Joe Biden, is he suffering from dementia? Is it as bad as we think it is or is he just a better liar than the reporters are at asking the right questions to expose the liar that he really is?

Hi, this is Bob Barney on Monday on The Plain Truth Today. I want to go over the last week on the special prosecutor that was looking at the Hunter and Joe Biden affair. He came out with a report that even though Joe illegally possessed classified information and kept it unsecure in his garage, something btw DJT did not do and was indicted for doing…the prosecutor made a statement that he did not believe Joe would ever be convicted by any jury, especially in DC because of his dementia and because he didn’t remember anything…not even when he was Vice President does he remember anything…even though I have for a long time been telling my audience that I believe Joe Biden is in the stages of dementia/Alzheimer’s, I believe what we have been witnessing is a fantastic lie perpetrated by the Biden handlers and the modern day press who are too ignorant and stupid to understand when they have been had.

A good reporter, in my day, whether he was a leftie or down the middle of the road reporters, they understood their profession, unlike modern day reporters. They have no clue what it takes to do a good report. I want to give you an example.

When you ask a person in an interview a question, you should already know the answer to that question. If you already know the answer to it, then you have to decide what will be that person’s response. Then you should have a follow up question for each of the three possible answers to any question. If in the case of Joe Biden, the special prosecutor said that he was incapable of remembering and that he was really in the late stages of dementia when he was questioned, and Joe came out swinging with both fists last week saying he was not senile and that he was in full control of his faculties.

When Steve Doocy asked him a question, he did not have a follow up and he let Biden get off with answering that the whole thing was made up. There was a perfect follow up question to that and it was not asked…I have to ask…is Peter, who is a young man in his late 20s maybe early 30s, his father Steve has been a newsman for 35 plus years, having grown up in that world, why would he not know how to interview someone…it is easy for me to see that the first question back to him should have been a question and an answer at the same time.

When someone has just lied to you, they may not allow you to ask a second question. If you do ask a second question and they do not like it, then you ask the question in the form of a statement and the audience comes away knowing that you are deflecting the question because you are a liar. This is what happened last week, or better said, this is what really did not happen.

When Doocy asked him about his mental fitness, and he barked back saying he is fully in control of his mental fitness, the next question should have been “Then you have obviously been lying to the prosecutor that you couldn’t remember things, isn’t that what you are saying today? “Are you lying about this now, and did you lie to the prosecutor?” But when you make a question in the form of a statement by saying, “Then that means that you lied to the special prosecutor about not remembering things, so you really are guilty of what he was accusing you of and you fain a bad memory because everyone knows that you have dementia, so you use that as an excuse to not be prosecuted. YOU give your administration’s judicial department the excuse to not prosecute you. That is how to phrase it properly and if he didn’t’ answer it any way this then shows that he did lie to the prosecutor and did remember all of the things he said he has not remembered.

Frankly, I believe that although Joe Biden is in some stage of dementia, he remembers the crooked things he did with those papers; that he illegally kept these papers in the garage and knew he did. He told his shadow biographer that he did, he read these papers to others. He is now using his dementia as the reason why he should not be prosecuted. This is not new.

For months and years, Gigante would walk around Greenwich Village in NY in his bathrobe, acting like a complete fool without a brain in his head. He did so to not go to jail. And this is what I believe we just witnessed with this last week report from the special prosecutor on Joe Biden in the classified-documents-in-his-garage-affair.

I believe it was the decision of the Biden handlers and Joe Biden himself, to use what we all know is wrong with Biden, to use that to their advantage and lie about not remembering anything. I would even go as far to say that joe was even like The Oddfather, met these people, who knows, maybe in a bathroom, and when he answered the questions, he purposely said he couldn’t remember anything, didn’t even remember when he was VP. I do not believe for one wit that he is that far gone. He gets up in front of people and makes a lot of mistakes, but he makes some coherent sentences, or he would be completely removed from TV…but he is not.

That tells me he has lied to the prosecutor as to what he can remember, giving the excuse to not continue his prosecution by reason of insanity basically…the entire press fell for it.

Even the press on the right, the so called right, even the Newsmax people, the people on Fox that are conservative lie…Hannity, even the people on RAV like Steve Bannon…. went away with accepting the fact that he is so far gone with dementia that he cannot remember anything at all, even when he was VP. The Biden handlers are laughing all the way to the White House in 2024 because he just got away with the biggest lie of his career by making believe that the rumors about him are true.

You could put money on this and win…you watch…all of the sudden miraculously, in about two or three months, he is going to be appearing before everyone and will be able to speak more eloquently and remember more than how you are seeing him today.

I think it was a ruse, a TOTAL ruse in order to fool the prosecutor (who may have even been in on it, you cannot put them past that), and to fool the reporters who just do not know how to answer questions.

