Hi, Bob Barney Welcoming everybody to the Plain Truth Today broadcast brought to you by the PlainTruth.com And I wanted to get into a subject that’s not going to be probably popular with some people because right now there is this martyr worship of Charlie Kirk and his funeral and there was an article we did put on the Plain Truth because we try to show all sides to every story and The headline was people around the world are going to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ during Charlie Kirk’s memorial Well, many things are going to go on during Charlie Kirk’s memorial service that You can explain in many different ways.

What you’re not going to hear is the gospel of Jesus Christ at that memorial because there is no one There that even understands the gospel of Jesus Christ The gospel of Jesus Christ is not about hocus-pocus religion. It’s not about speaking in tongues in front of people It’s not about making money It’s definitely and not about Electing Donald Trump president or any one president of the United States or any other country of the world It is not about politics The gospel of the only politics the gospel of Jesus Christ has to do with is the government that Jesus Christ Himself is going to bring to this earth when he returns and I know how many people Want to try to make Charlie Kirk into a Christian martyr, but as I explained in the Friday wrap-up He is not a Christian martyr.

He may be a modern martyr for the United States republic form of government and for what I would say a government of the people by the people for the people and not for the minority interest of people that are Just simply not a minute not In mainstream America, he may have died like John Kennedy or like other people in the past who died for Standing up for what was right in this country But that does not make him a Christian martyr and this idea that he was bringing Christianity and politics together For the first time of anyone anybody’s ever known.

Well, it’s happened before but unfortunately That is not the true gospel of Jesus Christ The mainstream churches including the Pentecostal churches to Catholic churches to Protestant churches to Baptist churches They simply are not preaching the gospel that Jesus Christ preached Oh, yes they start off with Jesus a little baby in the manger and they end up with the Easter resurrection, which is a Fallacy of Easter because that’s a Babylonian pagan holiday Jesus did rise from the dead on the third after three days in the ground as he predicted he would be But that was not on any Easter Sunday service But to go into this idea that Jesus Christ gospel is about Jesus Christ That’s only about a third of the gospel The gospel is really about the coming government world government of peace and Security that Jesus Christ is going to bring with him when he returns to this earth to save us from destroying Ourselves the problem that I have with everybody who’s trying to bring religion and politics together is Religion and politics do not go together.

There’s nothing wrong with being a Christian politician there’s nothing wrong with being a Christian politician who speaks about the Bible in Congress or in the The city government or in the county or federal government or state government? There’s nothing wrong with strong Christian Christian values being practiced in government as our forefathers did But there is a reason why our forefathers Did not really get into what religion someone should be in in order to be in the proper government religion and unfortunately many of us on either side of the aisle just absolutely do not understand the role of Religion in our politics.

Yes. We are a Christian a nation We do accept Muslims and we accept Jews and we accept atheists It’s all a part of freedom of religion, which is in the Bill of Rights, but we were a Nation founded on Christian values and there’s no two days about it But at the same time we did not enforce those Christian values on the people if they did not want to believe them.

Now there is some states rights issues that have happened that after the formation of this government worst Things like Christmas was still outlawed, you know Some 35 years after this country became a nation after the Constitution many people do not know that because they understood that Christmas was really a paying and holiday and it had nothing to do with Jesus Christ, but for the most part our forefathers wanted to keep a separation of church and state not just separation of someone practicing their church in state roles but the idea that a state would control a religion or that a religion would have predominance over another religion in federal or state government That is what our forefathers feared Because they already grew up in a world of the Anglican Church the Church of England Where if you were a member of that church you were on the end and if you weren’t you could be burned at the stake as for example William Tyndale was who was the first person to put the Bible into English and was killed for doing so.

