Bob Barney discusses the case and mishandling of Donald J. Trump’s trial, just who is responsible for his conviction, and what this means for America going forward.

Well, we’ve all heard it over the weekend and probably first thing Friday…Donald Trump guilty on all charges, as if anyone is surprised.

Hi, this is Bob Barney with The Plain Truth Today. I wanted to go over a little bit of that trial and the results and what it means for America and also what it means for you. Some of this I have been saying on this program for the last three or four months about the trial and I believe Professor Dershowitz now is saying the same things I’ve been saying all along. That is that Trump’s attorneys did not do him any good. I stand by this and I have said that from day one.

We should never allow a court to continue to break our civil rights and our constitutional rights. In DJT’s case, especially without immediately appealing the court before the trial even ended. And I know many people have said that you cannot appeal a court case that is not finalized, but that’s nonsense. The truth of the matter is…well, let’s go back to the 1960s and the 1970s and the civil rights cases where you had courts in the South, where you had racist judges and racist prosecutors trying black people for crimes they did not do. They were finding them guilty in a sham jury and lynching them basically, not in the 60s, but earlier, before there was even a time for an appeal.

And that forced the Supreme Court and many lawmakers to realize that there were times that the Constitution required the intervention of the courts, courts higher than what local states could offer because many of these states were just plagued with very inferior courts and courts that had no justice in whatsoever. As a result, you had an activist, and most people are not happy with an activist Supreme Court who are conservative, but there are times when a Supreme Court has to be an activist Supreme Court, when people are being wrongly tried in a fixed kangaroo style court. There’s a time and place for everything.

As I have said in previous broadcasts, the problem that I have seen with this trial and with the Supreme Court is that the Supreme Court just simply does not have the backbone to do what they should have done in the beginning and that was to intervene in this case before it even went to trial. The Supreme Court should have ruled on this case without even being appealed to, and they had the right to do so. I said that in a broadcast, in the last few months or so.

I received a few emails, and I was told by some that I do not know my law and that the Supreme Court will never act unless they are invited. And then about a week or two after that broadcast, I remember Alan Dershowitz on the Hannity Show saying exactly what I said, that the Supreme Court can interject themselves. Remember they did so during the civil rights era when they saw black people lynched because of and by a biased jury, judge, and prosecutor in a biased town.

IT CAN BE DONE. I WAS CORRECT.

But we do not have a Supreme Court today comprised of anyone with any true conviction. We have a bunch of politicians, either Democrat or Republican politicians on the Supreme Court who care more about themselves and their future than they do about this country. And I’m sorry but that’s the case. I don’t care if you’re talking about Clarence Thomas or Alito or any of these Supreme Court justices, they are not doing the country any good in many of the rulings they have made. They have actually ruled against Donald Trump in other cases in a way, not directly, but really indirectly in a way that has hampered Trump’s running for president. This is election interference at its greatest. This is what happens in Banana Republics. This is what happens in the nations that we used to ridicule, like Venezuela, Columbia, the Soviet Union, and the like.

This is what’s happening in America.

About a month ago, I had another program where I said, again, I don’t think his lawyers should be allowing the judge to make rulings that are breaking the civil rights and the bill of rights, the constitutional rights guaranteed to all defendants. I did not believe at the time that the Trump lawyers, whom I think were more afraid of public opinion and afraid of that judge than they were of justice being denied their client. I do not believe, for example, if Alan Dershowitz was the trial lawyer for Donald Trump and even the lead lawyer for Donald Trump, I do not believe any judge could have shut Trump up. And if a judge tried to shut him up and they put that him in jail for contempt of court, that alone would be a mistrial on that basis, without going any further. There also would be a delay in the trial when they put him in jail. He would have instantly appealed to the Supreme Court for a decision based upon his right to be a legal representative of his client and to stand up for his client and to tell the judge that the judge was breaking the Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States. Of course, on standing that he had every right to do so.

A person with the gravitas of Mr. Dershowitz would have instantly gained recognition in the Supreme Court. Most of the major trial lawyers today that came out of Harvard, and that’s the premier law school, were students of Mr. Dershowitz. There is just no way that his handling of this case would have gone the same way that we saw handled by Trump’s actual attorneys. When the judge started making rulings that were so blatantly biased, including refusing to take himself off the case, right then and immediately the appeal should have gone to the Supreme Court for a quick decision to stay this trial until after the election.

They had every right to make that appeal and that would have made this trial disappear. The only reason that the Democrats brought this trial forth when they did was about election interference. They are not doing anything in the world to try to do anything about justice or about getting Trump per se, even though they will get Trump to stop him from being president, because they are in fear of someone who’s going to stop their power struggle and their deep state ties to the totalitarian state they are trying to form.

