Good morning, it’s Bob Barney for The Plain Truth Today on Monday morning and the big story today is this…

There is breaking news right now on Twitter that apparently President Biden is saying that he will step aside as a candidate. This is just coming across on social media right now, breaking news and will address the country later this week about the next steps…it seems he intends to fulfill the remainder of his term.

 Well, that was the news yesterday that caught most people by surprise. I have to admit that Mark Halpern from Newsmax accurately predicted this would happen. I think he had some inside information because I honestly didn’t think it was going to happen this Sunday. Usually, smart politicians put out news like that on a Friday evening that gives them two or three days of cover before the mainstream reporters come back to work. But I guess they do know in news cycle that doesn’t happen because within 20 minutes of that news happening, they had all the major anchors in at all the different stations anyway. So I guess maybe they know that and that’s why they waited till Sunday to get it out anyway knowing it was not going to have any time to come up with a plan.

Now, this idea that Biden is exiting the race brings up all kinds of questions. I do not have the answers. So if you’re listening to the program for the answers, I don’t have them, but I got a lot of questions.

How is it that at 10 o’clock or so this morning the Biden people go out and let everyone know that Joe Biden has decided he is making sure that everyone knows he is not leaving the race and that he plans on staying in the race, he is going to fight and he’s going to beat Donald Trump. Then two hours and 15 minutes later comes the news that you just heard that he puts out on social media, by the way. He didn’t even get you know the last time a president said he was not going to accept his party’s nomination, a sitting president, that was LBJ back in 1968, 56 years ago. The man did it on live TV. Matter of fact when he gave the announcement…it was after a Vietnam War speech…which he was talking about how they were going to have peace in Vietnam and all that stuff. His own advisors or speechwriter did not know that after he was done with the speech, he was going to give a one- or two-minute ending that no one anticipated when he said he would not seek the Democratic nomination as your president, quote unquote. And everyone was shocked. But he did it in person so people could see he had his faculties amongst himself, and he could continue his presidency with no question that he was, you know, not a senile old man.

Here with the Biden announcement, what do we have? We have the exact opposite. We have a letter posted on Twitter. We don’t even know if Joe Biden was conscious when he signed the letter. It’s a typewritten letter. There’s no nothing but a signature on the bottom of it. And what made this change happen in two hours and 15 minutes or so from saying he was staying in, or at least his handlers were saying that, to this fact that he was now leaving. And the first letter released did not even endorse Kamala Harris. But after a few moments, they updated the announcement by saying that Biden supports, fully supports Kamala Harris to be the nominee at the convention. And all kinds of hell have broken loose, to be honest.

You know, the rest of the show, I’m going to only spend maybe 10 minutes on this if that because the rest of the show, we’re still going to get into this assassination attempt of Donald Trump, because more and more questions are being raised and I’m afraid they’re not good. But going back to this news about Biden, it’s, it’s, it’s, you got to wonder one. These are the questions I have. So let’s just put it there. Number one, did he sign that letter knowing he signed it? Who put that letter in front of him? Why was it decided so quickly? Or was it because Mark Halperin did say this last Wednesday or Thursday this was going to happen though everyone in the Democratic Party denied it right up to two hours before the letter shows up. Or as I mentioned on a program earlier, was Biden actually threatened to sign that letter?

Because you see, if Kamala Harris invokes the 25th amendment and Joe Biden is removed from office at that point of a vote, he would not be able to pardon himself or pardon Hunter Biden. Maybe the, the, the coup d’etat, for example, is that they said either you sign this, or we invoke the 25th amendment and before you have a chance to pardon anyone, including your son or yourself, you will be out of office on a 25th amendment decision based on Kamala Harris and half the cabinet, one plus half the cabinet. And that might’ve been the blackmail that got him out.

 I do know Mark Halperin said, when asked this question, when all the details come out, it’s going to blow your socks off. So he obviously knew something, and he is a democratic strategist. But he might know something behind the scenes that what really caused Biden to drop out and it’s quite interesting to say the least.

The second question I have is why all of a sudden did this happen this weekend and not before or why didn’t they wait till later? Or why didn’t he stay into the race if he wasn’t blackmailed to leave? You have to ask, is this shooting of Donald Trump somehow connected?

