Justin Wilson, 37, suffered a head injury on Sunday after debris broke off Sage Karam's car when he spun into the wall during the closing laps of the penultimate race in the IndyCar Series. The British former Formula One driver was swarmed by the safety crew after he was struck in the head and his car veered left and directly into an interior wall at the raceway in Pennsylvania.
