At least 136 dead, including 13 children, in Russian invasion of Ukraine so far

Since Thursday, at least 136 people in Ukraine, including at least 13 children, have been killed, according to the UN on Tuesday. UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Liz Throssell said that another 400 people – including 26 children – have been wounded from the fighting. She adds that it's very likely that those numbers will increase in the days to come, and Ukraine's own interior minister has reported 352 civilians dead and over 1,600 injured this past Sunday.
