Friday Wrap-Up with Bob: July 11, 2024 (Transcript)

LISTEN TO BOB BARNEY’S 7:11 BROADCAST: FRIDAY WRAP-UP WITH BOB: JULY 11, 2024

Well, good morning. It’s 7-11, Friday morning and it’s another Friday Wrap-Up with Bob Barney and The Plain Truth Today. There has been quite a bit of news this week that we can wrap up talking about…I stayed up later than usual.

I get up very early in the morning to do my exercises and do these shows. I did happen to watch Joe Biden last night and he actually didn’t stumble around that bad…I bet this was caused great consternation for so many Democrats out there who are out on the limb. They’re out on the limb after they told him he needed to step down and that he has betrayed the party and more…and you even had George Clooney ask him to leave. A regular clown show.

I would say a lot of them are going to spend today trying to figure out what their new strategy is going to be because it’s quite obvious that Joe Biden does not want to go. He wants to stay where he is for many reasons…mainly because the minute he leaves, his and his family’s financial stream of unlimited amount of funds stops coming in. Right now, as long as he can give billions away to Ukraine and to other countries getting kickbacks back from them…as well as from Europe and China and Russia and who knows what else he’s getting kickbacks from! He realizes if he were to step down that stream of money would end.

One of the things they were talking about yesterday, Thursday, and all day long, was that they were going to try to offer the Biden family a bailout and give them maybe $150 million if they bow out. I think one thing that’s important to talk about this morning before we talk about the rest of the week’s news about something I am aware of that I haven’t really mentioned and I don’t think it’s been mentioned on any other TV station or radio or news or any place else…but one of the little known facts about raising campaign money is basically once you raise that money, it’s yours. If you decide not to run, you basically keep that money.

Now, there’s some rules you have to follow to keep that money. Say you’re going to either give it to other candidates or you’re going to run again in another four years, and you put your family on staff and just soak up all that money. I’ll give you an example:

Nikki Haley, for example, released all of her delegates to Donald Trump or released them anyway at the convention. They can vote for Donald Trump and supposedly most likely will. Notice though that she did not release her campaign funds. That’s her money and she can claim she’s going to use it if she runs again for the presidency in another four years or whatever. But the truth of the matter is a little-known secret, a dirty little secret, an inconvenient little secret, is that a lot of times people run for office never even intending to win. They want to raise a lot of money and then they really pocket that money in legal ways. It’s legal for them to keep the money and to claim they’re going to run again…there’s some laws they have to follow. Basically, it’s a shell game with that money that they can put in their pocket.

Back to Joe…there’s $212 million in the Joe Biden pocket right now that he could take with him if something happens. He wants to make sure that that money does not go anywhere but to him or to his re-election. Now, if the Democrats can offer him that kind of money, maybe $150, $200 million over 10 years to bail him out, then they have a continual stream of money headed his way. That might get them to back out and leave the office behind them. But then again, they have to believe that they’re a Democrat. They know Democrats are liars and cheats and robbers. So, what is to say that they’re going to offer them, let’s say $150 million over 10 years, and next year not pay them? When he’s gone and not president anymore. I don’t think they’re stupid. Maybe they’re worth a billion dollars if you put them all together. By being stupid, they’re really good at shaking down everyone for money. Now they’re probably trying to shake down the Democrats.

Last night did kind of show that he really wants to stay and I think he did a credible job, as good as he ever has done any other time. Joe didn’t show that many signs to me of dementia. I did warn people before, sometimes you have to think that he overplays some of this as a strategy as well for sympathy and everything else. It kind of backfired after that debate and he was overprepared with drugs probably by his handlers. Everybody in the Democratic Party turned against him. He should not have been surprised because the Democrats only care about themselves and their power…. anyone who gets in their way, including other fellow Democrats, gets killed along the way; and I am meaning sometimes that’s literally the case. Bob Menendez got in the way and look what’s happened to him. He’s on trial for his life up there in New Jersey.

