Hi, it’s Bob Barney with The Plain Truth Today, Friday wrap-up for Friday, November the 8th, 2024.
I guess the big wrap-up we’re going to talk mostly about today in this show is going to be about the election and the election results. I’m going to plug myself a little bit here. My prediction of Trump winning handily and that these polls were all fake news, and that the polls are just another arm of the mainstream media to get people fooled about what is happening in their life, was spot on.
If you’re watching the mainstream news, if you’re reading most of the mainstream newspapers, like the New York Times or the Washington Post, you might as well just open up your door and allow all the people in your neighborhood to throw the trash into your living room floor, because that’s what you’re allowing into your brain. These polls, as I said, way back in either July or August, I forgot what date it was, but I said that these polls are all bogus to get you not to vote and to make the Democrat people come out in droves to vote. Because this election was not allowed to be stolen because the Trump people did their jobs, which is what they did not do in 2020, I guess they didn’t know better, but they did not do it in 2020. That’s why you had such a bad turnout for the Democrat party, because it’s hard to turn out illegal aliens that don’t have a right to vote when every single name is being cross-checked by Republican lawyers. That’s a hidden behind-the-scenes take on what’s going on.
I wanted to go over also the day before the election. So, but just to let you know, it was still the day before the election, even though I had been saying for a month and a half, it’s going to be a clear Donald Trump victory.
It’s the economy, stupid.
(2:04) I kept saying that, but I came out on the Message Board and you can go to the Message Board and still see it. I predicted that Trump would end up between 305 and 310 electoral votes.
It would not be a 270 or cliffhanger or anything of the like. I did say if he could get a few other states like Arizona, Virginia, and Nevada, he could get as high as 318 to 325. He’s going to look like he’s going to get at least 312. So I was pretty darn accurate on my prediction here.
(2:33) The thesis I have always told you about that I did in college was about cognitive dissonance. That is when the American people, just like a person in their own personal life, goes back and forth, back and forth, trying to find a balance. They went swinging drastically to the left in the last 15 years. Trump was an interruption of that, but you had Obama, you had Biden, and you had Harris trying to take over the mantle. The American people as a result have swung drastically to the right, and they’re going to continue to do so if the Democrats don’t learn their lesson.
As of today, 90 percent of the Democrats have not learned their lesson.
(3:10) And we should thank God that they’re not going to learn their lesson, and they continue with the nonsense that they have been spewing, because the truth is we want them to continue to deceive themselves and the people who vote for them.
Why? Because as long as they listen to the mainstream media and they listen to the hype, they’re going to find out, or they may not find out, they’re being lied to, and they’re just simply not getting the plain truth.
(3:40) I do want to plug here at theplaintruth.com, theplaintruthtoday.com, and our Message Board that you find from the Plain Truth’s main page and say that we are on the cutting edge. The Plain Truth is not a religious site. I say this over and over again. I’m going to say it again. We are a news site, and we give the news, but we do not discount that God is a part of the news, because God is the greatest newscaster! Jesus Christ’s prophesies make this so when He walked this earth, and he is the greatest historian, as well, letting us know accurately what happened in the former days. The Bible always proves itself to be accurate and real, and the greatest newscaster of prediction. When you read the prophecies in the Old Testament, especially, and what Jesus Christ says, and to a lesser extent, what the epistles or the letters from the apostles have said. You will see that you are reading tomorrow’s headlines today in your Bible when you read about prophecy. You will read about what nation is going to do what, what the people are going to do, who’s going into captivity, who’s going to not go into captivity, who’s going to be the end time world players. It’s all found in the pages of your Bible, and it IS news.
It’s not religion.
It’s news.
(5:07) So with that said, I am proud to say that the Plain Truth, even though we do not have a large audience, I’m the first to admit we’re not probably ever going to have a large audience, but I think if more people would visit the Plain Truth today, and listen to these broadcasts, and take a look at the other publishing’s that we post, you will enjoy an array of different people. We put up a lot of different voices like Tucker Carlson and some other people like Joe Rogan when he was interviewing J.D. Vance and Donald Trump and Elon Musk, all of the things that you find on the Plain Truth today’s podcast and broadcast, whatever you want to call them, all of these stories are very interesting. They are things that you’re just not getting at any other website, especially my commentaries. I think my commentaries are pretty good. I think I am not a prophet. I keep telling you this, but I do read the Bible. I believe the Bible is history. It is present, and it is future headlines, and all you have to do is believe God, and if you believe what God says, then you are not going to be too wrong about your predictions.
