Friday Wrap-up with Bob Barney: June 28, 2024 (Transcript)

LISTEN TO BOB BARNEY’S 7:11 BROADCAST: FRIDAY WRAP-UP WITH BOB JUNE 28, 2024

Good morning. It’s Friday morning at 7:11, and we are about 8-10 hours after the fiasco of a debate last night.

And before I even say a word, I’m going to play from my other phone a Steve Bannon quote from last night after the debate. (Bob plays Bannon quote)

 And that is the plain truth, better than anybody could ever say it. I purposely went to MSNBC and CNN to listen to what they had to say after the debate, and it was like they were at a funeral. They understood that they were in trouble. They didn’t even try to spin it on the MSNBC front, and CNN, on their part, basically they were blaming their own host a little bit because they weren’t tough enough on Trump.

I think that you’re going to hear that more and more and more as the days go on, especially from the liberals and the MSNBC. They’re going to go after the CNN host who really did try to be somewhat balanced. I have some notes and I didn’t even bring them to this show today because I can do them out of my head…but some of the things they brought up about climate change, which is a hoax anyway, and about abortion, which is no longer a federal issue, and some of the things that they tried to bring up about the Trump years which were all fallacy, fake news….CNN’s good at that, but I will say they were worse on Biden than they were on Trump. Steve Bannon and others think this was planned because they know, and they have known especially as Trump pulls ahead in the polls everywhere as it looks like a blowout, landslide election…according to some of these insiders, planned on this to go bad for Biden. They planned it to go bad on Biden because they want to get rid of him and they want to find a viable candidate.

Then last night, we had Kamala Harris going on both CNN, MSNBC, trying to spin it but in a way she was trying to spin it like she’s already in the wings to be president and maybe she can win at the convention and that she can pull the nomination away from Biden. Something that will never happen.

As you remember, I did say, and it is my opinion, and I think it’s really going on tonight, they can keep Biden on the ticket to save grace if they could put somebody in place of Kamala Harris that would be the next president…and everybody would know it’s the next president, and therefore the people who do not want to vote for Trump now have someone they can vote for,. Then the anti-Trump vote will come out in masses and support a Democratic ticket with a vice president they would know would REALLY be president.

I told you last Friday with a shocking confession on my part that I believe that the Democrats are seriously thinking they could put Barack Obama on as vice president to replace Kamala Harris. And she couldn’t do anything about it…she’s not popular. In fact, she’s less popular than Joe Biden. So how in the world did the Democrats think they can give her the nomination when Joe Biden, who is a senile old man ready to start World War III, has more popularity than his vice president? That should say something. And I think the weak part of the ticket is not just Joe Biden, but it is Kamala Harris.

I do think you have Democrats thinking, well, if we can’t get Joe Biden off the ticket maybe we can put in a vice president that everybody can say, well, when we’re voting for Joe, we’re really voting for Barack Obama. Even though I know that the 22nd Amendment does not allow a president to run more than two terms, it does not specifically say for example, the Speaker of the House, could it be an ex-president, they’re third in line to the presidency, a president could run for Congress after two terms as president and be elected Speaker of the House. I don’t know how the Supreme Court will rule on that part for the 22nd Amendment…it does not specifically bar a vice president. I think it implies it, but it does not say it that a vice president cannot be a former president that has won two terms. This is the scenario: Biden becomes president, he steps down the day after the election and would let Kamala Harris be president until January just to say they had the first woman president who knows what executive actions she would put forth…and then Barack Obama would become president. He would pick a vice president and who knows who that would be. But this is the moment, I’m going to play from the debate last night that everybody’s talking about…this is the moment that I think sealed the Democrats fate unless they do something drastic.

And here it is, Joe Biden in his own words… (Bob plays clip here) the CNN host had to cut him off really quick because he was drowning, trying to find the right words and he totally lost his train of thought. He started talking about Medicare when it wasn’t even the subject. It was very pitiful, as my wife and I both agreed and almost every liberal or conservative or middle-of-the-road pundit on TV said the same thing. It was horrible to watch. It was like watching some old senile old man be abused in front of everybody…yes, it was hard to watch and there’s no two ways about it. Truth is, I have a pretty tough skin to watch just about anything but last night’s debate sealed the Democrats fate…they have to do something. Ultimately what they are going to do, I don’t really know but like I said I think it’s possible they’re going to try to get Biden to step down or replace him at the convention. But then again, it’s going to be hard because Kamala Harris is going to demand it be her and she cannot be elected.