You can go back to the old days of Jack Anderson, who was a phenomenal investigator reporter, or even Mike Wallace on 60 Minutes. He was very liberal, don’t get me wrong, but he did go after everyone. I will give him that. They had great researchers and they looked everything up, understood the person they were going to question, they understood everything about a situation they were going to ask them about, they were rehearsed in what the possible answers would be by knowing the persons history of how they responded to things and come up with the possible answers the person would give…then a second line of questions depending on what answers A B and C he would maybe give. They knew what to expect and then there would then be an I gotchoo moment. Then the person lying would be exposed on National TV.

That is what good journalism is about. We do not have that today, AT ALL. Not on CNN or ABC, even NBC and CBS. We don’t have it on Fox news, Newsmax, not on any of the American leaning, the MAGA leaning news with their reporters as well. They simply do not know how to do their jobs. They do not know how to catch people lying. All they want to do is convince their audience they are on their side. It is really disturbing for me, to watch these reporters who are really themselves, lying right to our faces.

People ask me, coming from the place of thinking Doocy does a great job by asking tough questions, they ask me, “Why do they keep calling on him if he keeps making them look like fools? Why is the answer always the same?” Maybe because their internal polling shows that the so-called tough questions might be red meat for the people who hate Biden but might be in the long run, very advantageous to those who love Biden or who are undecided about Biden. That is why they pick Peter Doocy, because they know it is going to be a bombastic question which is easy to lie about and there is no good follow up question for the reasons I have shared above.

Again, like I have said all Peter Doocy had to say when Biden said the report was totally politically motivated, that there is nothing wrong with his memory. Doocy knowing that the entire thing was recorded and that the 300-page transcripts were released on Sunday, that you could see for yourselves, or a reporter could find it and read it to you after the fact, that he did say what the special prosecutor said, that he didn’t even remember that he was VP. 

Hannity whom I purposely watch on Friday night, all of these people are being fooled, the report is never going to be looked at by the mainstream media who is covering for Biden and what he really said…but the opportunity was lost by Peter Doocy when he did not follow up with obviously the only thing a good journalist can ask as a follow up is “you must have lied to the prosecutor, you must be a liar….” THIS IS WHAT GOOD REPORTERS DO. They ask a question in which people cannot walk away without answering because if they do walk away, then it is glaringly obvious they are saying that it is true and THAT THEY ARE LYING.

Biden is a liar, and he has been his entire life. He cannot use dementia for the lies he told in the 80s when he was running. They were totally lies. He was caught plagiarizing a British politicians’ speeches, and many more instances long before he had a memory problem. Biden has a history of telling tall tales, outright lies, and often times in the past was caught doing so. Reporters caught him back then because they knew how to ask ‘follow up’ questions.

There is a reason why Joe ran for president 3 or 4 times before he even (allegedly) won, why his candidacy went anywhere. The democrats knew he was a habitual liar and a Liar in Chief since the days of his youth when he lied back then. HE lied to his first wife for example when he was having an affair with the wife he is with today. Jill Biden is a liar because she was married at the time as she was having an affair with Joe, and she was lying to her husband. When her husband started investigating this affair, the Delaware state police went after her husband because Joe had clout. Even as a young man he was a corrupt politician. Totally immoral. This is not dementia.

The dems who are supporting Biden are using his potential dementia excuse to break the law and get away with it and we just witnessed this last week. And we have a press that didn’t even realize they have been had.

It bothered me all day Friday listening to how Biden was outed by Peter Doocy, and this was going to be a disaster for the democrats; well, I do not think so. I think that everything will be forgotten in a month or two about this whole affair because he was not properly caught lying.

Dementia had no role in his testimony to the special prosecutor folks, it was used as an excuse to be able to get away with having illegal top-secret documents unsecured in his garage for everyone to see and touch and look at. Many people saw them, many people read them, illegally. Donald Trump on the other hand who was indicted for having classified documents in Mar A Lago, had the right of an ex-president to have those docs because it is the president who declassifies top security documents. So, when a president leaves office, he has the right to take any top-secret document with him that he chooses because he can declassify ANYTHING.

Biden as vice president did not have that authority. Joe Biden broke the law…Donald Trump did not break the law. Everyone knows DJT has all of his faculties and in my opinion, he probably is more on the ball than any average 50-year-old! HE has great mental recall, fast on his feet, and no one can ever say he has been slowing down or has any signs of dementia; so, he gets indicted.

For not breaking any law. He did have them securely locked on top of all of this.         

The American people have been had!

And Americans think the press is on their side, the press that stands up for America! You know, those that are fair and balanced or leaning toward supporting Trump? It was a trap that many have fallen in.

