It has been over thirty years at this point since I first discovered that God’s calendar could actually be fully known and understood. During my studies, I learned that the Jewish calendar is not an accurate depiction of His year. Along with the revelation from the Bible that the day actually begins at sunrise and not in the evening like a good portion of Sabbath keepers believe and practice, I have found other proofs that confirm my understanding of the structure of the months and days in God’s year. In Genesis, God confirms this simple, yet significant calendar of His within scripture and I want to show you just how perfect He made it to be.
First of all, I reference often how the Armstrong’s, both Herbert and Garner Ted, have been used by God on my journey to many Biblical and spiritual truths. I have always disagreed though with their usage of the Jewish calendar for two main reasons. One, they claim the Sabbath is a sundown-to-sundown day of rest and you can read my study on that, here, how that is not the case Biblically and how the United Church of God is not representing properly the Holy year that God lays out for us which undeniably has such divine significance.
I then found proof that the Jewish calendar is what The United Church of God uses but the real calendar of God explains each year and it was an interesting process for me to find out when Jesus died. Itt had to be on the 14th day of God’s calendar, yet the 13th day on the pagan Jewish calendar. I knew it had to be on a Wednesday but of course was willing to be proven wrong yet, the more I delved into the calendar I proved that Jesus did in fact die on a Wednesday! I also knew it had to be on the 14th day of the pagan Jewish Calendar, when the lambs were slaughtered. The only date this happened was April 3, AD 30! That meant that the new year was on March 20th, the Spring equinox when God’s year always begins! God’s calendar is perfect! SEE This source: convert-a-date.
When I found proof of the calendar and having learned that it was not the Jewish calendar that the Churches of God had been following; then along with the revelation from the Bible that the day actually begins at sunrise, I was able to put the proofs of the calendar in our Bible called, The Plain Truth’s Red Letter Bible .
Now, to prove this calendar theory even more let’s look at Noah and The Real Calendar. That is 12 months of 30 days PLUS 5 1/4 not counted days (see my explanation here).
When did Noah enter the ark? In the 600th year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day all the underground waters erupted from under the earth, and the rain fell in mighty torrents from the sky above.
That would make it May 5th, cinco day Mayo in our year!

What date was that in the calendar that I propose? October 2, which is 150 days after May 5th. In the calendar I propose of only 30 day months, that would be the 17th day (3rd Day of the Feast) in the seventh month. What does the Bible say :the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.
Should I say any more? God’s calendar is NOT the Jewish calendar! The Jewish calendar has been pagan since the Babylonian captivity, some 500 years before Christ walked this earth! That’s why modern Jews have names like pagan god TAMMUZ as one of their months… should I say more? See here and here.
When did Noah and family leave the ark? Almost a year later: 8:13 It came to pass in the 601st year of Noah, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth: and Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and, behold, the face of the ground was dry.
That is The New Year March 20th!
When did all the water abate from the earth? And in the second month, on the 27th day of the month, was the earth was dry.
That is May 15th!
