Bob Woodward Liar in Chief.. and DEEP STATE AGENT-The Plain Truth

Hi, Bob Barney for The Plain Truth today, brought to you by theplaintruth.com, just the one place to go to to find out what’s really happening, the plain truth news, no BS, and full of facts that you and your family and your friends need to know in order to plan your future, and that’s what we’re all about at theplaintruth.com.

Today’s subject is going to be one that I haven’t done in a long time, has a little bit to do with Watergate, which I did  think about a year and a half ago. Watergate was a scandal that just was not a scandal. That’s a fact.

Donald Trump’s got that right, and I want to tell you about right now because last week, Bob Woodward came out with a new book.

I forgot what it’s called. I’m not even going to plug that book because anything that comes out of that man’s lips or pen or typewriter is basically based on a lie.

Bob Woodward’s entire life has been a lie. The Watergate scandal has been a lie, and the background of Bob Woodward, which most people do not know, would absolutely raise eyebrows about this man who actually worked for Navy Intelligence, who was part of the CIA, and a plant by the deep state into many scandals.

This is a man who claimed, by the way, when CIA Secretary Casey was dying in the hospital, that he claimed that he actually got through all of this high-class security around Mr. Casey and got to interview him for his book just before he died.

This is the kind of stuff that comes out of this man’s pen that people try to or want totell you is true. The man, like I said, has never told the truth in his life. Donald Trump really blasted him first eight years ago.

Eight years ago, Donald Trump really nailed him about being probably the biggest liar that the Washington Post ever had going. Maybe he would be a little different today. He probably found some other Washington Post reporters he would say the same thing about.

Bob Woodward is not the man that the media portrays him to be. You always have toremember this. The media is left-wing.

The media is pro-socialist. That’s being very polite. Because I’ll tell you right now, the media, for the most part, the big-time media, is not only leftist and pro-socialist.

They’re borderline communist. If they’re not communist themselves, they sure want to support every anti-American type communist person running for office or standing up against America. They’ve never met an American hero they really like unless that American hero turned out to be somebody who went against Donald Trump or George Bush or Mitt Romney or, oh yeah, a Republican, right? So like I said, I wasn’t going to do this story.

I’m not going to do the Friday wrap-up this week, and I was going to put something else here in place, but I just listened to this guy for about three minutes, two minutes and 59 seconds too long the other day in an interview where now he’s naming the names of all his sources. He can finally, in his latest book, tell you every source that he had for every controversial interview that people claim he never did. Oh yeah, all of them are dead.

They all died in the last three or four years, so now he can say what they told him. Would you believe that from a car salesman? I’m going to give you a list of people who love this car. They think this is the best car they ever drove and people that you know, unfortunately, they’re all dead.

Maybe they got killed in that car. I don’t know, but this is the kind of stuff that you hear. But here’s Joe Rogan talking about a little bit about Bob Woodward, and we’ll get into his biography a little bit here.

And then I told him the story of how Bob Woodward was an intelligence agent, and that was his first assignment ever. Tucker told me this story on the podcast that Bob Woodward and the other guy, what’s the other guy’s name?

Bernstein, that this was arookie assignment. A rookie assignment is going to take down the fucking president of the United States, and his first job outside of being a fucking intelligence agent is to work for the Washington Post on his first story, which is going to take down the most popular president in the history of the United States, won by the largest margin ever.

And this is the guy that said he knew who killed Jack Kennedy. And apparently that’s why they got rid of Nixon. Tucker told me the whole story of the podcast.

I was like, holy shit, this is fucking crazy. You’re connecting the dots. So I apologize for the language there, but that’s the plain truth news.

You know, that’s how people talk today. I don’t like necessarily believe that’s the way you should talk, but that’s, but anyway, what I want to get into, what he just told you is 100% factual. Bob Woodward worked for Naval Intelligence, which is another code word for CIA.

He was planted in the Washington Post right after the Watergate affair started. His first job as a was to cover Watergate. And he was saddled with this Carl Bernstein guy and who himself was a rookie.

He was a so-so journalist that nobody really would give the time of day for anything he did up until then. And all of a sudden we want to be told, and we want to believe, I guess, that these two rookie reporters were the reason that the president in the United States had to resign. And so let’s start with number one, with Watergate, and then I’ll move on with Bob Woodward’s fake career and what I believe is an evil career.

