Not so long ago, if a president or a political leader, even a businessman or national leader was to ask America to pray to God, or even pray and fast to God for something that was important for America’s safety, it would not be considered religious.

Today, if a person did it, to some it would be considered sacrilegious!

Hi, this is Bob Barney for The Plain Truth Today and I want to talk about a website that doesn’t have much to do with The Plain Truth Today or the Plain Truth .co but it does have to do with our cause to save America from itself. It was a website actually created by our editor and I wanted to bring attention to it today for today’s broadcast. I wanted to go over what we are trying to accomplish with this website.

I have had several The Plain Truth Today podcasts on the idea that America has fallen away from God and from what God wants us to do…in fact, I think we are under a curse from God because we have thrown God out of America. He is not allowed in schools. He is not allowed in our courthouses or our town halls, He is basically not allowed in our churches even today; His Word is sometimes considered to be illegal to be spoken out loud in Canada and wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case here in America. AMerica has lost its way. God has blessed this country…and if you talked to people 40 years ago, they would agree with this truth. But now, America is in trouble and if we do not do something as a nation and that is to pray and to fast for the safety of this nation and the survival of this nation, I believe after the 2024 election, Americans like you and myself, are going to be doomed to live in a totalitarians state where you will not have your liberties, you will not have your Bill of Rights, you will not have any freedoms and be the slave to a state that hates you. They hate everything about you no matter if you are a middle class or a lower-class person today. They don’t want you alive, frankly they want to destroy the population of the earth…it is a plan that has been around for 45 years to get the earth to a population of about 500 million from 8 billion…that is a lot of deaths by the way and basically everything you stand for, they hate. Like I said, the majority of these people pushing for this communist America hate you and would just as soon see you if you aren’t going to fall in line and work for the government, then they want to see you dead or in concentration camps. THis is the case, folks.

The website you are going to be able to find if you go to The Plain Truth.com or the Message Board, you will find it in both places. You will find it under Jeremiah3227.com. This comes from Jeremiah 32nd chapter in the 27th verse but it is found in many verses in the Old Testament. There is one thing about the God of the Old Testament that seems to dismay Him. He just cannot believe that His people who have seen miracle after miracle, the Red Sea parting for the Egyptians, the greatest power on earth destroyed by their God in a moment in an instant in the Red Sea…this God cannot understand why the people that He calls to be His own, His own nation of Israel, just cannot believe that He is all powerful. Over and over again, and I have mentioned this a lot, God says, IS THERE ANYTHING TOO HARD FOR ME TO DO? IS THERE ANYTHING too hard for the Lord to do? He is bewildered. He is mystified. He is hurt basically. Why? Because we do not treat the God who made this Country what it is today with any respect. Even those who call themselves Christians. We have allowed the woke mainstream world around us to influence us to quiet us, silence us into submission and keep Christ and God and so called “religion” out of our government, out of our being, out of everything about us. This was unheard of just 100 years ago, even 50 years ago.

Since most people are listening to this on the podcast, it is easy to go right back to The Plain Truth and the link is right there. You don’t have to remember anything, just go back and click on it. 

What it is asking you to do is for you to be counted so God can see that you are among those who cry and weep, mourn, fast and pray for the ills of this country and that you want to see this country blessed again by God and not cursed. We open up the page, you will read the statement, AMERICA IS IN TROUBLE, WILL YOU STAND UP AND BE COUNTED. Did you know that God has called us to do so against evil, that He even put His mark on His children. You can find that by the way in Ezekial chapter 8. Everyone therefore who acknowledges Me before others I also will acknowledge them before my father in heaven but whoever denies Me before others I will also deny before my Father in Heaven…That is in Matthew, and that is Jesus Christ talking who by the way, is the God of the Old Testament who spoke to Adam and Eve, to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, to Moses, to David and who came to the prophets. This is something that a lot of Christians do not understand that all the time, because we find out from Jesus first person in red letters in the New Testament, when He said, No Man has ever seen God the Father at any time, nor heard His voice except Him whom He has sent.

