It is Pentecost. May 29 every year is Pentecost. It is the birthday of the church and happens to also be my birthday, not that that is important but there are some interesting facts about Pentecost that most people don’t know.

Unlike other holiday, or Holy Days that God commands us to follow and will be following during the millennium, Pentecost is the only OT Holy Day where the New Testament church follows it universally. The Catholic, Protestant, the pagan churches of Christianity follow Pentecost. This is because it is found in hte Bible in Acts 2. It says on Pentecost Sunday the Holy Spriit filled the church with the power and added 3.000 new believers. This reports that after Jesus ascended back into Heaven 40 days after First Fruits, Jesus’ followers were gathered together for the Feast of Pentecost. The Holy Spirit filled the whole house where they were sitting. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the spirit enabled them.

People babble in the Pentecostal churches thinking they are speaking in holy angel tongues; they spoke in other languages they didn’t know. It would be like you not knowing anything but English but the Holy Spirit on a certain day overcame you and you were filled with the essence of God which is the Holy spirit, it is not a 3rd part of a trinity…God, Jesus and the Father, are comprised of the Holy Spirit and that is why when Jesus prayed to His Father God, it was the Father God, not the Holy Spirit.

So, when it says in scripture says they were speaking in tongues it means they were speaking in other languages and they were probably speaking in their own language, which most likely was Greek or Hebrew or maybe even Arabic, and other people listening miraculously could hear it in their own language. The Disciples were speaking in their own language. If you are speaking in English that are made up of Frenchmen, Germans and Chinese, and each person even though you are speaking English, heard you as if you were speaking in their language. Like as if you were at the UN, they have interpreters available for every person sitting there with earpieces, they can hear the translation in their own language. This is similar but the translation came from the Holy Spirit in their minds as the Disciples were speaking on Pentecost.

Pentecost in Hebrew in Shavuot meaning weeks. It is the Feast of Weeks. It is not counted 50…Pentecost in Greek is the 50th day after counting what was called in the OT the omar. That started on the Feast of First Fruits which is the day after the Feast of Pentecost and Unleavened Bread. From the 14th to the 21st is Passover and the Feast of unleavened Bread and on the 22nd of the first month is the feast of First Fruits when people can have yeast again and start counting 50 days from First Fruits to the day of Pentecost. It had to have 7 Sabbaths in it. Every church that I know of even so-called churches of God that follow the Sabbath, believe that Pentecost has to fall on a Sunday, and that is pure nonsense. All they are doing is following along Catholic tradition to make Sunday some kind of a day of worship when Saturday is the Holy day of God. These people that do this every year is really helping Satan’s plan along by deceiving everyone about the nature of Sunday.

The truth is, that whatever day of the week the First Fruits falls on, 50 days after that is Pentecost. It could be a Monday or a Tuesday, today it is a Wednesday. It can happen any day of the week. That is important.

Here are some similarities with the NT and the OT. What happened on Pentecost? The very first one? After Moses left Egypt. The Israelites actually arrived at MT Sania on the 50th day since First Fruits. The Torah, or the Law was giving on Pentecost. Think about that. The Law was given, that same Law that Jesus came to say He did not come to abolish but to magnify. It was given on the day of the NT church, so Pentecost becomes the NT churches birthday when it is actually formed after Christ left. It is the NT churches birthday. It is the day that the Holy Spirit came. If you go back in prophesy, God says that He will put the Law in their hearts and in the minds in spirit as Jesus pointed out. That when you follow the Law, you can follow it to the letter, but still break it. Christ came to magnify the Law and make it more in force than ever.

