Well, it’s that time of the year again. It’s called Christmas time when everybody is happy and joyful, or so some people say even though it’s the highest time for suicides and depression in the whole year.

Yes, it’s Christmas time, and everybody is going to get ready to buy presents to go deep into debt. Then we listen to Fox News and all these so-called Christian news channels, that’s what they really are, promoting and thrusting their version of Christianity upon everybody. They do this by making every guest say, Merry Christmas, when maybe they don’t want to say Merry Christmas, maybe they’re Muslim, maybe they’re Jewish, but anyway, it’s a rite of passage every year, that all these Fox News hosts in the morning can’t help but saying Merry Christmas. They have all these programs, and we have on Facebook and Instagram, and maybe TikTok, I never go there, but all these people say, let’s put Christ back in Christmas. Let’s put Christ back in X-mas. Let’s stop this X-mas and put Christ back in Christmas.
Well, first of all, X-mas stands for Christ, but anyway, people don’t even know it’s the Greek version of the word for Christ. But the thing is, Christ doesn’t belong in Christmas. Never was an original Christmas. Christmas was long before Christ. It just had some other names, and Christmas has nothing to do with the birth of Christ. You can go to any good online encyclopedia or scholarly type article, and you can put in, was Christ born in December, and every scholar, every theologian, every minister, every priest who’s ever studied anything in their college days or their seminary days will know that Christ was not and never was ever considered to be born by the original followers of Christ anywhere near December 25th.
They also knew that December 25th was the winter solstice and that the pagans celebrated from antiquity on December 25th as the birth of the Sun, not the Son of God, but the Sun, S-U-N, God, and because that’s the day that it’s the shortest time the Sun is up for the whole year. This is the shortest day of the year and they would worship the Sun God on that day. Then they would see if their devotion and their offerings and their sacrifices to the Sun God worked by noticing if the days began to get longer.
By January 1st or 2nd of our calendar, they noticed the days were beginning to get longer and they were happy because the Sun God heard their prayers and accepted their sacrifices. They believed that the day started getting longer because they did all of that, not knowing of course, scientifically, that the days are always going to get longer after December 25th. Why? Because that’s just a part of the universe that God created long ago. It has nothing to do with a Sun God or anything else.
Did you know that also there is a possibility that because of who the Sun God is and the idea that Tammuz, for example, was supposedly born on December 25th, and that we talk about Tammuz when it comes to Easter time, that another pagan holiday from pagan religions, but did you know that it is possible that Satan, the devil, was created on December the 25th by God, and that is actually Satan’s birthday? Do you know about the name Santa Claus if you take the word Santa and you rearrange the words, you get Satan Claus?
This week and next week, up until Christmas, we’re going to have some special programming on the Plain Truth Today Podcast. You’re going to see where Santa Claus comes from, and you’re going to be surprised if you think you know, you’re going to find out where Christmas comes from, and if you think it’s Christian in any way and has anything to do with Christ, you’re sorely mistaken.
Did you know, for example, that in Puritan New England, Christmas Day celebrations were outlawed, and anyone who tried to even take the day off on Christmas Day would be thrown out of the community or maybe jailed because they knew it was a pagan holiday. Did you know that? Well, that’s the plain truth of the Christmas story that you’re just not told today by these church people who are lying to you about the origins of Christmas. And so, if you listen and read the plain truth and listen to the Plain Truth Today broadcast for the next week or so, you’re going to find out some shocking details about what Christmas really means, where it really came from, and it has nothing to do with the Christian religion, and it has nothing to do with Jesus Christ. In fact, you can find passages in your Bible, if you want to open them up, and we will show you where you find them, where you can see God condemning the practice of following after pagan holidays and putting Christ’s name on them or God’s name on them.
God does not like that at all.
You will also find the patches in the book of Jeremiah, where he talks about pagans who go into the woods, and they cut down a tree and they prop it up and they stand it up with nails and they fasten it.
Does that sound like a Christmas tree?
And they deck it, listen to this, with silver and gold. Does that sound like a Christmas tree? Then God condemns that practice as being pagan and wants nothing to do with it and wants nothing to do with the people who celebrate it. You’re going to find out all this information about the real origins of Christmas, what it means, and maybe we’ll throw in what holidays you should be following.
For example, last Sunday on the 15th was the new month according to God’s calendar, which has nothing to do with the calendar we’re following in America today, or the world today for that matter, and has nothing to do with December 25th, Christmas Day, Easter Day, or all these other pagan holidays that we have Christianized. God says not to Christianize the holidays of the pagans. this will be the nature of the shows coming up, so stay tuned to listen. I think a lot of people who do not know the truth will find the plain truth about Christmas.