I don’t know the answer to that, but it’s something that has to be asked because when we get into the other part of this program about what looks to be a conspiracy to hide the facts and the absolute noncooperation between the FBI and the secret service with the Congress with the Republican and Democratic members of Congress and the Senate, then you got to wonder what is the story behind this assassination attempt?

That’s the second question that is Biden being set up to be a patsy? You know, he’s got Alzheimer’s they’re going to say, and he’s not, remember I said this a few months ago that maybe they’re feigning some of this Alzheimer’s as a defense in a possible trial or a possible hearing of treason against the Bidens that he didn’t know what he was doing. The Supreme court has ruled that if a defendant does not know right or wrong they cannot be tried…they’re found not guilty by reason of insanity or incompetence. And maybe that is the strategy that they were using here. Remember that her report, the reason that the prosecutor who admitted that Biden committed crimes with the, with the documents case of his, that nobody would prosecute the man or find him even guilty because he did not have all his faculties. He could not remember, even when he was vice president, he couldn’t name the years to her. Was that true? Was that part of a plan in order to cover up things? We won’t know.

Then the third question, and I’m going to play another snippet from TV. The third question is should he be able to finalize the rest of his presidency, or should he step down handing over the reins to Kamala Harris?

If he’s not able to be an effective candidate, is it that he’s not going to be an effective president? So, let’s listen to this one because this is the question of the day. No, to James’s point, I wouldn’t, I won’t put it past the campaign, which I am on. And to go after, you know, to have the key states that he cannot be on the ballot. I mean, I’m sorry, they can’t put Kamala Harris on the ballot because the way their states are structured, you know, the only way that her name’s getting on the ballot is if they pull the 25th amendment or he should pass away in office. So the Democrats aren’t willing to go for the 25th amendment, but he’s incapable of finishing his term. But yet they’re going to switch candidates without the voters behind that particular candidate. All of this works to Trump’s advantage because he will go out there and say, look at all these candidates. They support Joe Biden. We just heard again from Gavin Newsom saying that he’s a stellar president, every last one of them. And yet these are the policies that Donald Trump has been running against.

So as you can see, there is a legal matter here because he is the presumptive nominee. He raised all this money, people, 14 million people voted for him. Do they have the legal right to just replace him at a convention with Kamala Harris and is an illegal? And what’s it all mean? Should he have to be removed by the 25th amendment or by his death and nothing else? So, there’s all kinds of things going on here that is not being talked about.

Maybe by the end of today it will be, but there is a lot of dissension amongst Democrats today, something you don’t see.

You got to remember or think of this thing here…Has God gotten involved? Like I told you last week, I believe God has gotten involved here in this election as people fasted and prayed for. Does this mean that finally the Democrats find themselves fighting God and not just fighting Republicans and you and me? And that’s a question we got to ask.

To say the least, I think it’s going to be very interesting week. And the show that I had planned for today, again, that I’ve had recorded now for a couple of weeks about, it didn’t start with Watergate. It’s going to be put off at least another day, but I have a feeling it’s going to be put off another week because I think every single day there’s going to be bombshell news about Biden stepping down, what the Democrats are going to do. Here’s something to ponder before we change the subject. Barack Obama, as of this moment that I know of, at least when I went to bed last night and I didn’t read anything when I got up this morning, but as of right now, Barack Obama has not endorsed Kamala Harris. I mean, the Clintons did, about 30 senators and congressmen have, but Barack Obama has not yet endorsed Kamala Harris. what does that mean? And just a hint, hint here. I did mention before that although I think it’s illegal however I think they could probably win this in court…I think the Supreme Court may go along with it. Barack Obama can become a vice-presidential candidate, not legally maybe, but I think a case can be made and the Democrats are good at stretching the law to fit them, that Barack Obama is going to find himself on the ticket in a way that he’s going to find himself to be president within six months to a year.