In mosaic Law for example, you could look at a woman and lust after her and that was not a physical sin. However, in Christ, when He said that when you look at a woman with lust, you have already committed adultery with her in your heart. The Apostles at the time were horrified because every man in the world lusts after some woman he sees on TV or somewhere. He may not want to admit it to his gal, but it is the case and is human nature. Animal instinct in man that he has to fight with the spirit of God. Even the Disciples knew at the time that it was an impossible thing and even said this is a hard teaching and Jesus agreed. The spirit of mankind is of a sinner. We will continue these sins until we are resurrected from the dead and turned into immortal spirits and turn into Gods themselves. We are born into the God Family and are children of God the Father. That is our ultimate destiny and what the Holy Spirit represents, what the NT Church represents…putting the law in our hearts and minds in spirit. The law has not been done away as these churches teach you. It is in force more than ever because it is a spiritual law, not just a physical law. You cannot even hate your brother; you cannot even think about doing bad. Before you could take a stone and kill him but now if you think about it, you have killed that person in your mind. God says that you are under the penalty of death for thinking about it. People want to think Christ came to abolish the law, no, to make the law more in spirit and not just on stone.

The Torah or the Ten Commandments were written on stone on the day of Pentecost when Moses first came to Mt Sinai. The Ten Commandments are now written in our hearts in the day of Pentecost in the NT church. We are to follow the NT Pentecost in our hearts, in our spirits, and not just in our physical following of the law. That is what Christ actually meant about the spitirual aspect of the law and not doing away with it but magnifying it.

There is also a thing about Pentecost we should realize that it ends the Passover season. It really is a festival that is connected to counting from the Passover time. The Passover season that is over is springtime. Pentecost is the end of spring and the beginning of the summer growing time. Growing of the crops and the sheep’s and the lambs. Waiting for the harvest that will be coming in September and October. On the day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit was given to all of those people in the congregation of the NT church. They were filled with the spirit and the church; the people of God have never been the same since.

There are earlier first fruits by the way, and I want to mention this. Many times, in the OT Pentecost is referred to as First Fruits and that is referencing the people, the first fruits of the church. But the real first fruits found during Passover week are that the first fruits s symbolizes Christ, and the first fruits of Pentecost symbolizes the church, the first fruits on the 8th day of Passover symbolizes the very first born of the dead which is Christ. He is the first fruits of the dead. He is the first person ever to be born again. That bothers people when you say “Born Again” because people do not want to admit that Jesus Christ was born again. He was born again…what that means is that you are dead, and you are converted into spirit at the return of Christ. 1 Corinthians 15 and see the whole scenario of how it happens. It happens at the return of Christ at the last Trump of Revelations when the graves are open and the bodies come out as spiritual beings, as God’s. New Gods in the image of God the Father and Jesus Christ their brother and reign with Christ forever and in the 1000-year millennium as well.

The rest of the dead that we read about in Revelations did not, and those are the people who are not Christians who still have a chance, did not come to life until after the millennium and then they are judged and what are they judged by? The Law. By what they did.

You know you don’t have to necessarily be a Christan. There are people of other faiths, like Hindu’s and Indians and other faiths that how to do good as best as they know how and are not evil people. They are all sinners as we all are, but they are no worse than anyone else. Because they did not know Christ, they are not doomed to a hellfire as so many churches are wanting to teach. They are going to be given another change but judged first before they are given that chance.

There are some people that the bible clearly shows…unlike the teaching of the Armstrongs, the Bible clearly shows that some people do not get a second chance. They are judged by what they did. If their name was not found in the Book of Life, they are destroyed in a hellfire. They do not suffer in hell for all of eternity, burning and sizzling like a steak on a fire, they are thrown into the Lake of Fire and cease to be. NO consciousness, no body, no thought. They are gone. Gone like when you take dry hay and throw it on a fire it burns up and nothing, but ashes left. That is what happens to those not found in the Book of Life.

We don’t know whose names are going to be in there or whose won’t be in there. It is just for God to know. There is a book though and it is in Heaven. It is in the last few chapters of Revelations. The names of the people who will have life after the millennium and have a second chance and whose names are not in the book and have had such a miserable life filled with hatred and evil murder, lies, and cheating and couldn’t care one bit about their fellow people, their God, only themselves. THEY ARE SO FAR GONE THAT THE Bible suggests they don’t have a second chance. They will not find their name.

