2 Cups of Heavy Cream blended alone until thickened to thick peaks

1 Cup of Sweetened Condensed Milk

1/4 Cup Corn Syrup

1/4 Cup of Whole Milk

2T Sugar

3/4 t Peppermint Extract

1/4 t Salt

1/8 t of green coloring

1/2 C Chopped Chocolate Cookies
