’s often said by people in my circle that I’m a business person, so I deal with a lot of other business people who are mainly small business people and they’ve gotten where they’ve gotten because of their own brains. You know, a small businessman or a small business woman usually maybe with an exception of the small business woman, but usually they become successful if they are going to be successful because of their brains and their street smarts and because of their knowledge of the industry that they are in.

It’s very hard to be a small business person in America and succeed in the first place. So if you are succeeding, most likely you’re doing a very good job at what you do and you are runningcircles around the Peter Principle type people running the big companies who don’t know what they are doing. And so as a small company, you’re leaner, you’re faster, you’re smarter than your bigger competition, and you’re able not only to survive but actually thrive.

And that’s more of a small business type role than it is a big business type role. The only exception to that would be of some female small business female companies that do government work and they do government work only because they are a Section 8 female business and therefore they get special consideration for bids and for contracts and awards that anybody else would not get because they’re not female. I believe the rank goes Alaskan is the first in the list and then it’s female and then it’s the color of the female and then it’s the gender and then there’s this list of what who government wants to do business with, which is really based on nonsense and it’s not based on anything to do with what is good for America or good for even the person in general, but especially the American public paying for all of this nonsense.

So where we are today is in a situation where when you go to the hospital and you are very sick and you are afraid you’re going to die and you see a doctor, female or a male doctor, and that doctor happens to be Oriental, you are going to assume, and people will call this racist, but you’re going to assume that that doctor knows what they’re doing. Do you want to know why? Because unlike other minorities in America, Orientals are discriminated against because they’re so smart.Oriental people score one of the highest levels of intelligence of any race above white people and so therefore universities discriminate against them and they actually limit the amount of scholarships or admissions they give to Oriental people in favor of giving other minorities,especially black Americans.

Now, who knows? Maybe I guess black illegal immigrants. They give them a priority over Orientals because the Orientals are so smart that they wouldn’t get every job that they applied for, which if you were a patient and you had to have a life or death decision made upon you and you did not know if that person takes the job, taking care of you is going to be the right person for the job instead of the right person that the government decides is for the job, then you can see why there’s so much mistrust in everything that’s going on around you. Most middle class people of any race no longer trust in authority.

They no longer trust in the medical community, especially after COVID. They no longer trust in anything that happens because they know the game and the game is the best and the brightest are not who is promoted. It is the person that fits certain boxes.

You can check off boxes. Joe Biden said that his next Supreme Court nominee had to be a black female. Can you imagine if some president said, well, my next nominee has to be a white non Jewish male, the person would be impeached.

First of all, it’s illegal for a government position, especially a president to make such a statement.But President Biden made that statement and followed through with that statement and put a person on the Supreme Court who may be dumber than Kamala Harris. She couldn’t even tell the senators what the definition of a woman was.

She couldn’t tell the difference about certain cases of law, certain facts. She wasn’t even aware of certain court cases that were important trend busting court cases in the past. She wasn’t even familiar with them.

You know, like Kamala Harris, she got her law degree and her judgeships based upon the color of her skin and the fact that she was a woman and it had nothing to do with her intelligence. I’m sorry, but that’s the plain truth. That is the case that we have today and every single working slob in this country knows that it’s true.

Everybody you work with, I guarantee you if you’re listening to me, you know it’s true and your friends know it’s true. You know that your boss, if you work for a large company, especially is probably an incompetent idiot that’s there based on what race they are, what color they are, or some box that that corporation decided it had to check off in order to be woke. That’s what woke means and that’s the problem that we’re facing in this country today.

Then you have other decisions being made. This is a general show on just what’s wrong with the direction of this country right now and hopefully enough people fast and pray on June 14th to change the direction of this country. But then we had a decision and this is why I rail against the people who say to be conservative on the right as much as I rail against the people who say they’re liberals on the left when neither are what they claim to be.

You had a judge rule just the other day that it was legal for illegal aliens to possess firearms that the second amendment applied to illegal aliens and you had applause from people in the NRA and on the right that the judge made the right decision because the second amendment is part of the constitution and it has to be enforced for everyone. Well, I got news for you. If you’re a criminal and you just got out of prison for doing a criminal offense, you cannot own a weapon.

The second amendment does not apply to you, but if you’re an illegal alien, it does apply to you.You don’t see a problem with that logic. The person crossing a border illegally is a felon.

That person may not have been adjudicated a felon by the courts, but he’s a felon and he has no right or she has no right to possess a firearm in this country. First of all, I do not believe that the bill of rights, I know the Supreme Court disagrees with me, but I don’t believe our founding fathers thought that foreigners illegally in this country had the protection of the bill of rights. Remember, it was held in this country and we did a broadcast on this.

It was held in this country that the bill of rights didn’t even apply to the states, nevermind illegal aliens. It was held, you know, I told you the famous case of Paco versus Connecticut. It was held that none of the bill of rights applied to state government and only federal governments and that people that were tried in a state court did not have the protections of the bill of rights.