Kamala is in worse shape than he is. If somebody else is, let’s say they go to Gavin Newsom, like some people suggested last night. Well, she’s going to say you’re going to pick a white guy over me. And you know, the Democrats who are, you know, checking every single box types, you know, unless they pick a black woman who’s a lesbian and a transvestite all at the same time, someone who doesn’t have a chance of replacing Kamala Harris, in fact there are only two people that could replace Kamala Harris: Barack Obama or Michelle Obama. I have said numerous times, I do not believe it can be Michelle Obama because she will go down in worse defeat than Hillary Clinton did. Contrary to what you’re fed by the media, Michelle Obama is not liked by the American people. She’s nasty, she’s mean-spirited, and it shows. She can’t even pretend to be a nice person. Barack Obama, on the other hand, can act like a nice guy. He can act like a common guy. He can act in a likable way. Not to me, I see through the guy, but I think too many Americans do not see through the guy. So therefore, even though some didn’t like him, maybe even as president, most people do not see Barack Obama as an evil person well the one that he really is, by the way. He is the destroyer. He’s next to Satan, the devil is the destroyer of this country.

When you’re watching the last three years of the Biden administration, you are really watching the third term of the Barack Obama administration. Joe Biden don’t have a brain to do anything that he’s doing. They’re taking orders from the Obama-ites that are in the cabinet and around the president. Obama is calling, well, I won’t say Obama’s calling the shots, but the people behind Obama are calling the shots. Think about this…Obama wasn’t president when he was president. I always make a joke that the movie Trading Places, if anybody hasn’t seen it, let me quickly tell you what it was about…

It was about a Wall Street brother team. They were investment brokers on Wall Street. They were there for centuries, their family, and they had a guy, I can’t remember the name other than Eddie Murphy was the black guy, but they had a guy that they wanted, they had a $1 bet that they could take a great white guy who was just the cream of the crop of Harvard, and they could turn him into a drug dealer, and they could take a drug dealer and turn him into the top executive in their firm, and they had a $1 bet. Eddie Murphy was this panhandler low-life drug kind of guy and they turned him into this executive for a $1 bet. I always said that that Trading Places model happened between the Koch brothers and George Soros where the Koch brothers bet George Soros that he could not take a drug dealer from Chicago and make him president, and George Soros says, I bet you a buck I can. I’ll take this guy here, and I’ll make him president, and the Koch brothers lost their dollar.

So if you didn’t see the movie Trading Places, it won’t make sense to you, but I’m just telling you. I’ve always said it about Barack Obama. Barack Obama is not a smart man. Barack Obama, he’s got a nice personality when people first hear him. He sounds good, and he acts good, and he acts like a conciliatory kind of guy who wants to pull the races together. But no, he’s got evil behind him, the Soros type people, the other billionaires, and of course Satan…and his whole purpose was to destroy the America that was God’s America, which he did a very good job doing so…especially in his third term, the Biden term.

And so I still say, like I said, Michelle Obama would not have a chance running against Donald Trump. He would defeat her worse than he defeated Hillary Clinton, and this time around, because of all the crimes of the Obamas, she could end up in jail. But one thing for sure, she would not have the lifestyle she’s living right now off of everybody else’s dime. The Obamas, who were dead broke 20 years ago and had his car repossessed and his credit cards repossessed at the Democratic convention in 2004, just four years before he became president, is now basically, practically a billionaire on a government salary of $400,000, $500,000 a year. You figure out the and you’ll see why the man could easily, if somebody really investigated that whole clan, could see the corruption behind Obama, Biden, and all those other Democrats who became multi-millionaires, if not billionaires, as a public servant. It’s pretty disgusting. So I don’t believe Michelle Obama’s the answer.

