As per latest calculations, asteroid 2024-YR4 has a 3.1% (1-in32) chance of impacting Earth. The probability has increased from 2.6% (1-in-38) in the last 24 hours. If it follows a collision course, the projected impact date is December 22, 2032, however, scientists believe that the odds of impact might significantly decrease as more observations are made.