Your government is your enemy, and your government is trying to take away your rights. They’re trying to make you a prisoner of the state. They’re trying to make you slaves.

They’re also at war with the middle class. Do not think that this economy and the high taxes in this economy and all of the inflation fueled by this administration and the Democratic Party is not planned, because it is planned. This country is under attack, not by the Soviet Union, not by Communist China, not by the Mexicans or the Guatemalans or the South Americans, not by even, in this case, the Muslims, although they are a true enemy of America…it is the United States government under the Democratic Party and the Biden administration in particular that is at war with you. If you are a middle-class person, an upper middle class, lower middle class, middle middle class, or even a lower-class American citizen, your government is at war with you. They want to see you in slavery, as I keep saying.

They want to take your rights away. They want to trash the Bill of Rights. They want to trash the Constitution.

They want to trash elections, too.

There is coming a time when there will no longer be a true election in this country. It will be just like what you see in China or what you see in Russia or in these Banana Republics where all elections will be totally bogus and none of the results will be accurate. And if Donald Trump’s lawyers were to appeal to the Supreme Court, that do-nothing court, they would have been forced to make a decision based upon a defendant being denied his Constitutional rights in a sham trial that everyone knows who is honest with themselves that it was a sham trial with the intent to get Trump. Even his haters, even his distractors that are happy with his prosecution of a person, they all end up saying the same exact thing, that they had to stop him from being president because he would have been a “dictator worse than Hitler”.

They’re admitting to everyone publicly that this trial was to stop Donald Trump from being president because they, the defenders of so-called democracy, are making sure that the people do not have a democratic vote in this election coming up, and that the people of the United States (what a joke) are going to be enslaved by them. That’s what is going on here. I’m going to get into what I believe is the final result of this, which could really be earth-shattering and could actually lead to either a Civil War or a complete totalitarian state with no more free elections, no more gun rights, no more rights of the Bill of Rights. Our Constitution being trashed and turned into toilet paper. That’s what the Democrats want to do with it.

Many RINO Republicans also want to turn the Bill of Rights into toilet paper. George Bush himself, the second, King George II, I always call him, he himself was supposedly quoted as saying that the Bill of Rights was nothing but toilet paper in his mind because he didn’t believe in him when he passed the Patriot Act. The Patriot Act, which was unpatriotic first of all, was an act against patriots…Not for patriots and NOT for America. It was an act to help Muslim terrorists get away with what they were doing and to put Americans under the scrutiny of their government who was at war with them; and it started with the Bush administration. It did not even start with the Clinton administration. Well, the Clinton administration was in on it, but it started with the first Bush administration and the second Bush administration. It was just absolutely downhill from there. Obama sealed the deal.

Donald Trump started reversing that deal, and that’s why they had to get rid of him. Because in order for us to become a totalitarian state, for us to become a fascist totalitarian state, the Democratic Party, the RINOs, and the deep state needed to get Trump. And that is what they did. And we allowed it to happen as a people. We did not do anything about it, and we’re still not doing anything about it because we are ourselves afraid of this government. 

Face it, you’re not afraid of the Chinese.

You’re not afraid of the Russians. You’re not afraid of the Ukrainians.

You’re afraid of your government coming to your house and knocking down your door and shooting you dead like they did the airport executive in Arkansas, Bryan Malinowski. They shot a man dead for doing nothing. But here is the end take that I want to give this program today, something for everyone to think about and be honest about.

A week or two ago something very important was revealed, and it is something that you hear very little about it on TV news or newspapers or anything…. it is that Merrick Garland gave a kill order when they raided Mar-a-Lago back about a year ago as they were able to get a hold of the documents. He actually gave an order to allow the agents invading Trump’s home in West Palm Beach and gave the order that if there was any resistance at all, they had the right to kill the Secret Service agents who would try to prevent it as well as to kill Donald Trump. There was a kill order against a former president of the United States by an administration that is running against him for the presidency again. This is what Stalin did, what Mao Zedong did, Xi Jinping does. This is what demonic totalitarian states do; they kill their opponents.

I’m going to make a prediction. Especially if he keeps gaining in the polls as he is. The Biden administration put out a report after he was convicted, basically calling him a convict and saying that he was a domestic terrorist. I’m telling you right now, it seems to me that this administration and this government is setting up a foundation to justify them shooting Donald Trump dead, not in an assassination, but in a murder and then to call it legal. The difference I always say between the government and the mafia is that the mafia kills you when they don’t like you, but when they do it, they can go to jail if they get caught; it’s not legal when the mafia kills you. However, when the government kills you, it becomes legal. They have the legal authority to kill anyone they want, and they’ve done it over and over again throughout the last 25 to 30 years without anybody even getting involved. The last time the government was held accountable for their actions was with Randy Weaver.