So just remember that the other shoe has not yet dropped. These are the questions; Is Joe Biden going to leave? Are they going to pay him off? What’s going to happen today, the rest of today? It will most likely be dizzying and it’s going to be interesting to watch a lot of these people who went out on the limb saying he has to go now find themselves trying to crawl back on that limb before AOC and the squad are dangling from said limb, hanging over a cliff. Many Democrats I think tonight feel like they’re over a cliff and it’s going to be funny. I am kind of happy about it because the truth of the matter is, as Steve Bannon, and we reported this this week about Steve Bannon, I have that in front of me here where he says we got the candidate we want. Former White House chief strategist Stephen K. Bannon, the host of War Room and former executive chairman of Breitbart News, is currently serving a four-month sentence in Danbury Federal Prison in Connecticut. This happens to be nearby to where I grew up…and he is speaking out from behind bars in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News saying who we want to run against Donald Trump. We don’t want to run against anyone else because maybe somebody else would be a more formidable candidate. I’m sure in prison tonight Steve Bannon is very happy with what the results are because he realizes now the Democrats are in a greater quandary last night more than they were even the day before because now they got to worm their way out.

I think it’s going to be an interesting story to say the least.

I have a series that I want to talk about. These broadcast recordings I have done recently will be played on the 7:11 AM show…the series is all about scandals you’re unaware of…the scandals of the presidency you most likely have never heard about. You will find when you listen to these programs just how awful other presidents have been. They actually make all of the late presidents look tame in comparison to those who actually have had members of their family killed that got in their way and became president. Some who were responsible for the deaths of millions worldwide. One president is really responsible for 59,000 G.I. deaths in Vietnam…did you hear that? Just one president. I will give you a hint of who it is and it is not Richard Nixon. You see, a lot of what we have talked about this week and just about Watergate in general…with all of the interruptions I just haven’t been able to finish the series but I will, so stay tuned on that front.

Do you know what the reason is for you not hearing about the scandals I will be broadcasting? It is because our media, the mainstream media, I don’t care which one named, the Washington Post, New York Times, the magazine of Newsweek as well as ABC, NBC, CBS…all of them for the last 55 to 60 years almost as long as I’ve been around, they are communist news. They are looking to overthrow the democracy we know…The republic democracy or democratic republic that we are. They really want to turn us into a corporate type of communist state…. yes, that is what they are working toward. They have been working on it since the Vietnam War and they made sure we got into wars that destroyed the American opinion about America. America after Vietnam, and trust me, I lived through it but many of you who may be listening, had not lived through it, but the America in the mid 1970s was in miserable shape because of Vietnam and especially revealed through the G.I. that came home and was not welcome.

I tell this story often because my brother, my oldest brother, Vic, was in Vietnam. He was in the Air Force and at Da Nang Air Base in Vietnam.

Vic loaded munitions on the F-4 jets that did the bombing raids in South Vietnam until Nixon became president. We never bombed up North Vietnam. We never took the battle of Vietnam to the enemy. Richard Nixon did that. That is how he ended the war, by the way. But I remember when my brother would come home on leave, because remember, if you do not know this, the 1960s was full of protests. Look at how things are today…you see these Hamas, pro-Hamas protests and this anti-Jewish protest and the hatred for the Jews going on today. Well, in the 1960s, this same group of people, communist leftist students, supported by billionaire Europeans and billionaire Americans who really wanted to see the upheaval of our government, so we become a communist state…well, in the 1960s we just replaced anti-Semitism with anti-war propaganda and replaced what was going on with Israel and Hamas with the anti-war movement. Who was the villain? Who was the actual villain of the Vietnam War? Was it the politicians? Not really. It was the GI. It was the American soldier who did not run to Canada or to England like Bill Clinton did who found himself escaping a draft. They actually did their duty, and they went to fight.

My brother was one of them. I am very proud of him.

When they came home, and I tell this story a lot because it means a lot to me and it hit me hard…but I was all of 15, 16 years old when this was going on. When Vic would come home and before they landed in San Francisco from the Orient, he would have to get out of his military air force uniform and dress as a civilian because the military, which normally would be a crime in the military to get out of your uniform when you were traveling, but the military saw that they were targets just like the Jewish people are today on various campuses and have become targets from these anti-Israeli protests. Well, our American soldiers were being blamed for the war that they were drafted into.

This wasn’t a volunteer army back then. These kids were drafted and they were sent to a war we never intended to win.