I understand where the Armstrongs were coming from in that everyone will have a second chance. The power of Satan over them is what causes them to go wrong. Satan is as the Day of Atonement says is our scapegoat. What is a scapegoat? Someone who is paying the penalty of what you did and find someone else to blame. god as he appears to me, my opinion from what I read in scripture, but you make up your own mind, but it seems to me that many of the sins that are placed at Satan’s feet that we are blaming Satan for in our lives are our own sins that God allows Satan to be our scapegoat. He blames Satan for things he didn’t do to us, but we did for ourselves because we are a thoughtless people…that is our human nature God knows it is there and he sends us his holy spirit The fight in these human animal instincts that bring death and destruction and takes our name from the Book of Life. When you become a Christian and a good Christian and obey God and His teachings, then you get a part of God inside of you. That part of God Christ says is from the Father and part of Gods Holy Spirit that becomes part of you that grows in you showing you the right way and convicting you every time you sin.

There was a booklet one time from Garner Ted about getting rid of guilt. Well, we aren’t supposed to get rid of guilt. It convicts us to stay away from sin. Guilt keeps our feet from going down the right path. If we have no guilt, we are a psychopath. We do all of the crimes we want to do and break all of the commandments and have no guilt in doing so. Psychopaths have no empathy for the person they have tortured, like all of Hamas did to the Jewish people, that was horrifying.

We had a story on the Message Board of about 5 or so Israeli girls who were a part of the IDF, or the IDL, they were the soldiers that were protecting the concert and not in uniform as it appears. You see the girls with bloody faces, looking away from the camera and sometimes into the camera knowing what their fate is going to be. one of horrible unmentionable torture and inevitably death. It is hard to see especially when you see all of these antisemitic people whom in my opinion deserve to have their names blotted out for the Book of Life. These are evil people who have no love of God in them at all. They have no conscience like the Nazis who killed 6 million Jews. Yes, it is true that si the number and it really happened. It is a total lie what they are teaching our kids these days. It did happen. There were both Christians and jews who were murdered. There were many Christians that had been killed for harboring Jews. Just like the Ten Boom family, especially Corrie. They gave a hiding place in their homes and wound up having to go to concentration camps for doing so. Corrie’s sister, her brother, her parents, all of her family was killed expect her. She by the grace of God, by a clerical error was released instead of killed right before the end of the world. She lived another 5-60 years telling everyone about Christ and about the love of Christ. she told about no matter how big of a pit you think you are in; you are even deeper. She was a very powerful woman. If you have not read about her, I really ask that you do so, today. This day of Pentecost. Learn about someone who put her faith on the line and watched her whole family slaughtered from these Nazi’s and forgave every one of them. Prison guards who came to her crying for forgiveness, she forgave them. This was a woman who was a prisoner like her sister who never lost faith, Corrie lost faith and started fighting with God. She lost her faith, her sister never did and died. That loss of faith God used to create in Corrie a heart of a woman who would never give up afterwards. after the war she shared the gospel of Jesus Christ. She followed the Sabbath day as Saturday AND Sunday. She may have been in a mainstream church, but she was a disciple of God. She definitely has a place in God’s heart that I only wish I could have. Corrie is a true champion, and you have a chance, look up the book The Hiding Place and learn about Corrie Ten Boom.’

Or there’s a very good movie that was made, I believe by the Billy Graham people back in the 1970s with major Hollywood actors in it that starred in the movie was called The Hiding Place. So again, today is Pentecost. It is the birthday of the church. It is the time when the Holy Spirit was given. In the Old Testament, it was the time when the law was given because in the New Testament, we see now the law is in spirit and it is written upon our minds and on our heart. So, the Sabbath hasn’t been done away with, the 10 commandments haven’t been done away with; now they are written in our hearts and minds. They are part of our spiritual being. And we should be forever grateful that God did this for us, even though we don’t live up to them and we continue to sin, and we will continue to sin.

