Hi, Bob Barney with another Friday wrap-up, Friday, March 20th, which happens to be, if you’ve been following along on theplaintruth.com, the New Year. Today is actually the New Year in God’s calendar, and 14 days from now will be Passover, and 15 days from now starts the Feast of Unleavened Bread, and 22 days after that is going to be the Feast of Firstfruits, and we count down to Pentecost, and so today is, and you go back into the Plain Truth Today’s main page, as well as some of the podcasts that we’re replaying today, also about the calendar, and you can find that, I think I put it up at noon times today, a whole half-hour show that we did two weeks ago about what is God’s New Year, when does God’s day begin, because it doesn’t begin in the evening, as so many of the people and the Church of God’s Seventh-day people try to tell you that it does, and it certainly doesn’t start at midnight. To make it short, God’s day begins when you think it should start, in the morning, when the sun comes up, and God’s New Year starts when you think it should start.Should it start at the end of the winter? Should it start in the fall? No, it starts in the spring, it starts on the spring equinox, and that is the calendar of God, and that is when you understand the calendar of God, you understand the feast days of God, and the whole plan of God, and it works out perfectly every year, and everything is right to the mint, to the tithe, as Jesus would say. It makes sense about following everything, and they all fall on the right days, and everything is very, very scientific, because God is the author of science, God is the author of physics, God is the author of biology, God is the author of everything, and so his calendar is perfect. No need for 13th months every three years, and all of this leap years, and things like that, that man just can’t seem to get his calendar straight, but God’s calendar is straight, and it takes, in effect, the five and a quarter days each year that the flood, in my opinion, the flood caused the earth to slow down from its original rotation of 360 days to now, because the earth evidently is heavier, to 365.That’s my opinion, that’s not biblical, but it makes a lot of common sense. Getting into the stories of the week that I think we got to get into, and is the war, the price of fuel, the price of oil, the crashing of gold, by the way, and I’ll explain why I think that’s happening, the, just the inflation index that came out, everything that’s happening is saying what I’ve been saying here, to be honest, for a long time. I predicted, and not even predicted, I’ve been saying for at least eight to nine months that inflation was being caused by tariffs, which was the stupidest thing Donald Trump has ever done as president, and it almost is as stupid as what Democrats under Obama, Clinton, and Biden did, almost.Tariffs did two things. It caused the American corporation to eat those tariffs, like my own, and many of which went out of business, some 16,000 manufacturers went out of business directly because of the tariff. When Donald Trump tells you China and these other countries are paying now the tariff costs, they are not.Those tariff costs are being charged to American corporations and eventually to the American public. We are paying for these tariffs, not China, not Europe, not any country in the world is paying for these tariffs. We, under Donald Trump’s tariff policy, have destroyed the economy of America.So this week we find out the inflation number, and this is before the price of oil gets involved, went up seven-tenths of one percent, and they were expecting 0.2 or 0.3, and they got 0.7. And everybody’s on TV saying, oh, we’re shocked. We didn’t think it would be, we didn’t think it was that bad. I knew it was that bad.How come I knew it was that bad? Maybe because I’m in the real world, I run a real business, and I’m not some idiot sitting at a desk at CNBC or MSNBC or Fox Business that doesn’t understand business principles at all, and knowing that if you raise the cost of something to be made, the people are going to eventually have to pay for it. It’s never the country that supplies it. That’s the most inaccurate statement, a statement that anybody with a basic understanding of economics would know that it was going to backfire.Now we have this war, which is causing oil to go over $111 at one point today, actually. I think it’s back down under $100. But we’re going to see possibly $125, $150, some people are saying, oil prices, and that’s going to cause a major recession.Now, I want to tell you something. Another thing I’ve been saying, nobody else wants to agree on these business channels, we have been in a recession since COVID. We have never, never come out of COVID’s recession.Joe Biden destroyed this economy with the nonsense that he did. He destroyed this nation with open borders that let every terrorist that now we’re worried about over across the border. And on top of that, Donald Trump came in office and what he did, his policies, especially with tariffs, nuzzling up to billionaires and worrying more about what’s best for billion dollar corporations than what was best for Main Street, which his Trump 1.0 administration was.He was the best friend in 2017, 2018 of little companies like mine. He was the best friend of the middle class. He was the best friend of the average Joe and Jane American.Today, he’s our enemy. He actually is. His policies are absolutely destroying the middle class.I hope somehow, somewhere he gets back to the old Donald Trump 1.0. And if he doesn’t, he’s going to lose the