When it comes to this last election and the American people, they are still very liberal. Unfortunately, they have read too much and watched too much of the mainstream media.
(6:16) That is why the abortion issue is still as big as it is, and that people still want to have access to abortions because they still do not really know the true God. Unfortunately, as I’ve been saying on this broadcast, and I know it’s not very popular to some people listening, that the mainstream media is not the only problem here. It’s also the mainstream Christian churches. The mainstream Christian churches are as deceitful and as much of a liar about what and who God is, what God stands for, and what God says, as is the communist, God-hating leftist media. So, it’s not just the politicians you should not listen to. It is not just the media and big business you should not listen to. You should start really paying attention to what maybe your church is telling you about what God says, and maybe it’s time to go to your Bible and start looking at things that we talk about and see if they’re not there. I’m going to guarantee you they are there, and if you just listen and you obey and believe that the Word of God is 100% accurate, except maybe for some translation errors, that if you believe God, God will not let you down. You will know what’s going on, and you will not like it all the time.
I had a broadcast a few weeks ago about, I don’t like it, but I guess things happen that way. You have to understand that you’re always not going to get what you want, but you are going to be listened to if you put your mind right with God, you put your attitude right with God, and you obey God, and you become God’s friend, because God wants to be your friend.
God wants you to put away all this nonsense that you have in your brain, the garbage, the trash that Donald Trump used so effectively into the presidency but get that trash out of your head like you would get it out of your living room if your next-door neighbor threw his trash into your living room. You probably would never talk to your next-door neighbor again. So why do you want to talk to the reporters? Why do you care about what the New York Times or the Washington Post has to say? Why should it even bother you? You shouldn’t even read it. It’s just polluting your mind Same thing going to CBS News, ABC News, NBC News, MSNBC News, CNN News, and even to a big extent, Fox News. They’re all trying to promote an agenda that is not God’s agenda. Even when everybody’s there on Fox News, or it’s going to come in about a month from now, everybody’s got to go on the shows and say, Merry Christmas, and they’re going to throw Merry Christmas down everyone’s throats. I have news for you though, you’ll never find the words, Merry Christmas, in your Bible. You’re never going to find a mention that you’re supposed to be following Christmas in your Bible. In fact, you can go to the book of Jeremiah, and you can find what is symbolized as a Christmas ceremony of cutting trees down in a forest, decking them with silver and gold, and how God is absolutely ticked off that people do this and try to worship other gods’ holidays and attribute it to God himself.
God is not happy with that.
(9:46) It’s about time that we, if we want to have a second chance in this country, and God just gave you a second chance, my friends, you have a chance of four blessed years, but they can turn against you overnight if you continue to put your face in the opposite direction of God’s because God will not tolerate coming through for you and your fasting and prayer that we did and continue doing the things that God does not want you to do.
I’ll leave that for that and we’ll go on to the election results and what it all means.
(10:28) One thing that’s going to be definitely different when Donald Trump takes office in January is he’s not going to have Mitch McConnell standing in his way in the Senate. He’s not going to have Paul Ryan as the Speaker of the House working against him day and night to make sure he gets none of his agenda passed. He’s not going to have a bunch of RINO Republicans in either House or the Senate working against him as what happened to him in 2017 and 2018, and that’s how they lost control of everything come the 2018 elections. That was what led to Donald Trump’s impeachments, it led to all this lawfare, and it led to your misery. Your misery came with this runaway inflation from this fake COVID crisis that the Democrats plan to alter an election and to control you and to control every aspect of your life, to give you a vaccine that is harming you if you take it. The people who have taken this vaccine, a great number of you have had all kinds of medical problems, and I don’t know if anybody out there still believes me when they have all these problems and they still do not attribute any of them to the vaccine that they took for COVID, which didn’t even work.