Our forefathers understood the problem with zealot zealous religious figures who preach what the Apostle Paul and Jesus Christ himself and the Apostle John called a false gospel Paul warned us about people bringing a gospel That was not the same one that Jesus Christ brought or that they brought to the people and already in his time that fake gospel was already starting to Permeate permeate, I’m sorry the Church of God all over the Roman Empire and Paul especially was warning about it in many of his letters He was also in 1 Corinthians 15 Warning about those who said there was no resurrection of the dead that people went to heaven when they died that you know, like you’re hearing today or not today, but whenever they had the Service for Charlie Kirk that he’s in heaven looking down. Well, he’s not in heaven looking down. It’s not happening. 

He’s in a grave and he’s awaiting a resurrection.

 And if he is a true Christian, which he very well may have been in Christ’s mind Then he will be resurrected in the first resurrection and reign with Christ for a thousand years Until the millennium is over and then there’s a new heaven and a new earth But there is no man other than Jesus Christ who has ever risen from the dead and went to heaven not Elijah You can prove that in Romans not Enoch not any of the people that Some people try to say went to heaven on the day of Pentecost The Apostle Peter gets up and tells the people plainly that not even King David Man after God’s own heart who is dead and buried he said in his body is with us to this day Has not he said for David has not Ascended into the heavens all three meaning the air the sky Universe or the third heaven work God the Father in Christ there are right now David is still in his grave and if David is still in his grave on the day of Pentecost Then every other person who’s lived that’s maybe not even a man after God’s own heart is still in their graves and you go to 1 Corinthians 15 the Resurrection chapter and you can prove with your own eyes if you want to believe the Word of God and not the word of some Human being that the dead stay buried until the last Trump right before Christ Comes back to this earth or at the same moment He’s coming back to this earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords That is part of the gospel that you’re not going to hear at that Charlie Kirk memorial You’re not going to hear that the rest of the dead for example are not burning forever and ever in hell They are in a grave even during the thousand-year millennium They do not resurrect from the dead until after the millennium is over you read that in Revelation chapter 22 Read it for yourself read in Revelation to read in 1 Corinthian Corinthians when all of this happens And you’re gonna see that you’re being lied to and you’re being lied to for a very nefarious reason my friends You’re being lied to for the case of politics money and power and Those three things have nothing to do with the gospel of Jesus Christ The gospel of Jesus Christ is about a coming government For he the government will be on his shoulders according to the Bible and his shoulders is not Donald Trump It is not any Republican or Democrat candidate.

It’s not any King on this earth or to be on this earth other than Jesus Christ The God of the Old Testament the Lord who wrote the Ten Commandments with his own finger who came as a human being from a virgin was born and as a human being and Lived a perfect life unlike any other human being including Abraham Isaac and Jacob They were all flawed individuals but Christ was not and he died and took away the sins of the world if we want him to and He’s coming back and this is part of the gospel and he’s coming back with a form of Government with him and it’s not a democracy. I’m sorry It’s not even a Republic form of government. It is a form of government. That is a Dictatorship, it’s a dictatorship by the all-loving God called Jesus Christ Who is going to bring happiness to you if you’re alive and still staying alive during this time? Even though you’re not a Christian or if you were a deceived Christian, but still have somehow made it into the Millennium …you’re gonna find out you don’t vote for him. You don’t have to like what he’s going to do But he’s going to make you happy.

He’s gonna make you happy by making you follow his ways his laws his statues That’s the gospel of Jesus Christ And again, that’s not the gospel that you hear when you go to churches today or probably in the last five six thousand years You always hear a message about Jesus Christ about the babe in the manger and you hear all kinds of false Christian Principles that are nowhere found in the Bible many concepts that most Christians believe today Like I always talk about Easter Christmas Halloween These principles are not found in the Bible as being godly You can find Christmas celebration in the Bible and Jeremiah cutting a tree down in the forest and decking it with silver and gold But then you find out it’s a Babylonian Holiday and God condemns it and condemns everyone doing it and then you can also all the way through the Old Testament Find Easter celebrations.