midterm elections. And that’s going to be hard to do because the Democrats are so anti-American. They’re so evil.They’re so on the side of Satan, the devil. I find it almost impossible they’re going to win this November unless Donald Trump actually makes it happen for them because they can’t do anything right because they are totally controlled by a communist faction, which I guarantee you, most Americans are just simply not communists. And any Democrat, Fetterman is an example, who actually tries to be a good person for the country, a patriot, he’s going to be thrown out of the party eventually.Expect that with Fetterman. But the idea that the Democrats are constantly shooting themselves in the foot, I still believe because of the economy, because of more and more boots in the ground in the war, and I’m going to get into the war stuff here in a minute after the break, but all of this stuff is going to wear the American people down. Remember, there’s a verse in the Bible that they call for war and nobody shows up.And I think Donald Trump is finding this, first of all, with our allies. He’s calling for their help and they’re not going to show up. And he’s going to find that with the American people.He’s going to call for boots on the ground and many people to join the military and they’re not going to show up. It’s a biblical prophecy being fulfilled for Israel. And always remember, the United States of America is the Ephraim, the son of Joseph, a lost 10 tribe of Israel of your Bible.Whenever the Bible has a prophecy about Ephraim, it’s a prophecy about America. And we are going to see a time when people are going to refuse to fight the battles that the presidents ask us to fight. And we’re starting to see the beginning of that.Now, I will say that George Bush I, King George I, as I like to call him, back in 1992, I believe it was, when he started the Gulf War, I have to admit, he went to liberate Kuwait. What he intended to do was spelled out to the American public. It was spelled out to NATO.It was spelled out to everyone who wanted to hear it, what our mission was. And there was no mission creep. They went, they liberated Kuwait within, what, five weeks and went home.And the truth is, that is the kind of war, and he had all the support, by the way, of all of our allies, of the whole Western world, sent troops, they sent ammunition, they spent money, they did everything that George Bush asked them to do. Because he was, and I’m not a George Bush fan one or two, he was an adult in the room, as I like to call it. He understood policy.Last week, we played a Nixon interview about the Shah of Iran, and why the United States of America should have always stuck by the Shah of Iran. And because we didn’t, we got the hostages in 1979, and we got this Iranian cleric fanatical government that we have today, all because we would not stand by the Shah of Iran. And when Barbara Walters tried to say, but he’s, well, he was an evil man.Nixon’s great answer was, well, are we better off without him? And that’s the answer. Our job is not to promote democracies in countries that do not understand one whit about what a democracy is. Our job is to make sure we keep stable governments in charge.And oftentimes, a stable government, as a dictator, that’s a dictator on our side. It’s a lot better. We would have been better off instead of going after Saddam Hussein in Iraq back in 2002.We should have went after Iran then. I’ll be right back. It just doesn’t make sense to me. Plus, you have other, what I call, water cooler stories on the message board.And then on the Plain Truth main page is always a good place to go to. We have always the headlines of the day. We have what’s on our message board.We always have these podcasts, the 7-11 a.m., the 7-11 p.m., and the noon show on the main page. And one of the things we hadin that commercial there was about how Israel killed one of the propaganda minister of Iran while he was on the computer spilling out hatred against Israel and saying how he’s going to getBenjamin Netanyahu and kill him and have him assassinated. And while he’s typing that, a missile went through his window and killed him.The Israelis really know how to fight a battle. I think everyone probably, when it comes to the Middle East, no one has the knowledge, no one has the information or the intelligence, I should say, sources that Mossad has in Israel. And it’s pretty funny, in a way, what they’re able to get away with and do.I put up a story yesterday, and the title of it, I put the title in, The Arrogance of Trump. Trump’s face on a gold coin? His hand-picked panel will decide, and of course they’re going to decide to do it. No living person can be on the face of an American minted coin.No living person. And in fact, until Abraham Lincoln, there was no living person or dead person on a coin, because our forefathers did not want to make us roam. We did not want to put idols and idol worshiping on a coin.Now you could say, well, Lady Liberty is really Isis or Estarte or Easter, and there is an argument there, but to the designers in 1796 of Lady Liberty for the coin, at the time, they did not use the Lady Liberty we use today. They actually used a woman, and they had a model for that woman, and it was called the flowing hair or the bust head coin, or they had a crown of a princess. The American coins were not paganized until after about the 1870s.But the idea that, again, this arrogant man, and that’s what he is, and Donald Trump is as arrogant as Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon. I always compare Donald Trump