Do you believe in the devil?

Hi, this is Bob Barney and I want to talk today about the devil. And God.

Just exactly if they are real.

I think today many people don’t really believe that there is a devil and most people maybe today do not believe that there is a God. OR, if there is a God it isn’t the God of the Bible.

I am here to tell you that if you really study the Bible and do not listen to what the Holy Rollers tell you about it and read it for yourself you will see that the Bible really proves itself and its predictions. Many of the predictions that the Bible made has come true.

Are you aware that when Alexander the Great conquered Jerusalem and went to the Temple the destroy it that the high priest gave him a scroll of Daniel the prophet which 300 to 400 years before Alexander’s time predicted the time of Alexander the Great and that he would conquer the known world and be known as the 3rd greatest kingdom of the world?

It so took Alexander by surprise that he didn’t touch the Temple at all.

THAT is fulfilled prophesy not taught in too many history books. If you go through a lot of the prophesy made by the prophets, many of them are fulfilled, they accurately predicted what happened to the ancient Israelites and the ten tribes of Joseph and his followers that hold the name Israel and predicted the end of Judah and the lawlessness of the people and the coming of Christ…to the exact year.

If one studies the Bible and God says by the way in Proverbs if you search diligently for me, you will find Me. He doesn’t say just go and commit your life to Christ and everything happens for you. He wants you to work and search diligently for Him. He says if you do, you will find Him.

How do you search for God diligently? Maybe by listening to shows like this might get your started and motivated, but you get yourself an easy-to-read Bible and remember there will be some mistakes from translation errors. Especially if you go back to the King James for meanings of words as it is the most accurate although not 100 percent accurate that will help you. But if you read the New Living Testament or the Bible that The Plain Truth has out on Amazon where Christ’s words are in red in the Old Testament. Why? Because anytime anyone heard God speak in the Old Testament, they were listening to Christ…not God the Father. This is one of the biggest Bible misconceptions. I could probably spend 5 shows on notions and theories on doctrines that you believe are true, which are not. One quick one to wet your whistle here.

There is no place in the Bible that says that when you die you go to heaven. Someone I used to listen to who has been dead for over 20 years, Garner Ted Armstrong. He used to offer 10,000 dollars to anyone who can prove that the Bible says that you go to Heaven when you die. Don’t bother. It isn’t there.

Do you know what the Bible says happens to you when you die? The same thing science says, you die and go to the grave, you are unconscious in there and you rot. That is what the Bible says. That is why the New Testament preaches a resurrection of the dead. If you went to heaven when you die why do you need a resurrection of your body? 1Corinthians 15, go look at this scripture and read it. It is called the resurrection chapter. When you read that it should make you understand what happens when you die…that you are raised back to life…if you are a Christian at His coming. You are in the grave until Christ returns! That is what it says.

What I want to get back to right now, is this idea that people do not believe the Word of God anymore. There was a time when most Americans did believe in the God of the Bible. They did believe in the devil, too. However, education doing its job of the devil, teaching evolution, which is nonsense, teaching Global Warming, which is evolution nonsense on steroids, all of their purposes are to teach young people that God does not exist, and nature exists on its own. People want to believe that they came from lovesick amoebas or orangutans, or they have a picture of their grandfather on the wall, and it is some kind of monkey. Well, you are not related to monkeys!

Evolution can be disproved very easily.

The whole notion that life came from non-life is what science disproved in the Middle Ages when the not so intellectuals saw maggots come out of flour and thought that flour could turn into a maggot. They did not realize that a fly had landed there and laid some eggs. That is what formed the maggots, but they thought that this inanimate flour could make a maggot. That is what evolution is telling you, that some amino acid bubbling in the sea and some spark of electricity from an electrical storm started life form, from nothing.

life can only come from preexisting life. You need a life giver.

Because the schools have done their job by telling us that if God existed it was some kind of eastern mythological God that lets us do what we want to do and that the devil isn’t that bad of a guy if he exists.

Do you know how you can prove there is a devil? What is Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and Islamic jihad have in common??

Why would all three of those groups that have different interests, all believe the same things?

Maybe it is because their master is Satan the devil and all they are useful idiots for Satan.

Stalin rightfully called liberals, “useful idiots” back in his day. They were people that helped him take control of a country, the communists used “useful idiots” to do so and then kill them all off because they were not worthy to live.

Stalin himself was a useful idiot, he just didn’t know it…he was one for the devil, so was Mao, and all of the despots of the world. They marched to the order of the god of this world. I want to point out again, if you read in your Bible, you will read who the god of this world is according to scripture, it is the devil. It is not God the Father or Jesus Christ. Jesus is coming back ot be the God of this world but he is not the God of this world today.

Most people don’t want God here, they don’t want to follow His ways and obey Him, so the devil is the good guy, right? He lets you do whatever you want to do. He knows what happens when you follow a life of lawlessness, it is death. He wants the useful idiots to kill themselves, so therefore you have black in the USA marching against police because a black person gets killed by a police officer’s when a thousand times more a year are killed by their own race, and they don’t have a problem with that. They don’t because again, they are getting their marching orders from the devil.

You might ask yourself how can the devil control these people?