They’re called Ishtar in most translations But Ishtar in the Germanic form of talking about it becomes Easter and that’s how we get the name Easter When you are celebrating an Easter sunrise Service you are doing the same thing that happened in Ezekiel chapter 8 what the pagan I’m sorry, the pagan Jewish leaders were doing worshiping Baal and Tammuz and Ishtar Tammuz’s mother and wife and that’s what you’re doing and God does not have very much patience with people not following his holidays but following theirs and by the way God’s holidays, which we’re getting coming into Each year we have the same ones over and over again We could Passover is the first one in the spring and then Pentecost and the early summer and then in the fall We have the Feast of Trumpets which brings on the seventh month The Day of Atonement when we fast in memorial of what Christ did for us and the forgiveness Forgiving of sin and then of course the Feast of Tabernacles in the great last day Which symbolizes the millennium and the great last day symbolizes when God the Father with a new heaven and a new earth after the thousand years of Christ’s reign comes to this earth and everyone lives with Christ and the Father on a new earth, which is also heaven here and On this new earth, I guess you could say you can read that in Revelation again the last few chapters of Revelation That is the message of God that is the real gospel of Jesus Christ That is not being taught today It’s not being taught in the service for Charlie Cook and it’s not being taught in the Sunday school that you’re probably going to or The church you’re going to right now.

It’s probably about Jesus Christ about his death about his good life And that is why most people in this country when they are actually polled They believe Jesus Christ was more like a Mohammed type prophet and not the living God that he really is and unfortunately when people Promote a false Christ a false Christian message and false Christianity and they peg on business concepts to it or they peg on Politics or political parties with it and marry political parties with a religion that is false Christianity and what it’s doing What it’s doing it’s making people say if this is godly then I want nothing to do with it and you can find that in the Bible if You look for it and you can find out that God is very upset with people who make God look bad to the majority of atheists out there who are Searching for the truth and can’t find it because of false Christianity which is being spread all over the world is false Christianity you can find these the examples in the Bible and you can find the warnings by Jesus Christ in Matthew 24 and in Paul and all of a lot of his epistles, especially 1 Corinthians 15 Concerning the resurrection of the dead and with Peter and even the Apostle John Warning us about the coming Antichrist Plural because he said there are more than one Antichrist already in the world when he was still living in around 70 80 ad So just think about that these people the Apostles of Christ including Paul understood what the true gospel of Jesus Christ was and What was a false gospel being portrayed even in their time, which was leading many astray.\

This is going to be a little shorter show than normal I just wanted to get this off my chest and I know like I said I’m sorry, and I want to apologize right now to people who feel Offended for what I just said and I want to get back and I want to say something that I sincerely believe I think I may be wrong. I got opinion this is I’m not getting some message from God like, you know, a lot of people today are saying they’re getting but I Will say that I think Charlie Kirk was a good man And I think he was a very honest and sincere person And I think he tried to do what he wanted to do. I also think he wanted to be president someday I do think he was Marrying his politics and his faith together and trying to make like a religious political party Something by the way, I would be against if he did so I would not even vote for the man I will never vote for somebody who is going to put the cloak of Jesus Christ around them and Say what they are doing is what Jesus Christ told them to do.

I’m not saying Charlie Kirk was going to do that I do think however that anybody today that is a true Christian has to remember to keep the politics of today and the Gospel of Jesus Christ Separate now I can tell you right now and you’ve listened this broadcast and you can hear when I say that somebody including Donald Trump or Joe Biden or Barack Obama or the George Bush’s one and two or even Ronald Reagan when they’re doing the will of God and when I think they are Offending God and not doing the will of God there is a difference there than trying to wrap a religion an approved religion around a political party or a political personages and Say that you have to follow that person because that if you don’t you are offending God That is a false Christianity And as I said, I think it’s a very tragic thing which happened to Charlie Kirk And I wish it did not happen for sure And I think the man would have had a good message coming and he could have helped many people find their way in Politics, I don’t believe for one moment He was gonna lead people to the true gospel of Jesus Christ because he himself had not found it Yes, he’s found this He looked like he found the Sabbath day, but the Jewish people have found the Sabbath day now for some 5,000 years But they still deny Jesus Christ as being God in their Savior.