Who else could be the person? Now Hillary Clinton thinks she can be the person, but again, she’s not black enough. She may be one of those check the boxes type as the homosexual in the group, but she’s still not black enough and so she can’t check that box, and so she cannot replace Kamala Harris, and Harris knows that.

Barack Obama can replace her, and then later replace Biden. Kamala’s conciliatory prize is she can be president for three months after the election, and Joe Biden, you know, says he’s not feeling well, and he steps down and hands it off to her. So he can say he made the very first woman president, the very first black woman president of the United States for the three months before Obama would take office. Once the ticket is elected, I don’t know if you know this, but after November 6th, or whatever day after the election this year it’s going to be, if Biden-Obama ticket was to win, and let’s say Biden was to drop dead the next day or just resign the next day, Biden ticket with Obama would still be the ticket that won the election. And so if Biden stepped down or was somehow incapacitated, then Barack Obama would be de facto the president in January because he was elected vice president, and so the vice president that is elected would definitely be the one to take the office. I guarantee you there are Democrats this day, last night and this day, trying to say can we get him on that ticket without the Supreme Court getting involved and saying it’s unconstitutional. And that’s what’s going on. Because really it is their only hope. And that’s why Steve Bannon was saying this could be the worst thing for Donald Trump.

It could be the worst thing for Trump because a lot of people really do not want to vote for Donald Trump. That’s the plain truth.

They really don’t. There’s a lot of people that don’t like his demeanor and they’re going to hold their nose and vote for him. Biden made sure of that last night. But if they have a choice, you’re going to see a lot of the Black people going to Trump run back to Barack Obama. You’re going to see a lot of Hispanic people who are going to vote for Trump run back for Barack Obama. And you will see a draining of Trump’s support if Obama, Barack Obama, not Michelle Obama, is the nominee for vice president. 

Wink, wink, the president.

So anyway, look for the other thing that Steve Bannon says to be the case. I do think because you have a Republican-controlled Congress and they’re going to try to make hay out of last night, and that’s really all it’s going to be. It’s politics. But I do think you’re going to see Mike Johnson, other Republicans, call for an investigation and demand that the 25th Amendment is invoked by the cabinet and remove Joe Biden as president for national security reasons. And frankly, that should be done for the benefit of us, your children, and your grandchildren. To prevent World War III, Biden should be removed from the presidency immediately because America is closer, the world is closer to World War III today than they have ever been, ever been in my lifetime and in anybody’s lifetime, to be frank.

World War III is not going to be like World War II or World War I. This is a nuclear World War III where millions, if not a billion or more people could die in a matter of months. Think about that. That is what we are facing when we have allowed the Democratic Party, the swamp of Washington, D.C., the press, the mainstream press, and big business, and big pharma, and billionaires like George Soros, to put your life and your children’s and grandchildren’s life in jeopardy with a potential world-ending World War III. It won’t be world-ending because we believe in God and we know Christ is going to come back and save us from that…I’m just making a dramatic point here that this could just be a disaster for the world if the 25th Amendment is not invoked. So I do think you’re going to start seeing that maybe even by the end of today, this is being played in the morning, Friday morning, so you may see this by the end of today, calls in Congress, and it’ll be Republicans, I don’t think it’ll be too many Democrats, but I don’t know if too many Democrats are going to protest too loudly.

In fact, you might see by the end of today, a major Democrat or two, maybe Newsom, maybe another governor, maybe Chuck Schumer, maybe Nancy Pelosi, but you may see a major Democratic politician come out and say that Joe Biden needs to step down or be removed from office for the sake of the country, and they really mean for the sake of the Democratic Party because they don’t give a hoot about the country. But that could even happen by the end of today. I mean, we’re just a few hours into the day, so a lot can still happen. So that is my take on last night’s debate. It was a painful debate to watch. Those of you who watched it know what I’m talking about. Those of you who did not watch it, you didn’t miss much. All you missed was an old man beating himself up on stage and looking pathetic and our enemies around the world seeing it and what that could actually end up meaning. And so I’ll leave that part of the show there about what this means for us and what it could mean for the world and let everybody make their own decisions.

