A San Francisco court has released the shocking police bodycam footage showing the moment Paul Pelosi was violently assaulted with a hammer in his home in October.
Paul, the husband of former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, was asleep at their San Francisco home just before 2:00am on October 28 when 42-year-old David DePape broke in and beat him with a hammer, prosecutors allege.
The video shows two police officers arriving at the Pelosi’s home, knocking on the door and waiting around 20 seconds before it is answered.