So it doesn’t help you just to follow the Sabbath day it doesn’t help you to follow the Ten Commandments if you do not know who Jesus Christ really is and what he’s going to do in your future and The laws he expects you to follow and if you’re one of these Pentecostalist libertarian type Christians who think Christ came to abolish the law and do away with the Old Testament law Then you are deceived by a false Christian gospel which is being promoted all over the world and the churches of Christian so-called true Christian faith from the Catholic Church all the way down to most Protestant churches very few people promote the idea that Jesus Christ is The God of the Old Testament the God who created the heavens and the earth the God who created Adam and Eve after God’s own image his image Jesus Christ image and the father’s and Jesus did say if you remember in the New Testament if You’ve seen me. You’ve seen the father.

They look alike, obviously and They were equal before Christ became subservient to the father in order to save us from our sins because we are to be God’s Children or we are God’s children in the womb right now And if we make it through everything and we’re born again in the first resurrection of the dead Then we become God’s literal children the brother of Jesus the Father God being our father We are part of that God family and we will be God Not too many churches want to tell you that not too many political figures want to tell you that but your destiny Is not whiffing around on a cloud cloud somewhere Watching your loved ones down below on earth Suffer.

No your destiny if you are a chosen Christian is to become a literal God Yourself in the image of Jesus Christ and God the Father and with all the power that they possess and you’re going to help them Populate the entire universe and rebuild it and its glorious shape that it was before the fall of Satan That is the true gospel That is what no one is teaching and that is what people need to learn if they want to be part of this first Resurrection, I keep saying this do not listen to what people tell you about Charlie Kirk Don’t not listen to people who tell you from the pulpit what you need to do to find Christ or what you need to who You need to vote for to make God happy Read the Bible for yourself. Go to the Bible without any preconceived notions I know it’s hard to do if you’ve been but raised as a Baptist or you’ve been raised as a Catholic because you have all These ideas in your head you think is in the Bible Try to read the Bible like you would a novel try to read the Bible like you would a letter From the Living God to you that you’ve never read before and believe the words mean what they say they mean don’t try to Talk away the words or wish away the words and say they must mean something symbolic They can’t mean that when it says thou shall not surely die.

Of course, we you know That came from the devil And God says thou shall surely die came from God yet What we want to believe is the devil’s version that he told Eve that you can’t die You’re like God and you have an immortal soul. You do not you’re mortal go again The one Corinthians 15 this mortal body must put on Immortality when does that happen that happens when we are born again out of the grave Into a new spiritual godly body that’s when it happens not one moment before and that is the true gospel of Jesus Christ and I’m very sorry But you have not heard it that often Except for a very few individuals out there who have been like lone voices in the wilderness. It’s not just me There’s others out there have done it before me Garner Ted Armstrong and his father Herbert.

There’s been offshoots of that church There’s been other writers There’s been people with no affiliation with those churches at all throughout the years that understood the real gospel of Jesus Christ and understood the doctrine of the Trinity being Totally pagan the idea of the immortal soul being Greek and not being Biblically based at all. There are people who through the years Understood the real gospel, but there are few and far between and basically you have not heard their voices Mostly in this world. Well, that’s all I have to say today And I do apologize and I do not mean to make anyone not Happy with what I have to say I as I said I am sorry about Charlie Kirk’s death and I wish that man could have lived a long time and I think he would have been A great influence but at the same time we have to understand What is Jesus Christ message and what is a political message is not the same The real gospel is found in your Bible and it’s not found anywhere else Until tomorrow Bob Barney for The Plain Truth Today saying thank you for listening friends.