And that’s the case for over 150 years of this country. It was a wrong decision of the Supreme Court to say this, but that was the lay of the land, so to speak. And you have to say one thing, if it didn’t apply to American citizens in the framers mind, it certainly didn’t apply to illegal aliens or any criminal in the minds of the founding fathers.

So the idea that a judge would allow people that should be in jail or deported to legally possess a weapon just shows you how bad both sides of the argument is. They are on both sides. They want to make their points at the cost of the country’s well-being.

No one that you’re listening to on either side has your interest in heart. They have special interest in heart. And what is best for you and your family is simply not what’s best for them.

And they are not representing you. They are not caring about what’s best for you. And therefore you have these murders and you have these robberies and you have all this violent crime, this lawlessness in the streets of America, especially in the big cities going forward, and no one is doing anything about it.

And so when you have a nation that is run by corrupt and the Biden administration and the Biden family is probably the most corrupt political family in the history of this country. And that goes pretty far to be more corrupt than the Clintons or back in the days of the Teapot Tombs scandal or the Grant administration. You do some research and you find out how corrupt those administrations were.

Well, the Bidens just put those scandals to shame. They are so corrupt, so absolutely immoral and evil based. They all belong in jail.

And so you have corrupt, evil, non-skilled, non-performing people making decisions of life and death for you and your family every day. You have judges who do not judge. They do not judge fairly.

They don’t even judge by the law. I won’t get into the details here, but I know a family member who went to a court system that was an absolute kangaroo court system where the judge and the attorney suing this person was absolutely in cahoots, broke the law, absolutely broke the law and did not follow proper court proceedings and almost got away with it until that person hired a very expensive lawyer who went in there and absolutely put everybody to school about the law. And the judge, of course, was an EOE, an Equal Opportunity Employee type judge.

She was a black female who, again, seemed to have absolutely no caring of what the law was because she was ruling from the bench what was in the interest of her people. And you could decide who her people is. And this is the problem with this country today.

And unless we as a people take hold of this country and hopefully fasting and praying on June 14th for this country will convince God to do something different for us. But unless something radically changes in this country very soon, very soon, we are doomed as the leaders of this world and we are doomed to follow the path the Bible predicts we will eventually follow. And that is to go into captivity under a beast government that comes out of Europe because we are, excuse my language, but we are pissing away our rights, our liberty and our freedom based on being a woke nation who puts the wrong people in charge of every major decision.

Our doctors, our lawyers, our politicians, our business leaders, our business workers are all put in place based on checking off a box and not based on what is good for the company, for the country or for whatever they’re doing. We have a country today that is run by a bunch of incompetent people. It is like I said in the beginning of this broadcast, the Peter principle on steroids where not only did we promote people to a level of incompetency, now we hire incompetent people in the first place and they never even have been able to do anything to perfection in order to be promoted to incompetency.

They are incompetent from the get go. And if, again, if that doesn’t change, we are in trouble as a country. This is a little different than most of my other shows that I’ve done, but it’s something that I think that most people listening to my voice right now agree with, even though they don’t want to publicly agree with it because it is not a very positive, well-received type thought to have that people who get their jobs, based on their race or their skin color or their religion or lack of religion, whatever it’s going to be, or if they’re a female or not or identify as a female or not.

It’s these boxes that they get their job. If you don’t think that is destroying the productivity and the strength of this country, then again, you’re part of the problem and the problem is going to cause death. Multiple deaths of many people.

How many people go to the hospital and are absolutely treated by an incompetent doctor? Do the research. Look how many people go to the hospital and get wrong operations, incompetent doctors, incompetent nurses, incompetent pharmaceutical companies that are making decisions of life and death, and they can’t even, they couldn’t even pass an elementary school test. And that’s the truth.

They were promoted through the ranks, not because of competency until they became incompetent, like the Peter principle. No, they were promoted through the ranks, specifically because the skin color or the gender or the ideology of that person applying for the job. And that is what’s wrong with the country today.

And if anybody’s honest with themselves, they would at least admit it to themselves. And if we don’t, as a country, put an end to this, we are doomed. It’s about time we realize, and I’m going to go over a line here when I say this, it’s about time we realize we are in worse shape today than our forefathers were in 1775.

And in 1775 and 1776, our forefathers decided enough was enough and they were going to use any means possible to restore liberty to the American colonies. And it is what I’m saying today, we are in worse shape today than we ever were under a king. And we have a king today.

We actually have a dictator today who’s protected by the FBI. And it’s about time that we do to our political class what our forefathers did to the English. We’re getting very close to where we have to make a decision.

So that’s about enough for today. It’s a kind of a down broadcast tomorrow, Friday. I promise I’ll figure out something better to say, but I think it needs to be said.
