Dr. Seth Trueger, who specializes in Emergency Medicine at Northwestern University and Dr. Marc Siegel, Professor of Medicine at NYU Langone and Fox News Medical Contributor discuss the possibility of schools reopening, what to do when there is a hot spot and the possibility of another COVID-19 shutdown.

The U.S. economy isn’t showing many signs of a fast recovery, as coronavirus cases continue to surge in parts of the country. Associate Editor at the Wall Street Journal John Bussey weighs in on COVID’s toll on the nation’s economy and Hitha Herzog, retail analyst and chief research officer at H Squared Research LLC discusses how restaurants and retail continue to be impacted by the virus and what it means for consumers.

  1. If school are opening back up with the spread of this virus picking back up, are we sending our children back to school to die. I understand that being safe and protected is our country biggest goal at heart. but how can we keep or children and family safe from this virus when that the people that have taken the vaccine for themselves are still getting sick and also dying too. I feel that the people of our country moved too quickly getting large group of people back out in the public too soon. I pray that everyone stay safe and do what you have to do to keep your family protected as well. Getting this vaccine may slow things down, but the way things have been going so far sometimes I wonder. May God help us all. Amen

  2. Mary Ann – I feel like you should look at the data related to Covid hospitalization and death after infection. Yes it happens, but it is VERY rare as compared to non-vaccinated. And yes, there are people who have an adverse reaction to the vaccine itself. But again, it’s extremely rare as compared to the unvaccinated who are dying and suffering greatly. God gave us the vaccine to help us get through this. We need to be smart enough to accept His gift. God Bless You.