If this is true, then:

1. Who did Abraham talk to?
2. Who was Abraham’s best friend? 
3. Who was the friend of Abraham that made our nation what it is today because of His friendship with Abraham?
4. Who was the God that appeared to Moses…?
5. Who is the one that called David, “a man after My own heart”?
6. Who is the God who called at least thousands, maybe millions, to be killed in a great flood, women, children, animals, except who was on the ark?
7. Who is the God that told the Israelites when they entered into the promised land, Palestine, New Canaan, who said, I want you to utterly destroy every man woman and child, and even their cattle and sheep and goats, do not keep anything he said, destroy it all?

People think that is that mean old God the Father. Gosh He was such a meanie in the Old Testament and Jesus came and He was the nice God, the hipper God, He understood the human condition and He wasn’t like that Father God of the Old Testament. I have news for you. The God of the New Testament as Jesus said so Himself, is Jesus Christ, the God who ordered the slaying of women, children, and goat, was none other than the God who in human form, became Jesus Christ…entering into a womb of a virgin, born to die to take away our sins…and to justify us to have eternal life someday if we obey Him. This same God, Jesus of the New Testament, is the God of the Old Testament who says, IS there anything too hard for Jesus to do? He is the Lord of the Old Testament, folks. 

God says in the Old Testament, My people who are called by MY name, that is us folks, if they come to me in prayer, I will heal their nation and forgive their sins. But we have to come to Him. Unfortunately, today, most Christians believe that all you have to do is worship Jesus and believe in Jesus and you are saved! That is an absolute lie. The devil knows Jesus and He believes in Jesus, but he is still the devil. What does he do? HE doesn’t obey Jesus or obey the Law.  The God of the Old Testament who wrote the Ten Commandments with His own finger, is none other than Jesus Christ. The God who tells us to be righteous and obey the Law that He wrote with His own finger, is Jesus Christ. He says in 2Chronicles 7:14, “If My people who are called by My name, humble themselves, and pray (and I will add fast) and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear them from Heaven and forgive their sins and heal their land”. And I ask you, is there anything too hard for this God to do? NO. He can heal our land, He can change the course of where we are going and friends, we are going down a bad road that is going to lead to disaster for you personally, for your children, your grandchildren, and if you are old enough, for your great grandchildren. There hasn’t been a time in history with the exception of the Civil War where America was on the verge of total collapse and in respect losing citizenship as a free people.  And then become slaves to the state that all communist nations expect from their useless idiots to become their slaves. That is what is before us here in America.

We need to come together, and the date is going to be June 14th by the way. June 14th, when you go to the website, Jeremia3227.com, you will see that on that day and I am asking you personally, to pray to God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, the two Gods that make up the Godhead, pray to them and ask for our salvation, ask for the forgiveness of our country who in recent years have become a lawless nation…that refuses to follow the will of the Father and the Son in Heaven. We do not follow His Laws, His edicts, his Ten Commandments…and the penalty is a national destruction that is upon us.

If we do not change our ways and go to God in prayer and humble ourselves, we are going to be destroyed and go into captivity which is foretold at a future date to happen to this nation but maybe we can stall it, read the book of Jonah, God’s mind can be changed if His children go to him humbly and ask for forgiveness. God forgave the city of Nineveh. Jesus even went back to say that the people of Nineveh would judge this nation, meaning the Jewish nation, the nation of Judah at the time, and find it guilty. The people of Nineveh that turned from their evil ways when the prophet Jonah came to them and told them to repent, Jonah really didn’t want them to repent, he was mad at God and wanted them destroyed, but God said to him, these people are like wild animals, they don’t know right from wrong, but they came to Me and I forgave them…this is what your mission was and I am happy to be a God a love and turn these people away from their evil ways. Well, we need to turn from our evil ways and turn from evil to good. There are a lot of good people in America. I do not believe at this date that America has more than 50 percent of its population that want communism and that want God out of our lives. I do not believe that yet. I believe there are 150 million Americans who sincerely believe in God and the God of the Bible. I believe if just 25 million or 35 million of these people were to collectively pray on June 14th for the salvation of this Country, away from the communist evil that will befall us…I think that God will hear from Heaven and heal this nation, forgiving us of our sins and continue until the majority of this population that will become evil and lawless, will then be allowed to go into captivity by God like He did with ancient Israel and Judah. There is a history lesson to be learned here, this is past news…Israel and Judah were sold into slavery and captured, taken away because of their lawlessness against Gods Laws…we are falling that way today and if we do not change it, we will end up like they did…it won’t be a pretty site. Our future is not a pretty site if we cannot go to God, the God who says there is nothing too hard for Him to do…in prayer and fasting and humbling ourselves, admitting our sins, admitting our sins of this nation, that we murder unborn children in the womb and call it Planned Parenthood when it is murder, that we rob, steal, commit adultery, break every one of the Ten Commandments and no longer have any shame to do so; it is terrible. I think there are 35 to 100 million Americans who at least will agree with me today that they know this country is on the verge of collapse and if you just do something about it…I am not asking you to go to a January 6th type demonstration, or the town hall because you are just going to get hauled off and arrested, I am not asking you to change some politicians mind, I am not asking you to go door to door knocking…to help a candidate get elected…it’s all fine I guess, but that is not going to work…there is only one thing that is going to help America, and that is God. He can make anything happen for this country. Nothing is impossible for Him to do.

