Tonight is a second Passover Meal, ordained by God to Moses for those that were "unclean" to eat the Passover.  I know of no church that actually follows this day, but I do.  Not probably a requirement (for that matter, neither is the Passover) but may be much more appropriate than following the first Passover, as all of us today are truly unclean in the eyes of God, and we only are cleansed by the blood of Christ..    Just a thought…

Second Passover: The Hidden Feast (from Livingwaters.com)

The Bible’s only recorded observance of Second Passover occurs in 2 Chronicles 29 and 30, so this will establish the pattern we should expect to see one day prophetically fulfilled with respect to this holy day. God’s first Passover had long been forgotten by Israel, just as Passover was forgotten by the Church and replaced with “Easter” which was named after the demonic god Ishtar.    The Israelites in Hezekiah’s day, much like the true Church of God today,  failed to walk in the ways of their God.  Israel followed their own laws and practices, and disregarded God’s laws, so the Church turned the grace of Jesus into a license to sin and followed their own doctrines of demons. And so we see that God is about to do again what he did in Hezekiah’s day.

In 2 Chronicles 29-30 God anoints Hezekiah to serve as prophet, priest, and king. In 29:1 we see Hezekiah becoming king at age 25. In 29:5-11 we see him prophetically command the priests and the Levites to sanctify themselves and the house of the LORD God. In 30:18-19 he functions as priest when he prays for the plague-stricken people who partook of the Passover lamb in uncleanness and lack of sanctification. These Israelites correspond to the multitudes of Christians today who take the LORD’s name in vain by ascribing their vain works to the name of Christ and who hold the truth in unrighteousness (they believe in Jesus as Savior, but they applaud, partake of, or do not condemn works of evil, especially sexual immorality).

Although this will be a time of great tribulation it will also be a time of great revival for the church, the woman, who was not chosen as a firstfruits offering to God (the manchild). The woman herself could not be chosen because, like the priests and Levites of Hezekiah’s day, she did not sanctify herself in a timely manner in order to partake of Passover. She had not consecrated her life in holiness to God. Instead she called those who preached God’s righteousness “legalistic.” But now they will return to God (repent) through those they once called legalistic, just as Judah and Israel returned to God through the ministry of Hezekiah.

The glorified sons of God will lead Christians remaining through the tribulation into the ways of God. Their hearts now will be prepared to hear the word of truth and they will accept God’s word in humility and gladness. They will sanctify themselves. They will repent of their sins. God will send revival among them and they will see miracles they have never seen. In fact the two week celebration of Hezekiah’s Second Passover, versus only one week in the traditional Passover, prophesies of a double anointing to come upon the woman during the tribulation. This anointing will be similar to that which came upon Elisha after Elijah’s “rapture” experience. And even though the times are fraught with fear and danger these saints will sing and dance before the LORD, just as they did in Hezekiah’s time. These are the saints who take part in the first resurrection which occurs at the end of the three and one half year tribulation period.

Yes, the prophet, priest, and king known as Hezekiah led an apostate, carnal people back to the living God at a time of their greatest danger, at the time when Assyria was destroying the Northern Kingdom of Israel and threatening to do the same to the Southern Kingdom of Judah.  So shall it be at that designated Second Passover when God reveals the sons of God and brings this age to a close, for this is the time when Satan once again threatens to destroy all of God’s people from the face of the earth.

Numbers 9: The Second Passover

A year after Israel’s departure from Egypt, the Lord spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai. In the first month[a] of that year he said, “Tell the Israelites to celebrate the Passover at the prescribed time, at twilight on the fourteenth day of the first month.[b] Be sure to follow all my decrees and regulations concerning this celebration.”

So Moses told the people to celebrate the Passover in the wilderness of Sinai as twilight fell on the fourteenth day of the month. And they celebrated the festival there, just as the Lordhad commanded Moses. But some of the men had been ceremonially defiled by touching a dead body, so they could not celebrate the Passover that day. They came to Moses and Aaron that day and said, “We have become ceremonially unclean by touching a dead body. But why should we be prevented from presenting the Lord’s offering at the proper time with the rest of the Israelites?”

Moses answered, “Wait here until I have received instructions for you from the Lord.”

This was the Lord’s reply to Moses. 10 “Give the following instructions to the people of Israel: If any of the people now or in future generations are ceremonially unclean at Passover time because of touching a dead body, or if they are on a journey and cannot be present at the ceremony, they may still celebrate the Lord’s Passover. 11 They must offer the Passover sacrifice one month later, at twilight on the fourteenth day of the second month.[c] They must eat the Passover lamb at that time with bitter salad greens and bread made without yeast. 12 They must not leave any of the lamb until the next morning, and they must not break any of its bones. They must follow all the normal regulations concerning the Passover.

13 “But those who neglect to celebrate the Passover at the regular time, even though they are ceremonially clean and not away on a trip, will be cut off from the community of Israel. If they fail to present the Lord’s offering at the proper time, they will suffer the consequences of their guilt. 14 And if foreigners living among you want to celebrate the Passover to the Lord, they must follow these same decrees and regulations. The same laws apply both to native-born Israelites and to the foreigners living among you.”