Here’s the official story for all of you novices out there that either forgot about Watergate or forgot about the facts or are newbies. You weren’t alive during Watergate and you only know what you’ve been told in your school. And I whatever your professor told you, most likely is a lie.

Richard Nixon had absolutely nothing to do with the Watergate break-in. That’s a fact. He had nothing to do with it.

He didn’t help plan it. He didn’t have anything to do with it. There is a belief that many people around Richard Nixon did plan that Watergate break-in, but that doesn’t even pass the smell test.

There was a bunch of people working for the re-elect the president, and Richard Nixon was the existing president, that actually all seemed, in what I’ve been able to understand and uncover, you can do your own search, it’s all on the internet, is these people they’ve called the plumbers were all CIA people.

And you could say, well, you know, CIA people just find their way to these campaigns. But the actual Watergate break-in was probably, if they didn’t want to get caught, they were the stupidest people on the face of the earth.

And I got news for you. One of those was G. Gordon Liddy. And I listened and read and studied G. Gordon Liddy now for some 50 years.

He’s many things. Two things he’s not, he’s not a coward and he’s not stupid. Oh, I’m going to play one more thing.

It’s about 10, 11 minutes long, and then we’ll do one commercial for the plain truth. And this is Tucker Carlson. I know a lot of people, include myself, have a lot wrong with Tucker lately.

I’m with this antisemitic stand, but Tucker Carlson, again, is a very smart man. He has a lot of good information and he’s well-read and everything that’s coming out of this interview that he was conducting 100% is factual.

You can quiver, quibble, I’m sorry, with what all of the statements from the facts are, but just listen to this and see if you don’t see something wrong with the official story.

Tucker Carlson. If you wouldn’t mind just giving us, starting with an overview of what was Watergate? What was the scandal? Just give us a very crisp timeline of what happened to President Nixon during that. And then if you would tell us what you think actually happened, then we can get into the details.

Sure, sure. It is a scandal that unfolds over two and a half years. All kinds of currents and eddies and items that aren’t core.

The core story of Watergate is that five people were arrested on the morning of June 17th, 1972 in the Watergate office building in the offices of the Democratic National Committee. They had bugging devices on them. They were photographing documents.

It turned out one of them was a former career CIA agent who was head of security for the re-election committee, the committee for the re-election of the president, whose initials spell the word creep. So it’s CRP, but it’s pronounced creep. The other fourwere Cuban Americans.

And it then turned out that there were two masterminds from the re-electioncommittee who were the overlords of the break-in. So they were brought to trial, burglary trial. They were all convicted, seven people.

And then it turned out that there had been an effort to cover up who else knew because the break-in was planned by the re-election committee. And if you knewabout the planned break-in, you were in trouble too. And there was a cover-up because very important people might have known about the planned break-in.

And we’ll go into it in a couple of minutes. But the cover-up ultimately failed. James McCord, the CIA wire man, wrote a letter to the judge and said, there’s been a cover-up, people have committed perjury.

And the cover-up came apart. And people who were close to that, or whose name figured in the press, ultimately resigned. And it turned out the cover-up was actually run by the president’s own lawyer.

But it infected other people on the White House staff. So I’ll get into my point of view in a minute. But the end result when everything came out, and it turned out the president was taping people in his Oval Office.

There was a tape system that had run for two years. So the public concluded, I think fairly, that if they got the tapes, they could figure out who knew what when. And the most famous quote is from Senator Howard Baker of the Ervin Committee, what did the president know, and when did he know it? And you’ll find that echoing in every scandal since.

And popularly so. As the investigation progressed, more and more people got caught up in the wrongdoing. And ultimately, there was a tape that came out after therecommendations for impeachment, after the Supreme Court ruled the tapes had to be turned over to the prosecutors.

This tape came out that recorded the president agreeing with his chief of staff to get the CIA to tell the FBI that two people they wanted to interview were off-limits,because they were CIA personnel. I’m somewhat familiar with a smoking gun tape, because I was the third person to hear it after the Supreme Court’s decision.

I was the one who prepared the official transcript of it, first transcript, and I’m the one that nicknamed it the smoking gun.

And the reason I did that was because the president’s chief lawyer, when he heard it, he was the second person after President Nixon to hear that tape, the tape of June 23,1972, six days after the break-in arrests.

