I had the distinct pleasure of having Chuck Hand join me on a podcast here on The Plain Truth. Who is Chuck? He is a very special man living with honorable intentions in the Peach State. I have known him and his wife Mandy for several years now as they had attended two of the rallies I had hosted for Look Ahead America. The rallies were in honor of the people serving time with no due process as a result of being at the Capitol on January 6. I found out at the second rally that Chuck and Mandy had attended the DC speech of President Trump’s on January 6, 2020, and that they also were waiting to be arrested for being at the Capitol as well, that same day.

Chuck and Mandy were arrested on March 11, 2022, just a few months after that picture was taken (above) and both pled guilty for a misdemeanor of ‘Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building’. As a result, their sentence was delivered on January 13, 2023, and they both served 20 days each in separate prisons and Chuck expounds on that in the podcast. They also were given 60 hours of community service and a monetary fine.

Chuck and I discuss not only our last meeting in Alpharetta Georgia, but also what is in store for him in the coming run-off election for the congressional seat for District 2. He and Wayne Johnson, a fellow Republican will be duking it out on Tuesday, June 18. The seat right now is held by Democrat Sanford Bishop. In Georgia, if neither candidate clears the 50% threshold in a primary, the top two move on to a runoff election. Here are the numbers from the May 21st primary and we wish Chuck a great run and success as he would be an excellent man for the job:

Without further ado, let’s hear from Chuck himself as to what makes him tick, and find out what his vision is for this next season of his life as he looks ahead should he win the seat. There also is a transcript available here.