(11:42) One of the vaccines, I believe out of my memory here, that the Merck vaccine that they submitted to the Trump administration for approval and was approved to do so was not even the vaccine that they ended up selling to the American public. It was a different vaccine that was never tested. It was never tested at all and never actually approved by our government. They did a big con job on the American public, the American government, though I think many members of the American government were in cahoots, and it was all to alter the election to get Donald Trump out of office and put him in jail, and when they couldn’t put him in jail to try to assassinate him. And that’s what we had. So the election results with this massive landslide victory for Donald Trump, especially over the border, crime, and the economy. That’s really what it was about. I don’t think Donald Trump would have had any of this support if there wasn’t a problem with the border.
We didn’t have runaway inflation.
We didn’t have runaway crime.
(11:59) The American public had enough, and they voted based on that and they put a man in charge that they honestly knew in their hearts was going to put an end to all of this.
I wanted to get over some of the things about the election results that are quite impressive, to say the least. It seems like people, like Larry Hogan from Maryland, who actively, a Republican who was running for the Senate, actively said he did not want Donald Trump’s help. In fact, in normal fashion, Donald Trump offered his help, and yet Hogan did not want it, and he lost to the Democrat challenger. It’s one Democrat that I am actually glad that won the election, because Hogan and the Senate would have been nothing but a sore spot for the Trump administration. It would have been nothing but a Democrat in Republican clothing that would just stand in the way of all the progress that needs to be done in this country. It’s just an important thing that if you’re going to be a RINO, it’s best you don’t get elected. Let the Democrat have the seat, because he’s going to vote the same way, and it’s going to be no different.
It is better that we have a lot of new senators coming in.
(13:52) They have a good majority in the Senate and all of these senators that are coming in that are new are only there for one reason, because Donald Trump campaigned for them, and they allowed him to campaign for them. They found that the MAGA Republicans who voted for Trump, most of which voted for them, and if it wasn’t for Donald Trump, they would not be in office today. I think the majority of them are MAGA Republicans, and they know they’re there because of Donald Trump. So I don’t think they’re going to stab them in the back once they get to the Senate. Maybe in their second or third term, that’s a different story, because it seems like when you get to Washington, no matter what your good graces are, what you really want to do good for the people, changes with the money that’s going to be pouring in from big pharma, big business, big you name it, other countries with their lobbyists coming to your office, dropping off bucket loads of cash. And all of a sudden, you start talking yourself into voting for things that your people in your district or your state does not want, but you somehow justify it because they’re paying you such large sums of money. And that’s the plain truth. Hopefully, the American public will take the second chance that God gave you and do something with it, that you turn back to God as a people, that we go back to God.
(15:25) Doesn’t mean you have to go to a church, especially if that church is telling you things that are not in the Bible, and it’s actually bad for you. I’m not saying that. Go to God. Read the Bible for yourself. Spend the Sabbath day…and it is the Sabbath day, which is tomorrow, by the way, and we’ll have a special program in on the Sabbath day. Tomorrow’s program on the Sabbath day is going to explain why you’re supposed to follow the seventh day Sabbath and not Sunday. It’s a good little program we put up, not by us. It’s another church, and I’m not sure if they have an evening day or a morning day, but one thing’s for sure, during the daylight hours of Saturday, what we call Saturday, is the Sabbath day. All Sabbatarians, including Jews that follow the wrong start of their Sabbath, have the right part of the Sabbath on the daylight portion of it, at least. Read the Bible when it talks, and it has passages about the Sabbath. Something you should ask yourself if you’re a Sunday-worshiping Christian that believes that Jesus Christ changed the Sabbath day into Sunday, that the seventh day of the week became the first day of the week for your holy assemblies, for your church services.
(16:45) I got this question: Go to Matthew 24 and read what Jesus has to say about, pray that your flight will not be in the wintertime and why should you pray it’s not going to be in the wintertime? Well, after a nuclear holocaust, which he alludes to about pregnant women’s breast milk being something wrong with it, after a nuclear holocaust, you’re not going to be able to survive too good in the wintertime because it’s cold, and you’re not going to have the fuel and the oil and this wood that you need in order to burn to stay warm. So he said, pray that your flight does not happen on the Sabbath day. Huh? Did you hear that? Wait a minute. Yeah, he did say in the winter, but then he ends it by saying, or on the Sabbath day. The Sabbath day Christ is talking about during the tribulation is still the day of the church of God’s to celebrate as the holy day of the week, the Sabbath day that is the red-letter, Christ words in Matthew 24. Take your Bible, open up now to Matthew 24. It’s the most important prophecy in the entire Bible.