He concluded, it turns out wrongly, that thepresident had been involved in the cover-up from the beginning, because he agreed to this idea to get the CIA to tell the FBI not to interview the people. Now, let’s go back and start with what I think happened.

Go ahead. Just for people who are familiar with the details in the overview, so the break-in happens in 1972 during the campaign. Absolutely.

Nixon wins an overwhelming landslide, by some measures the biggest landslide in American electoral history. Yes. And so he’s the most popular president, and then the Washington Post, Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein being reporters on the story, start to break a series of stories about the break-in, then the cover-up, etc., etc.

And what happens then? How is Nixon booted from office? Well, those stories were breaking before he was re-elected. Yes. So it is fair to say the public was informed about this minor scandal.

Interesting. But they still voted overwhelmingly for the president. He’s running against George McGovern, an acknowledged progressive.

We characterized his campaign as being in favor of acid, amnesty, and abortion. Yes. He promised to raise taxes.

It was a wipeout. But then facts started to come out that were embarrassing as the cover-up started to come apart. The actual trial of the Watergate burglars occurred after the president had been re-elected.

So he wins a landslide in November, but the trial starts in January. And when those seven were all convicted and facing tens of years of imprisonment, it broke the cover-up. They didn’t hold anymore.

And as that broke, it was like a flood coming downstream, swallowing dam after dam. More and more things came out that were adverse. The Senate set up an investigative committee, the Senate Irvin Committee.

They were public hearings. They were dragging people up there. And the people didn’t look good.

It looked like bad stories. And then it turned out there was a taping system. And we’re going to stop there for a brief commercial about ThePlainTruth.com.

ThePlainTruth.com, these Plain Truth Today programs, be it my podcast or others we put up, tries to give you, the listener, the reader, what is going on around you and what’s really behind it without any spin, without any progressive or conservative or any blank of a slant other than the slant that maybe God would take or the conservative values that Americans would have taken 50, 75, 125 years ago.

We are pro-God in this broadcast, and we are also pro-American. And we also understand the identity of America. And if you don’t understand who America is, and who the American people are, where we came from, and where we are found in the Bible, you do not understand what’s going on in today’s news.

And we tell you who the identity of America is, Germany, the Jewish people, the people in Iran, Iraq, Russia, China, Japan.

All of that is important for you to understand exactly what’s going on in today’s world and to understand that what is going on today can be found in the pages of the Bible if you know where to look, if you know who the players are, because most of the names have changed. Assyria is no longer the people of Iraq.

Assyria happens to be the people of Germany. These are the kind of things you learn from ThePlainTruth.com that you need to know that actually will do you some good, not the news that you watch at six o’clock at night that actually just feeds you a line of liberal propaganda. That’s ThePlainTruth.com. Please go there every day.

You will not be disappointed. And everybody thought, wow, now we can learn the truth. And there was a year-long battle over who got the tapes.

And the famous case is U.S. v. Nixon handed down in July of 1974. Now, it was the prosecutor who subpoenaed the tapes. Americans don’t understand.

It had nothing to do with the Congress. Congress never won a battle saying they could have the tapes because of separation of powers. The president could protect his own conversations, but not from possible criminal involvement.

And that was the holding of the Supreme Court. So you end up with three things for certain. There really was a break-in.

They were caught red-handed. There really was a cover-up. There’s just no question about that.

Who was involved is the real question. And Nixon really did resign. He’s the only president, at least to date, who’s ever resigned from office.

So let’s start with the crime, the break-in. You said there was one, the man in charge was a CIA officer, McCord. Well, yes, he was the senior guy of the break-in team.

But it would be unfair to say he was in charge. I mean, on the scene. On the scene.

There were two goals, as I understand it. I have no personal knowledge. Two goals of the break-in.

One was to fix a listening device, a bug, in the chairman’s phone, Larry O’Brien’s phone, that wasn’t transmitting correctly. And the other was to photocopy every document they could find. And the Cubans were supposed to do that.

And McCord was supposed to fix the bug. Some people think there’s all kinds of conspiracy theories about that break-in, because we’ve never ascertained why. Why did they go in? Who thought that was a bright idea? You get down to it, and there are all kinds of stories, Tucker, and I can’t vouch for the stories.

But supposedly Howard Hunt, who’s a separate career CIA agent, he said, this is nuts. Larry O’Brien has already left for their convention down in Miami. This is high risk, low reward.