I think I have a pretty good memory, a very good one at that, and I remember things that the mainstream media and the so called MAGA media seem to forget.  I knew exactly when Joe played dumb for the prosecutor as a memory was triggered. I immediately remembered from the 1990s when Vincent Gigante, the Oddfather of all things, made believe he had such severe dementia, so he didn’t have to pay the price for the murders and racketeering and every other mafia style crime that he committed; just like Joe Biden was able to get away with it, it is the same ploy.

Even the people who hate Joe Biden swallowed it because they want to believe he is so mentally incapacitated. Trust me, like I said, you are going to see Biden showing up with all these medications they are pumping into him, and he will be seeming normal. People are going to be saying, “oh he is in pretty good shape, he is better than DJT…” right before the election and they’ll forget everything going on right now declared about his mental state…I will bet you right now I am going to be right.

Another important story that I remember in great detail that I want to share with you…

Do you remember in Libya, when our ambassador Christopher Stevens was killed, when the embassy was attacked and we had a few heroes that tried to save his life, some actually died trying, some had their careers come to an end because they didn’t listen to Hillary Clinton and decided to try and save their own ambassador? I said in 2012 that this ambassador who was a Clinton supporter, a democrat, and a homosexual man, that he was classically killed off in a mafia like style hit and that Hillary was behind his murder.

It comes from a story in the Bible. Check this out. This is about David of the Bible.

When David fell in love with a woman named Bethsheba and he saw her bathing on top of his home, he was infatuated with her. David then took her to bed and Bethsheba found herself pregnant, he then called on her husband, a Hittite, Uriah. Summoning him, he asked him to sleep with her, but Uriah wouldn’t do it because he was such a moral man…Uriah’s angle was that he wouldn’t have enjoyment with his wife when his fellow comrades were fighting the philistines. David was so furious that he told his top general to put Uriah out in front of the line, then charge after the enemy and just as the enemy starts to attack back, withdraw everyone and not tell Uriah you are going to do so, then leave him alone to be slaughtered. That is what David did. You know, the David who was deemed in scripture as “A man after God’s own heart”. He took a man he wanted to kill off because he wanted his wife. He sent this brave husband into a charge with his commander under strict orders to withdraw all the troops as a moment’s notice, making him stand-alone out there to be killed in battle. That is what happened to Ambassador Christopher Stevens in Libya in 2012.

We knew there was going to be an attack on the embassy, we planned it, all proven by the way, by inciting the Muslim world with statements that cause them to attack not only in Egypt but in Libya. When we knew this attack was coming and Hillary knew it was coming, (look back in 2012 in October/November when I wrote about this) that it was a David Uriah type moment. The soldiers and the guards swore and were hired to protect him from harm were told not to save him. When they called for air support, they did not get it. When they tried to ask permission to go and rescue him, they were told to stand down. Several of them, whom I cannot remember all of their names, but they refused their order and went to rescue him and almost succeeded. They were then punished for not obeying orders to let the ambassador be killed.

Don’t you have to ask yourself why it was one month before the 2^nd election of Obama, what did that ambassador know that was so disturbing that they decided to kill him?

What did he know that caused Obama and Hillary talked in private about to make this decision so as to avoid Obama losing to Romney? Could it be that he knew that we were supplying arms to the rebels that were going against our troops in various places in the world/ That we were dirty in Libya, and we were the terrorists suppling all of these missiles that were downing our own airplanes, like TWA, Pan AM, the one bombed over Scotland?  Was it because we were the cause of these weapons got into the wrong hands? And that the ambassador was sent to another city with zero protection, just a week earlier…. he wasn’t in the main embassy when they were attacked. They sent him to a town where our CIA knew the first place that rebel attacks would take place, leaving him unguarded so he would die. Obviously, in my opinion, by watching any good Godfather movie, you know a mafia hit when you see one! I could see that he was hit by our government to silence him from whatever he knew.

I am sorry if many people do not want to believe these “conspiracy theories”, I am not a conspiracy theorist, but I have a great memory and remember how things were done. I know the story of David in the Bible, how he set up Uriah to be killed…and how Stevens was set up to be killed…it seems if he was set up to be killed, there must be a reason. Maybe in the months before he uncovered scandals about that administration, he even was shocked and they were afraid pre-election, that he may reveal what he found out. Maybe he was a true believer and not one that just followed orders. Sometimes true believers are just useful idiots who when they are faced with The Plain Truth turn on their leaders when they thought they were doing the right thing all alone.

That is my take on this Joe Biden situation.

He lied, he knew he was lying, and he used the disease he has as an excuse not to be prosecuted. Giving the justice department a way out and the press is too stupid they have been had.
