‘Turning the other cheek when *someone else* is oppressed is not Christian behavior; it is complicity in the oppressor’s crimes’

President Donald Trump says gunman Cole Allen who allegedly shot a Secret Service agent during a Trump assassination attempt at the White House Correspondents Dinner at the Washington Hilton Saturday night “hates Christians,” based on a manifesto the suspect left.
“He hates Christians, that’s one thing for sure,” Trump told Jacqui Heinrich of Fox News on “The Sunday Briefing.”
“And I think his sister or his brother actually was complaining about it. They were even complaining to law enforcement. So he was a very troubled guy.”