When Randy Weaver’s family and wife were slaughtered by FBI agents for no good reason at all, assassinated, killed, it was made legal. None of the people that killed Randy Weaver’s wife was put in jail. Yes, the government paid a fine, and Randy Weaver was found innocent by a jury, not guilty. But the truth of the matter is the people who murdered his wife were never personally held accountable for the murder that they committed. If anyone else had done what the FBI did to Randy Weaver’s wife, they would have been in jail for 20 or 30 years. Yet, it’s like the officer that killed Ashley Babbitt in the Capitol on January 6th. The man became a hero to the left. He’s a murderer. He’s a murderer who killed an unarmed woman 70 feet away under no threat to anyone, and he killed her dead, and now he’s treated like a hero.

I do not believe that one bit. I believe this government is out of control. The FBI is out of control. The FBI has become the Gestapo of the American form of government, a police state this government has become and American people need to wake up and they need to take their country back. Now, I do say this, that in all things, God is and can be in control. But I also want to say that God is not necessarily that much in control right now, because we have the government that we voted for. Now, I do believe that the 2020 election was stolen, but there was still 40 or 50 million people who voted Democrat, and they are 40 or 50 million people that are the problem. They themselves are the problem, and that’s why I say you have the government that you deserve. And God may just be sitting back in heaven right now, looking down and saying, let them destroy themselves…let them go through what they’re going to go through. God might end up multiplying our sins and our punishment instead of helping us. I hope enough people coming up in June this month, this is the month of the fasting and prayer on June 14th, Flag Day…you can find the details at www.Jeremiah3227.com…I hope that enough of us fast and pray to God for deliverance and that God listens and still helps this country. I am not giving up hope yet, but I want to tell you, I’m pretty close to giving up hope because I do not see the reaction that there really should be about this trial yet. But it could happen. It has not possibly sunk in yet, and so I might be jumping the gun and I hope that I am because I don’t want to see the end of this nation of ours that I love so dearly, that I’m emotional over when I hear the Star-Spangled Banner, and I hear people pledge allegiance to the flag. It should be the Pledge to this nation.

I do believe in patriotism, and I believe this country has stood for moral goodness, and this country has been a Christian nation that has helped spread Christianity throughout the world and defended the people who could not be defended by any other force in this world against communism, against fascism against evil people. This country and Great Britain before us kept the world free. There was a reason in World War II, that the German prisoners wanted to only surrender to American troops, because they knew they would be given a fair deal and they knew they would not be tortured and murdered and put through the suffering that the Russians would have done to them, or even in some cases, what the English would have done to them. They all wanted to surrender to the Americans and there was a reason for it. But I am afraid of what’s going to happen to Donald Trump. This is a poor correlation, and I apologize up front for this correlation, but there is some type of symbolism here between the potential end of Donald Trump here to lay down his life for this country because that may be what’s going to happen, and what Jesus Christ did for you and your sins, because the truth of the matter is, He was tried in a sham trial.

No one came to His defense, and He was murdered, butchered, really on a cross, beat to death before He even got to that stake, and it was planned by heaven. And that generation, according to your Bible, when you look into the Bible, that generation has all the curses placed upon it of every generation before them. Did you know that? Do you know that Jesus said Himself in red letters, in a red-letter Bible, that He placed all the sin of the earth on that one generation? Look it up for yourself. So, you know, this all loving and all forgiving Jesus Christ that the Christians falsely preach about…that do not tell the truth to their congregations about. The truth is when God comes, He’s coming with a vengeance, and He’s coming to destroy the evil people of this world. He’s coming to bring order, the law, which churches have tried to do away with, and He’s coming to rule this government with an iron fist and it’s going to be His way or the highway. It is not going to be an election of choice by you or me, but we’re going to be, if we’re smart, very happy that He shows up.

But getting back to the Donald Trump scenario, I am afraid for his life. I am afraid of what’s going to happen to him in the next four or five months. I think we have a government right now that is not in fear of the American people, no matter what they do. I believe that the people who are running this nation today feel emboldened from last week and they feel they can get away with anything. There was a time, you know, after the 2016 election, election night, when Hillary Clinton understood that she was going to lose the election. She understood how politics are played in Banana Republics.