It was a police action as they called it. It was not a real war. It was a half war. It was make-believe war. And it was the absolute deterioration of American might, power, and prestige around the world. And by 1974 and 75, especially after the liberal communists made Richard Nixon leave office, and if he never left office, by the way, I don’t believe South Vietnam would have fallen as quickly as it did, if ever, because Nixon would have been able to probably coerce the North Vietnamese, the Chinese, and the Russians to stay out of that whole area. But when Ford took over and then Jimmy Carter, Vietnam was lost. We don’t even report this. Nobody reports this. You’re going to maybe only hear this from me. The thousands, the tens of thousands of Vietnamese people who fought for the South were slaughtered, put in re-education camps, and butchered and tortured to death. This is what happened to our allies that we abandoned in 1974 when we ran out of Vietnam, kind of like Biden ran out of Afghanistan. It was an absolute national disgrace.

A Republican president who never was elected, Gerald Ford, never was elected president. He was appointed vice president after Spiro Agnew was removed. And that was a travesty in its own right. But he was appointed by the Congress to be vice president for Nixon, setting him up to replace Nixon because the communist news and politicians of the left already had decided they were going to get Nixon out. But they surely didn’t want to get Nixon out before they got Spiro Agnew out, because Spiro Agnew would have been a tougher president on the left than Richard Nixon was. And they already knew that. So they knew they had to replace him, which they did. And they replaced him with what? A RINO Republican, Gerald Ford, who just happened. What was Gerald Ford’s claim to fame? He just happened to be on the Warren Commission that decided that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone, killing Kennedy, which we all know is a bunch of nonsense. It’s an impossibility. Lee Harvey Oswald was not even a good shot. He couldn’t even make the shot by accident in the time frame he had to do it. And so the man that became president who was never elected by the American people…who was instrumental on the Warren Commission to help hide the assassination of John Kennedy, because he went against the deep state before Richard Nixon did. It was all contrite. It was all planned.

It was the deep state really going further and further controlling our government and our democracy, our freedoms, our liberties. I was a witness to this whole thing and saw it as it was happening.

 I was studying political science in college at the time and I knew what the result was going to be…and God bless Ronald Reagan, who got in in 1981. He stopped the American psychiatric deterioration that was going on. America had become perverse in their thought of themselves, and everything was anti-Watergate and anti-government, and anti-American. Ronald Reagan, God bless his soul, Ronald Reagan was able to turn that around within several years where our military was respected around the world again. We built back a navy of strength again and we were a nation that the world respected again. Honestly, this did not happen after Ronald Reagan until Donald Trump. You’re going to hear this revisionist history saying how Donald Trump messed up the whole world and Joe Biden saved it. That’ll be probably playing half to today with all the Biden supporters, but that’s just simply not the case. And if you lived through the Vietnam era as I did, you would have seen America at its worst.

Maybe we’re getting to that place real close right now.

As I said, I do want to get this broadcast up soon as it will shock you. Here are some little tidbits…

There was a book I told you about that’s going to be part of this scandal series…it was called It Didn’t Start with Watergate by Victor Lansky. It demonstrated all the dirty politics that went on before Richard Nixon ever was president of the United States, starting with, I believe, FDR, and especially the Kennedy campaign. Now, Richard Nixon and John Kennedy were actually roommates when they were freshman congressmen, and they were good friends. In fact, the story goes that Joe Kennedy, because he thought Lyndon Johnson was going to steal the presidency away from his son in 1960s nomination, John, that he went to Richard Nixon and said that if they steal this from my son, the Kennedy family is going to support Richard Nixon’s election…not reelection…but election with everything we got and beat that bastard, Johnson. And so Kennedy did win the nomination, but they saddled him with Lyndon Johnson in order to get Texas is the story.

What John Kennedy did when he picked Lyndon Johnson was help pick the person that would be helping assassinate him down the road…which we will get into when the series does in fact get aired. I think a lot of eye opening will be going on. But in that 1960 debate because John Kennedy was Richard Nixon’s roommate when they were freshmen congressmen in the house, he knew Richard Nixon’s weaknesses. Both men were very smart. Richard Nixon was, however was intellectually smarter than John Kennedy. I mean, John Kennedy had a book that everybody thought great things about called Profiles in Courage, but he actually had some ghostwriters help him with that.