Right now, you are riding in your car or probably home at your computer listening to this podcast, and there are probably 100 radio stations and television stations beaming through your brain right now. you don’t hear one of them though. Now, if you get a radio or a tv and you turn to a certain channel, all of the sudden you hear something that was there plainly that you could not hear with your ears until you had a radio or television tuned to a frequency that you could hear and know is there. Well, God and the devil, do broadcast in their own frequencies.

When you drive down the road and get a certain thought, good or bad, that thought could be coming from God or the devil. God gets his messages to you, and you may not know he does, but he does, you are hearing one right now. And the devil does too.

God has left it up to us to choose the right way. He tells us what is the right way which is obeying the law, but we want to be a lawless people. We want our neighbors to follow the law but we ourselves want to believe in a Christ that has done away with the Law. Your church most likely teaches that, that Christ abolished the Law. I can guarantee you. And we wonder why we live in a lawless society. Because our preachers preach lawlessness. But God says He will put His Laws, His Ten Commandments in stone, in our hearts and within our minds. He is actually going to install the Law in us in the millennium where it will be embedded in our very character if we are human and spirit of course, it will be in our spiritual character.

God is THE LAW!

There is no freedom without the Law. There is no justice without the Law! Yes, our ministers which you may not be aware of but they teach that the Law has been abolished. They want you to put the Ten Commandments in your schools and Congress, but they don’t want them in their own churches to follow.

The 4th commandment says to observe the Sabbath Day…any scholar knows that is Saturday. So, they don’t want to follow that commandment at all, do they? Because they are following a false Christianity and following a day of Sunday worship when God created the Sabbath day for us, for all of mankind. Before there was a Jew, before there was in Israelite, before an Abraham or a Noah, there was a Sabbath day created for mankind. It is not a Jewish or an Israeli, or a special holiday, it is a holy day for mankind that was created with the creation of man, for man.

So, if you say your church doesn’t practice lawlessness, then ask them why they do not follow the 4th commandment. Your preacher will tell you that Jesus abolished the Law, on the cross. Do you want to live in a life where there is no law, well you are seeing it right now under Biden’s presidency and seeing what lawlessness does. It kills thousands of innocents in Israel, especially what happened in the last few weeks…it kills thousands in Chicago and LA every year. That is what Lawlessness brings.

Why would you want to believe in a God that is about Lawlessness? Or better asked, why are believing your god is Satan the devil because he is the author of Lawlessness…he is the first person to rebel against God. He wants all of us to rebel against God. So, he is the good guy, right? He is the one that lets us have sex with our neighbor and not feel guilty and allows us to rob other people of their money and call it income taxes, he allows communist thought and socialist thought, he is the one that allows us to do what we want to do if it feels good and we ask, “What harm can it do?”. This is the god most love. We do not really like the God of the Bible which is why we have done away with Him in our lives. But friends, that God is real…the God of the Bible IS REAL…and He is coming back to this earth, and He is not coming back to bring a democracy with Him and one that you even vote for. He will rule from the throne in a Kingdom based on HIs Laws and His ways. You are either going to like it or you are going to leave it and go into an eternal death.

One of the biggest misconceptions about the Bible is in regard to when you die. Everyone goes to a hole in the ground, plain and simple. Hell by the way is just an old English word for a hole in the ground. You look it up and see that hell comes from the Old Testament, the word Scheol, which means a grave. When you die you go into a grave and await a resurrection. People that are good and Christian that followed the Law and believed in God and followed His ways are resurrected to eternal life…they are God’s children and become gods. Those who want to follow Lawlessness and they die, their resurrection brings them back to life and the Bible says how they are judged…they are judged by what they did, by their works, by their evilness or their goodness. If their name is not found written in the Book of Life, then they do not go to some hell fire for an eternity of suffering as the churches love to teach to make you fearful into believing what they want you to believe.

If you don’t want to follow God’s ways and your name is not in the Book of Life, your body, your being, is thrown into the lake of fire and you burn up and cease to be.

When you go to sporting events and see John 3:16 all over the place but nobody listens to the words…”God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son”…so just decipher that first part as God the Father loved the world so that the One that became His Son, Jesus Christ, but before was because the Logos of the Word of God, His partner, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. What does perish mean? It means ceases to be, disintegrate. When your apples rot in the fridge they don’t go to some hell forever somewhere, they are gone. The biggest word in that entire phrase of John 3:16 is BUT. We are going to the grave and when we are resurrected, we are going to be judged and find out if we are spending eternity with Him or not.

I hope sincerely that everyone wants to be found in the Book of Life if they are not going to be real Christians this time around and open up your Bible and read it and see that God exists and is calling…. that you realize that if you seek Him diligently as He promise, you will find Him. You have to do the effort, it is not free…yes grace is free, your forgiveness is free…God’s love for you is free but He wants you to work for it. Don’t be fooled by those people that say you don’t have to do anything to be saved but to lean on the grace of Jesus Christ. You know what? The devil leans on the grace of Jesus Christ and he has met Him. Jesus is His God. He trembles at the name of Jesus yet believing on Jesus for the devil, doesn’t help him at all and it doesn’t help you either.

Believe God, obey Him…prove Him for yourself…God is real and God can be found

When I First started rejecting what I believe today as I did not want to believe what I believe today…I surely for 4 years did not want to come to what I believe today. I was afraid of it and knew it would change me and I did not want to change. It did that to me, and it will do it to you, too. When you find the real God, you can never turn back.