As the Apostle John writes in 1 John, all of us who say we have not sinned, and do not sin are liars, and we make Christ into a liar and God the Father into a liar. We are all sinners. We all fall short of the glory of God, but we are God in the making. And God is overlooking our sin with the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. We’re overlooked, our sin is overlooked and done away with, even though we are guilty. And our scapegoat is Satan the devil, who is paying the price for his own evil, yes, but for our evil too, that God has placed our sins upon his head as well, as symbolically the goat, the scapegoat on the day of atonement had the people’s sin placed on that goat, that innocent goat’s head and sent out into the desert. So, I hope everyone remembers what this day is. Many people may not know it, but maybe after listening to today’s broadcast, you may be interested in seeing the holy days of God, what the holy days mean and why we are to follow them and not the pagan religious holidays called Christmas, Easter, Halloween, all these other pagan Sunday worship. All of these come from a pagan Babylon inspired church system that is against God, against God the Father, against Jesus Christ and against his true church. So, maybe you want to look into not only Pentecost, but Passover, the Feast of Weeks, I’m sorry, the Feast of the Harvest called Tabernacles or Feast of Shelters, the Day of Atonement, the Feast of Trumpets, all these biblical feasts that you find. And when you understand those feasts, you will understand why we are to follow them, because what they do is they give us the plan of God right in front of us so we can understand God’s purpose for us. When you follow the man-made pagan holidays, you don’t see a purpose.

What’s the purpose of Christmas? Oh, Christ was born. What did that do? Nothing. Christ’s death is what saves you, not his born, when he was born. First of all, and again, we all know he was not born in December and every scholar knows this, every theologian knows this, every Catholic priest knows this, every Protestant priest knows this, a minister knows this, everyone who studies the Bible, has any concept at all, knows Christ was not born on December 25th. They all know it was a pagan holiday in Rome called Saturnalia. In other times it was called other names, and it was the worship, really, of the sun god, or I should say of Satan. It’s probably the day Satan was actually created. And that is the birthday you’re celebrating when you think you’re celebrating Christ’s birthday. But that’s just on a side note.

Today is Pentecost. Please have a very safe day and maybe look into following God’s way, cutting the mold there, getting out of the mold of churchianity, and using the brain that God gave you to start discovering what’s really in the Bible and start to follow what God wants you to do. So that’s the end of the Passover. I’m sorry, the Pentecost broadcast for today, and like I said, this probably would be used in other years, and so it can fall on any day.

You do not understand God’s true calendar with these other churches, because they do not follow God’s true calendar. They follow the calendar of the modern-day Jews which are following the Babylonian captivity calendar that was not followed by Moses or by David or by any of the prophets. And it was not followed by the New Testament church. And that is why Jesus Christ’s Lord’s Supper, his Passover was a day before the Jews, not because he knew he was going to die. I proved that during our Passover broadcast.

The people knew that Passover was that day. They said when the day of Passover arrived and Jesus said, go find the donkey and all this. So, their Passover was on the same time. They always followed their Passover. Why? Because they were following a different calendar than the temple, which was following a Babylonian captivity calendar at the time. And it was not the calendar that Christ was following. And it’s not the calendar, for example, that the Essenes were following. People are so mistaken about thinking they are supposed to follow the evening day of the Babylonian captivity. The Jewish Sabbath starts Friday evening. It does not. 

The real Sabbath starts at sunrise Saturday morning until sunrise Sunday morning. And you can again prove that in the New Testament and the Old Testament. In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, and he did all this creation. Then came evening, then came morning, the first day. The first day was completed in the morning. And then the next day of creation, then came evening, then came morning, the second day. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist again to read the words on the page and realize the day ends and begins in the morning with the sunrise. And the sunset has nothing to do with the end of a day. It’s the end of the daylight part of a day. But the 24-hour day starts in the morning, ends in the morning. And that is what the true calendar of God says.