(18:01) This prophecy is by your God who became Jesus Christ, who died for your sins and He’s giving you a warning about what you should pray for during the tribulation. One of the things is you do not have to run away on the Sabbath day. He didn’t say the first day of the week. He didn’t say my day. He said the Sabbath day. It’s a very important concept that we should know going back to the election. I think it should also be known that again, unlike 2017, when Donald Trump became president, number 45, now he’s going to be number 47. Donald Trump hopefully has enough knowledge of the evilness of Washington and of the democratic party and of RINO Republicans. So much so that he will make sure that he does not make the same mistakes that he made in 2017 and 2018 by giving the dagger to the people who shoved it right back into his back and tried to do anything they could do to stop him, including trying to shoot him just this year. I think he’s going to be smart enough to realize that he has to rule. And I use the word rule here a little differently than he did in 2017.
He can’t be thinking he’s going to win over Democrats because he is not going to win over Democrats. The Democrats that he wins over that are still Democrats in office are just being won over in a way to deceive him and they’ll just wait until they can get that dagger in his back again. So he needs to make sure that every attorney, government, U.S. district attorney is fired. Every one of them, good ones and bad ones. They all need to submit their resignations on the day after the inauguration. That’s what Barack Obama forced to happen. That’s what Joe Biden forced to happen. Then you decide which ones you’re going to keep based on what they do with their power and which ones you’re going to replace. It is imperative that most Democrat operative attorneys in the Justice Department are gone because they are the ones that brought us law fear. The other thing he’s going to have to do day one is he’s going to have to fire Wray, the director of the FBI, and he’s going to have to clean up the FBI.
The top echelon of the FBI needs to be fired and replaced by true lawmen who understand their job is to take care of the citizens of the United States, not foreign dignitaries, foreign aliens invading our country or the Democratic Party whom the FBI today is beholden to. No, we need an FBI that’s going to bring back honesty and American integrity to that organization. It’s going to take a lot of top people wiped out of the FBI in order for that to happen.
(20:24) The same thing, by the way, has to happen to the CIA, the NSC, and all these security agencies that we have, too many I should say, as well as the chief of staff and the joint chiefs of staff of the military. They need to all be replaced and they should be replaced by true heroes in the military that do what is best for the American people and by the Constitution that they were sworn to uphold. We need a total cleaning of the Pentagon. We need to clean house there. We need to clean house and many other executive branches. The IRS, for example, I don’t think he can do this right away and I don’t know if he could ever accomplish this, but the IRS needs to go away. The IRS is the cause of all government waste. The IRS is the cause of the government overspending. If the Congress was put on a diet of money, they couldn’t get money through taxation and they had to live off of money through tariffs and other things that they rent to the people, then they could not spend the money they do today.
I want to give you an example of what happens when you put a lot of money in the hands of a Democrat.
(22:17) Kamala Harris raised $1 billion for her campaign in just 107 days. She raised $100 billion. No other candidate in history raised that much money, nevertheless, in that short of time. She lost the election, even though she raised that money. But that’s not the problem. You know what the problem was? Yesterday, I’m reading the newspaper, not the newspaper, but actually Breitbart News, I should say, a good news site to go to, so is WorldNet Daily and some others. But I’m reading an article that not only did Kamala Harris and her team spend all of the $1 billion in worthless ads that did not do her any good, but she’s also $20 million in debt. Already, deficit spending from a campaign that didn’t even make it to the White House. And you wonder what happens when you give Democrats money or you give RINO Republicans money? They spend it. They spend it on trans operations. They spend it on all kinds of DEI projects. They spend it on countries like Ukraine and waste money. I think we give to every country in the world. We give aid to every country of the world. We even give foreign aid to China.
We borrow the money from China to give it back to them in a no-payback gift, a grant!