So think about that before we move on to the next subject, which is the bombshell subject that I was going to start today off with after watching yesterday’s news shows, but the Biden thing took precedence over that. And that is back to the assassination attempt of Donald Trump last week. Was it a lone gunman like Lee Harvey Oswald was not? Was it something more than we’re being led to believe by our government? Is the Secret Service involved in the attempted assassination of Donald Trump? I’m not saying those Secret Service people trying to protect him, but I’m saying the hierarchy of the Secret Service. And you’re going to hear from Senator Ron Johnson, something that’s going to blow your socks off if you have not heard this already. If you don’t believe there is a potential conspiracy, after you listen to this Maria Bartiromo interview with Ron Johnson on Sunday’s show, I think people are going to have to ask was the FBI involved? Was the ATF, the people that shot that airport executive to death in his home several months ago, the ATF, were they involved? And before you say no, wait till you hear this report. Also why is it that Josh Hawley, Senator Josh Hawley, went there, I believe it was Thursday, I don’t think it was Wednesday, to the scene and he wanted to go look on the rooftop and he wanted to look over the scene and the FBI that was there told him he could not look over the scene. Here’s a guy that’s going to be part of a Senate hearing to find out the real truth of, or the plain truth, of what happened with Donald Trump a week ago, Saturday. He was told by the FBI to leave. Well, I guess he did not want to leave. What did the FBI do? They called the local police, and the local police basically told him he had to leave or get arrested. This is to a sitting United States senator who’s going to be on a select committee to investigate this shooting and what it could mean. All of this stuff is just unbelievable. That I knew last Friday night. But when I heard this, which I’m going to play for you now, it just changed everything that I was thinking about. I was worried about a conspiracy. I was worried about maybe people in the Biden administration and the deep state was, you know, I said a few months ago they tried impeachment, and they tried a trial. Maybe the bullet’s the next thing. And when the more you investigate, the more you have to wonder, is this the case?

So yesterday, Maria was talking to Senator Johnson, and this is what he had to say. And like I said, hold your socks. To Attorney General Merrick Garland, Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and Director of the FBI Christopher Wray about this epic failure of security. Can you walk us through what you’d like to see and your preliminary findings of your investigation, which has now become bipartisan. Is that correct? Correct. I spoke with the Chairman Blumenthal, the Chairman of the Permanent Subcommittee Investigation. I’m the ranking member.

He completely agrees with me that we must start doing transcribed interviews with all the witnesses now while memories are fresh. So that’s really good news from my standpoint. My staff immediately started reaching out to local law enforcement. We’ve gathered a fair amount of information. Again, we’re just scratching the surface. But a couple of things that we found out, for example, the Secret Service did not even attend the nine o’clock security meeting with local law enforcement. Pretty well put in charge, the Butler County law enforcement to coordinate things. Law enforcement wasn’t even on the same channel. Just to be clear, Senator, that was a nine a.m. meeting on July 13th, the day of the shooting. Correct. The Secret Service wasn’t there. They weren’t even there. You kind of turned over some of the outer perimeter stuff to local law enforcement. They weren’t even on the same security channel. So the sniper and SWAT teams weren’t on the same patrol officers and they weren’t on the same channel as the Secret Service. So they had to relay things. One of the things we found out is that we’ve got a more detailed timeline. This picture is now on the internet, but the picture was photos taken by the local sniper team in the AGR building at 514 of Crooks. So again, we had pictures of this guy. Why was he intercepted? There’s so many unanswered questions here. The pictures were taken at 514 and he was shot at 611.Correct. Okay. So I’m going to be issuing a preliminary report. Again, it’s preliminary. It’s just scratching the surface. We’re primarily going to release that report to solicit more eyewitness testimony. If you took video, save it. Make a backup copy. We can glean things in terms of audio, in terms of where the shots came from. Was it one rifle? Was it more than one? I’ve seen some pretty interesting video on the internet by experts that certainly calls into question what the FBI is telling us about a single shooter. Again, we’re only just beginning this, but it is so important that people who saw things that have information, they preserve it. They memorialize what they saw because memories change over time. They can be influenced. So again, it’s good news on a bipartisan basis. Chairman Blumenthal and I are dedicated to taking transcribed interviews with law enforcement and members of the general public that are at that rally. No matter how insignificant your piece of information might be, it might lend to provide the full story of what happened because the American public needs to understand what happened here.