Richard Nixon was very scholarly, especially in international relations in general. He was a very scholarly man and even though he did not have the upbringing or the pedigree like the Kennedys had, there were probably very few people in the realm of Richard Nixon’s intelligence when it came to understanding politics and understanding international relations. Kennedy knew some of his foibles and one of that was that Richard Nixon sweated profusely if over 75 degrees. He knew that…and so Joseph Kennedy bribed the people at the debate hall when they had their famous debate in 1960, to turn the air conditioner off and let the room stay at 78 to 79 degrees. So that is why when people saw the debate between Kennedy and Nixon, everyone saw Nixon sweating. He looked like a liar because he was sweating. When people sweat, they must be lying, right? That’s what people assume anyways. It’s not true obviously but Kennedy spent the whole week laying out in the sun. He had a great suntan. Nixon looked pale and white. Nixon turned down makeup before the TV appearance. They offered him to do makeup. He turned it down. He didn’t believe a man should wear makeup. This was before television was the big thing. But Kennedy knew you needed makeup. And so he had his tan. He did his makeup. And so people who saw the debate all, for the most part, the majority of the people who saw the debate said John Kennedy won. Ironically, the people who actually heard the debate on radio, and you can fact check me out here the people who heard the debate and actually listened and didn’t watch with their own lying eyes, that the people who heard the debate on radio, and back then radio was still a big force, and not everybody had TV still in 1960. People who heard the debate on the radio by far said Richard Nixon won the debate because they couldn’t see him sweating and they couldn’t see his pale face and they couldn’t see what they considered shiftiness that the television exposed. And so forever changed how candidates look at debates on TV because TV changed the entire election. Kennedy knew that would be the case. He prepared for it. He bribed people in the hall to make sure the room was hot. And he did what he had to do to win. I always tell the story that after he won the election in 1960, he really didn’t win it. Mayor Daley from Chicago helped steal that election for the Democrats. They have a history of stealing elections. Ronald Reagan had a great quote one time. He said, if you don’t believe in the resurrection of the dead, then you’ve never been in Chicago on election day.

Think about that for a minute. Mayor Daley ran around Chicago in a station wagon with his radio phone to his ear saying, how many votes does Kennedy need to take Illinois? Because when he took Illinois, he won the presidency. And they gave him a number and it turned out like 103 percent of Chicago voted in every single vote. There was not one vote for Nixon. Every vote in Chicago voted for Kennedy, even three percent more than registered to vote. Nobody had a problem with that. The next day, kind of like Al Gore in 2000, the next day, Nixon handlers and political advisors told Nixon the election was stolen from him and he should sue and demand a recount, even if they went all the way to the Supreme Court, something that Al Gore had no problem doing because he was more concerned about his own destiny than that what was best for America. Well, Richard Nixon looked at these guys and said, look, he stole this election fair and square. I’m not putting the country through it. And he didn’t. That’s why he stepped down again in 1974, because he wasn’t going to put his family or his nation through the mess of an impeachment. No matter what you want to think, Richard Nixon was a much more of a patriot than any Democrat that I ever have known in the last 25, 30 years.

There were Democrats in the past. I didn’t like FDR’s policies, especially his domestic policies. But FDR was a patriot. He did not allow American troops in World War II to be under British or allied commanders. In fact, American commanders had superiority. MacArthur got the Pacific. Eisenhower got the Atlantic. And the allies had to kowtow to FDR’s insistence on Americans leading Americans. FDR was a patriot. I mean, he was a liberal. He probably was partly a communist, but he was a patriot. He still was America first. Make America Great Again would have been FDR’s slogan. That was John Kennedy’s slogan. And John Kennedy, again, was a war hero. He didn’t escape the war. He didn’t run to England like Bill Clinton. He joined the war. He was in the Navy on a PT boat that was sliced in half by a Japanese destroyer, floated for days on the ocean, saved some of his men, and was an actual hero. He was a rich boy, a rich brat, in fact, thrown out of quite a few schools, including the school my mom worked at when I was a kid in the Milford, Connecticut, Canterbury school. He was thrown out. But he was a patriot and he was a hero in the war.

