Federal immigration agents have arrested eight people with suspected ties to ISIS, officials tell CBS News. The individuals from Tajikistan allegedly crossed the U.S.-Mexico border and were arrested in New York, Philadelphia and Los Angeles. CBS News national correspondent Errol Barnett has details.
