illegitimate and rewrite the Constitution.

In the final weeks before the 2026 midterms, researcherJennica Pounds, aka DataRepublican,
began releasing what she describes as thousands of transcripts and hundreds of recordings.
They come from inside a network of former USAID democracy officials, retired national
security leaders, protest organizers, and constitutional “reform” activists.
The end game is not secret. America’s largest socialist organization has written it into its official
program. What the recordings add is the alleged operating plan and time line for getting
there.
It isn’t a “someday thing”. It’s planned for this November when they can execute their
wrecking ball to our Constitution and governmental foundations. This requires strategic
prayer and action. This is our moment to hold our finger in the dike and be history makers.

BACKGROUND, PART 1
The Export Model: Regime Change Abroad
The tools described in the Democracy Files were not invented in 2026. They were built and field-tested
overseas, often with American tax dollars, by the same professional class now turning them homeward.
Here are a couple places USAid and other agencies actually actively worked to unseat a government.
Serbia 2000
The Otpor youth movement that helped

The “Rose Revolution” forced out Eduard

Freedom House to opposition-aligned groups.
In 2013, Victoria Nuland cited more than $5
billion invested in Ukraine’s “democratic”
development since 1991.
Cuba 2010–2012
The AP revealed that USAID secretly built
“ZunZuneo,” a Twitter-style network designed
to gather Cuban users, then push messages
that could spark unrest.

Written in Washington, tested in Belgrade, and now
aimed at an American president.
In 2000, a student movement called Otpor helped topple Serbia’s Slobodan Milošević. An
Otpor leader later said 85 percent of its funding came from the United States, through USAID,
the National Endowment for Democracy, and the two party institutes. USAID’s transition office
began working toward that outcome three years before he fell.
Otpor’s leaders then exported the method through their training group, CANVAS, to Georgia,
Ukraine, Egypt, and beyond. Its lessons were filmed as Bringing Down a Dictator. In 2026, that
film was reportedly recommended as a “how-to” by Steven Cash, whose Steady State
network of former intelligence officials is a No Kings partner.

movement in Serbia, and the president fell.

No Kings, chasing the same 3.5 percent target,
while allied networks draft memos telling
governors what to do if Washington is
declared illegitimate.

The Domestic Precedent: Crossfire Hurricane
The same instinct, declaring the elected leader illegitimate and then using the institutions to undo the
result, was turned on an incoming and sitting President. This is the operation we know about. What is
being uncovered here in this Special Report is the operation we didn’t know was in the works. It happens
with many participating officials at every level. Pray about all those “deep state” actors–they’re real.
In July 2016, the CIA received intelligence alleging that the Clinton campaign had approved a plan to tie
Donald Trump to Russia. John Brennan briefed President Obama; his notes were declassified in 2020.
On July 31, the FBI opened Crossfire Hurricane.
Meanwhile, through Marc Elias’s law firm, the Clinton campaign and the DNC were paying Fusion GPS
for the Steele dossier. The FEC later fined both for misreporting it. That dossier helped secure four FISA
warrants on Trump adviser Carter Page, warrants the Inspector General found contained 17 significant
errors and omissions. FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith later pleaded guilty to altering an email used to
obtain one.
In January 2017, Obama ordered a new intelligence assessment, Comey briefed the President-elect on
the dossier, and Michael Flynn was interviewed days into the new term. Two years later, Mueller could
not establish any campaign conspiracy with Russia. In 2023, Special Counsel John Durham concluded
the FBI had opened a full investigation without actual evidence of collusion, relying on raw, unverified
intelligence.
BEYOND THE RUSSIA PROBE
Impeached twice as a sitting President (2019 and 2021).
Indicted four times as the leading candidate (2023).
Arctic Frost: Jack Smith’s team obtained phone toll records of eight GOP senators and one
House member, and subpoenaed records on hundreds of Republican targets.