I don’t want to go back in. But Gordon Liddy, who developed the campaign intelligence plan, was eager to show off. Kind of a macho man.

No, by Jove, if that stuff isn’t working, I’m going to send my team back in to fix it. And then to fix it, he recruits the head of security for the re-election committee, who’s James McCord. So you’re right, McCord is the senior guy on site.

But Liddy’s pulling the strings. How many of the burglars had some connection to the CIA? As did Howard Hunt. The only guy who doesn’t is Gordon Liddy.

Who was an FBI agent. Well, he had been an FBI agent and an assistant district attorney. I had the pleasure of knowing Gordon when I was a White House fellow at Treasury, and he was fired from the Department of Treasury because he wouldn’t follow direction.

And I have the misfortune of having fought to keep him off the White House staff. I maintained he was a loose cannon, he wouldn’t follow direction, and we would rue the day if we hired him. But I lost.

I knew him well, and I can verify, I thought he was great, but he was definitely a loose cannon. I remember walking down the hallway of the old EOB, the gorgeous marble squares, black and white, saying to myself, the day Gordon left, good heavens, he’s been here, and he’s left, and nothing’s gone wrong. And I pitched a hissy fit, they must think I’m a fool.

And then later it turned out that Gordon had run this whole thing. But can I ask, so the CIA is an intelligence gathering agency whose main purpose is to collect information from around the world and give it to the president so he can make better foreign policy decisions. Yes.

They have no right to operate in the United States. Open and shut. No operation whatsoever.

And I mean, from its inception, that has been the rule. It seems very strange that everyburglar has some connection to the CIA, has worked for the CIA. What is that?Everyone but Gordon.

And Gordon is the moving force. So I tell you, right off the top, the CIA knew all about the burglary in advance, everything. President Nixon knew nothing.

Well, that’s the case here. Now, this guy was involved. I don’t believe that he’s tellingexactly the whole right story, but we want to get every side here.

But the most important thing to realize here is this guy’s agreeing what I just said. Richard Nixon knew nothing. However, let’s go down the road to Bill Clinton.

When he lied, he knew what he was doing. He was a part of the cover-up himself, and he lied. You can now go on to say about the Obama administration, the lies that came out of there, especially with Biden administration, the lies that came out of there.

And I will say right now, I’m consistent. That’s what’s going on with the Trump administration. Lies, cover-up scandals that would make Richard Nixon look like a Boy Scout and a choir boy singer.

And the reason they got rid of Richard Nixon is this. Richard Nixon ended the Vietnam War as he promised he would, really, by the end of his first administration, although it lagged on another year afterwards. But basically, the war was over after the December, January bombings of 1972, early 1973, and that ended the military-industrial complex getting rich.

I told you a few weeks ago, I think it was a Friday wrap-up, how a friend of mine was involved in the paint business in the 1960s, running the largest paint company that sold to the United States Navy, Army, Air Force at the time on the East Coast of the United States. And he was saying how, for example, the plywood-made boxes that would deliver out of parachute, out of airplanes, that would deliver these huge eight-by-eight-by-eight boxes full of food or ammunitions or K-rations, they were made out of plywood. They had to have one coat of primer and five coats of paint.

Why would you need five coats of paint on a wooden crate that you were going to drop out of an airplane, whatever was in it, it would parachute to the ground, they break into it, the soldiers get out what they needed, and leave the pallet, the wood behind.

Why does it need five coats of paint? Why did it need four gallons of paint? Why did it need any paint? Oh, you could say, I guess you could say it needed paint to stop it from rotting out before they used it. Maybe it sat in a corner of a military base for five months or so, it didn’t happen.

One coat of paint would have done it. But I’ll tell you why. Because of the corruption that was going on at the time, that the people who owned and ran these paint companies contributed to the politicians who kept this war going, and they just wasted paint.

There were one order that I was told to me that they fulfilled was 85,000 gallons of paint for an aircraft carrier without a bid. Could you get it to us in 10 days? And that was their excuse why they did not need a bid. Well, when that war ended, so did all of that spending end.

And you want to know what it did do? It caused the Great Recession of 1975, 76, 77. That’s what really caused it. Because the truth is, the Vietnam War, with all that military spending, actually stimulated our economy.