(24:10) This is the insanity that Washington, D.C. does when they have a bunch of money. I had a friend of mine, he was a sales manager for one of the paint companies that I was running at the time, who told me about the six-pack and the case of beer scenario. If you have a six-pack and it’s Friday night and that six-pack’s has to last you all night long, you make sure you drink every drop of beer that’s in that can or bottle because you don’t want to waste any because there’s no more there. However, if you have a case of beer of 24, then you drink one and it’s a little too warm and you just put that away. Then you pick out another one out of the refrigerator and you start sipping on that and dinner comes and it gets warm on you and you throw that away too. And then you take out the third beer and the fourth beer and the fifth beer and maybe the sixth beer you drink the whole thing and you feel good and you open up the seventh but by now you’re a little tipsy and so you just throw that one away. The more beer you have, the more that you waste. The less beer you have, the less that you waste.
Well, the same thing applies to our government. The same thing applies to our Congress and our lawmakers and your state legislative bodies as well. All income tax is immoral. It breaks the Ten Commandments, and it is a cause of government waste, and I don’t care if that income tax is your state or your federal government. Do away with the IRS, do away with income tax, have a national sales tax and give back money to poorer people. You give a threshold that you give them a check each month for $2,500 a month towards their tax that they have to pay for sales tax to a family of four and most poorer people will survive perfectly on that $2,500. Buy what they need especially if you do not have inflation that the IRS brings you and you will find out that the United States will grow and prosper like it hasn’t since we adopted the income tax. This country went forever with tariffs and was a rich country with a lot of money but guess what? We passed the income tax in the 19-teens and within five or six years we’re running deficits, and we’ve never looked back and that is the problem.
(25:38) So, I want to wish Donald Trump a very successful presidency and I hope that God stays with him. God put him there. God put him there for you and me and it’s time that we do what God wants us to do as well and that is to believe in God, to follow God’s word and to read his Bible and to put his Bible first in your heart. It is the best newspaper, the best news you will ever read in your life to know the past, present and the future better than theplaintruth.com, better than the New York Times, better than Breitbart or World Net Daily or anything else you can read. It’s good to read all of that stuff, the good ones, not the trashy ones and I want you to read The Plain Truth of course, but the most important thing to do is read God’s word. Read it in an easy-to-understand English translation. I have the Holy Bible in its original order where God’s words are in red in both the Old and the New Testament. You can find it on Amazon. Hopefully my editor listens to this, and she’ll put the link up again for that Bible that you can buy either the Kindle version, which I do not recommend, but it’s very inexpensive, or the five-volume set that you can have in your hands, and you can look through chapter and verse and all the notes. I have plenty of notes, but the important thing is you’re going to open up the Old Testament and you’re going to see a lot of red and you don’t see a lot of red in any other Bible when you read in the Old Testament. Most people reading the Bible never read the Old Testament because they think that’s another God. They think that’s that mean God, the Father, and Jesus Christ is the God of love.
(27:44) They don’t realize that the God of the Old Testament, the God who made Adam and Eve, who made the heavens and the earth, who was David’s Lord and Abraham’s best friend, was none other than the God called Yahweh, who became a man named Jesus Christ! He is Yahweh in the Greek, Yeshua in the Hebrew, and He became our Savior and again our God, who is in heaven today. He’s getting ready for a comeback to earth to rule here with a rod of iron and be King of kings and Lord of lords.
So the election is a great turnaround for what was happening to America. We have a chance, my friends. We have a chance to do something and change the direction from where this country was going; this starts by reading the Bible and making this country live up to God’s Word and understand that God’s Word is what’s going to save us in the end. I am not asking for a theocracy because I don’t want a government based on Christianity or Judaism or somebody’s idea of what Christianity or Judaism is. I want the government to be run secularly, but knowing there is a Creator God, and that Creator God has rules that we are to follow. They’re called the Ten Commandments. The Jews believe that. I even think, I’m not sure about this, but I don’t think even the Muslims believe that, but I know the Christians are supposed to believe that. The Ten Commandments are enforced today, and we’re to follow them, and if we do and we follow the law, go to Deuteronomy 28. We had a show about that. Go to Leviticus 26 and realize the blessings of obedience and the cursing’s of disobedience.