So we’ll continue with this in a moment, but I want to just mention one thing. I am not a big fan of Senator Blumenthal in charge of this Senate committee. And I would not be surprised if all of a sudden, he becomes a stonewall against whatever Ron Johnson is trying to do. But I would also say that if anybody out there has video that is pertinent to the situation, he’s going to say, don’t send it to the FBI. Don’t send it to the Secret Service. Don’t send it to any federal agency. Send it to the committee. I would say, don’t even send it to the committee. Send it to Ron Johnson’s people personally, because I’m afraid if you send it to the committee, people on that committee may not show and share with Ron Johnson because Senator Blumenthal is in charge of this. The Senator from Connecticut, who is absolutely a fake war hero that was uncovered about him. And there’s nothing about Blumenthal that I even trust. So if anybody’s got these videos, my suggestion is you make sure Ron Johnson gets them. But let’s go on with this Maria interview with Senator Johnson.

I know that, well, I tweeted out yesterday the fact that you’re doing this bipartisan investigation, and I put on your email. You have an email that you want people to send information to, and I know that you’ll tweet that later. But I’ve got to get to this. After the shooter was taken down by Secret Service, the local law enforcement, and I know this from some of your preliminary comments, your preliminary findings, started taking pictures of the dead body, right? Can you tell us what happened then? And this is what I said is gonna blow your socks off.

What he says here, so I stopped it so I can give a good introduction to what’s going to be said here, because what he says here almost seals the case that there is a conspiracy going on. And I don’t know any other thing that I can say that proves the case of what the Senator Johnson says next to Maria in this interview of what happened next after the local police go up to the rooftop to where the so-called sniper was dead and started taking pictures. And this is what happened.

Correct. So that sniper team that was in that AGR building, they’re the first ones that went up on the roof, that they were the first to encounter the dead assassin at that point in time. Later on, other people joined them, and somebody told them to send the pictures they had taken to an ATF agent, which I think is very strange. And we called up that ATF agent, that individual said that he was with ATF, and now he’s gone dark. We’ve also reached out to the Secret Service agents in charge on the ground. All we’re getting there is the runaround. So we are getting information from local law enforcement, and we appreciate that. But unfortunately, federal law enforcement agents, they’re just saying, well, go through your congressional liaison. Again, that’s gonna be unacceptable. I wish I could rely and have faith in the FBI and the Secret Service to do a truthful accounting of this, but that’s not been my experience with the Russian collusion hoax. And for years, dealing with federal law enforcement, we need completely separate and independent investigations, and it has to start now. 

The last people we can depend on to tell the truth, the plain truth about this investigation is the FBI, who lied and colluded with the Russian hoax, the Russian scandal. They absolutely lied. They made up evidence. And this Justice Department made up evidence against Donald Trump and the Mar-a-Lago raid, and half the evidence they said was condemning wasn’t even there. That’s why the judge realized there was a problem and held the trial off, and then finally ended up calling a mistrial. And actually, there’s gonna be a trial. And here’s some more with this ATF agent that went dark. What does that mean? This ATF agent went dark, according to Ron Johnson. Sounds like he disappeared from the face of the earth. Talk about cover up. This is JFK assassination on steroids.

So are you questioning whether or not there was a second shooter? Is that what you’re questioning? Or if the shooter had a different gun? I saw an extremely convincing video online. I know it’s all over the place. There were three distinct shots early on, followed by another five in more staccato, more rapidly fired, and then the final one, which we believe took the shooter out. How do you explain that? I don’t know. I’m not… 

Just to, again, to interrupt this, that video he’s talking about, Elon Musk shared it on Twitter, and it’s a gun expert, supposedly, who proves on this video, or seems to prove on this video, that there were three different types of guns shot. And according to the official reports, there’s only two. The would-be assassin and the sniper that killed him. So anyway, let’s go on.