The method has not changed in ten years. Only the cast has. In 2016 the label was “Russian asset.” In
2026 it is “autocrat.” Then the insiders sat in the FBI and CIA. Now they are former USAID officials and
retired military leaders. Then the weapons were FISA warrants and a special counsel. Now they are pre
written red lines and governors primed to refuse federal troops. And the goal has grown. In 2016 it was
to cripple a President. In 2026 it is to declare the government itself illegitimate.

coverage and “peaceful marches.” They have challenged in the courts. They have legislated, litigated,
and lambasted all who stand for the traditional foundational Constitution. Now, they are making their
move. It isn’t next year. It is more like NEXT WEEK.

PART 4: THE JANUARY 15 EMERGENCY DRILL · RELEASED
On January 15, 2026, Renew American Democracy (RAD), the strategy built around the ex-USAID
Democracy Renewal Group, convened its coalition for a two-hour planning forum. RAD’s own
handout states the purpose: preparing for “the emergency scenarios outlined in the strategy:
militarization, election meltdown, and any attempt to undermine the peaceful transfer of power
(acute Constitutional crisis).” Breakout groups were asked how each scenario would affect their
“strategic objective.”
This was no fringe gathering. DataRepublican reports participants from 15 organizations, including
National Security Leaders for America, Indivisible, Freedom Trainers/Beautiful Trouble, the
Federal Workers Alliance for Democracy, Civil Service Strong, Project 2029, Team Democracy
and Braver Angels. She also reports a “National Deliberations” working group
laying the groundwork for structural reform after the crisis.
The notes urge nonviolence, and that matters. But a coalition does not
rehearse a constitutional crisis this carefully unless it expects one, and has
already decided what should come after it.

The militarization working group, which included a former USAID officer, discussed the President invoking
the Insurrection Act and asked, “What is the role of the military right now in defending our democracy?” It
flagged that “20 states have state defense forces governed by state law and under control of governors,”
forces Washington cannot federalize. It coached vocabulary: “ICE is not militarization… Perhaps better
term is ‘occupation.’” And it asked, “Are we already in the Crisis?”
The elections group, made up largely of dialogue and mediation groups, concluded that “given the
timeframe right now, persuasion might be more strategic than dialogue,” and that “inclusive democracy
means all people and not all ideas.” Who decides which ideas are excluded? The notes never say. Its
action map lists a Brazilian pro-democracy coalition “currently working with” Horizons, and plans to
“coalesce international actors.” The regime-change export model is now being imported back home.

THIS DID NOT BEGIN LAST WEEK
None of this started with the October leaks. In June 2025, former USAID official Marcia Mundt said
she could now turn her USAID assessment tool on the United States. In July, NOTUS reported fired
USAID and State officials running “noncooperation” workshops for federal workers. In August, Danielle
Reiff told Paul Zeitz and Walt Roberts that DemAID’s retreat would use USAID’s democracy-assessment
method. By November, DataRepublican was asking: at what point does this become treason?
In January 2026, RAD drilled 15 groups on “emergency scenarios”: militarization, election meltdown,
and an “acute Constitutional crisis.” In April, an “R2T core team call” put Roberts, Brendan Halloran,
Reiff and Zeitz on one call. In May, Zeitz published his four “red lines” for governors.
This week, documents revealed R2T’s strategy: “prepare for the worst,” including the Insurrection Act
or an “election meltdown,” with “structural reform” ready. In July 2026 the network invited foreign
veterans of “international community assisted transitions” to advise here. And RADM Mike Smith of
NSL4A also leads the Horizons Project’s Insurrection Act Working Group.
Each step was public. Almost no one connected them.