The best thing for you and I can do, is not do something ourselves this time, but to humble ourselves, God to God in prayer and not in great assemblies, we don’t have to, but if we want to be together in parks or in open areas that is fine as well, but you can stay home. It doesn’t matter if your neighbor knows you are doing it. He will have a headcount. He will know every single person collectively that does this. He will know each and every one of our hearts, the exact count that is coming to Him and no news agency or no http://www.ThePlainTruth.com will know the number…God will. So, all you need to do, the most powerful weapon you have at your command, is again, nothing that you yourself can do other than pray. Then the most powerful two Beings in the UNIVERSE who make up who we call God, will come to our defense.  He will heal this nation of its wounds and put the right people back in charge…putting America back where it belongs, blessed by God and the leader of the world again, and not the follower of Evil. I am asking everyone to go to the website Jeremiah3227.com and read what it is all about, not a whole lot to read, it is very simply asking you to set aside June 14th as a day of fasting and prayer and to tell 10 other people about it. If 10 people tell 10 people and 10 people tell 10 more people, it is going to magnify how many people know about it, in a very little time you could have 150 million people on board with this…just by you telling 10 other people and so on and so forth.

When I was a child, one time I was asked if I would rather have a million dollars or a penny a day doubled for the month of March. Of course, being smart like I thought I was, I said I would rather have a million dollars, I didn’t want a penny a day doubled. Well, take your calculator, take a penny on day one of March, day two is 2 pennies, March 4 is 8, March 6 is 16, go to March 21st and see how many pennies you have, and you will find out that a million dollars wasn’t that great! Definitely do the adding up of the pennies, keeping doubling every day 31 times and see how many dollars you will have.  That is what I am saying if you tell ten people and they tell ten people to go to this website, we can have 100 million people, more than ever who would ever go to ThePlainTruth, we could have 100 million people go to that website and maybe 100 million of them will fast and pray. 

Now one thing that is important, the God of the Old Testament, remember, is Jesus Christ, He desires obedience rather than sacrifice.  Let me make something clear about a fast…a true fast is 24 hours of no food and no water. When Jesus fasted for 40 days and 40 nights, miraculously He had no water, and no food and I understand that God is a forgiving God and He knows there are people who cannot go without water, they may have health conditions, they may be elderly, if you have to have water…and if you are diabetic, and you need to have food to make sure you don’t go into a diabetic coma or insulin shock, eat something, try to fast, but the prayer is more important than the fast…the fast is just trying to show God your willingness, so if you are in good health, consider adding the fast…but God wants you to be obedience to Him more than your sacrifice. He doesn’t need your fast, He wants to see you like Abraham, willing to sacrifice his son, on the altar, God sat back to see if God was going to do it and when He saw he was going to do it to obey God, He stopped him. He said, Abraham, do not harm the child and provided another lamb to take the place of that child…and that lamb was Jesus Christ Himself. He died for us all. That should be touching to us. That He loves us that much the least we can do is pray and try to fast…on June 14, 2024, for the salvation of this country.