On a separate subject, on a Friday wrap-up day, and this is really what it is, a racing legend is still in a Richmond hospital. John Force, who is a funny car race driver in the NHRA series of drag racing, had a very terrible accident last Sunday in Dinwiddie, which is near Richmond. It’s a major NHRA track in Virginia, where the car exploded, the motor exploded, and the car caught fire, hit the wall very hard. He’s probably going way over 250, 300 miles an hour. I do not know his actual status as of this time, but their Daily Mail was reporting as of still this morning, which is six days later, that he is still in intensive care in a Richmond hospital. And we do at The Plain Truth and our former sister, now defunct website, racerap.com, which at one time, unlike The Plain Truth, was a huge website for local racing and NASCAR and late model racing around the United States; it was the sixth largest racing website in the world, with over 100,000 unique hits a month and millions a year. Anyway, we do send our prayers to the Force family. John Force seems like a really good guy. He’s a true champion for many, many years. He’s up there in age, but we do wish him well, and we hope everything turns out well for him.

Other stories of the week that we could talk about, though, I have to admit this debate last night just constantly consumes my mind because I kind of thought something was going to go bad, but I didn’t think it was going to be this bad. I really did not. I kind of thought, as I have said before if Biden is as senile as they make him out to be…it might be a strategy to keep him out of court. You remember the special prosecutor didn’t want to prosecute Joe Biden for all of his corruption because they said no jury could convict the old man because he couldn’t remember anything and that he was pathetic. I kind of thought that was a legal strategy to stay out of jail. But after last night, I have to start wondering if he is really gone. My brother has been saying that, my wife’s been saying that, and other people that I know have been saying that, but I’ve been kind of cautious about that assessment until last night. So that just, no matter what I think about talking about, that just keeps taking over my mind.

The other thing that I wanted to talk about and probably will end the show with this and some other news of the week, and it’s quite important to realize that we are still on the verge of a major, I mean a major war in Israel, not from Hamas in Gaza, but from Hezbollah in Lebanon. You’re looking at an army, a Muslim army, in Lebanon, Hezbollah, again supported by Iran and our money that we gave Iran, that is a hundred times more powerful than Hamas. They have tens of thousands, if not a hundred thousand missiles. If they attack Israel, a full-blown attack, which now people are saying this week they think could be happening, then Israel would be in trouble. World War III could start even there, not talking about Ukraine or Taiwan, but Israel is not going to go down not fighting. They have the A-bomb, they probably have the H-bomb.

For those who do not know this, the A-bomb is minuscule compared to the H-bomb. And in fact, it takes an A-bomb to make an H-bomb go off. So it takes a Hiroshima-sized bomb to make an H-bomb ignite. And the H-bomb is, I believe, something like four or five thousand times more powerful than the bomb that destroyed Hiroshima or Nagasaki in Japan in World War II. And that scenario, that if Israel has an H-bomb, and I think most experts believe they have more than one, they are not going to go into the gas chambers willingly like they did in 1940 Germany. They are going to fight with everything they have. If they think they are going to be annihilated, they are going to destroy the countries they blame for and take them down with them. And that will be Iran, that will be Lebanon, and it will probably even be if they could reach it as they probably can, they probably have technology we don’t know, or at least a few pilots that could break through, they probably would land one of those H-bombs in Moscow. And that’s, again, that is a chilling thought because that is World War III, friends, and that is a war that nobody is going to win except Christ when he comes to protect us from ourselves when that eventually happens.

So there’s talk this week that they believe that Hezbollah is planning another attack on Israel imminently…and this is very serious. 

So that’s about the wrap-up for this week and the Friday wrap-up. Again, the debate last night, if you call that a debate, was very concerning. And if you didn’t see it, maybe you don’t understand how concerning it was. And if you did see it, I think you’ll see what my point of view, that is very, very disturbing.

Next week, I think you’re going to see a lot of news about what they’re going to do with Joe Biden or Kamala Harris, or maybe both. Well, we have to see. We also have to see what is China going to do, what is North Korea going to do, what is Iran going to do, what Russia going to do, and if there are wars that are going to break out right away.

We have to keep our eyes open…watch the Middle East, watch world events with a keen understanding. That’s what God tells us to do. That’s what The Plain Truth is here to do.