An expert. But the individual putting that video out says it clearly shows that there were at least three different weapons fired that day. Again, I don’t know, but we can’t trust the FBI and the Secret Service to do an honest and open and transparent investigation. That’s just a very sad fact. So we’ve got to rely on other sources, independent, to really find out what the truth of the matter was on Saturday, July 13th. So let me go back to what happened after the guy, the shooter, is dead. You just mentioned somebody goes up. So this is the guy in the suit, who walks up the ladder, goes to the roof, and tells the locals, send those pictures to this cell phone. Who was that person? Well, again, I’m not sure that was the guy. I think another county law enforcement gave the number to the other county law enforcement, the snipers, to send the text. Some guy in a suit walks up the ladder. They believe he was Secret Service. I’m not sure they gave credentials. But that’s part of it. Again, Maria, this is so preliminary. I’m issuing this. I’m providing this information, a much more detailed timeline, to prompt others to come forward. We need to complete this picture. We have a lot of puzzle pieces to fill in here. Is it odd to you that the locals were being told to send the pictures to the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Agency, ATF? Where does ATF come in? The oddity starts with the fact that local law enforcement were just tasked with securing the perimeter, told to go cover that AGR building. Not really told where it is set up. So they set up on the second floor. They went to that AGR building at 10.30 in the morning. So they were stationed there well in advance. They noticed the suspicious character at 5.10. They took a photo of him at 5.14. The president was shot at 6.11. So again, an hour has passed. Again, they didn’t have same channels with their law enforcement patrol officers. They weren’t in communication with the Secret Service other than going through the Butler County Communication Center. So again, it’s everything you would assume about Secret Service protection of a former president was not true. It didn’t happen. It’s just baffling to me. It should baffle the American public. That’s why we need to find the answers and find out what actually happened here. Senator, before you go, who shot JFK? Pause. Well, we don’t know. And we and one of the reasons I’m hopping on this now is if you read anything about it, the Warren Commission is basically set up to cover up. There was so much evidence that was never even looked at purposefully. So we can’t let that happen. The beauty is you didn’t have cell phones. You don’t have literally hundreds if not thousands of recordings of that moment where we can take a look at and we listen to audio files and we can triangulate to find out where the shots came from, each individual shot. Again, technology is marvelous. We’re far advanced than we were in 1963. So we should be able to get the bottom of this. But again, we need people go to our website, contact my office. Let’s get the truth.

Well, let’s get the truth. And I hope we can get the truth.

And if God is behind this, maybe we will this time, because we never got the truth with the JFK assassination, which was a cover up. And we are seeing the same playbook going on right now with our federal government covering up what happened in Pennsylvania. And you have to ask yourself, why was Jill Biden in the area? Why did she get Secret Service away from Donald Trump? Then we find out over the weekend, it wasn’t just this time that Donald Trump asked for extra security and didn’t get it. It’s been for the last two years he wasn’t given any extra Secret Service protection that he was asking, that they were asking for. That alone is a bombshell report. then you find out the ATF seems to be involved, and then they deny it. And then the person goes dark, which means that cell phone was evidently shut off. So they can’t get ahold of him at all. But they did get ahold of him for a moment. And he did identify himself as an ATF agent. But when they tried to get him back, evidently the phone shut off or somebody’s not answering one or the other. And all of this reek of a conspiracy. And why would there be a conspiracy if there was a lone gunman? Why would there be a conspiracy if this one 20-year-old kid did it? My brother, Billy, talked to me about the, I guess the name of the movie is Sniper with Mark Wahlberg. Maybe he said, well, I should watch that movie. And maybe we all should watch that movie because he said, whoever planned this thing seems to have watched that movie and followed it to a T, where the sniper who was killed was actually just a patsy. And in the Sniper movie, he didn’t get killed. He was supposed to be. He was shot and lived and that blew the whole story apart. He claimed that movie is very, very accurate to what seemed to happen in Pennsylvania a week ago. And this cover-up, to me, you do not cover up things that don’t make you look bad.

We already know that the Secret Service let everything down…we already know they look bad. Why continue a cover-up? And it’s not to save the Secret Service director’s job, her E-O-E-D-E-I job. It’s to protect other people. And the question I have, within a week of this shooting, Biden is out of the race. Is there something they plan on making Biden a patsy next after this shooter, this dead, deceased shooter who probably didn’t have the wit about him? He definitely didn’t have the right rifle with him to be a sniper and he did not make the shot, most likely. And that’s where we’re at today. Tomorrow, I think, we’ll probably have some more information about the same thing. I think there’ll be some more bombshell reports coming out about why Biden has left, what President Obama is going to do. Remember, I predicted he is going to be on the ticket, or maybe on the ticket. And that would change the dynamics of this race. Many people who say they would vote for Donald Trump today, I think, would run back to Barack Obama. Stupidly, it’s so, but they would still do so. I think that is the Democrats’ strategy, and it has been maybe for a few months now, as I reported that almost two months ago already.
