Forward by Jennifer Rae Vliet – In keeping with the theme today of what is really in our water and our food and Bob’s excellent broadcasts this past week that you can watch, here, we hope it spurs you on to do your own research. Most will find that the fake crap is created with an evil intent a lot of the time; to take us away from our Creator and what He has created for us.
I remember growing up hearing in school that egg yolks were deemed bad for us and gave the indulger high cholesterol. I was fed whole eggs all of the time in my youth. My mom said it was a bunch of hogwash and she wouldn’t allow us to stop even if we wanted to. She was good like that repeatedly when the government or special interest groups were flat out lying to us. We were not a brainwashed household, and I am grateful for that. Turns out, egg yolks have lecithin, which is the antidote to an overproduction of cholesterol, which by the way our bodies are designed to manage with lecithin. This is just one example of the evil I am speaking of. What happened to a lot of the people that listened to the government? People wound up with high cholesterol. Bigger doctor bills. Plentiful pharmaceuticals sold. You get the drill.

MOST people see the New Year as a chance to kickstart a healthy eating regimen, and maybe even give Veganuary a go.
But vegan fast-food meals do not have less calories than their meaty counterparts, a study suggests.
Researchers analyzed a total of 1,868 meals including sandwiches, salads, noodles and pizza from 50 fast food chains across five countries, including the UK.
These chains included Wagamamas, Pret, Pizza Express, Leon and Burger King.
The team collected data on the calorie content, presence of allergens, and the quantities of nutrients, fiber and salt in each meal. Their findings, published in the journal Nutrition, revealed that plant-based meals had less protein and sodium, and higher levels of carbohydrates and sugar, compared to the meat-based meals.