WASHINGTON POST RELEASES A STORY, CONDITIONING CITIZENS
No one has to announce a coup when millions have already been told to expect one from the other
side. The groundwork is not secret orders. It is a story, repeated until it feels like fact, so that resistance
to lawful authority looks like patriotism when the moment comes. The article in Washington Post
(released the same day as the evidence was released about the leftists’ coup) reports that about 10
current and former War Department officials who have worked with authoritarian regimes
abroad, are advising state governors, election officials and members of Congress in 10 states.
These briefings are actually CONDITIONING, planting the seed that the Trump Administration is an
authoritarian regime and operating outside its authority if it attempts to help enforce election
integrity. The group that has been conducting the briefings as well as the Washington Post is setting
the stage, conditioning low information Americans that unlawful and authoritarian activity will be
coming from the Trump Administration and all those seeking to mitigate election interference. This
paints the Trump Administration as a threat and that any actions these leftist coup-planners
attempt is actually saving our nation instead of dismantling it. Don’t be fooled. This is all part of the
psy-op.

I T DIDN’T START IN 2025 · DOCUMENTED
Renew to Thrive presents itself as something new. It isn’t. Its Substack started out under another name,
Thriving Together US, and an archived capture shows the old address now forwards to the new one.
The writers are the same people, including Walt Roberts, who co-founded the Inter-Movement Impact
Project that launched the Thriving Together US Initiative in late 2024.
By their own account, the whole effort rests on a document from the summer of 2020. Thriving
Together: A Springboard for Equitable Recovery and Resilience was a joint project of the CDC
Foundation and Well Being Trust, written by more than 100 people and organizations in May and June
2020, in the weeks after George Floyd’s death. One of its authors described its aim plainly: to shift
America’s “unjust capitalism” into an economy organized around thriving together. Its slogan was “All
people and places thriving, no exceptions.”
Eighteen months later, that slogan was on the cover of a federal plan. The Federal Plan for Equitable
Long-Term Recovery and Resilience, dated January 20, 2022, was developed by an interagency
workgroup of more than 35 federal departments and agencies and organized around the same seven
“vital conditions.”
The network behind the released recordings didn’t appear out of nowhere. Its framework was written
in 2020 and carried into federal policy. Today its organizers describe their own work this way:
“Building the new system amidst the breakdown of the existing system.”

Either way, the crisis moves forward. That is not protest. It is a trap built in advance.
THE RED LINE
The planners call the Red Line the trigger: protests, governors refusing to comply, a government
declared illegitimate. But the planners crossed the first red line themselves. A former USAID
official admits a “big dividing line between foreign assistance and domestic work” once kept her
tools off America. Now, she says, she can “use it for whatever I want.” That is the red line of
sedition.

WHAT IT WOULD LOOK LIKE
Color revolutions don’t arrive with tanks. They arrive
as a season of disorder built to force a choice.
The method depends on what trainers call “dilemma actions”: mass pressure that leaves
authorities only bad options. If officials do nothing, order erodes. If they enforce the law, every
arrest is filmed and called repression. Either way, the campaign advances. It is the same trap
described at Stage 3.
History shows the cost. Serbia’s revolution ended with crowds storming and burning
parliament. Ukraine’s 2014 uprising left more than 100 dead. Egypt’s 2011 revolution brought
the Muslim Brotherhood to power, then a military coup two years later. Chaos rarely delivers
what its planners promise.
WHAT WE ARE LIKELY TO SEE
Picture the weeks around a close election.
Coordinated marches fill downtowns. Small
crowds gather at ICE facilities, where one
shove becomes a viral video. Arrests mount,
many of them planned as civil disobedience.
Governors and attorneys general race to
court while federal and state orders collide.
Rumors and doctored clips outrun the facts.
Employers, schools, and churches are
pressed to pick a side.
The worst case is two governments claiming
authority at once. Then one death, on either
side, can turn protest into something no one
controls.

PRAY AND PREPARE
Revolutionaries have long treated crisis as
opportunity. Socialist parties, including the
Marxist-Leninist PSL, marched in No Kings 3.
For them, disorder is not a side effect. It is the
opening.
The Church’s answer is not fear. Pray daily for
the President, governors, police, and Guard.
Stay clear of flashpoints. Verify before you
share. Be the steadiest people in your town
when the noise rises.
Seek truthful news. Deception is the tool of the
enemy and of those seeking to overthrow the
government. Don’t be pulled in. Keep
appealing to the Lord in prayer for