to Nebuchadnezzar because of his arrogance, and God hates arrogance. It’s that simple.God despises arrogant people. As a matter of fact, arrogant people, according to your Bible, will have the same end when it comes to facing God, and it’s not pretty. And I think a lot of the problem that we’re having in this war today, and as I have said, we need to destroy the Iranian regime.It is long overdue, and I pray it can be done, and I also am afraid it will not be done because of three major reasons. Donald Trump’s arrogance, Donald Trump’s idea that he can go into any war and win within a day or two. Remember, he was going to stop the Ukraine-Russian war day one.Well, we’re long beyond day 385, and it’s still not stopped. There’s nowhere near stopping. As a matter of fact, Russia keeps thumbing their nose to Donald Trump, and everything he does to try to kiss their butt, they send back more and more, what I should say, manure in his face, including now sending oil to the Cubans in spite of our blockade, helping Iranians target American businesses in the Middle East, and helping Iranians target American soldiers.There’s now, what, 250, 300 either dead or wounded soldiers now. We’re sending more boots on the ground. If that doesn’t bother you, I don’t know what’s going to bother you.But if you go to the main page and then go to the message board, by the way, we have stuck on top, it’s like fifth or sixth thing down, it’s a string with all the updated stories that we will put there, even the ones you see on the main part of the message board, called Operation Epic Fury Updates. Hit reply to add your comments to this thread. So that’s the thread.If you click on it right now, I believe there’s like 50, 60 stories in chronological order. The older ones be on the down further or on the next pages, and the newer ones will be the ones on top. But when you follow the string, you will be able to follow every move of the war, and later on when it moves away and the war is ended, hopefully soon, then you can always go back five years from now and you can go reverse and read every story of how we got into this.And I always like that because then you see how mission creep happens. And we’re in the process of mission creep right now. And the reason for that is we’re sending thousands of Marines to probably try to take over Kirk Island and their oil depots.Good idea. But it was really funny because Donald Trump asked our allies and asked NATO to help us after he tariffed them to death and spent the last three months saying how worthless NATO was, how he was going to take Greenland away from Denmark, if anybody liked it or not, that he said Europe was an anti-American operation or a bunch of countries, which they will be, but he’s helping it along. He absolutely turned an enemy out of our northern neighbor, Canada, who has supported us through thick and thin, if you like it or not.He’s turned an enemy into Great Britain, which again has stuck by us for some 200 years ever since the War of 1812, like it or not. And he’s done all of this and then he expects that they’re going to help him. And when they refused to help him, then he said, we didn’t need them anyway.Then why did you ask them? If you didn’t need them, why do you ask them? And if you didn’t need them, why aren’t you able to secure the Gulf? Why aren’t our most powerful Navy in the world able to secure boats going through the Straits of Hormuz? Why can’t we control what’s going on in Iran? Well, any expert will tell you that Donald Trump didn’t want to listen to, including his own chief of staff, Dean Cain, didn’t want to listen to General Cain. Why? Because he said, you need boots on the ground. You’re not going to do this with air power.You’re not going to knock out a few things like you thought you did in June, which I told you the day after the so-called destruction of Iran’s nuclear weapons sites, I said at the time it was baloney. I turned out to be right. Did I not? I know a lot of people didn’t think I was right.They said, oh, those bunker busting bombs destroyed every bit of the nuclear material, did no such thing. So now you got Trump saying, oh, they are 10 days away from having a nuclear bomb. Well, that was a lie, but they are close to having a nuclear bomb because our June mission didn’t do nothing.You learn one thing, and you don’t have to be in the military to learn this. You just have to listen to military experts that you trust that say you can’t take over a country from air power alone. You can’t change a country’s course of action by air power alone.We obliviated Germany in World War II from the air. There was a building standing, other than the Ford factory, of course, there was a building standing, and the Germans still did not give up. It took boots on the ground to take each city, building, crushed building after crushed building, and more American casualties.And that is what you have to do to change a regime and put a better, stable government in charge. Well, in the last few minutes, I will get into what’s on for the weekend, but I just still want to go on with the economy and the war, because the economy, we are in a depression.I said in the beginning of this broadcast that it appeared to me that the recession of America started with COVID, and it never ended. It never ended in the four years of Biden. I knew it from my business.Our business peaked out, and under Biden, we just barely could stay afloat with our present-day sales. We had to keep doing sales and discounts, and we were able to maintain our sales, of our high-level sales, but we had to do so at