Because back then, everything that was produced to fight that war was produced within the United States of America, with the United States American factories, with the United States American highly paid middle class workers, and it made the economy boom off the blood of American boys and girls in Vietnam.

And that’s the plain truth. And so when he ended that, that was the beginning of Nixon’s downfall, because the deep state did not want that war to end when it did.

It’s like this last 20 year war we fought that was started by second George Bush, right? It went on for 20 years. Why? Because there was money to be made. What was the second scandal that Richard Nixon did? Well, Richard Nixon knew who killed John F. Kennedy and started talking about it.

And in fact, he brought the director of the CIA in his office one time and told him, you know, you guys were involved. So listen to this outtake again from another Tucker Carlson show. And Nixon says, I know why they killed Jack Kennedy.

So Nixon was a student of history, obviously a flawed and complicated person, but a very… I want to break in one thing. Again, I think if you don’t study history, you may not know this. Richard Nixon was the roommate of John Kennedy while they were freshman congressmen in the 1949 year.

And they were very, very good friends. And when they ran against each other for the presidency, when John Kennedy’s father thought that Lyndon Johnson was going towin the nomination, he actually told Richard Nixon, if they steal this election from my son, the Kennedy family is going to give you all the money you need to make sure you win in 1960. That’s the truth.

You can look it up, but listen to Tucker Carlson again. Very smart person. So why did they want to kill Nixon? Um, you know, there are a lot of theories on that.

I mean, we don’t, first of all, we don’t need to know motive to know what happened. They, meaning unelected federal employees, got rid of Richard Nixon, which is the most anti-democratic way to make a leadership change that there is. Okay.

I should just say that I actually kind of believe in democracy. Obviously, it’s not working well. Obviously, it’s ending globally.

There will never be another liberal democracy, unfortunately, but I’m attached to it because I was born here. I really believe in it, and it’s better than any other system. So that’s why I’m pissed.

What was their motive? There are a lot of theories on this. There’s an amazing conversation. It’s on tape, um, between Richard Nixon when he was still president, I think it was in 1973, and I think it was Richard Helms, the head of the CIA, though I may have… It was Richard.

It was Richard Helms. And Nixon says, I know why they killed Jack Kennedy. So Nixon was a student of history, obviously a flawed and complicated person, but a very, very smart person.

And he was really interested in why this guy who’d been president, just one president before him, was murdered. And he didn’t think it was a lone gunman who wasmysteriously assassinated two days later by another lone gunman. Like, it’s so obviously bullshit.

And he knew that. And he said, the CIA director, who, and you can listen to the tape, it’s on the internet, is totally silent on this question. Totally silent on the question, because that was the third rail at the time that would get rid of you.

You know, today, talking against the vaccine is a third rail. Used to be the third rail was talking against social security or trying to end Medicare. But now, back then, the third rail for Nixon was stopping that Vietnam War, which made a lot of people a lot of money, and starting to talk to the CIA director about, I know who killed Kennedy, and goes on to say, and you know who it is too.

And meanwhile, the CIA director, Richard Helms, is not talking. And you want to go back here to Bob Woodward, and you think that Bob Woodward really had a deep throat? You think the guy he now later said was deep throat was deep throat? It’s all a lie, my friends. Bob Woodward’s career as an intelligent CIA operative at the Washington Post is all based on a lie.

You don’t have to believe it. And if you don’t want to believe it, then you want to believe in the fairy tale of Christmas, Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, and everything else. Maybe the tooth fairy.

But the CIA was behind the death of John Kennedy, and they were also behind the removal of Richard Nixon from office. They were also behind Iran-Contra scandal under Ronald Reagan to try to remove Ronald Reagan from office. And they were also behind the lawfare behind the first Trump administration, because the first time Trump was president was a great presidency.

He was actually going against the deep state. He was going against all of these people trying to harm the middle class in this country. And he was doing a good job, and many people did well.

But the truth is, the rich billionaires didn’t do well. This time around, they found an ally with the new Donald Trump, and he is marching to the tune of the deep state and the big fat billionaires and not you and I. So that’s Bob Woodward, a liar. And that’s all about Watergate and what’s going on today with the deep state.

And your freedoms are going down the toilet every single day, because we won’t stop it, unfortunately. This is Bob Barney for The Plain Truth today. Thank you for listening.

We’ll be back again soon. Bye-bye.