His brother, the Kennedy that old man Joe Kennedy who wanted to be president, was killed. He was a pilot in World War II and he was killed in action. The Kennedys, like the Roosevelt’s before them, I mean, the Teddy Roosevelt family before them, were people that walked the walk. They were Americans. They loved America. They fought for America and their kids died for America in both cases. Teddy Roosevelt lost his son in World War I. These people were Americans, which I do not see out of the Democratic Party today. They want to destroy what America stands for.

Like I said, I hope I can get to these series of programs out next week. The rest of the week, basically all the oxygen got sucked out of the room with this Joe Biden thing. Is he going to go? Is he going to stay? Whatever the case may be.

But the rest of the week, there was some other news. What happened in France is still reverberating around the world and will have more importance than we even know. The leftists took control, I don’t know how, but the right-wing party won the elections. In England, the left wing did take control and they did win the election. But Nigel Farage did get a seat in parliament, and I think he’s going to be a force to be reckoned with in the future. But Europe is going to the right. And unlike America that needs to go to the right, Europe going to the right may be dangerous because we know what Europe is. Europe is the beast of the Bible. It was where the Antichrist is going to reign from in the Bible. The King of the North in the Book of Daniel is the Holy Roman Empire of Europe. And it will be centered around the Roman Church, the Catholic Church in Rome, as well as probably out of Germany. And I think like Charlemagne, the very first Holy Roman Emperor, I believe the end time Antichrist beast that Revelation talks about will also be a German. o what happened there is kind of important. There was some other news of the week that’s important that, like I said, got overshadowed by this Biden affair. Congress passed the SURE Act. I think that’s what they called it about. You got to prove that you’re a citizen in order to vote. Isn’t that rich? You have to prove you’re a citizen in order to vote.

The Democrats were against it because they think you can be an illegal and vote. I mean, they say that’s not what they stand for but how can you be against that bill if you don’t believe that you’re getting votes from illegal aliens? It’s just so ridiculous, it’s not even worth mentioning that America has gone that far. The Democratic Party has become the party of the enemy of all Americans who care about America. Now, if you don’t care about America and you want to use America…and you want to drain America of its riches, and you want to suck off the teat of America.

I saw something, I’ll just interrupt myself because we’re almost out of time. I saw something on Facebook which I do not visit very much but I saw something on Facebook that was really true…if you drive by a house, go near any house, drive down the street in any city, any suburb, or any rural area, and if you see a flag, an American flag flying at that person’s house, you know how he voted…how he will vote, or she will vote too. They’re going to vote for Trump. If you don’t see a flag, then you don’t know. It’s that simple because Democrats are not patriots today. They don’t give a hoot about America, and they don’t give a hoot about you. They think you are the problem and they want to get rid of you. They’re either going to turn you into a slave, which the Bible predicts, or they’re going to kill you through their vaccines and or through other means…maybe with a bullet while they raid you in your house in the morning and when they make up some charge against you…yes, they want to kill you. 

So that’s the wrap-up for this Friday. I just want to put in a last minute or two plug for The Plain Truth Today, this broadcast. It’s on every morning at 7:11 from Monday to Saturday. Specifically on Monday through Friday we talk about a lot of different things. It’s mainly me doing the broadcast however I do try to put on other points of view and other broadcasts…we do that throughout the week. And on Saturday it’s sometimes me as well but sometimes it’s other people. You will hear people from the past like Garner Ted Armstrong. I think tomorrow we’re playing one of his. It’s got a very good program and it is from 45 years ago! When you listen to it however, it’s as timely today as it was back then.

Saturday because Saturday is the Sabbath day, it is the day that God commands us to rest and to keep it holy, we want the broadcasts to reflect as such. Honoring the Sabbath day by the way, that’s one of the Ten Commandments. 

I do appreciate the people who listen, and I do appreciate the people who go to The Plain Truth every day and who go to our Message Board every day, and who go to Your Health Today every day. I will do some more shows in the future about Your Health Today. It’s the forgotten area of The Plain Truth. We don’t talk about it a lot and it doesn’t get that much traffic but I will tell you, there is not a website concerning your health that has better information than The Plain Truth’s Your Health Today.