the cost of constant sales. And you see this.If you have emails every day, you are bombarded with companies offering you 25% off, 10% off, 15% off, 50% off. You didn’t have that in 2017 or 2018 or 2019, when Trump’s economy was booming and everybody was doing great. People didn’t have to give things away on sale.But when Biden came in, especially, and giving away all that COVID money and stuff like that, some places did well, but most places, like my own, most businesses, almost all manufacturerssuffered tremendously in America. They all prayed for a Trump victory in 24. Many, like ourselves,gave money for that victory, and we expected Trump 1.0. But we got a Trump, and I saw this when he was surrounded by billionaires on day one, that we did not have the Trump of 2017.We had a Trump that was beholden to big business and big money, and he himself was going to get part of that big money. And all you got to do, we have another subject on the message board. I’ve never seen corruption like this.Read all of the stuff that the Trump family is doing, and Donald Trump, as president of the United States, is selling watches. He is selling memorabilia. He is selling his hats.A president should not be trying to make money from sales using his office. First of all, I think it’s illegal. I think there are so many things that he could be impeached on that it’s going to go through when he loses power.I almost think many Republicans are going to turn on him after they lose in November. But it’s not the Trump that we had in 1.0. He doesn’t have good advisors. He’s got horrible advisors.Yes, men. Yes, women. Unlike the first time around.And we’re paying the cost for it today, and we’re going to continue to pay the cost for it. And I’m sorry, but it’s bad news. It’s a bad moon horizon.And that’s what we have. That’s the Friday wrap-up, and I want to get into the weekend’s programming because, you know, tomorrow is the Sabbath day. So you can’t follow the Ten Commandments if you’re not going to follow the fourth one.So we do follow the fourth one, and we hope more people discover the Sabbath day. So every Sabbath morning at 7 11 a.m. we always have a Sabbath day type show. Sometimes we play like some of my broadcast about when the day begins or other biblical questions.Sometimes we pay other people. Sometimes we put up some kind of a video YouTube that explains something about the finding Noah’s Ark or something like that. But tomorrow, there is a very good video we’re putting up from YouTube, and it’s called The Entire History of the City of Jerusalem.Jerusalem is one of the oldest cities in the world, and it had Canaanite influence in the back times before David made it his city. It is the city where on the same place where the temple stood and the so-called Dome of the Rock is there today, where Abraham was trying or was told to and attempted to sacrifice his son Isaac. It’s on that same place in Jerusalem.It all started with Abraham. Melchizedek, who was really Jesus Christ, who met Abraham in the plains and he got a tithe from Abraham. He was the king of Salem, that is Jerusalem.And King David made it his home and Jerusalem is the city of God. God’s temple is going to be rebuilt there. A lot of people who think they know the Bible think that doesn’t have to happen.No, if you read Revelation 11, you know there is a temple when the two witnesses reign at the last three and a half years that man is in control on earth before Christ returns. So that program, The Entire History of Jerusalem, is a nice video. I hope everybody takes the time.And by the way, you don’t have to be up at 7 11 a.m. to watch it. After it plays at 7 11 a.m., you can always go back to it and watch it at any time forever, unless it gets taken down somehow on YouTube. The p.m., we only have two shows on Saturday.We only have one show on Sunday, but we only have two shows on Saturday, not the three showsthat we have during the week, which is 7 11 a.m., noontime, and 7 11 p.m. On Saturday, we have the 7 11 a.m. and the p.m. is always some type of entertainment. Sometimes we put up a short story. Sometimes we put up a short tv show.Sometimes we put up a full movie. Well, we’re going to do another tv show from the 70s, a show that I used to love. And by the way, I found again on, I think, Me TV, which was David Janssen, you know, the famous fugitive in the Fugitive Series.Well, he had a short-lived show in the mid-70s called Harry O., where he played a retired police detective who became a private detective. And it’s an offbeat type detective show. It’s not likeany of the other detective shows that you like or watch.It’s in a league of its own. He’s the, as the title says, the coolest 70s detective you never heard of, because most people didn’t watch the show. And that’s how the show got canceled.One little side note for those people who are Farrah Fawcett fans, Farrah Fawcett made her debut before Charlie’s Angels. Of course, everybody knows in the Noxzema shaving commercials with Joe Namath. But the first tv role she had, a recurring role, was on Harry O. You’re not going to see her tomorrow night because it’s the first episode.And I don’t think she got into the first season until like episode 17 or 16. But that’s where she got her start, before Charlie’s Angels. But it’s Harry O., David Janssen as a detective.And he’s got an unorthodox way of being a detective. And it’s a very fascinating show. I hope you do watch it.Sunday we will have some type of video wrap up of the week. Probably it’s going to contain the war and maybe the economy. Not sure yet.We haven’t picked it.