She said in horror to the people around her, oh no, when they were announcing that Trump would be president, “we’re all going to be in jail now”. That’s what she said. We’re all going to go to jail now because she knew she deserved to be in jail for all the stuff she was doing, because she’s evil and a corrupt woman herself. But when Donald Trump became president, he did the right thing, and it was the right thing…or maybe it wasn’t. In hindsight, it wasn’t right, but he said he wasn’t going to go after Hillary Clinton because it wasn’t good for the Constitution.

It wasn’t good for the American people, and it wasn’t good for America. And he did for her what Democrats are not going to do for him and with him; they’re being emboldened to do worse to the American people…something very sinister to your rights and to his rights. I predict that more of the people who are supporting him are going to be indicted all over the country before the election. There’s going to be a scare tactic to make sure that people do not vote for Donald Trump. If the people who are wearing Trump banners and signs and helping Donald Trump…I think you’re going to start seeing them being harassed. They’re going to be harassed by this government and put into fear that something’s going to happen to them if they don’t change their ways and turn another way and become part of the totalitarian state and not be against it.

This is what’s going on. And I’m sorry if I’m not giving you the message that you think I should be giving you, but sometimes God tells people when they’re talking to his people to tell them the truth and don’t sugarcoat it. God said, tell my people their sins. That’s what he said to the prophets. I’m not a prophet. I’m a newsman, but I believe I am reporting about what God is thinking. And God is not happy with this nation. God is not happy with all the babies being butchered in their mother’s wombs. God is not happy with the lawlessness that is happening to this nation and the murders and the robberies and all of the crime and all of the evilness and all of the pagan worship and all of the demonic worship that’s going on in this country.

God is not pleased with this country one bit and if we want God to be pleased with us again, we have to have a change of heart. We have to become what God wants us to be good people, righteous people, as good as we can be and understand that Jesus Christ is the answer. He’s not the problem. The Bible is not the problem. The Bible is the answer.

Unfortunately, our government is also not only at war with you, but they’re at war with God. That’s a war, by the way, they are not going to win. They may kill you, kill me, kill Donald Trump, kill all the people that are against them, but they can’t kill God. Ultimately, that’s who’s going to judge them. And that’s who’s going to hold them accountable. And that’s a court they are not going to be able to rig and turn into a kangaroo court.

They’re going to find true justice. And that justice is not going to be very good for them. And they’re going to weep. And they’re going to ask the rocks to fall on them. And they’re going to try to hide in caves when all this happens, because they know trial and tribulation is coming for them. And it’s coming from a righteous God who is sick and tired of this world that He is looking down at from heaven above.

So, I will end this show a few minutes early today, just saying, please go to God in prayer if you care for this country. If you think this country is in trouble, and if you don’t, you need to open up your eyes because we are in big trouble. But if you think this country is in trouble, you need to go to God in prayer and ask God to forgive this country for their sins and to open the eyes of the American public, to open their eyes, to see what’s happening and to open their eyes about the true God and the God’s message and the deliverance this country can have under God.

I want to end up again by plugging the plaintruth.com. I believe it’s the only news site you can go to, to find all the different angles of the news that is important to you. I say over and over and over again, telling you just what happened yesterday is not what’s important to you. Telling you what’s going to happen to you tomorrow is more important. Now, we can’t always tell every single individual what’s going to happen to their life or they’re going to have a car accident or not tomorrow. But then again, if they get close to God, God will help them out of their problems. Listening to the show is not going to help you out of your problems, but going to God is going to help you out of your problems. If you go to God in prayer and you ask God to take over your life and you ask God to do what he wants you to do and do not follow a religion based on what you want to do. Don’t follow a religion of convenience, you know, something I call churchianity and think God’s going to be okay with it because ultimately God is not going to be okay with it.

But The Plain Truth does try to give you God’s point of view, in my opinion. And I think if you look at it and you study it and you look it up in the Bible for yourself, there’s very little you’re going to be able to argue with me about what God is thinking. Because I think most people do not have the real God in their mind, the true God. The real God who can get angry, the real God who is ever loving and can forgive any sin that you could ever imagine but also can get angry and can absolutely wipe out your soul because you do not have an immortal soul. Fear he who can kill both body and soul in a hellfire, said Jesus Christ.

Yes, God can kill your soul. God can take away your mortal body and soul, your only ever chance of immortality because you do not now have immortality. You are mortal and God can make you die and you’ll be dead forever, not in a hellfire burning and sizzling like a piece of bacon. You’re just wiped off the face of the earth, the world, the universe, never to be seen again.

If that’s what you want, go ahead and do what you’re doing. But if you want a second chance and you want to live for God and live for your family and live for the future, go to your Bible, read it, follow it, and obey it. And you will find salvation and you will find true peace, even if you’re a prisoner.
