New public school standards that soon will be in effect in Texas call for lessons that link “radical Islam” to the 9/11 terror attacks on the United States that killed nearly 3,000 innocent civilians and will have students study Muhammad’s “brutal military campaigns against Jewish and Christian tribes.”
Aaron Kinsey, chairman of the Texas state Board of Education, said the committee “worked through, democratically, how to make those choices on behalf of our constituents” and said the result was “exceptional.”
A report at Fox News explained there was significant special interest opposition to the inclusion of such facts in school history lessons , like Islam’s “normalization of slavery” and the assaults on woman through the taking of “harem slaves.”
